My BP no. Is [protected], in the name of Amar Pratap Singh, add- 130 D, b block Kanchanjunga apartments, sector 53, noida, U.P.
My Igl connection has been started on january, 2017 and amodification charge of Rs. 1886 has been charged to me with this condition that this charge has already given by the society. I have docoment of this data. Despite that IGL give me the same amount in my every bill till today, 08.03.2019. Many times i talked to the IGL officers like rakesh agrawal, vikram jaitley, nidhi jaiswal and many more. All of them told me to they resolve this problem, in last they ask me to provide the details of this payment paid by the society in 2015. I am also a govt. Employee and resided in govt. Accommodation. How can i provide this payment details which was given to IGL.
I requested to the IGL Officers to plaese resolve my problem as Sion as possible.

    I had applied for new igl connection as on 17 nov. 2018 and it's almost four months gone connection not start only pipe line and meter has installed. Many times i give complaint about it to your customer care officer, still connection not start and your customer care no any answer. They always replied we forward your complaint. Please take a suitable step and start the connection asap.
    This is very poor services from your side.

      Ref. Regn no. [protected], an amount of ₹6000 paid vide pnb bank. Proof sent several times and last vide req. No [protected]. Also sent proof of payment vide bank certificate on whatsap number [protected] as given by customer care centre. Last message received that my problem rehas been resolved. Customer care is not helping confiming receipt of payment.
      Kindly help me in confirming receipt of money and likely delay in new cinnection.

        We, sagarika patnaik, d/o - venkat patnaik, resident of rajdhani nikunj, flat no-152, patparganj, i p extension has applied in august, 2018 for a png connection at the said address. The acknowledgement date is august 3, 2018 and the feasibility ok report was sent by igl through mail was august 4, 2018. Thereafter, we were told to deposit a sum of 6 thousand as deposit money. The transaction was made in september, 2018 and igl cleared the amount (As per our bank details) on october 10th, 2018.

        Till date we have been following up with everybody concerned from superviser level to field level but till date the png connection has not been installed. We were assured that the whole cycle of implementation will take maximum time of 3 months but it has more than 6 months the same has not been executed.

        We wud like to bring to your notice on this un-called delay and request the senior officials to look into the matter seriously.

            I have applied for pipeline gas connection 5 times but unfortunately it is not installed by you and your company due to one or other reasons and i have also paid the requested fees every time when and where ever asked for but still no response from your side. It is being further brought to your notice that recently also i made a request for new pipe line gas connection and engineer come to my place 3-4 times but no response is being provided by him or any person related to company whereas we tried to provide all the support from our end and thereafter he said that he will call the contractor to dig the place and see the gas pipeline and attach the same which every engineer says when they come and thereafter they never responded again from there side. I also called the engineer again after 10-15 days after he visited the my address and he further did not respond and just said to wait for more than 2 months to see if contractor could come and start the process.

            I would like to request you to see in the matter as i have already applied so many times and no response is being provided from your side. I'm applying from past 10 years on several ocassions but it seem waste.

                We have applied for png in oct 2018 in dwarka, delhi. Meter and pipes installed within a month of application but connection has no supply or technician has to visit to start the service. Despite following thru emails and igl for almost a month now, only getting assurances and no results. People call us but don’t visit to fix and there is no way for to escalate further. Been following up for almost a month now.
                One of the worst service ever where customer cannot do anything other than waiting and following up.

                  Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Besides the human reading error, you may also be overcharged due to the faulty meter. The meter may go crazy and keep running even though there is no electricity usage. To check it, shut off all the breakers and see whether the meter still spinning. If it does, then the meter is broken. Although it unusual, but if it happens, quickly informs the utility to change a new meter. At the same time, you might want to record the proof of over charges and get your money refunded.invoice app

                    Sir, your contractor/ or igl person, has affixed the gas pipe on my own
                    Shop/clinic without my consent. Divine physiotherapy clinic, a1/47b,
                    Sewak park, dwarka mod metro station - nsit road, new delhi-110059.
                    It is illegal.
                    We have contact over phone so many igl persons, but no help.
                    Last mr naaz alam ji met and come of spot on 19.02.2019. No solution.
                    Sir, mostly orthopedic patients (Senior citizens) come and by mistake
                    Anybody catch the line and anything happens means myself and family
                    Will be finished.
                    I request to shift the pipe to right side of building.

                      In reference to the subject mentioned above, it is to inform you that I had applied for a new gas connection for my flat No. N4, Fourth Floor, Himalya Tanishq apartment, Raj Nagar extension, Ghaziabad-201017 and the same was installed meter by the IGL team with B.P. No- [protected] but connection is not running So, I registered complaints to the customer care many times but it was to no avail. The issued was not addressed at all. Once again.

                      Many days have passed and I have not yet been contacted by IGL. The problem is yet to be resolved. I believe, it is sheer negligence on the part of the officials who registered my complaints & the officials whose duty is to resolve such complaints.

                      I request you again to resolve the issue from your end.
                      If my problem/issue is not resolved within 3 days, I shall take this matter further at the appropriate levels.

                        As we are getting house renovated, we have got igl connection in safe custody and all pipeline from distribution box on rear wall to house are removed.

                        Distribution box on rear wall is also used to supply gas to neighbouring houses, so this is to be relocated.

                        I have made multiple calls/requests to igl for doing the needful but so far igl has failed to take any action.

                        Request igl to take necessary action to get distribution box relocated from rear wall of house with bp number [protected], i. E. B-30 new krishna park, vikaspuri, new delhi 110018.

                          Dear sir/ mam,
                          Igl is doing the installation of gas pipe line in our area which we appreciate but the way they are placing is not at all accepted as they are installing the gas pipe line along with water pipe which is not safe in future. Because if something goes wrong with water pipe that will hit to gas line. Since new floors keep building they usually dig it for water pipe line and they can hit to it so it may puncture in coming days.
                          As per my understanding gas pipe line must be placed separately. Looking forward for your prompt action and update on this matter.

                            My relationship number is [protected]. Though a person has read my meter and later i have sent a photograph of the meter the bill i have received is on an estimation basis. This seems deliberate as an accountant from their chandigarh office had reconfirmed the meter reading before the gas bill was generated. As a result the meter opening reading is higher than its reading showing today.
                            Igl should get the error rectifird

                              My igl connection is bp no: [protected]. I am complaining against bill received in december 2018. Bill shows wrong meter reading by igl. The executive came twice to take reading, and a photo of the meter reading was also sent through whatsapp also on 23.12.2018.

                              In the bill it shows on 14.12.2018 the meter reading is 216, 864 meter whereas the reading sent on 23.12.2018 is 210.913 which is wrong, therefore the bill was wrongly calculated and we had to pay rs 260 extra.

                              Despite complaint, the same was not even rectified this time too when i received the bill in february.

                                I am a resident of lotus boulevard, sector 100, noida.

                                There is a crack in the gas supply pipeline, and metal pipe is about to break at any time. I have raised complaint no: [protected], on 8th feb 2019.

                                Although any such emergency complaint that can lead to large scale fire disaster should be attended within 3 hours of a complaint, despite that the lethargic attitude of both customer care and the control center (Sector 82 noida) is ensuring that despite after 3 days whole of the housing complex is still under imminent threat of fire hazard.

                                Any loss of life or property or material has to be borne by igl in such a scenario, and they are not responding despite repeated calls and feedbacks given on their website as well as on facebook page.

                                This is the state of state of the art utility provider.

                                  My complaint is against the igl and my bp no. Is [protected] and residing in ghaziabad.
                                  I paid online rs. 902.09 to indraprastha gas limited by the credit card of icici bank on 21.11.2015 by their portal, but the company has been demanding this bill again. While i have attached the credit card bill in my mails to the company several times.in spite of this, they are not ready to accept and repeatedly calls me to deposit 902.09 rupees and threatens me that your connection will be cut and twice he sent their employee to my house also. I repeatedly say to them that when i have given you proof of deposit, why should i deposit this bill again.
                                  I request in your good self to help me to resolve the matter at your earliest.

On 06th feb 2019, representative of igl arrived for fitment of new connection but return back stating that pipe line is presently fitted under the slap which requires modification on or over the slab. It is requested that igl to do the needful to resolve the issues at the earliest as i am facing lot of problems in cooking.

                                        I have IGL connection bp no [protected]. It pertains to IDBI bank and the said flat is alloted to me recently. As per my official communication this connection is default and I need to deposit requisite amount. I have paid 1285/- on[protected] vide cheque no 246925. But it's been 3 working days and my connection is not restored. When I talk to customer care they said payment is not received.

                                        Please look into the matter on priority and revert at the earliest.
