My account number is [protected]. From 14th march we have not used our gas service as we went out of station. We came back on 5th june. And the bill i paid today i. E. 12th june 2020 is 911rs. Without any details why are we paying such a high amount. Kindly explain... How come we are paying 911 for the last month when we havent used it? I need to know.. Kindly respond or else i will be bound to file a complaint other than this site. Thanku.

      It is say that my name vishal shukla, r/o gh-8/14, sahyog apparment, meera bagh delhi-110087. My connection no.[protected]. Generat bill amt-1158.99 rs. Without any reading by your employ. So plz again check my reading and send correct bill. This is harass to middle class. For send double bill. I known there are major problem to covid-19. So we send latest meter reading.

        Dear sir/madam : we are bringing to kind attention that we had applied for png gas connection in dec 2019 and on ist jan 2020, inspection was done by the igl person to check the feasibility of connection which was duly cleared by the igl authority and on 25th jan 2020, gas meter was installed at my residence - new delhi with bp no : [protected] now, even passing of 6 months after application, there is no gas supply to our connection. Have written /called-up/ chaser with concern authority, nut all in vein. Even filing the complaint, igl they simply close the matter at their end without any resolution to customer. I would request to concern authority to please look into this matter and get us gas supply.

          Hi,

          I have a transport business & from last several year i am dealing with dilshad garden which situated near g. T. B police station. Tomorrow evening due shortage of cash i want to withdrawal amount of rs. 5000 from my igl gas card from p 13 nozzle a. The guy who is assigned their demanding me rs 500 in favour of this then i refused to pay the amount. Then few movements later my a bus came and i request their driver to allow me to pay from my card and in return i took cash from the driver, after this conversation the igl guy become very upset and satrt abusing us and said i don't gas to the bus and then he start fighting with us and creating a seen. Then i complaint to the management about his behaviour that pls check this guy is drunk on duty, then they all blackmail me that we don't give gas to your buses in future if you don't go away.

          So i kindly request you pls take strict action on the. His shift time is (2- 10) at p 13 nozzle a. Incident date 1 june 2020.

            I applied for domestic png connection vide b. P. No. : [protected] on 26/11/2019. Till date it's still pending to be operational by igl staff. Whereas pipe fittings were completed in january-20, & it was informed that now igl executive will come & do the needful.

            But till date no one has turned up, already requested on helpline so many times but no action was taken.

            You're requested to kindly start the png supply immediately.

              My house is locked for more than 5 years and i have raised multiple requests for temporary disconnection of my igl connection, which is not in use, thru online portal, written requests and customer care but instead of taking any action they simply keep closing my complaints requests as resolved and keep sending bills on estimates which are being paid to avoid any issues later. Even after speaking to multiple people of almost all ranks there has been no change in status and i still keep getting bills and complaints getting closed without being attended. I have no idea how long will this continue and if i should stop paying the bills on estimates or will i be able to get the refund which is not promised by anyone so far. Everytime a new excuse is given and the ticket is closed as resolved!

                  This month igl has raised adhoc bills
                  My usual monthly consumption is about rs 120/-
                  The adhoc bill raised is for rs 1200/-
                  The customer care says it is a generated bill, it seems the it department of the company had raised bills of 10 times the monthly consumption
                  What a loot in these difficult times
                  Someone in igl is making them a lot of money

                      I residence of pushpanjali enclave using igl pipe line for long time and my bill generally come between 1500 to 1800, but the bill i received for this month was shocking with Amount of 3450. Pls look forward on this matter as the lockdown in the country is there with no salary.

                        After heavy follow up the team of igl cam and installed meter as well as line on march 16th but when i asked that hen will you start the gas supply then they mentioned that it will happen next day but till date the supply has not been started.

                        I had only one lpg cylinder which is empty now & there is no way i can have food now unless i either request or borrow cylinder form neighborhood.

                        Is this the kind of service for which we pay to igl?

                          I am being billed despite my telling your telecallers for mter reading that, my premises are locked for the last 2 years. I have also shared photo of meter reading on whatsapp no. As provided by your telecaller on follwing nos. :

                            After more than one month follow up with customer care for starting the gas connection, yesterday i. E on 16.03.2020 igl person visited our home for starting the gas connection'.
                            It was noted that in order copy our house number is wrongly mention, but the meter number, flat no & other details is correct.
                            Due to this igl person refused to start connection.

                            My correct home address is:

                            Wrong house address given on order for starting the connection:

                              On 13-03-20, i received message on mobile and email from indraprasth gas limited (Igl) demanding outstanding payment of rs 1264.40 to avoid disconnection of my png connection bp no [protected]. When i tried to make payment via internet banking, i realized that due date for this amount was 07-03-20
                              And after due date rs 1264.19 was to be paid. I had
                              No option but to pay the enhanced amount, because
                              There was no provision on company web for payment of
                              Original amount.
                              Kindly note that before the due date no demand was
                              Raised and communicated to me by message on
                              Mobile or by email or by letter or by any other
                              Method whatsoever. Even in the message and email
                              Which i received after due date on 13-03-20, the
                              Original amount (Not the enhanced amount) has been
                              Mentioned. Enhanced amount can not be claimed by
                              The company without giving prior notice to the consumer
                              Before the due date. I was not given any opportunity
                              Before due date to pay the original amount. Under
                              These circumstances, compelling me to pay the
                              Enhanced amount under threat of disconnection, is
                              Highly arbitrary and illegal.
                              Difference between original and enhanced amount should be refunded to me.

                                    In my current bill an illegal charges of 2616/- has been added in the name of Modifications. I wish to add that neither any modification was ever requested nor any alleged modification was carried out at my place which is evident from installed connection at my Flat G-12A01.
                                    The matter may be escalated for inspection and resolution for waiver off said amount of Rs. 2616/

                                      I applied for the connection in october 2018. Installation and meter everything is done in february 2019 but connection is not started yet. I have called several times and complained about it in the customer care. Everytime they say it will be done with in 2-3 days but no one comes to see even. My request is either you start the connection or return our money.

                                        Dear igl team
                                        I am a consumer under bp no. [protected]. On 28th feb 2020 i received a bill for rs.3079/- including charges of rs. 2616/- for modification. I wish to write that neither any modification was requested from my side nor the same was ever carried out. Perhaps the concerned vendor has added this item at the time of installation just to inflate his bill.
                                        So inspection may be carried out at my place to find our what the alleged modification has been carried out. Till such time i shall pay my bill for my usage only.
