This mail in regards to the non installation of pipeline as i'm unable to do payments as you have registered my wrong email id.
As per your message received on 09th jan'19, my documents were verified & for payment purpose i have to check my registered email id but you have registered my wrong email id because of which i'm unable to make payments. From that day i have received many calls from your side hasn't got any revert. I request you to look into the same & get back to me asap as its already been *3 months & i'm just too fed up of all this. So kindly revert urgently.

    Dear sir,
    This is to bring in your kind notice that i complained for gas leakage in my house yesterday. One person came from igl and misguided my family that the leakage has happened due to the improper fitting of the new gas burner. He asked money to fix it and don't report this in the company but we denied as the burner is new and under warranty. Today when i got it checked from the gas burner company, we found everything ok but there is leakage from one joint in the igl pipeline.
    I request to look into my complaint and take strict action as such kind of gaps can put someone's life in danger.
    Kindly find the attached photo from where the leakage is.

      Sir...
      I'm pritpal singh from virender nagar area... My bp connection no. Is [protected] i had applied for igl gas connection in 9/2018 and till now the gas connection was not completed by engineers... This kind of service an igl giving to their customers... All indoor and outdoor pipes was fitted but they are not connected to meter/connector.. I requested to engineers (Mr. Amrender partap & afzar) of my area to complete their work but they are neglecting to complete the work...
      Their contact no.[protected]Amrender partap) and[protected]Afzar)... I have all call recording of them in which i had requested several times... And they are making non sense excuses all time... I am getting rid of them...
      Requesting igl to take an strict action against them... And help me to get my igl gas connection in good and complete manner

        To whom it may concern:
        I (Bp no [protected]) have applied for png connection in july-2018 but after following up for months it (Meter) had been installed in first week of january-2019. But even after three weeks it is not connected with the stove. Therefore even after 07 months i am still deprived of the facility. This is happening in the centrally located so called posh area of west delhi ie paschim vihar, so i am pretty sure about the kind of services provided by igl my experience. With the associated staff of igl is pathetic and will not recommend it to anybody. This was really disappointing.
        Kindly look into the matter..

          Sir,
          I am a resident of r block (Rishabh nagri) model town part iii, now a days your contractor is installing gas pipe line in our area. He is not doing work as per norms. He is installing pipe just 1.5 ft - 2 ft only and is just above/near to water pipe line of our area. Water pipe line leakage is very much common in our area and it will be dangerous if the gas pipe line is near to water pipe line. Kindly look into the matter and do the need ful.

            I have applied for the disconnection of my connection. It has been processed and i have mailed the required documents at it site and have received confirmation from your side. But still after approximately 2 months i have not recieved my security amount. Request you toook into the matter as i am nt getting any strong response from customer care. I regularly call customer care number for enquiry but they are not able to provide me with any response, they just say u will receive in two days but nothing has been processed.

              Made a request for stove convert on 25/01/2019 for the bp number [protected]. I was assured that the request will be handled within 48 hours i. E 27/01/2019 but till now the request is not even forwarded to the control room. On contacting the control room executive (Ph. No [protected]), the person concerned is saying that the request was closed and now a request is generated today. Also on asking him about the technician's phone number, he is misbehaving and now my call is not being picked up. Please take strict actions on this issue.

                I am consumer of bp no. [protected], i have received a message from igl for payment of rs. 1025.13 against said bp no.. I had make payment through credit card vide ref. No. 74332748349834890219785 dt. 14.12.18. Again i have received bill of rs. 595.00 in the month of jan.'19 which also has been paid on 23.1.19, when i have called your customer care they said they have not received any payment of rs. 1025.13.
                Please look into this & adjust the same in my next bill.

                  No bill was forwarded to me after april 2018 for bp # [protected] in the name of prakash nayak, on complaint no. [protected] with customercare, mail received at nayak. [protected]@gmail.com attaching invoice #[protected] dated 26.12.2018 received on 25.01.2019

                  Neither the invoice was not made available in hard copy nor the mail i was forwarded but i was penalised and forced to pay late payment charges,

                  Request, to consider that i have lodged the complaint to provide the bill to pay my dues. I will appreciate of late charges should not be levied as penalty to me as i should not be held responsible for delayed payment. I paid as soon as i gor the mail please.

                    My bp number-[protected], sector 18 rohini. I was not at home wen meter reading agent came. He sent number to whatsapp the picture of meter reading and he confirmed he has submitted the reading dated 16 jan19 and on 18th jan i got estimated bill (Not as per reading)
                    Again m getting calls for meter reading as already procedure has been done..
                    Wen i called customer helpline number they said they don't have meter reading..
                    This is totally mental harrasment

                      I brij mohan singhal, a resident wants to bring your kind attention to the irresponsible behavior of your staff. Your staff has come on 23rd jan 2019 for png domestic gas pipeline fitting at d-1/57, third floor, sector-16, rohini, delhi-89. They didn't even intimated the ground floor residents to remove their car during the fittings. That's why it resulted in severe dent on the car bonut due to fall of pieces of stone during the fitting. When they were asked to get the car removed, they didn't give any response instead we ourselves removed the car for our own safety. Such a irresponsible behavior is not expected from your side. So you are requested to kindly arrange to repair the loss immediately and make required arrangements. Otherwise, there will be legal proceedings further.

                        I have applied for a domestic png connection in the year 2017. Against my application for connection bpo no is -[protected], only meter has been installed.However, the png hasn’t been connected inspite of several reminders/ request. I have made request with igl customer care number, but the igl customer care has only one answer that technical staff will visit in 48 hours, but that 48 hours never comes.
                        have complined to many times with igl customer care, but no attention even no reply has been given by igl.

                          I renu sharma applied for igl connection and submitted all necessary documents on december 11, 2018 but still now i have not received any information or call from your side. Thereis so much of delay in getting the connection even after submitting all documents. I am facing so much of problem as i have to shift in new house. You are requested to kindly take some action and help me in getting the connection at the earliest.

                            Very unsatisfied with response of igl. I gave the papers for connection on 3rd oct and also payment got debited on 15th oct 2018. I called them up 4-5 times and every time i get the assurance that i will get a call and connection will be there in couple of days. Max time as per igl for any connection is 3 months but that time limit is also gone.

                              I had applied for png connection in the month of nov. 2018. My bp no. Is [protected] pertaining to png connection at kadam 1202 12th floor ahinsakhand 1 shipra srishti indirapuram ahinsakhand ghaziabad 201014.

                              After receiving technical feasibility report, the first 5 pages of sale deed was uploaded online which is already received at your end in the month of nov., 2018, however hard copy of the documents along with cheque of rs. 6000/- was submitted on 1st jan. At indirapuram office to ravindra kumar. Still i am getting the message, documents verification is pending. Please look into the matter as the matter is more then 2 months old, for early installation of png connection at my residence.

                                    I am a domestic png consumer having b. P no-[protected]. For the last one year i am always getting my bill late. For this i am not able to pay in time and the next bill which also comes late add penal interest on my previous dues which is totally unjustified. I complained about this two times without any result. The present cycle has also become due but i have not received any bill till now-a. K. Majumdar

                                      Feasibility checks for new domestic gas connection have already been done for my residence c9/9557, vasant kunj, new delhi.

                                      Rs 6000 security amount cheque was collected 3 weeks ago by mr himanshu but it hasn't been presented yet inspite of multiple reminders.
                                      Though not able to understand the reason of delay.

                                      Can you pls get this expedited & closed?

                                        Still no connection provided.
                                        I have completed all the formalities related to documents and payment.
                                        Igl has also done feasibility check and that is also passed.
                                        I[censored] dont wana give connection than i will go to consumer court
