Igl team has done all the connection and said that within one week someone from igl would come and start the gas pipeline or my connection but its been more than 20 days but no body came and nobody is looking into this matter. Now when i am sending mails of requesting or complaining about this then they are not doing anything they just revert me with a fancy mail and also send another mail with a message that my complain is resolved while...

I want to report the negligent behavior and indifferent and callous behavior of the control room supervisor.
I got my pipeline connection initiated on 5th sep by a representative called vikash in b-23/1401, tulip violet, sector 69, sohna road, gurugram, haryana 122101. My mother in law got the connection done and she also mentioned to him that there is quite a delay in the gas coming, to which he said this is the norm in pipeline gas...

I am the resident of deepak vihar najafgarh and my bp no is [protected] & [protected]. I hav paid my initial charges but the contractor has left my connections and some others. Also he hasn't repaired his road cuttings and diggings due to which we are facing hell lot of problems. When asked him he talked rudely and said he has finished all of his work. Have just logged the service request for the old material have been installed at my premises. Please note last month i requested igl to re-install the png connection, where in there was a bill generated by the igl team
Bill no [protected] dated 17.07.2019 for rs 3421.68/- against the the re-instillation of png connection.

I need to know all the pipes and av system were old installed...

We are getting message from igl that you home was locked and we couldnot take reading but this is not true. My home never locked your representative dont visit us.
Please check it as our home never got locked evrry day there are people at home.

I have booked a new igl connection on 11th july. After lot's of calls one person came to my house and pickup the necessary documents and a cheque of rs.6000/-. After some time another person came to my house about figibility checkup and found ok. I have received the mail from your side for that my cheque in received and cleared from my account. Would like to bring into notice since six month we are getting excess amount in our monthly bill. Usually we used to pay 100-200 approx. But from last six months we are getting 800 rs which is like unfair amount

I booked png connection in may beginning. I was told 3 months i would getting connection. I submitted all papers to the door step service person with house papers and 275rs cheque. After 2 months i was told that they have received any documents thats why my connection is not being installed. I submitted documents and cheque again at rk puram walk in center. We booked igl connection on dated 21.07.19 cheq. No - 343869 sbi, n-458 a, sec - 23, sanjay nagar, ghaziabad. Mr. Vikas come in my house for connection and ask give me ladder and oil for the connection. We refused to give ladder and oil. Mr. Vikas misbehave & arrogant talking with me.
He refuse to installed igl connection.

Complaint against indraprastha gas limited

Authorised representative of igl collected sbi cheque no.244292 dt 05/05/2019 for rs.6, 000/- for domestic png connection in flat no b1803, charms castle, rajnagar extension, ghaziabad.
Even after lapse of almost four months and visits by your representatives in the flat, gas connection is not yet given.
Kindly expedite the connection without further delay....

When we go to igl cng pump station, muradnagar for filling gas in our car at 5:15 am. They say that there is no gas for filling and the gas will be filled after 6:00 am when new shift will be come.
This incident became two-three times before today.
I am requesting to you for correcting your services so that more customers will be come

I am Pooja Pokhriyal, BP No. [protected], My papers and check was deposited in FEB'19 however no connection was done. I called up at 50 to 60 times as every time i am getting a new number to call. Mr. Kunal our area manager is not picking up the call i called him many number of times, I called up customer care so many times and i was given an assurance that a complaint is launched and it will resolve soon but no luck. This harassment is going on for last 2 years repeatedly complaining but your system is not improving sometimes you say new agency hired they will correct the details some time other excuses. Bills are not received then you start charging late payment fee.
For customer care no email of any officer of the igl is available to take up matter and resolving the issue. Will you let me know who will listen and ensure...
