I have logged complaint several time for my new connection. Despite making so many complaint no action have been taken. Your toll free number never picks up the call and whenever they pick up they register my complaint and without even working on that complaint they send me a message that they have resolved my problem and this have happened several time for past 4-5 months.
I have even tried going to your center and loggeed my complaint...

Please help me for getting refund of above said bp no. I have made payment to igl of rs. 1275*3. For new connection installation. Two connections have been installed which are required but one excess payment wrongly made. Regarding this i have written many times to igl and telephonically discussed but no one is listening.

On 28.02.2018, i have paid my bill of igl using Paytm. Transaction was successful from Paytm and money is deducted from my account yet i didn't get any confirmation receipt that bill has been paid.
