I had requested for the gas connection on 15th june 2017.
Since 3 months have not got the connection.

I want to know the date by which connection will be done.

staff misbehaviour

I went to the igl sarojini nagar gas station to get a refill. The behaviour of mr. Dalbir singh was absolutely deplorable. Firstly, when i parked my car at the booth he wasn't present. He was chatting with the neighboring booth staff. After calling him to my car, we got the the fill done. After the fill got over, he was still at the neighboring booth and not near the car.

new connection installation pending since jan 2017

Dear all,

I applied for an igl png connection in the month of jan'2017 for which payment cheque cleared on 12 apr but connection is still pending, i have mailed no. Of times to "customercare. [protected]@igl.co.in" along with called up multiple times on cc no.[protected].

This is really painful that a reputed company like igl has this type of response towards customer.

delay in refund of security deposit

delay in new installation connection

not received bill but charges levied

But today received sms with penalty rs 1120 for immediate payment.. Whose responsibility to send sms or for bill. Atleast i should get a sms for pyment, how would i came to know about my amount due

I am calling up customer service center and e mail them inquiring about the status of my connection. I have called up r. K.
