I am getting the regular calls and mail from igl regarding payment outstanding with the name of anil dutt, b. P number :-[protected].

I dont know, who is anil dutt and how my number and email id is there in your records with the name of anil dutt.

Please rectify and correct your records as i had already told many times to concern person calling from igl.

Please do the needful on immediate basis, will be grateful.

I received bill on 25th Oct 2019 with reconnection charges applied two times. I raised 3 service request for bill correction every time they closed it stating query resolved. my BP no.[protected].

    Hi team, my bp no. Is [protected] in noida. Despite submitting all the documents there's no action from the team who updates kyc and activate connection. Everyone around in activation team wants to charge money to get the connection activated. Someone says it will cost r. S 800 the other person says it will take rs. 275 per burner etc etc however till now no one is helping properly to get it activated.
    Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    1.We are not getting bills.

    2. Please arrange to send a consolidated bill with complete details about liability accrued from the begining and payments made by us.

      Hi team,

      I am a new PNG customer with BP number [protected]. The meter for my PNG connection has been Installed around 2 months ago. Since then, I have been trying to call IGL Control Room to connect the gas pipe to my gas stove and complete the installation but the IGL Control Room number is either always busy or no one picks the call.

      I, therefore, request you to look into this matter and do the needful.

      I had applied for a new connection in April 2019. I was allotted BP number [protected]. My Cheque for amount Rs 6000/- in favor of IGL was debited on 14 June 2019. Pipe was installed on 01 Sep 2019. It has been 02 months since the meter was installed however no gas supply has been activated for my connection.

        After their tech evaluation and visit of representative, i as well my other family members, have made payment to igl for 3 png connections for my 3 residential floors in aug 2015 under consumer bp no.[protected],[protected] and 7071. After my regular follow up, they asked me to apply for refund as due to some technical reasons (Not they are unable to provide connection. I, time and again wrote for connection but no response.
        Now their representative is advising me and my neighbours. To apply again.

        I am a senior citizen requiring png connection urgently. On my emails i get an auto generated reply for action soon but never attended. My latest service ticket is (Srv req no ([protected]).               Dear concerned,
              I just visited at "mayur vihar phase 1" cng pump to refill cng of my car.
              The person who was take care of point mr. Bura singh, when he started to fill the cng meater was not moving and when i ask to check he press a button and it shows that cng for rs. 5.43 had been filled. Again he started meater for filling and same error reflected with filling of rs. 11. 30, both time he didn't want notice the error but i pointed out the same.
              Finally he filled cng of rs. 259.90 but when i ask about error he started very rude behavior and forced that you have to pay total amount without any questions.
              I paid the amount and went to meet with manager mr. Arjun tiwari, he was trying to identify the error and explain to me. But bura singh was not in control to manager also and started insolence there.
              I ask to receipt with mentioning error amounts, he denied but anyway manager arranged it.

              I just want to highlight that it's not the matter of rs. 16, but representative was very rude and management should take a review of mention person.

                We have applied for new igl connection and provided the initial deposit cheque to your team on 27th sep 2019. Attached is receipt for your reference.

                Now still we don't have any update or progress on this and when trying to contact the customer care team they also don't have any information. Every time we get to know that they haven't received our document and cheque.

                What is resolution for this?

                Also just for your information, we have already have igl connection at ground level and a point for connection at first floor. I am not sure why it is taking so much time.

                  I have an igl connection for which during the month of september - october 2019 false meter reading is taken by the company representative and very high bill is generated. I usually have lower average monthly bill this could be varified by my past billing history. Inspite of several complaints and call to customer care my billing issue is not resolved till date.

                    Last year in november 2018, connection of igl meters were installed in dr. Baba saheb ambedkar complex, sector-6, rohini, delhi-110085 india.

                    As a resident of the above mentioned address residing at house no. 55, my connection was duly installed. The connection is fully functional to date.

                    Unfortunately, there hasn't been any bill issued towards my usage of your kind service.

                    It's been almost one year since i have been using your igl services. On multiple occasions, i have visited your concerned office at sector-7 in rohini to inform them about this issue of my bill being not issued. No concerned person has come to date to record the reading from the meter.

                    Your staff at igl office has not listened to our plea and has failed to record the same in writing. Neither the staff listen to our plea nor they register our complaint. Hence, this matter stays unresolved. They only do verbal communication which has no meaning in resolving our issue which stands urgent in nature.

                    I serve in government of nct. I am absolutely against this unprofessional behaviour of your staff and will request you to take stringent action against the concerned office and person towards such behaviour.

                    Now that the bill has not been issued for almost one year. Whenever the bill is issued, i am assuming that it will be issued collectively for this one year period and with late fees. If such is the case, why am i liable to pay this amount when your office has not shown concern towards my repeatedly reminders for non issue of bill.

                    Even though as a responsible citizen, i made a voluntarily deposit of inr 1, 000/- towards my usage of your services in the form of cheque (No. 919185) deposited on 27-jun-2019 from my state bank of india account. The receiving is attached for your ready reference. Also, the photograph of my meter is attached for your ready reference.

                    To this date, i have not been issued any bp number or any connection number. Other than my meter number, i have nothing to quote for reference. This is outrageous. Such behaviour is clearly a case of mental harassment, where a customer visit the nearest concerned office of igl and nobody listen or record the complaint. This has happened on multiple occasions.

                    Your customer care service requires to understand that when a customer calls - in and reports a complaint. The complaint has to be recorded and a complaint number has to be issued. Unfortunately, no one records the complaint and no complaint number is issued.

                    With no further delay, i request the concerned officials to take this matter as urgent and resolve this to their best.

                    I look forward to speedy resolution of my matter.

                      I got a new connection on march 11, 2019 with bp no. [protected]. To my surprise when we got our first bill, the amount was more than 13, 500 for just four months. We were surprised as we already had paid the security amount of rs 6, 000 in the beginning. After several complaints, their technician came on september 9 and found a huge leakage in the igl pipeline just after the meter.

                      The technician prepared a report saying "a leakage was found at the site and the same has been corrected." i have got the report with me. After that i am running pillar to post to get this unjustified bill waived off, but they are just giving false promises.

                      In the meantime, their people from billing department are harassing me continuously to pay the entire amount. One day their bouncers came to my house with tools to disconnect the gas. I pleaded with them to give me some more time as i have two small kids and there will be an issue with cooking.

                      I called their customer care several times and they suggested me to contact the head office at rk puram delhi. An official from rk puram told me that we are analysing your case and it will take time, but we cannot guarantee that your bill will be waived off. They said that in the meantime, you will have to clear the bill otherwise we will cut your connection.

                      I am in a fix. My legitimate bill should be somewhere around rs 2, 500 for five months. But i am being forced to pay 6 times of that for not a fault of mine.

                      Request you to escalate this to the concerned authorities and get this resolved. I work in a media company and trying to get it highlighted through news, but your help will be appreciated.

                        The igl connection was installed at my address in 2016. The address where its installed kcb0020703, wishtown klassic, noida sector 134 is locked since i moved to a different city abroad and never used the igl connection.

                        My father who is a senior citizen visited the flat recently...

                          I would to inform you that my name is ravi chamoli residence of a-55 sector-48 noida first floor, our complaint is regarding of twice bill payment of our igl against bill no. [protected] through my sbi credit card and same has been deducted from hdfc auto pay system.

                          I request you to please reimburse my extra amount which was done through sbi credit card no.[protected].

                          For the last one year we are around 250 residents waiting for release of gas for our flats in sector 109 Gurgaon at chintels paradiso. All internal fittings are complete, please confirm.
                          Y Bp no is 40031792. I booked my connection about one and a half year. But there no given gas connection yet.

                              I came every day to fill up cng igl indraprastha and there is one water cooler from which water is getting leaked 24x7 qnd leaked doesnt means tip tip i mean in 1 minute u can fill up 1 bottle from each tap. I am continuously informing the manager from last 1 week but he doesnt even bother and say "aage bol rakha hai kuch hota hi nahi" pls take action against them if you need any vedio clip or something pls let me know
