Last year in november 2018, connection of igl meters were installed in dr. Baba saheb ambedkar complex, sector-6, rohini, delhi-110085 india.
As a resident of the above mentioned address residing at house no. 55, my connection was duly installed. The connection is fully functional to date.
Unfortunately, there hasn't been any bill issued towards my usage of your kind service.
It's been almost one year since i have been using your igl services. On multiple occasions, i have visited your concerned office at sector-7 in rohini to inform them about this issue of my bill being not issued. No concerned person has come to date to record the reading from the meter.
Your staff at igl office has not listened to our plea and has failed to record the same in writing. Neither the staff listen to our plea nor they register our complaint. Hence, this matter stays unresolved. They only do verbal communication which has no meaning in resolving our issue which stands urgent in nature.
I serve in government of nct. I am absolutely against this unprofessional behaviour of your staff and will request you to take stringent action against the concerned office and person towards such behaviour.
Now that the bill has not been issued for almost one year. Whenever the bill is issued, i am assuming that it will be issued collectively for this one year period and with late fees. If such is the case, why am i liable to pay this amount when your office has not shown concern towards my repeatedly reminders for non issue of bill.
Even though as a responsible citizen, i made a voluntarily deposit of inr 1, 000/- towards my usage of your services in the form of cheque (No. 919185) deposited on 27-jun-2019 from my state bank of india account. The receiving is attached for your ready reference. Also, the photograph of my meter is attached for your ready reference.
To this date, i have not been issued any bp number or any connection number. Other than my meter number, i have nothing to quote for reference. This is outrageous. Such behaviour is clearly a case of mental harassment, where a customer visit the nearest concerned office of igl and nobody listen or record the complaint. This has happened on multiple occasions.
Your customer care service requires to understand that when a customer calls - in and reports a complaint. The complaint has to be recorded and a complaint number has to be issued. Unfortunately, no one records the complaint and no complaint number is issued.
With no further delay, i request the concerned officials to take this matter as urgent and resolve this to their best.
