Respected sir,
This is regarding digging of hole. As we are senior citizens our neighbours wanted the connection for pipeline. But after digging the hole water starred coming from the line and we have requested the concerned person to fill with the mud as it's very risky and might by mishappening could happen.
But now it's more than 36 hrs nothing is been done. We have called concerned person from igl and he has assured today it will be done within 2 hrs time but still nothing is happened.
I request you to visit the site and necessary action should be taken.

      Dear sir i am ashok bose residents of m 56 first floor chitranjan park new delhi 19 sir my complaint is i am applying for the new gas connection which is i already submitted all the relevant document as well as shakes now as per igl new connection rules when i submitted mic check after 90 days it will be happen still my connection was pending several time i complained customer care every time i received new service number but nobody entertain. Finally i got one phone number[protected] i spoke to this number they told me tomorrow it will happen i was asked what time you are coming they told 10 o'clock in the morning i am waiting till 10:30 then he was told me it will take next 1 hour now is 1:00 p. M. Again i called him and they are not listening my call and hang up i can't understand what i will do please solve my problem as soon as possible

        My self kausar parveen my b. P no. [protected]. I called on service center number dt 28/08/2018 regarding for anumanit bill,

        Jab mene call ki to unhone ek service request ([protected]) generate ki or kaha k appki problem ko kal tak solve kr diya jayega... Or jab mene unko sari baat batai k aap log reading ke liye nahi aate or har baar invoice generate kr dete hai... Phr us time baat kr rhe employee ne kaha ke apke ghar pe koi bhi meter reading k liye nahi ayega... Apko har haal m yahi bill jama krwana padega... Or bill aise hi generate hota

        Ques : phir apke employee ne ye kaha k app humein apne meter ki picture send kr dijiye...
        Ans :to maine apke employee ko sari baat batai ke... Mai whatsaap use nahi karti mere pass android phone nahi hai...

        Ques : phir apke employee bolte hai ke hum kuch nahi kar sakte... Apke ghar pe koi meter reading k liye nahi aane wala... Apko har haal yehi bill bharna hoga...

        I hope that u reply my query... And most probably solve my problem as soon as possible...

          Dear concern.
          I am getting the wrong bills towards my bp number.
          Bp number :[protected]
          On[protected] i made a payment of 1800 which was more than my consumption. Again today bill amount is around 6000.
          I have called customer care and explained everything. They asked me to send recent reading picture.
          Kindly clear my dues. I am expecting bill asper my consumption. I have attached the screen shot of reading. Kindly correct my bill.

            I am not receiving my gas bill of my id [protected] due to this i am not able to pay my bill on time and every month late payment is charged.
            Kindly send my bill hard copy on time. So i can make my bill payment on time
            I request you reverse my late payment charges as you have charged rs. 49/- for last two months as i come to know. But there are lot more late payment you have charged.in past.
            If you are not providing bill no time then how you can charge late payment.
            I have not received bill for last two months. Due to this my payment is due.

              Dear Sir,
              Igl started my connection on 14/04/2018 and install it couple of weeks ago.

              In our 2nd bill they charged Rs.494.00 as other charges.
              When I call customer care they told me this will deduct in 7 working days.
              I call them again after 7 days then they told us it's conversion charges we forgot to charge now we have charge in 2nd bill.

              We confirm this thing from our neighbourhood who take connection sometime before us they never charged any other expenses till their 3rd bill.
              I did again call customer care and told that no charges from in my neighbor hood .

              Then they told this charges charge for your connection active delayed after 15 days of installation. So you have to pay that.

              I told him whose mistake is this why not you active the connection same day when installed. We didn't stop you to start and if there is rule why not you inform us after installation we follow this rule. We took your services for our convenience not for harrasment.
              Various complaints and emails I did but no reply and resolution I get.
              Now they told our superiors told you have to pay this amount.i[censored] wish to fight then fight.

              So we request you please help and try to get resolution with their arrogant and careless attitude.

                Hi Guys,

                I have BUSINESS PARTNER NO .[protected].

                It is an extreme of carelessness while generating the Bill. Till date i have paid for 4 bill other than 6000 cheque payment.

                If we go by the bill and its payment details. It seems a big fraud to simply take amount from customer without proper validation:-

                All last three generated bills are incorrect.Even after paying the amount for the reading till " 46.973, already in the second generated bill . Still you had charged for the meter reading from 41 to 56 in last (i.e., fourth generated bill). Which I had already paid.

                Now it is a humble request to payback my amount which you had charged and already got due to incorrect bill generation.

                Still No body from IGL has contacted me or given any response. Such a worst service.
                My bill of igl comes of two months and the average is around 1700 and this month the bill is 2900. This is the mistake by the member who took the number as this amount of bill is not possible on this date

                  Igl's staff ([protected]) called me today to check payment dues. I already had paid dues in the morning through online banking. She asked for payment transaction reference to which i enquired for official email address, where i can send details. She spoke in a very rude manner and hung phone in midst. I tried to check details in online portal.
                  1. Customer login links are not working
                  2. Email addresses are not found in portal search
                  3. I did not receive email bills for past few years. I received only sms. (She asked me to check bill for email address).
                  4. For last some months, bill presentments not sent to my icici bank. Therefore payments were missed.

                  I am very much concerned about your staff's unprofessional & rule behavior. Unprofessional staff + bad portal.

                    I had deposited the rs 6000/ for ne connection in 2010. And money was refunded back. Again igl representive came to model town and confirmed that all issues are resolved with mcd and connection will be given. I have deposited rs 6000/ on 26oct 2015. But no connection has been given to me. Pipeline is running just infront my house.
                    I don’t know the intention of igl staff. Such incompetence of people in govt of mr modi is not expected. No’s of connection my area has already given with same line,

                      My house no.115, block-f, pocket-24, sector-07, rohini, new delhi
                      -110085.
                      On 23 may, 2018, i registered for png connection with igl, agency, sector-07, rohini, new delhi-110085 with all required documents and cheque of rs.6000/-. Survey of my premesis done in june 2018 and the cheque has been cashed by igl on 12 june, 2018.
                      But, till today the gas piping of my premesis has has not been done by igl, although i have personally several times reminded the igl agency in sector-07, rohini, new delhi-110085.
                      Please, look into the matter and immediately do png gas piping of my premesis as already more than 03 months have past since my cheque was cashed by the igl, new delhi.

                          I am the owner of the ground floor flat. First floor is owned by another family. I badly need pipeline gas at my floor, as i am aware of its immense usefulness and safety.
                          But the family on the first floor doesn't want it and nor does it allow to install its pipes on its wall, (For ground floor), giving the bizarre excuse that the pipe spoils the external beauty of the building.
                          I want to know, don't i have a right to have pipeline gas at my floor? Today, pipeline gas has become the basic necessity. Just like electricity and water pipes are. If neighbors cannot say no those facilities, why are they allowed to say no to pipeline gas, that too for others. Nobody is pressuring them to install it in their kitchen. But they should not be allowed to object for others.
                          Because of them, i have to pay heavy bills for lng gas and also face the issues relating to lng cylinders supply etc. And suffer.
                          Why will igl listen to only such non-cooperative neighbors and not me? Where are my rights?

                            The meter for PNG reading is placed more than 7 feet, it is an inconvenience for your employees to take the reading and I have all my doubts that the reading is not taken as it is impossible to take reading from 7 feet without stairs.
                            I had a word with many employees but nothing is happening
                            Just Now I had a word with your customer care and also some supervisor " Mr Amit Jain" he was so rude neither He was helping nor he was providing any solutions.

                            Would request to look into the matter at earliest.

                              I have booked png connection (BP no. - [protected]), after completing this process I have paid Rs. 1275/-{Rs One Thousand Two Hundred & Seventy Five only} against security deposit by cheque for the name of indraprastha gas ltd.on dt. 23/12/17. Then in the month of April, your surveyor Mr. Harish (mob. no. [protected]) came to my house for survey and after that he told us that it cannot be installed because our kitchen is located at the centre part of the house and gas pipeline could not be installed in the bedroom. After that he filled the consent form (dated 12/04/18) and assured us that money will be refund within 15 days. But there is no response till now.

                              Sir you are requested to kindly take a necessary action regarding this matter and refund the money as soon as possible.

                                I applied for a new domestic connection at my home at 53 ankur apartments, 7 ip extn, delhi-110092. A cheque amounting to rs.6, 000/-, no. 00933061 encashed on july 19, 2018 drawn on sbi, delhi-110092.

                                As a matter of practice, this procedure takes 2 months which is over by now. Hope you are deploying your personnel to do the needful. Azos

                                Kindly expedite the installation of connections.

                                  I have been applying for igl connection since last three-four years but no response. Recently on 18-8-18 again i have applied for the new connection and given a cheque of rs 275. I received a sms that team will survey but no one has come. Another sms i received tells feasibility check failed and connection can not be installed and customer denied modificate. What is this? We are waiting for survey no one has come and rejected without any survey. Are you making fool. How many times i have to apply for the connection.

                                    I am one of high esteem officer (Vice president) of energy company in delhi but i got very bad state of affairs in cng pump at punjabi bagh for consumers management as people are stranded for long hours in que and mr meena, manager on duty at this pump at punjabi bagh, was misbehaving as no one can say any thing to him as he is not on duty today. This incident happened today at 1.45 pm, when counters were empty but no one bothered to give way to our car and i wasted my precious time because of their mistake and suffered in such humid temperature.

                                    As per that, what was mr meena doing at cng pump today between 1.30 to 2pm at punjabi bagh, when he was not on duty

                                    I have paid bills Rs. 470.05 and Rs. 461.42 on 20.08.2018 and 28.08.2018 respectively. Again I have received another message for the bill for the same BP No. [protected] for Rs. 932.07 to be paid by 15.09.2018. This is ridiculous.

                                    Kindly confirm all the bills paid in the past and if I have to pay the last bill sent wrongly.

                                    Just open BP No. 4000375914 and check the gas bills paid so far. You yourself will come to know why repeated bills are sent. Let me know the current balance for payment? This should be 'zero'. Just correct the data in your computer. I have all the documentary proofs indicating payments by cheques.
                                    The complaints of similar type were sent. before. But of no use.
                                    Vacant unused locked flat since the time it is newly constructed has bills of above 1500 rupees . There is no one coming to note down the readings . But has are the bills sent ?
                                    Complaints should be taken seriously and attention to be paid.

                                      My png domestic connection was installed on the 6 th august 2018 at flat number a-604; winter hills; dwarka mor ; uttam nagar; delhi-110059 and the copy of the o&m provided does not have the bp number ;only the meter number[protected]

                                      I have been trying to get the bp number from customer care numbers - [protected]/[protected] since more than 10 days - the only answer i get is that the system is not functioning due to technical reasons - call after 2 hrs
                                      No answer from the mail id of customer care either - only an automail - i. E.-customercare. [protected]@igl.co.in
