I don't understand what kind of social responsibility they practice. The day these people came to dig our area, they ended up breaking a few people's pipe lines and a sewage line. When we asked the workers, they said they made things okay by stuffing the sewage line with cloth. That very day, when we filled our djb water, we got sewage mixed in it. We stopped filling water for a day or two, but after that again when we did we got sewage water....

non connection of png

Sir,
I have applied for the png connection in aug 2017 and submitted cheque of ₹ 1275 along with form. I was apprised that the png connection will be given within 3 months after payment received by the company.

website very difficult

Brought to your information that your website is very much customer un-friendly. I have been trying since yesterday to pay my bill online. I am unable to do so despite advice taken from your customer care helpline.
I can not find 'insta payment' any where. Similar complaints are piling up and no one seems to be sorting them out.
What is the use of this website which does not help the customers. We pay all bills to other agencies...

air facilities not provided on igl cng pump

I'd gone for filling cng in my car at igl cng pump situated at pvc market, tikri kalan, new delhi. Then after filling cng, i asked technician durgesh kumar for air as there was no air in my car's tyres. So they replied that there is no air provided on our pump and start misbehaving with me and told me that they will not fill cng in my car from next time and start beating me as i asked them for air. Please take necessary action against them....

bp number information

Dear sir/mam,

I am resident of amrapali silicon city, sector-76, noida, uttar pradesh. I have lost the information about my bp number so it will be great if you can share the same with me.
I submitted all documents, cheque everything in july, 2015. After that i was not living in that house, igl pipeline connection outside my house was installed in 2015 itself.

refund of excess amount paid

Hi,
By mistake i have made two payment for the same bill for rs2696/- on 18.03.2018 and 20.03.2018 and for which i have raised a request to refund the excess amount paid as i have to make dome other important payments too. I contacted your customer care and he told me send email to customercare. [protected]@igl.co.in with a copy of cancelled chq and refund form that can be downloaded from [protected]@igl.co.in (Fyi, no such link is available)....

usage bills are not generating.

My bp no. Is [protected]. I am not receiving bills with effect from oct. 2017. Neither any amount debited from my bank account, as i am availing ecs facility. I have paid the bill for the meter reading up to 94.438 recorded on 25.7.17. Meter reading as on 20th march 2018 is 144.214.

delay of more than 10 months in new connection

Poor service/ no response.
Took money from me about 10 months ago.
Customer care giving excuses for non payment but the bank receipt has been mailed to them so as the service request has been generated.
The igl is not taking as serious matter further more the griveness cell is also out of order.

service request

We had made service request for 3 times in the last weeks for gas connection. Still no one has responded to our request.

The gas pipe line with gas meter has been installed in year 2011, however connection was not made due to non availability of members in the house. Now service request has been made to connect the gas connection, but no response from your end.
