      My connection is installed in Dec'2018.
      Installation Guys did not complete the NG connection.

      I have called the Control room( Manoj) around 20 times, but no positive response. Control room guy says he would send the engineer, and the issue would be resolved in 2 days. But nothing happened in the last 3 months.

      I have also called Customer care 2 times. They used to say, we have filled the NG form and please wait, Technician would call me. Bur again no positive sign from last 10 days.
      At last, this is one of the worst services in the government sector, I have seen.
      Please help me into that.

        In reference to my bp no.[protected], it is stated that i had requested for new png connection and installation in the month of august 2018 at our residence at house no. 227, 1st floor, pocket-9, nasirpur, delhi and bp number [protected] was allotted after checking the feasibility by the field staff/engineers. It is pertinent to mention that all the other occupants in our society already have png connection installed and the gas pipeline was already fixed next to my house both sides, prior to raising a request for installation.
        As required, the documents for proof of residence and aadhaar card along with a cancelled cheque (Icici bank).
        In reference to our request, bp no.[protected] was generated and processed.in this regards, the acknowledgement was received via mail on 25th february 2019 by customercare. [protected]@igl.co.in.
        After a long wait and multiple follow ups, the engineers/representatives of the igl was installing the meter on today-24th jan, 2019 but not installed due to some neighborhood issue. During this process my house was completely drilled 15 times at different places (Photos attached) i contacted the customer care multiple times, but of no use. The representative end up telling us that the connection can not be submitted without neighborhood consent and they have escalated this matter to higher authorities. Even your representatives was showing that they are extremely busy and not talked in better way.
        I just want to know who will be responsible for my damage and who will take care of after damage construction expenses. How you can start installation without noc of neighborhoods. If started then you should complete the same at any cost.
        We believe that the engineers who came for the installation of the meters on 24th march, 2019 might have been not convinced properly.

        Maybe, it is due to our lack of knowledge and expertise on that front.
        We had contacted the customer care multiple times as we did not hear back from your end. The matter was explained in detail this time but the representative never had any answer. Irrespective of all the grievances laid out in front of the customer care representative, we haven’t received a single communication from your end. This unresponsive and irresponsible behavior is not only causing a loss for us but hampering the growth & reputation of igl organization/govt. Of india as well.

          In reference to your bp no.[protected] pertaining to png connection at 48 4th floor balmukund residency raj nagar extension ghaziabad 201017, we are pleased to inform you that the registered premise has been found technically feasible for providing the png domestic connection. As on 31.12.2018.

          This is reference to [protected] number. Online security deposited rs 6000 on 11/01/2018. However till date png domestic connection not made. I call your agency to various times yet till date png domestic connection not made

          Sir at my residence the lpg pipeline has been installed for almost 20 days, it was su[ppose to be started within week but it has been delayed. please see to it.
          As mentioned above. BP No:-[protected]. The paid amount {Rs.417.19}
          must be credited immediately against Invoice Number:[protected] dated 08.03.2019. The amount has already been debited in my card account on
          20.03.2019.

            I have called at igl customer care number many times but no one is coming for installation... Its been more than a month.. Everytime your executive register tge complaint but the issue us not getting resolved.. Its been more than a month that i am waiting for your person to visit for installation.. Please look into the matter and get the issue resolved as early as possible

              I have received a bill of rs. 762.91 (B. P. # [protected] & invoice no.[protected] dated: 14-03-19. This amount of rs. 762.91, i have paid on-line today (Ie.[protected]. Firstly, as i have not received any invoice, i already made a payment rs.175/- as a tentative amount on[protected] online (Vide phdf[protected]) ; which has not been adjusted in this bill.

              Secondly, my last closing meter-reading as on 24th october, 2018 - was 225, 000. Since then i have not consumed any amount of gas. As a result, my closing meter reading as on today 23rd march, 2019 also shows same ie. 225, 000. The earlier invoices since october, 2018, raised by you, i already paid the amount - which was on the basis of minimum charge as per your rule. But in the current bill, you calculated on the basis of average charges. Whereas i have not consumed any amount of gas since october, 2018 and meter reading remained same i. E. 225, 000.

              So, please look into the matter. Hopefully, you will made all necessary adjustments.

                With due respect, it is stated that i had requested for new png connection and installation in the month of july 2018 at our residence at ae-31, 3rd floor, shalimar bagh, delhi and bp number [protected] was allotted after checking the feasibility by the field staff/engineers. It is pertinent to mention that all the other occupants in our building already have png connection installed and the gas pipeline was already fixed at our floor level, prior to raising a request for installation.
                As required, the documents for proof of residence and aadhaar card along with a cheque of rs 275/- (Cheque no. 645188, corporation bank) were deposited on 28th october, 2018.
                In reference to our request, the ca number was generated on 31st october, 2018.in this regards, the acknowledgement was received via mail on 16th november, 2018 by customercare. [protected]@igl.co.in.
                After a long wait and multiple follow ups, the engineers/representatives of the igl installed the meter on 20th jan, 2019 but no one followed up post that. I contacted the customer care multiple times since that day, but of no use. The representative end up telling us that the connection must have been installed within a period of 90 days from the date of generation of the ca number and they have escalated this matter to higher authorities. Surprisingly, it has been exactly 144 days (~5 months) since the ca number got generated in our case, and we have not received a single communication from your end. (Recorded conversation is attached herewith).
                Ironically, the applicants who had applied for the same later than me (During the festive season of nov dec 2019), who were benefitted with a waiver o[censored]pfront amount of rs 275/- have their gas pipelines installed up and running now.
                We believe that the engineers who came for the installation of the meters on 20th jan, 2019 might have been expecting something, which we could not comprehend and ignored completely.
                On the same lines, we have asked your customer care representative if there are any other extra expenses/fees that has to be paid for the png connection.
                Maybe, it is due to our lack of knowledge and expertise on that front.
                We had contacted the customer care multiple times as we did not hear back from your end. The matter was explained in detail every time but the representative never had any answer. Irrespective of all the grievances laid out in front of the customer care representative, we haven’t received a single communication from your end. This unresponsive and irresponsible behavior is not only causing a loss for us but hampering the growth & reputation of igl organization/govt. Of india as well.
                Since the day we have lodged complaints regarding this, it seems that the syndicate in igl is punishing us by not resolving this matter and waiting for an escalation to the consumer court, which we are triggering today.
                Hoping the authorities will take stringent action against the defaulters.

                  Good evening,

                  I had applied for a png connection from igl back in september 2018. My bp number is [protected].
                  They have installed the meter very recently in march 2019, but have failed to start it.
                  They constantly ignore our calls, refuse to come home, and delay the start of the connection, promising they’ll do it soon but never doing it.
                  Kindly look into the matter.

                      This is with reference to the igl connection opted for

                      Flat no 1103, skardi greens, ghaziabad

                      Wherein an igl official visited to see the feasibility of the igl pipeline multiple times and took no action regarding the same and this time very very shamelessly behaved with my mother. Such employees must be suspended who dont have the etiquette to talk to customers.

                      Employee named hridesh came on the 17th march at about 4pm and said if igl causes any damage to your home marble / stone, the entire respsonsibility is yours and we dont care about anything that you have put at home. The employee mentioned here said we cant put any pipeline in your home and rushed out of the home. He was shouting at the top of his voice. We were unfortunately out of home, when this incident happened with out mother, else we would have shown the person, what is it like to misbehave with a female and tell horrendous things.

                      Such employee only bring bad name and disgrace to the organisation and it will be very disappointing, request igl to take an action, to resolve the matter..

                        Sir, igl has sent bill for payment of rs 1874.53/ of my flat no 419 c pocket 2 mayur vihar phase 1 delhi bp no [protected]. Their is no png connection in my flat from firest week of december 20018 hence sending of bill is totally illegal. We are not consuming png hence paying above amount does not arise. My tenant left the above premises in nov 2018 and connection was disconnected i number of time requested from december to restore cannection but noting was done by your office and now malafidely sending bills which uncalled far.                             I want to say that I have payed 275rs favour of igl by cheque .After 8 months png connection installation couldn't be completed while my neighbors connections have completed.Many time your sight engineer Mr.Sandeep vyas meet me during working in other places and ensure me about installation in 2-3 days approximately 8 months goes he meet me today in working on other place. he came with me and told me that the connection couldn't be possible and his behavior is rude and harsh he told me go whenever you want to go to install png connection. Because of this conversation with your engineer I'm very hurt, irritated and not satisfied.
                            Please ensure that my png connection will be install or not.

                              This is with regard to my bp no. [protected] which was generated in the month of december, 2019 and it's been more than two months that we are still waiting for the connection to the installed.

                              We have already submitted all the requirements to your rajindra place office to ms. Radhika well before in the month of dec'18 for which an acknowledgement was also given to us... Alongwith an assurance that the connection will be done in the month of january'19 itself.

                              We have made numerous follow ups and logged the complaint in your call centre but it seems it is going on deaf ears and no-one has taken any action in this regard till date.

                              Sir, my parents are senior citizens are facing lot of issue due to the unavailability of the same.

                              Would sincerely request you look into the above on priority so that the connection can be installed without any further delay...

                              Hoping for your needful and earliest action on the above.

                              NOBODY HAS ATTENDED TILL DATE ... WE ARE ABOUT TO COMPLETE THREE MONTHS SINCE
                              This is further to my mail on 12/03.. kindly be notified that no-one has bothered to resolve the complaint till date and we are still suffering without the gas... It is about to complete three months now since we had requested for a gas pipe connection on a ground floor sanctioned and approved area. I had sincerely requested that my parents are senior citizens and are in urgent need of the same... but it seems that the same has been going on deaf ears and no one is there to attend.

                              Once again I am requesting to attend the same so that the trouble they are going through can be resolved...

                                My Igl connection has been started on january, 2017 and amodification charge of Rs. 1886 has been charged to me with this condition that this charge has already given by the society. I have docoment of this data. Despite that IGL give me the same amount in my every bill till today, 08.03.2019. Many times i talked to the IGL officers like rakesh agrawal, vikram jaitley, nidhi jaiswal and many more. All of them told me to they resolve this problem, in last they ask me to provide the details of this payment paid by the society in 2015. I am also a govt. Employee and resided in govt. Accommodation. How can i provide this payment details which was given to IGL.
                                I requested to the IGL Officers to plaese resolve my problem as Sion as possible.

                                  I had applied for new igl connection as on 17 nov. 2018 and it's almost four months gone connection not start only pipe line and meter has installed. Many times i give complaint about it to your customer care officer, still connection not start and your customer care no any answer. They always replied we forward your complaint. Please take a suitable step and start the connection asap.
                                  This is very poor services from your side.

                                    Ref. Regn no. [protected], an amount of ₹6000 paid vide pnb bank. Proof sent several times and last vide req. No [protected]. Also sent proof of payment vide bank certificate on whatsap number [protected] as given by customer care centre. Last message received that my problem rehas been resolved. Customer care is not helping confiming receipt of payment.

                                      We, sagarika patnaik, d/o - venkat patnaik, resident of rajdhani nikunj, flat no-152, patparganj, i p extension has applied in august, 2018 for a png connection at the said address. The acknowledgement date is august 3, 2018 and the feasibility ok report was sent by igl through mail was august 4, 2018. Thereafter, we were told to deposit a sum of 6 thousand as deposit money. The transaction was made in september, 2018 and igl cleared the amount (As per our bank details) on october 10th, 2018.

                                      Till date we have been following up with everybody concerned from superviser level to field level but till date the png connection has not been installed. We were assured that the whole cycle of implementation will take maximum time of 3 months but it has more than 6 months the same has not been executed.

                                        Hi,

                                        I had applied for new igl connection as on 17 dec. 2018 and it's almost three months gone connection not start only pipe line and meter has installed. Many times i give complaint about it to your customer care officer, still connection not start and your customer care no any answer. They always replied we forward your complaint. Please take a suitable step and start the connection asap.
                                        This is very poor services from your side.
