I residence of pushpanjali enclave using igl pipe line for long time and my bill generally come between 1500 to 1800, but the bill i received for this month was shocking with Amount of 3450. Pls look forward on this matter as the lockdown in the country is there with no salary.

    After heavy follow up the team of igl cam and installed meter as well as line on march 16th but when i asked that hen will you start the gas supply then they mentioned that it will happen next day but till date the supply has not been started.

    I had only one lpg cylinder which is empty now & there is no way i can have food now unless i either request or borrow cylinder form neighborhood.

    Is this the kind of service for which we pay to igl?

      I am being billed despite my telling your telecallers for mter reading that, my premises are locked for the last 2 years. I have also shared photo of meter reading on whatsapp no. As provided by your telecaller on follwing nos. :
      [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. I should not be billed for any consumption. I can get the reading inspection, by appointmnet as i am not living at rohini.
      Please reverse the bill, i have already paid extra in the previuos adhoc bills

        After more than one month follow up with customer care for starting the gas connection, yesterday i. E on 16.03.2020 igl person visited our home for starting the gas connection'.
        It was noted that in order copy our house number is wrongly mention, but the meter number, flat no & other details is correct.
        Due to this igl person refused to start connection.

        My correct home address is:

        Nidhi kapoor, b-243a, ff, flat no-9, mohan garden, rama park road, uttam nagar, delhi-110059,

        Wrong house address given on order for starting the connection:

        You are requested to do the needful so that installation can be done.

          On 13-03-20, i received message on mobile and email from indraprasth gas limited (Igl) demanding outstanding payment of rs 1264.40 to avoid disconnection of my png connection bp no [protected]. When i tried to make payment via internet banking, i realized that due date for this amount was 07-03-20
          And after due date rs 1264.19 was to be paid. I had

            Subject - complaint against igl gas for wrong billing

            We are not living in our flat from september 2019.
            We didn't consumed even a single unit than why you generated indraprastha gas bill for rs.933.21.

            It directly shows that you (Igl) are doing cheating with your customers.
            I will have to file a case against you in consumer forum.

              In my current bill an illegal charges of 2616/- has been added in the name of Modifications. I wish to add that neither any modification was ever requested nor any alleged modification was carried out at my place which is evident from installed connection at my Flat G-12A01.
              The matter may be escalated for inspection and resolution for waiver off said amount of Rs. 2616/

                I applied for the connection in october 2018. Installation and meter everything is done in february 2019 but connection is not started yet. I have called several times and complained about it in the customer care. Everytime they say it will be done with in 2-3 days but no one comes to see even. My request is either you start the connection or return our money.

                  Dear igl team
                  I am a consumer under bp no. [protected]. On 28th feb 2020 i received a bill for rs.3079/- including charges of rs. 2616/- for modification. I wish to write that neither any modification was requested from my side nor the same was ever carried out. Perhaps the concerned vendor has added this item at the time of installation just to inflate his bill.
                  So inspection may be carried out at my place to find our what the alleged modification has been carried out. Till such time i shall pay my bill for my usage only.

                    There is a problem with our gas cylinder, the gas fume is very low such that there is no proper flame in the gas, please let us know on what can be done further. As this problem is persistent from the past few days, we had tried contacting the officials regarding the same, but we weren't able to reach out to the official, i'm looking forwards to your help regarding the same.

                      My mother has applied for 2 gas connection vide bp number [protected] and [protected]. It's almost 30 days since we have applied for igl gas supply and have received positive feasibility report for the connection. Payment of inr 6000 for each connection is already debited from the bank account. But we are still waiting for the connection to be installed.

                        Dear team igl,

                        The resolution is still pending. I called and have been following up with the igl team as the issue is the bp no and the name on the bill is incorrect but the residence address is the same.

                        When i had shifted to my new house i had applied for new connection and the bp no provided to me was [protected] with the name as henry stephen which is me and where in the bp no mentioned on the bill is [protected] and the name mentioned is dipanshu singh. I had been chasing igl for the correction and the correct bill which is unresolved till date. Moreover i have been charged extra than the bill under the term adjustment.

                        Yesterday also i called the helpline no and was told someone from igl would call back for resolution but haven't heard back from them.

                        Attached is the bill along with all the proofs. Also have got a letter of disconnection. Please help resolve this on priority basis

                          Igl is sending my wrong bill everytime as they have entered wrong meter number in the data
                          I have told them many time but no response
                          Every time they came and took the meter photo but never generate my bill accordingly and say that u have not allowed the person to take the photo.
                          Now when i have stop doing payment they have disconnected my connection
                          I want my bill to come according to the meter reading not on the random basis
                          Kindly take the immediate action toward this matter

                            Dear sir,

                            I hope this email finds you in good health...!

                            I, gurbax singh, r/o a-148 raju park, khanpur, deoli road, new delhi - 110062, would like to inform you that i had made an application for the new igl connections in respect of bp numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] on 29.07.2018. Besides that a security deposit amounting to rs 275/- each for all the above referred bp numbers. Further it is informed that i have been paying all the monthly emi (S) as per the demands raised by you from time to time but unfortunately till date i have not been given the gas connection in relation to the aforesaid bp no (S).

                            Initially at the time of laying down the gas pipelines in our locality it was informed to us that the gas connections to two attached houses would be provided through a single pit hole. Even we were told that a single pit hole can distribute or provide 16 connections at a time. Accordingly a singly pit was dig in between the two houses i. E house a-148 (My house) & a-149 (My neighbour's house). But after few days when the pit hole was filled up the connection from the said line was solely provided to the residents of a-149. Later on it was brought to our knowledge that the residents of a-149 wanted us use an all together separate line.

                            In order to avoid the dispute we shared our concern with your customer support team at[protected] &[protected] & they responded quite positively and sent there officials on 01.11.2019 to dig a new pit besides the earlier pit hole to provide us the connection from the erstwhile line used for our neighbors. It was quite appreciable but unfortunately the resident (An old man) from our neighbor's house reacted aggresively an filled up the said pit hole denying your officials to give connections to us from the there line.

                            It is very disappointed. It is sole discretion of igl to provide the connection to its patrons. It may provide the connection by digging a new pit hole or from a line already used to provide the connections to others. I am only concerned with your service either you provide the same from the neigbour's line or dig a fresh hole. I do not want any sort of dispute with anyone. The whole locality is enjoying your service. We too have paid for it. Why the same has not been restored to us till date?.

                            In view of above i would like to request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                              I have applied for 3 new connection in the month of Dec-19 and following BP no. allotted...

                              pipe line and meter has been installed on 12th January 2020, but connection not given yet. I have approached and requested local contact persons like
                              1) Mr. Shashank @[protected]- he never took my call or responded to me texts
                              2) Mr. Vineet Gupta @[protected]- He helped me to get the pipeline and meter installed, but thereafter no response from him too.

                              I have shifted to my house (E-83, Sector-55, Noida) on 27th Jan-20 without having gas connection. Since last 15 days having foods from restaurants only, as i dont have gas cylinder/connection. My kids are facing lots of problem in having outside food everyday...what to do? Isnt it un-warranted harassment to a customer?

                              day before yesterday, i received an email for make the payment of EMI @500/- for a connection which is not yet installed? why so?

                              Hope, concern dept. will understand my pain and direct someone to get the connection done without any further delay.

                              immediate attention will be highly appreciated.

                                We are having a png connection at our house 21/34 old rajinder nagar, new delhi. The gas connection was given in may, 2019 and the igl has sent us the bill from january 2019. We have sent them ample of reminders to correct the bill and send us the revised bill for making payment. But instead of resolving the issue they have sent the duplicate copy of the bill without giving any justification.
                                We again requested them that the bill may be corrected and revised bill may be sent form the date the gas connection was commissioned for making the payment. Inspite of reminders from last 20 days or so and talking on the phone they have not done the needful.
                                We fear that they may disconnect the connection after the last extended date of payment ie 13th of february, 2020. It's therefore requested that the matter may be taken up with them to resolve the issue and send us the correct bill for making payment.

[protected], name - resham kaur, problem yeh hai ki mera bill starting se hi jayda aa rha hai, jab se connection laga hai tab se mera first bill amount 5010/- maine cheque se jama karaye maine appke customer center main baat bhi ki unhone yeh aashwasan diya ki next bill kam aayega lekin ab second bill bhi rs.3000 ka aaya hai. Phir maine fast reading ki complain bhi kari phir after one day aapke yha se tecnician aaya to usne kha gas nikal rahi hai meter ke pass se usne ek bolt tight kar diya or kha ab sab theek hai ab aap yeh bataye ki itna saara amount kaise pay karu even aapke meter se gas bhi nikal rahi thi jab se connection lagaya hai. So please aap bill adjust kar ke dubara naya bill junret kare. Aapki ati kirpya hogi. Maine kafhi call kar diye lekin koi sunwayi nahi ho rahi so please answer me at earliest basis. Thanks

                                    The undersigned is resident of flat no.31 vidhya vihar west enclave outer ring road pitam pura delhi 110034. It is to submit here that a cng pump is situated just about 25 yds. Away from the boundary of our society as well as from my flat. It is also to bring to your kind notice that the big machines as well as generator sets are installed in the said cng pump which used to run for almost 24 hours a day and the machines installed there make constant huge noise due to which it has become difficult for us either to sleep properly or to concentrate on study. I am enclosing herewith an audio of the sound which was recorded by me in my bedroom. I have requested the manager and other officials present there to do something to stop the noise but they are not taking any action in the matter. Hence, i am requesting your goodself to do the needful in the matter as soon as possible.
