Disconnect my connection BP no [protected] at A45 omicron2 g.n.at 22.08.20.saturday in difalter. but I am not difalter all bill paid. Also I request to customer care, control room for connection many times. But anyone not listen my prayer. So I request to you for connection as early as.

    My IGL BP No. is [protected]. I applied connection in September 2018 and Meter was installed in End of Year 2019 while supply started in Feb 2020.

    As per several mails from IGL Customer Care, they clearly mention that EMI will start from the date of Meter installation however they consider September 2018 as meter installation date which is wrong. They have charged complete EMIs in a single bill after connection mentioning that meter is installed in Sept 2018.

    I have dropped many mails and have follow ups mails as well but the issue is yet unsolved. They just stick to a silly reply that Meter had installed in Sept 2018 while even pipelines were not laid off in society premises till mid of Year 2019.

    I haven't paid that particular bill hence Further I have been charged for late payment charges as well.

    I have asked many times for escalation matrix as well, but they don't even share that which is a basic right of consumer.

    RESOLUTION I WANT:
    I want the records should be corrected that meter is installed in End of Year 2019 and re-calculation of EMI after that. I am ready to pay the correct calculated EMI amount, Also I want reversal of Late payment charges which is due to the non solving of matter from IGL end.

        I have booked a new connection 21 days back, for my house no. 14-b, tower-5, type-v, east kidwai nagar, nbcc govt. Residential complex, new delhi-23. I have been allotted a bp no. [protected] the same was communicated to igl through call center and having a service token no. [protected]. I have been told that the new connection will be provided within 3 days but it is already 4 days gone and despite calling them on their helpline and telling my problem of cooking food etc, no action is yet taken. It shows the poor service and carelessness towards the work attitude of the igl officials.
        This is the situation in a govt colony where meter and connection is already installed upto the kitchen door?

          I had completed all the formalities for my new connections by name of Mr Raman Kumar Gupta at B 5 2nd and third floor, Naray Vihar, New Delhi-110028. I had made the request for the the same BP no. [protected] and other BP NO. [protected] whose service tickets no. We’re [protected] and [protected] on 24 July 2020. But since then no thing has been done please look in to the matter and get it completed as soon as possible.

            Dear sir / madam

            This is to draw your kind attention to the damage that has been caused due to this gas pipeline installation in our building. I own the basement of the building which was flooded with water and dust the other day when i opened it on around 14 august 2020. It was due to digging just in the front of building without our knowledge or permission.

            We have already informed
            Mr. Pushpendra - area project manager
            Mr. Vinod - from contractor side
            Mr. Abhijeet - engineer

            We request to kindly close this connection from this building and get the restoration done as soon as possible so as to avoid any further losses to the foundation of the building.

            We would really appreciate a quick action on the same

              Hello sir/mam,

              Our bp no is : [protected]

              We have raised a complaint with request no : [protected] for improper meter reading due to which our bill has suddenly increased manifold. We noticed that the meter number on the bills does not match with the meter installed at our home due to which we were paying for a bill which does not belong to us since january'19 when this meter was installed. We inquired into this and found that the meter reading in itself is very higher than normal and where on a average basis we are consuming 30 units for a 57 days period the current bill has shown an exceptionally high consumption of 137 units for 57 days. This could be a result of a faulty meter because we have consumed the units fairly normal.

              We have even called up the representatives several times but it was of no help and they thing that matter is trivial and hence no response. There were several visits of representatives to our home to take pictures of the meter but still our request has been closed without resolution. This fault is from igl side so why are we forced to pay what does not belong to us. Please help, waiting for a solution at the earliest.

              Please check our meter it is showing faulty reading also please provide us an updated bill that belong to us.

                incorrect meter number and incorrect reading

                Recently we got igl connection and with this one incident it appears it was a wrong decision. Today in evening the gas was coming on and off, so dialed at their customer care number. But couldnt get connected to any representative to share my concern after waiting for long on call. Eventually i had to dial in emergency number as didn't want to take the risk of any gas leakage. Though i got connected swiftly but kept on getting different numbers and after speaking on 5-6 different numbers managed to speak to correct (I guess) team. They registered my complaint and given the assurance of sending the technician within half an hour. Now it's been 1.5 hrs and when i contacted again to check the status then i was told to wait another 15-20 mins. It's 4 mins to 10 pm and i am literally getting frustrated as when it's time to rest or sleep i will be getting along with technician. I got the feeling of any govt company or office where people work as per their comfort ignoring their customers. Pathetic.

                  Dear sir I am IGL PNG customer with BP No [protected] kanchan Mishra of Delhi had taken connection on 06 monthly security EMI basis but, many time I demanded statement of my security deposit, but company have no response.And given latest bill of about Rs 2262 INR of 45 unit consumption.Which should be only about Rs 1200 only and I demanded bill at E Mail with ticket no [protected] but yet not provided.Mob [protected]

                      Igl, new delhi vide invoice no [protected] dated 16/05/20 raised a bill for rs. 788.74. The bill was paid vide iob new delhi cheque no. 749286 dt 20/05/20 for rs. 788.74 on 20.05.20. Cheque was debited my sb a/c on 29.05.20. Much before the due date of 06.06.20
                      I was surprised to receive another invoice no. [protected] dated 29/06/20 for rs, 1981.47 to be deposited on or before 20.07.20. The bill contained a warnning failing to pay the bill before due date png connection will be disconnected..in this bill arrear of 788.74 + 15.77 =rs.804.51 was included for invoicet no [protected] which stand paid on 20.05.20. I had already submitted scanned copies of bank deposit slip, entry in the pass book, debiting the amount of rs. 788.74.
                      Myself m. K. Chatterjee a super senior citizen of 82 years old, wrote several emails to [protected]@iglgas.in and many whatsapp message. Neither received any reply from igl nor rs. 804.51 refunded. Igl being govt: undertaking using arm twisting methods with a super senior perspn of 82. Hope, my comuplaint will be taken up strongly and extra money of rs 804.51 is refunded immediately.

                          Igl is not able to start connection for the gas supply. It has been 1 month since i am calling it's customer care repeatedly. But they are taking no action. Their service are very poor.

                            We the resident of h - 22 radhey puri, near lal mandir, krishna nagar, east delhi - 110051 have taken the new connection of igl by the name of bharti chawla, as the new connections are being done in our lane and every individual has been provided with the new separate connection individually and we the resident of h - 22 (A) are being provided with the t connection with h-22 (B) and we both the residents of h - 22 (A) & (B) are totally against joint connection and ur contract person mr. Saif khan mobile no ([protected]) has clearly refused with arrogancy for separate new connection inspite of requesting ample amount of times. The person is really rude and unprofessional. We here by request you to please look upon the matter seriously without commencing any delay.

                              The pipeline connection is just near to the electric Post next to my house . Which is really dangerous because its gas and the post has several electric wires and connections in it which can be hazardous in future . Pipeline has to be removed from there and has to be fixed properly.
                              The pipeline was fixed without asking our consent.
                              Do the needful as soon as possible.

                                Igl executives arrived 15-20 days back and were searching for igl pipeline and have done the digging and left open.

                                The complete area is open and pipeline is visible and unsafe and giving threat to our society. We didn't ask for any digging.

                                Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                                      I applied for igl gas pipeline connection in june 2019. The cheque payment of rs 6000 was also got cleared in december 2019 of which i got the message from igl. But till date (24/07/2020) meter has not been installed. I have complaint several times in the customer care but they just give the same service request number everytime without any action taken. I have e-mailed my complaint to igl but all in vain. Kindly take the necessary action at the earliest.
