I have booked domestic png connection vide bp no. [protected] and deposited the amount. Meter was installed in the last week of march-2018. But till date this connection is not activated yet. I have lodged the same in customer care vide lead no. [protected] on 7th of may-2018. But still all in vain. It seems a very poor response by the company. Even those applied later on in the same floor connection is activated more than two weeks.

Kindly confirm the status...

    Dear sir,
    Feasibility check was conducted and passed on 2/2/18. Cheque no-012575 in favour of indraprastha gas limited, dated 12/4/18 for rs 6000, has already been cleared on 21/4/18. I was assured of getting the connection installed within 15 days from the date of clearance of the check by the office, r. K puram.
    Kindly take note of the text and do needful the earliest.

      Worst department, customer care is misguided me and gave new statement every time i try to contact. Bp no generated on 7/4/18
      As per telephonic guidelines...
      Documents sent by courier and received as told by cc.. Than cheque of rs 1275 / in f/o igl deposited at cng outlet of model town, delhi sbi hindu rao hospital branch -26/4/2018, cheque no 547196.
      Now when i call them they disconnect my call as soon as i tell them my bp no.
      On my strict behavior and threatening to complaint cc transfer my call to some mr praveen supervisor. I don't know if he is also fake???
      I came to that now my cheque is not tracable and giving different statement every time to stop it.
      Now saying after receiving payment they need 90 days to install. Time since bp no generation till payment will not be counted anywhere. Now they have lost my cheque

      Dropped my cheque and documents at following address second time after advise from customer care executive on 25 April 2018.

      Even After 22 days my cheque did not received by IGL departure as per information . My BP no generated on 7 April 2018.
      Most irritating and irresponsible behavior from IGL customere care and IGL department.
      Even after multiple calls and emails and request s nothing has been done to solve this mystery of misplacing cheque and what options left for me??
      When ever I try to contact at IGL or customercare, they disconnect the call as soon as I tell my issue by saying that they will call me back in 5 min. But nothing is done.
      My cheque still missing. I have to lodge FIR against IGL and above mentioned IGL outlet .

        There is no supply since 18 hrs at our house. I complained at igl for the same. They visited but no solution was there. Today again they visited at 10:15 am just checked and went back as if everyone is just killing their time. No solution & went back without informing. Now no one is responding back on their helpline number. We are in a big trouble due to no gas supply. Kindly resolve it as soon as possible

          Dear sir,

          My bp no. Is [protected]. While doing payment through netbanking i received two options 1. Igl & 2. Igl - (Payment only). I opted for igl - payment only option. I paid my bill of rs. 754.00 on 03/05/2018 through net banking favoring igl - (Payment only) but i am still getting "your payment is due" message from igl. The above said amount is debited from my accounts.

          You are requested to either send "payment received" message or refund that money so that it can be paid again to igl instead of igl-payment only.

                Had applied for igl connection. A team had come and residents had applied for the connection. Few received confirmation, but till date i did not receive any confirmation nor bp number..

                I had paid rs 1275/- via cheque 402777 (Citi bank) in favour of igl dated 6/12/2017 and same has been deducted on 18/1/2018 at delhi igl idfc.

                Request you to look and help.

                I asked one of the person who are installing IGL in our society .. He suggested to Contact
                C3 Quantam Building Sector-3 Noida in IGL office at first floor. But they did not provide any specific person to contact or phone number to be called.

                Its really sad ... that Now the individual has to follow for the connection where is its a mistake at part of IGL.

                    My bp no. Is [protected]. For the last three months, billing is done on avarage as your meter reader may have called when our flet was locked reading sent online was not accounted for may be due to our incorrect submission. We are only two persons of advanced age and had requesteq that we be informed a day or two in advance of the visit. An official on phone agreed but this did not happen.
                    Kindly apply corrective to relieve we senior citizens of this hanging matter

                      I have applied a new connection on 7th dec 2017 and paid 6000 rs for the same but till the date 25th april 2018 i have no igl gas at my home just they have only istalled pipe line and meter but not digging from the down..they r saying we can not arrange the labour for a single connections...i m keep calling to the area department and their seniors but not getting response from them.

                      I m really frustrated and disappointed from this kind of service..pls plss do the needfull.

Recentliy IGL Pipeline is completed in our Area, The contractor have dig the road in front of our main Gate after pipe installation they have not remove derbies in front of our main gate that create lot of problem in entry & exit of our vehicles.

                          I am a senior government officer retired as at the level of additional secretary. We asked igl to get us the expert advise as to whether the meter was too close to the kitchen chimney or else it should be shifted. (Ticket no [protected] dt 18/4/2018.) the persons sent to us were not the right ones. Being from field labour, they neither behaved cordially nor were fit enough to advise us.
                          Though later your supervisor mr rajat personally came, yet, i decided to bring to the knowledge of igl that they should give importance to placing the right persons for public dealing or else the good name of igl shall deteriorate.
                          We hope igl shall post cordial,, polite and educated persons for public dealing quite like other agencies like vodafone, airtel, bses etc

                            We have applied for an igl connection. Payment was made on 5/10/2017 and the cheque has been encashed. Bp number given to me was[protected]. After frequent reminders another bp number was alloted.[protected]
                            How ever after encashing the cheque iglhas convienently forgotten to provide any service. We have sent frequent enquiries and the customer care sends a message they are looking in to it. How ever no action hss been taken so far.
                            There also seems no means to get in touch with the concerned authorities.

                                      I made an online inquiry on igl site about my bill and surprised to note that a bill of rs.4144.38 is raised on me (Bp no.[protected]). On further inquiry from company's customer care official i came to know that this comprises of rs. 3250.00 towards cost of 10 mtrs of gi pipe, rs. 312.09 towards old outstanding, rs. 6.24 towards late payment charges besides other charges like inspection, consumption etc.

                                      Sir, on my request, said connection was temporarily disconnected on 07.09.2016 and again restored on 07.03.2018. At the time of disconnection 20.00 mtrs of gi pipe was dismantled and was deposited with igl (Ticket no. [protected] - td (R) with device removal dated 07.09.2016, copy attached). Mtr reading at that time was 773.328.

                                      Now as per igl re connection note 10 mtrs of pipe was installed on 07.03, 2018. (Copy attached)

                                      I failed to understand, how can igl charge rs 3250.00 for 10 mtrs of pipe when 20 mtrs of my pipe is already deposited with igl.? Actually igl should pay me the cost of balance 10 mtrs of pipe.

                                      Besides this, i failed to understand the reasons of raising a bill of rs. 312.09 vide invoice number.[protected] dated 01.03.2018 wherein billing period is shown as 22.10.2017 to 20.12.2017. When my connection is restored on 07.03.2018? A detailed mail was sent to igl by me on 13.03.2018, reply of which is still awaited.

                                      It is a matter of concern that instead of resolving the issues igl is raising wrong bills which cause me lot of mantle agony. This is total harassment, nothing else.

                                      I once again request igl to please withdraw/cancel/ reverse the wrong charges immediately. And resend me the revised bill.

                                        Outstanding bill issue - bp no.[protected] - balwant singh - previous bill of rs.2315/- already paid off on 18th mar 2018; now the previous bill still unaccounted and another bill of 2450/- is generated which was last week for rs.2400/-!!! My calls remained unanswered... I wont pay any bill unless your records are reconciled and you give me a call/resolve this impending issue - update may be given at cell#[protected] or [protected] and email: [protected]@gmail.com

I received a bill from IGL for my above BP No. for Rs. 113.39 as minimum charges being zero consumption as their meter reader reported zero consumption as he reported same meter reading on 28th May 2018 as of the previous meter reading.

                                        I raised this issue immediately on 19th Jun and reported that the bill sent is incorrect as on the day of the said meter reading i.e. on 28 May 2018, the house was locked and it was not possible to take the meter reading. On my complaint, the CCE on the line provided me a number and asked me to take the photograph of the meter and send it as whats app on the said number so that correct bill will be generated. I did the same and send the picture of meter to customer care as well as to the said whatsapp number on 20th June 2018.

                                        Since then, I am continuously following this issue but unable to get it resolved and still waiting for the correct bill. The customer care team is so pathetic and does not even understand the concern properly. Also there is no complaint escalation matrix where we can contact to get resolution of complaint.
