I have applied for new png connecton on 18.03.2019. But till date the connection is not given even after 2 months. The pipe line is already there upto my kitchen. Than i am unable to understand the hitch in giving the connection. This shows the lousy customer unfriendly working of the company. Please also let me know the government agency for sending my complaint urgently.

    Myself vijay singh gusain resident type 3, quarter no. 63 mandoli jail complex delhi 110093. Your engineer came to my house to connect igl connection to my stove but there is some serious gas leakage problem rise when we use gas stove, so we can't use the gas stove properly
    You are requested to solve my issue as soon as possible nd we want to replace my single burner with my double burner gas stove

    Mr. Gautam Singh, Sales executive. looking after the greater noida area is misguiding customers. he is providing correct informations. when tried to contact on mobile phone, he always either not picked the phone or cut the phone. his way of talking is also not upto the mark.

      Your field person has installed gas pipeline on grunt of my shop. This space required to be use for installation of ac outdoor unit, without ac no body can sitting in the office so i request you please uninstall pipeline from my shop.

        Sir,
        My igl domestic gas bp no. Is [protected], niti khand-i indirapuram. Ghaziabad. I am shocked to see gas bill of rs 70773.37 vide invoice no. [protected] dated 27.04 2019.
        I am regularly paying gas bill in the past with following details :-
        Invoice no.[protected] dated 06.03.18 from 16.12.17 to 18, 02.18 = rs 1050, invoice no.[protected] dated 03.05.18 from 19.02.18 to 22.04.18 = rs 1033, invoice no.[protected] dated 18.07.18 from 23.04.18 to 11.06 18 rs 843, invoice no. [protected] dated 11.09.18 from 12.06 18 to 06.08.18 =rs 944, invoice no.[protected] dated 07.08.18 from 07.08.18 to 01.10.18=rs 967. Thereafter i didnt received a bill till apr 19. I made an online complaint to issue bill.
        The igl has now issued a bill invoice no, [protected] dated 27.04.2019 amounting to rs 70773.37. This including the arrears from 19.02.18 to 06.04 19. This includes bill for 19.02.18 to 16.02.18 rs 70479.
        How can a family of 4to 5 can consume such a high volume of gas. It is now learnt that all previous bills were estimated and this one is actual one on the basis of actual reading. Even if meter readings are correct this cannot happen without fault in the meter or system. Meter reading was regularly been taken by reader. It is not possible to pay such a high and wrong bill. No action has been taken by igl on the complaint to customer care and online through bp id. Request help and advice to settle the issue.

          Dear sir, my bp no is [protected]. I have applied in feb'19 but till date despite several written and verbal reminders connection has not been installed till date. Kindly look into it. I have met mr. Subodh in noida office of igl company. He assured me to get the connection installed by 14 april. After that i again talked with him on 15 april, then he replied connection will be installed within 3 days. Now he is not picking up my phone. My elder parents lived in noida and these people are harassing like this not picking up the phone.

          My BP No [protected] was generated three months ago but still the company had not started the PNG connection. Required fee and other required papers all given to company.

            I am from modinagar, uttar pradesh.. I have called the so called supervisor so many times regarding the gas line pipe issue as we dont want to share that gas pipeline with neighbours. And your workers has connected the neighbours gas pipeline with us widout our permission.. I have called supervisor to cut that pipe or whatever they have to do. But they are delaying and giving lame excuses.. Take immediate action otherwise i am going to deactivate that gas pipeline in our home.. And will use gas cylinders instead.. This issue is not resolving from last one month and my patience is over now.
            Very much dissatisfied.

              Hi,

              I was charged rs 7800 for igl connection out of which 1800 rs was advance payment which was supposed to be adjusted in igl bill from 3rd bill onwards.

              But, now when i speak to customer care to adjust this amount in my bill, the agents denies to adjust it and says it should have been adjusted from 1st bill onwards.

              I am fed up of this service and looks like i am cheated for 1800 rs.

              Request igl to give my 1800 rs back or adjust the same in my igl bill otherwise i will not pay my bill and they can disconnect the connection.

                Despite repeated attempts to reach igl customer care, they have not yet started the gas supply at our home.

                It's been a month since we have initiated the request. Kindly expedite the process and clarify the reason for delay. Else we will have to escalate the matter to higher authority.

                — it appears they are expecting some bribe for the same. Please look into the matter at your earliest.

                I, Shubh Nath Yadav applied for png connection and even got my bp number. After payment of Rs 6000 through check to CMS BRANCH POOL ACCOUNT on 6 march 2019 i still have not received any confirmation from igl about the payement or when will they provide the connection. It is very disappointing for me and i want that igl do something about it.

                  The staff at pul pehladpur outlet generally does not returns the change i. E. One or two rupees. Today at about 08:30 pm my bill was for rs. 287.45 but the person at the pump was adamant to charge rupees 288/-. I offered him to pay the change of rs. 287/- but to my amusement he insisted on having rs. 288/-.
                  This is totally uncalled for and unprofessional behavior on the part of the gas station. Further, this goes on to harm the reputation of your company.
                  Hoping for a stringent action against such acts.

                    With reference to BP no.[protected], gas connection in terms of pipe fitting and meter installation happened on 24.12.18. We were supposed to get gas supply in another two days but we are still struggling for the same. Everytime I call to customer care, I get no response.One of the most worst services I ever received.

                    Now I again placed a complaint and shocked to know that my connection completion is on hold by the customer(that is me). it is really frustrating to know that the engineers never communicated me and instead they uploaded wrong status about my complaints. Why do i ask them to hold without any reason. Moreover can they even hold it for more than 5 months. This kind of careless attitude on part of IGL employees is very strange.

                    Still no contact from IGL. I again inquired about my complaint status and it is very shocking that they again closed my complaint. This time also they mention it as withhold by customer status to it. Im getting reminder from them regarding due EMI's but they are not assuring me gas supply.

                        I have registered for new connection for png on 3rd of april, my bp no.[protected] but till date i had called many times to the customer care team for the status against my registration number but neither anyone visit at my place nor anyone given me any correct guidance or information regarding delay.

                        Somebody suggest us to join the igl for the same but i think we should not recommend anyone if it is the type of service provided by igl.

                        I will wait for the response by the igl team if not received any response then it will be forcefully need to be escalated to the higher authorities.

                          Igl (Indraprastha gas limited) team contacted me two weeks back, after a very long request for new connection from last four months. They had to install a ney png connection at my home in dwarka, but i was not at home then. Since then, i have been calling them for the same, but no action has been taken till date. They take more than a decade for this new png installation. Kindly get this new connection installed urgenly.

                              Dear sir,

                              I am having a gas connection with bp no. [protected]. On dated[protected], when i was paying the bill through phone pe, inadvertently i have paid the bill for bp no. [protected] amounting rs. 714.43.

                              On dated[protected], i have booked a complaint through email regarding inadvertent payment of the bill of some other customer with bp no. [protected] instead of my bill with bp no. [protected].

                              On dated[protected], a service request number [protected] was generated and registered for arrears in billing and it was committed that within 8 days, the amount will be reverted to my bp account no. [protected].

                              As the issue was not resolved, i sent a reminder mail on dated[protected], and on dated[protected], i was informed that request is under process.in the meantime i have also contacted several times over phone, but each time i was told that request will be resolved within 2-3 days.

                              Now, 2 months have gone but there is no resolution in sight. I am regularly paying the bills, but still rs. 714.43 which i inadvertently paid to some other bp number, is still pending.

                              It is requested to kindly help me to resolve the issue immediately.

                                  I have contractor over phone so many IGL person, but no action taken.

                                    Igl has the most horrible service so far. We are highly disappointed. We live in paschim vihar. Yesterday, our pipeline broke. We called for indraprastha gas ltd emergency services, yet the numbers were busy. When finally we managed to contact a person from igl, and asked him to come immediate and repair the pipeline (Or fit a new one, which was a 'mandatory service' included in the igl services), since gas leakage (Had it happened in case), could have posed a serious threat, the person responded very rudely first of all, and second, without giving us a chance to explain the problem, he immediately said that 'it was not his duty and call someone else for this service'. (As i referred in the igl website, those service were included.) i expect immediate action in this regard. Since lackadaisical behaviour in such matters could posses huge risks. Hope you consider. Thank you

                                      Have applied for new connection in dec-18 and submitted all the required documents along with a cheque of 6000, which is installation charge, got a confirmation on 5th jan with the mentioned ref. No. A guy named dherendra called in jan only and confirmed that the connection will be installed in next 3 days. After 3 days he stopped picking call and till date he is not picking the calls. Its being more then 3 month it is yet not installed, called several times to customer care every time they just assure that the matter will be shorted soon. Please take some necessary action for the same.

                                        My name is rohit gupta residing in multani mohalla, rani bagh. I have a stationery shop in multani mohalla where ur contractor installed pipeline with close to my shop's shutter.
                                        I just want to say that IGL
                                        Pipeline has been installed in front of my shop without my consent. It depletes the look of shop and looks extremely unavoidable. It will also raise a problem for me in future because I m planning to extend my shop. And ur gas pipeline will create a big problem for me.At this time it can be changed because LPG has not been released yet.
                                        There is space at the corner of shop. Why wasn't the pipeline installed from the corner sides.
                                        Need to uproot the pipeline already installed in front of my shop without my consent and put it correctly at another place.i m giving u the snapshot of my problem.

                                        I called ur customer care no., but there is no use.they said that u should mail to IGL for resolve ur query.i also talk to the working authorities while installation but they also said ki "baad mein kar denge".
                                        please do me a favour as earliest.
