    I made an online inquiry on igl site about my bill and surprised to note that a bill of rs.4144.38 is raised on me (Bp no.[protected]). On further inquiry from company's customer care official i came to know that this comprises of rs. 3250.00 towards cost of 10 mtrs of gi pipe, rs. 312.09 towards old outstanding, rs. 6.24 towards late payment charges besides other charges like inspection, consumption etc.

    Sir, on my request, said connection was temporarily disconnected on 07.09.2016 and again restored on 07.03.2018. At the time of disconnection 20.00 mtrs of gi pipe was dismantled and was deposited with igl (Ticket no. [protected] - td (R) with device removal dated 07.09.2016, copy attached). Mtr reading at that time was 773.328.

    Now as per igl re connection note 10 mtrs of pipe was installed on 07.03, 2018. (Copy attached)

    I failed to understand, how can igl charge rs 3250.00 for 10 mtrs of pipe when 20 mtrs of my pipe is already deposited with igl.? Actually igl should pay me the cost of balance 10 mtrs of pipe.

    Besides this, i failed to understand the reasons of raising a bill of rs. 312.09 vide invoice number.[protected] dated 01.03.2018 wherein billing period is shown as 22.10.2017 to 20.12.2017. When my connection is restored on 07.03.2018? A detailed mail was sent to igl by me on 13.03.2018, reply of which is still awaited.

    It is a matter of concern that instead of resolving the issues igl is raising wrong bills which cause me lot of mantle agony. This is total harassment, nothing else.

    I once again request igl to please withdraw/cancel/ reverse the wrong charges immediately. And resend me the revised bill.

    I and my building people has applied for new connections on 14/03/17 and committed of connection with in 3 months but till date no connection was installed my bp no is [protected] lead no is [protected] please tel why as I had made so many calls and send so many mails

      Outstanding bill issue - bp no.[protected] - balwant singh - previous bill of rs.2315/- already paid off on 18th mar 2018; now the previous bill still unaccounted and another bill of 2450/- is generated which was last week for rs.2400/-!!! My calls remained unanswered... I wont pay any bill unless your records are reconciled and you give me a call/resolve this impending issue - update may be given at cell#[protected] or [protected] and email: [protected]@gmail.com

      Have applied for a connection in December 2017 and the payment was debited from my account in 7th Jan 2018. It's been more than 90 days now, have been complaining about this lot of times and have not received any reply. It's still not installed

      My BP No. [protected]. I received a bill from IGL for my above BP No. for Rs. 113.39 as minimum charges being zero consumption as their meter reader reported zero consumption as he reported same meter reading on 28th May 2018 as of the previous meter reading.

      I raised this issue immediately on 19th Jun and reported that the bill sent is incorrect as on the day of the said meter reading i.e. on 28 May 2018, the house was locked and it was not possible to take the meter reading. On my complaint, the CCE on the line provided me a number and asked me to take the photograph of the meter and send it as whats app on the said number so that correct bill will be generated. I did the same and send the picture of meter to customer care as well as to the said whatsapp number on 20th June 2018.

      Since then, I am continuously following this issue but unable to get it resolved and still waiting for the correct bill. The customer care team is so pathetic and does not even understand the concern properly. Also there is no complaint escalation matrix where we can contact to get resolution of complaint.

        My bp no. Is [protected]. I have tried my level best to contact on your customer care numbers as well as on whatsapp no, [protected] for payment. I send a photo of the present reading i. E. 00043.72 on the said whatsapp number on 07 apr 18 but no response has been received so far. I request them that i am going to see my children and will not be available for the next few months. You are requested to generate the bill accordingly before i go to my children by 25 apr 18.

          We requested for restoration of aforesaid connection which was closed due to repair work. Igl employees assured that same would be restored in six days
          But same is not being done. On enquiry the concerned official has postponed the matter for uncertain period with the remarks that he has pending requests of previous month and our request will be attended afterwards. We are facing a lot of trouble in cooking of meal as we have no lpg connection. Whether we are supposed to get our work by offering bribe when the igl has no citizen charter to follow. Kindly look into it.

              Sir,
              This is to state that i am residing at flat no 404, plot no. 11, orchid valley, sector-19b, dwarka, new delhi. I was given connection of png in the year 2017. At the time of installation of meter, i specifically requested the engineer to install the meter in my balcony, but was refused by him on the condition of security & policy of igl. I requested him/engineer that i can bear the expenses, but was refused straightway. Now i have noticed that in another flat of same type i. E. 4 bed room of the same society the meter has been installed at the balcony. This is a double standard of the same company. Either the engineers have been paid some money or else the meter should not be installed in the balcony area. Please send your representative to look into the matter. Contact number is [protected]

                I have filled the form on 23/02/2018 for the fresh connection of igl png supply at my house bungalow no. 5a, tilak bridge railway colony, near pragati maidan metro station, new delhi 110001. Applicant name sangrah maurya & made the payment of rs. 1000/- by cheque no. 007844 dated 23/02/2018 drawn on dena bank to your executive mr. Rajinder. I have given the allotment letter as address proof on same day and copy of photo id on 25/02/2018.
                At the time of applying for new connection, i have been told that it will take 10-15 days. It's more than one and half months but till date non of your executive visited nor we have received any call from your side.
                We are unable to get through your customer care number. They keep on hold.
                Kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

                  I have tested with 2 burners on and observed that meter is running very fast and i have also got the same checked through igl official who installed the connection and as per them also it is running fast in comparison to other residents. Plz do the needful on priority and change the meter.

                    This is to inform that I received a bill in April 2018 for Bp# [protected] for 676.00 for a one month. The reader never visited our place to take the reading and dont know feom where he calculated this amount. Appreciate if someone can look into this problem where users are been fooled by incorrect billing. I am working in a govt profile and can approach PMO directly if no action taken against this. Inform with some positive action.

                      We have applied for new connection at our residence in F-14 Blk, Plot No. 3, 2nd FLOOR, Rohini Sector 15 about 120 days back along with payment of Rs. 6000.00 .We were even allotted B.P. No.[protected] and also site survey report was O.K., but inspite of that till date connection not installed. Called up many times to concerned area executives, but in vain.

                        Dear sir i m resident of 6a/i wea karol bagh new delhi-5 basement. Igl peopel did digging work at corner of my building. After pipeline, remaining mud not lifted since last one month, creating traffic jam, dusty invironment at 6a/1 w e a karol bagh. I request you to kindly do need full at earlist possible. Other road side r also digged. All hole must imme.. Be cosed

                          We r not receiving the bill from igl one day our the gas supply gets cut without any written notice ...it’s been more than 24 hrs and still there is no reply from them and if we call the customer care they don’t pick up the phone ...we went to their office last night, the person there says until we receive an email from the company we can not join the connect and the other guy says u have to pay 3000 fine as the marketing dept has cut ur connection about which there is no detail in the bill .My kids had school in the morning and me and my husband had to go to office without food ...this is not done

                            1. I had applied for a new png connection on 09 jan 2018. The cheque was forwarded by the agency at greater noida for clearing on 27 jan 2018 and was debited form my account on 16 feb 2018.

                            Despite repeated reminders at the local complaint centre at greater noida, and assurances from the concerned engineers, the connection has not been installed till date i. E. 05 apr 2018.

                            This is causing undue inconvenience and disrupting my routine work activity.

                            It is requested that the contact details of the person dealing with the installation and probable dates (More precise) may be intimated so that someone can be made available at the residence to attend to the engineers when they come for fitment.

                              I don't understand what kind of social responsibility they practice. The day these people came to dig our area, they ended up breaking a few people's pipe lines and a sewage line. When we asked the workers, they said they made things okay by stuffing the sewage line with cloth. That very day, when we filled our djb water, we got sewage mixed in it. We stopped filling water for a day or two, but after that again when we did we got sewage water. Unfortunately, even after having an ro i couldn't avoid using the water as it was in the shower and also used to wash dishes. Now i have hepatitis!!! Who is responsible for my pain??? My hospital bill??? My lost days of work??? And no one has a bloody response as to the permanent solution for this. Who is responsible???

                                Sir,
                                I have applied for the png connection in aug 2017 and submitted cheque of ₹ 1275 along with form. I was apprised that the png connection will be given within 3 months after payment received by the company.

                                Two more occupants of this building have also applied for the connection. Three times the igl representatives have visited to check the position of kitchens and feasibility of routing pipeline fittings in last 8 months. All the times the rep have been apprised that fitting work can only been done on mondays as the 3rd floor occupants are businessman and available at home only on monday.

                                It is surprising that leave the connection even fitting has not been done so far in 8 months. I don't know why the company rep tell the period if they know this can not be done in that given time.

                                We hope with your help and intervention we the occupants o[censored] 34 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor may get the png connection at earliest.

                                  I have applied for igl connection in july 2017, payment has been deducted from my account, bp no. Is already generated [protected], but still no connection has been installed at my site. (H. No 94, 3rd floor block a pocket 4, rohini sector 4, near nagar nigam prathmik bal vidhyalaya

                                  However nearby houses have igl connection.

                                  I have lodged multiple complaint in customer care but i always heard repetitive reply that they are forwarding my complaint to next level and i will get the solution in next few days, but don't know where they are forwarding my complaint as my issue is still pending

                                  Request you to please initiate the action and do the needful at earliest

                                    I am sanjay sharma residents of 39/20 ground floor old rajinder nagar. We have applied new igl connection bp. No.[protected] on dated[protected]. You have assured that within a month or so connection will be start.
                                    Still work is on progress. My pipe lines are not connected properly. As we are leaving in builder floor i am on ground floor. Connection to my kitchen come through come from back line street to roof and then my floor. The pipe line taken on the roof without discussing the third floor roof right owner because of that he is angry and objectioning on the root of pipe line.
                                    We have discuss with your installation team regarding the same but no one is understanding and changing the root of pipe line as per root guided by third floor owner. We have discuss with your installation team regarding the same two to three time, they agreed that root is feasible but not changing the line and providing the connection.
                                    We are in great delima that when this work will be over in our building once they left the site then who will bear the cost of pipeline work.
                                    So, i have request you kindly reroot the pipe line as per third floor roofwright person and give us connection as they have given to other residents.

                                      Brought to your information that your website is very much customer un-friendly. I have been trying since yesterday to pay my bill online. I am unable to do so despite advice taken from your customer care helpline.
                                      I can not find 'insta payment' any where. Similar complaints are piling up and no one seems to be sorting them out.
                                      What is the use of this website which does not help the customers. We pay all bills to other agencies without any problem. Why has your website changed its details???

                                        My name is ashirwad agarwal. My flat number f-1301 is in golden palms, sector 168, noida. Currently my sister lives in flat with her family. I had applied for png gas connection for my flat 4 months ago but no action yet taken. Last week on 27/03/2018 the service engineer came in. He demanded ₹ 6000/-. When my sister asked the reason for asking ₹ 6000. He said that if you will give ₹ 6000/- then only we will install connection. When she refunding to give bribe of ₹ 6000/- then he went out and said i will not install the connection. We have already inform to mr. Dhirendra tyagi (Site manager) about him but he has taken no interest
                                        I would like to ask you whether your service engineers behave this way with women, please take appropriate action against him and install my png connection with in two days., otherwise we will complaint on p. G portal and real estate development authority.
