    I applied for igl gas pipeline connection in june 2019. The cheque payment of rs 6000 was also got cleared in december 2019 of which i got the message from igl. But till date (24/07/2020) meter has not been installed. I have complaint several times in the customer care but they just give the same service request number everytime without any action taken. I have e-mailed my complaint to igl but all in vain. Kindly take the necessary action at the earliest.

      Hi team,

      I have applied for a new connection and i have been given a bp number as [protected]. It has been almost couple of weeks and i have received no update from igl. The latest update was about feasibility check visit. My neighbours from upstairs already have connection in their flat however i am wondering why is it taking so long for the feasibility check to be done. I am living in a dda society and majority of people already have igl connection. Can someone please action this asap and get back to me.

        Dear sir

        I am getting a very excess bill in the last month. I know that our consumption of png is not so high.

        I request you to please look in this matter seriously and send your person to check the meter is faulty or not.

        Please inform us the reason why am i getting so much excess bill and when are you going to send your person to check our meter.

        I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest.

          Dear Sir /Madam

          I would like to inform you that IGL PNG has connected in our society. I am very much concerned over safety of my Flat No. 85-D, R-Block, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095 having regard to highly inflammable and dangerous nature of pipeline.
          There are eight flats in one block (85A to 85G).
          The resident of flat no 85-E R-Block, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095, named Mr R K khanna has digged and put his sewage pipe along with the IGL pipeline.
          We have strong doubt of leakage of gas pipeline which could be dangerous to the life and property of ours.
          Our life and property are at stake, It may even burst as suspicious.
          So I humbly request you to please enquire how he can tampered the IGL pipeline without permission of your office.
          Further you are requested to remove his sewage pipeline immediately so as to keep intact the IGL pipeline and secure the safety of our life and house. As of now our life is in high risk.

          Dear IGL officials,

          As a user i complained last time and taking it forward to the IGL high risk of danger in life due to disturbance in main line in our society by one of the flat no 85F, R-Block, Dilshad Garden, Delhi. Please consider our life as important as others. If any harm happen to any of the member in my family let me know who will be the responsible one from IGL .

          Its a common IGL Gas Pipeline for the 8 flats in a row. I am requesting to take a serious action on the above or let me know if its not in your authority. So i can go to the higher authorities or Delhi/India government to help me in this matter.

          Note: In the photo the constructed area you are seeing with the pipeline is where they dig around 5-6 feet and added multiple pipelines during that time they disturbed IGL line a lot with construction labours. Sometimes i smelled Gas leakage there. If IGL allowed for this provide me written copy with permission and also give me a written copy as promise that our life are safe with this change.

            Despite having collected electricity bill (Address proof) and cheque of rs 6000 in the last week of april, the domestic pipe gas connection is being delayed deliberately.in the address mentioned in the electricity bill, the word safdarjung enclave is missing in between krishna nagar and new delhi 110029. I have already telephonically as well as thr email conveyed that safdarjung enclave and deli 110029 is one and the same and there is only one krishna nagar in new delhi 110029 area which falls in safdarjung enclave. Despite that igl is delaying new connection and kept it on hold even after 20 days after collecting documents from my flat.

              Dear Sir ( IGL),

              This work (total qty of GI pipe and Service Work) was done common for three flats of three floor in the society building but total billing was done at one flats (on my name only) please resolve this issue and divide this bill in three parts.

              Dear Sir/Madam ( IGL),

              This is for the kind information Billing problem is not solved, wrong service charges has been issued on my account. Your customer care person has informed me that this problem will be solve by our other department and he will forward this issue to the concerned department for the solution.
              So please solve this issue.

              Details of my issue are given below:

              1. Wrong common pipe routing was done 8 yrs back by IGL contractor. It was done passing through the wall of neighbor's plot.

              2. Now Builder was building 2nd and third floor on their same plot and pipe has become risky coming between two wall.

              3. As per request of builder and our society people taking it risky I initiated the issue and informed the IGL through online my IGL login stating clearly this issue . Please check my old information/details given to you regarding this.

              4. On my information Contractor has come and shifted common pipe (that is common for three flats of three floor of our society in absence of me and taken the signature of my spouse informing that this signature is only for the proof of their work completion.

              5. Now IGL has issued a bill of approx. Rs 7500. on my account for service charges of common pipe which is shifting by approx. 4 meter.

              Please advice ;

              Why should I pay for mistake done by IGL contractor done by wrong routing of pipe 8 years back ?
              why should I pay alone for common pipe divided in three person?

              I request you to please depute IGL authorize person to check and verify this issue and waive off this service charges.

                Dear sir,
                I have paid rs.6000/= to igl as on 19th november, 2017 towards new connection vide b p no.[protected]. But till date neither the gas supply started nor there is any deadline for our pocket - n, janta flat, sarita vihar, new delhi-110076.
                I don't understand just opposite pocket-n, there's a pocket - m, where the gas supply is started last year in the m/o may-, 2019. Why then not supplied gas to pocket - n too. What was the reason? In case of any why it took this much time. And why we have to remind.
                I do not understand the customer care roll also. Because there's no reply to my mail till date nor they're ready to share email id of - nodel officer nor grivences even after making phone calls.
                Hope you will take immediate action on it and provide us gas supply to our pocket-n.

                      I don't live in India. And my apartment has been empty since 2017. For a long time, they used to just send the minimum amount as monthly bill but starting Q4 2019, they've gone a lot more greedy and have been sending arbitrary meter readings and monthly bills amounting to ₹2, 000/- and sometimes more. I would want a refund on the fake bills I've already paid for and a written apology for the scam they're running. This is my last step before I involve my lawyer into this issue.

I wish to inform you that we are out station for the last over three months and you have generated 10fold bill. It's not even average or actual or based on the consumption patterns of last year.                           The above png connection is installed in the name of anuradha mehra & bharat ram mehra at flat no f-711, prateek edifice, sector 107, noida, district gautam budh nagar, u. P.

                          In connection with above, we shall like to bring the following facts to your kind attention:

                          1. The above connection was activated on 8th november, 2019 and all the documents pertaining to kyc were submitted to your noida office by the undersigned personally on 7th november, 2019.

                          2. Before completing kyc formalities on 7th november, 2019, your noida office insisted upon seeing the picture of the meter installed in the flat. On that day itself, the undersigned arranged the picture of the meter on his whatsap and showed the same to your officials sitting in noida office. Based on this picture of the meter, the kyc documents were accepted and orders for activation of connection were issued to the vendor/ contractors.

                          3. As is evident from the picture of the meter, it showed a reading of 502 units as on 7th november, 2019 which clearly implies that the meter had already been used earlier before its installation in our flat. A copy of the picture of the meter as at 7th november, 2019 is attached herewith for your kind perusal.

                          4. Needless to mention, the picture of the meter as taken on 7th november, 2019 is still stored and available on our mobile number.

                          5. It is a matter of fact that the flat remained functional for only two days from 8th november, 2019 till 16th january, 2020 when the first bill was generated..

                          6. To our utter surprise, we found that when the first bill was generated on 17th march, 2020, it showed the initial reading of 0.090 instead of 502 units and closing units at 504 units. Thus, in the process it generated bill for 504 inits instead of 2 units. The fact that the flat was virtually closed during this period is evident from the electricity bills for this period.

                          7. We lodged a complaint with igl through online portal on 22.06.2020 vide service request no [protected] for correction of the bill and i received an sms as well as an email on 23rd june, 2020 that the complaint has been resolved, but we regret to inform you that nothing has been done so far.

                          I registered two service requests with the number [protected] and [protected] and the problem remained unresolved although they sent sms that the problem has been resolved. I sent an email to customer care on 26th june, 2020 and no reply has been received so far.

                          In view of above, we once again request you to please correct the bill which has been wrongly generated on the basis of initial reading of 0.090 units whereas the same was 502 units.

                          A copy of the picture of the meter as on 07.11.2019 when kyc documents were accepted is attached herewith for your kind perusal.

                              I have applied for new connection for home on igl on 6th may 2020 and do receive application number for same. Moreover my documents along with cheque amount 6000rs were also collected by igl team
                              Since then no one visit to install gas connection.
                              I am very distrust from this incident.

                                I am adv. Sanjeev deshwal requested you to remove igl gas pipe line from the wall of my flat no.1, block f, ground floor, utsav apartment, rohini sector-18, delhi-85. As this site renovation and repair work is start and without remove gas pipe line we are facing lots of dificulties, so please remove said gas pipe lines from this site on urgent basis, if you fail to remove the same then you will force me to take legal action before apropritae court of law on your rick and cost.                                     I have applied for ng conversion on[protected] and from 14th june, i am following to customet service team but every time they assure that request is converted on high priority and will be done soon.
                                    Till date no one from igl visited for resolution.
                                    Need urgent solution of request raised on 12th as the tat was for 3 days and its alreay 6 days are gone anf tat has been bursted.

                                      Hi team, outside my house private sewage pipeline has been damaged at the time of laying igl pipelines in b -211 jawahar park khanpur new delhi 62. I have personally deployed workers to get my sewage pipeline repaired around 50' ft.
                                      I am writing to inform to you to please visit the site to check the whether digging is going right in the directions so that it will not damaged igl pipelines.

                                      I have already submitted request multiples times to ravi igl worker, sanjeev igl worker but they are not showing interest to visit the site from last 5 days.
                                      I would request you to please come asap at the location

                                        I have done a wrong payment of rs.266 by mistake through paytm at igl rohini dtc depot 4 hybrid delhi on dated 01 april 2020 at 5:58 p. M while this pump is shut down due to lockdown.
