As a customer am highly disappointed with response am getting from igl.

Despite of successful payment, there has not been any progress further.

I have contacted customer care many times and was assured installation will be done in next 3 days but have neither received any update nor any visit from the department was made for installation.

Please look into the matter asap

I had applied for PNG connection for my flat B-70/F-5, Dilshad Colony, Delhi-110 095 on 1/11/15, but sorry to say that I have not been given the PNG connectiion yet. Please let me know the status of my application. I had deposited Rs.6000/- by cheque with my application on 1/11/15 itself.
My BP No. is [protected], the bill due date 19.05.2017 amount of that bill Rs. 817.53 has been paid but this amount is showing arrear in current bill.

    Kindly note that i am having a flat at c-811, jalvayu towers, sector - 47, noida - 201 30. I am at present residing at this address and the flat is locked since december 2016. This has been informed to the customer care division when they have requested me to pay the bill which is running into thousands. I am not paying the bill for the simple reason that i am not using the same at present. I request you to temporarily disconnect the same or put it on hold till the flat is occupied. I have also written a complaint but i have not received any response in this regard. Kindly advice me to what action i need to take.

      Chronology of igl new connection request:

      6th july : i applied for new igl.

      13th july : received message from igl that all documents have been verified and chq cleared.

      22nd july : payment realised

      Since then i am just following up with customer care, control room and mr. Om prakash who is responsible of putting new connection in our area.

      Every time i get same response that our whole team is on leave and we don't have enough resources.

      I want to escalate it to highest level and this is completely unacceptable.

      Why are we harassed even after paying the required amount.

      Why do we have to suffer for every government related. Please privatise if you cant manage resources.

      Provide connection asap..

        With reference to my bp no [protected] for a new connection in j-1406 arihant arden, gr noida (W), i m totally unsatisfied with the type of response given by ur local support staff team. They fix a appointment someday then nobody did bother to come. And this has been repeated 2-3 times where in i have to go all the way 40 km from delhi n then return empty handed with the work being done. This is unprofessional n totally unacceptable.           I am a resident of c 124 shivalik, malviya nagar.
          2 months back your team came to lay down the pipeline.
          Till date the condition of my front lawn is miserable due to which water seeped into my basement causing me loss of money as i have to now get it repaired.
          Please look into this urgently and get it repaired.

            With ref. To the amount credited to my mobikwik wallet on dtd 28/08/2017 for rs.1090/- for the bill payment in favor of indra prastha gas ltd but same amount has been debited to my account and credited to mobikwik account but not credited to indraprastha gas ltd. Please give the reason for the same and same amount may be credited to igl. I am forwarding the axis bank ltd bank statement of my sb a/c account.

              I was allotted the above bp number after security deposit of rs5000 in the year 2012 and the installation was carried out in 2015 and the connection is in regular use since then i have been asked to deposit security a fresh of rs 6000 on visit to the office the dealing excutive stated that the earlier deposit has been refunded to me hence new deposit is required he could not furnish any details of refund he asked me to take matter with customer care i took up the matter with customer care who has refused to give any details of refund but refused to entertain any quarry with out my furnishing chque details of my security deposit of 2012 they have stone wall my request for refund details on the basis of what security deposit of 6000 being asked afresh it appears some malpractice has been committed in the organization and the consumer is being forced to pay security deposit afresh

                I would like to apprise you that i had request for an igl line on mine residence e-26, ff, rohini-sector-1, avantika and deposited requested amount with documents.in may 2017 they had generated mine bp no. [protected] and asked to wait for a month then after a month they had replied that they are having 90 day tat for installation. But even after 150 days they are not replying satisfactory.

                Many times, i talked to the concerned tpi mr. Dilip ([protected]) in this regard and he simply replied that he is having a shortage of staff and he cant help me in given matter.

                I hope you can understand and intervention in given matter as its a matter of igl repute.

                  Its feels very dipressing when we are following your officials to start the connection after a long time after installation.
                  Mr subodh singh (Pn. No - [protected]), mr. Gulab singh (Ph. No - [protected]) & lokesh (Ph. No - [protected]) from last 15 days he is making us fool daily we are calling him for same and "kal ho jayega". A lot of times we already done the msgs on his number also [protected]. Number of times we called at customer care [protected] to complaint. But same response they made everytime.
                  And now not even taking the calls.
                  Is there any solution for this or should we carry this hrassments done by your people. Please sort it. If you can

                    Lead number allovated by customer care of igl is [protected]. The connection was booked in april 2017. No feasibility check carried out as against mail received confirming same. The installation team needs an engineer to guife them on laying the pipeline in the flat. Numerous requests made but no one has attended till date. Pathetic services.

                      The workers of igl broke the sewer line of our area and are not ready to repair it.. As it is harmful due to large number of mosquitoes and improper sanitation and is blocking the way to our house's stairs
                      So we need you to solve this matter as soon as possible as it is creating difficulty for us now..

                        Dear sir/madan,

                        The above 2 complaints registered for fire evaluation in my home during png installation on 6th sept. 2017. One casualty had been reported and in that fire my wife mrs. Meena kumari who burned 25~30% as per doctors prescription. -
                        Now we have spent about 1, 80, 000/- for hospitalization charges for treatment. On fire our burned in kitchen item wardrobe crockery item door glass/ wincow glass curtain etc. And she also lost her mangal sutra which is 20th gram.

                        Now we request you to please register complaint against the site engineer who not installing proper png pipeline and also get the compensation which has been lost on fire as per rule.

                          I am a non png user resident of 4485. B 5/6 vasant kunj. I have requested several times to relocate igl pipeline which is passing through my house, which is under renovation. This is hazardous & threat to the life. My complete renovation work is stopped due to this.
                          Kindly look into the matter urgently & remove the connection line immediately otherwise igl will be held responsible for any mishap.

                            My so called igl meter and pipe installation was done on 22nd of july 2017. I had requested the customer care a number of times to start the connection but it got in vain.
                            They keep making customers fool. We we raise a new complain they simply close without even a call or customer visit.
                            All igl team is full o[censored]seless fellows that event after payment and installation. They are not able to stat the connection even after five months.
                            It seems my 6000/inr money has been wasted and all of my time goes to follow-up these guys. Which is very humiliating and frustrating.

                            Although it is a government division but irony is this even emergency number is not o[censored]se after full ring a number of times nobody is responding.

                            The installation guy’s behavior is that much of rough to even talk with them.
                            Expecting a quick resolution regarding the same.

                              It has been more than 3 months since our cheque to igl has got cleared for the new connection installation (Bp number [protected]) but yet the installation has not been done.
                              According to them, the installation should be done within 3 months of clearing of initial security cheque but still it hasn't been done yet.
                              Some people came to our house multiple times and said that will be getting installation equipment and will be installing it soon but never came back.

                              Please look into this as soon as possible

                                Sir,
                                Today i. E. 5/10/2017 a technician named zakir came to my house i. E sf 1 plot no.829 vaishali sec-5, gzb, up, for the connection of the gas pipeline but he asked me rs 500/- as bribe, on refusing he left my house without connecting the pipeline and even used rude language. I even called your area engineer harminder singh but he also did not responded. Kindly take action against such kind of people who are spoiling the prestigious image of your company.

                                    I have a igl connection in the name of ravinder kumar anand with b. P. No.[protected]. I have been regularly making payment of bill well before due date.in the year 2015, i received bill no.[protected] dt 08/01/2015 which was paid on 24/01/2015 well before the due date (29/01/2015). After that bill no.[protected] dt 10/09/2015 was received which incuded arrears of rs.1988/14 for the bills not sent to me & also not received by me. Immediatelly i spoke to your executive mr. Pawan on 09/10/2015 who advised me to make payment excluding late payment charges of rs.39/76 & informed me, the same will be adjusted in the next bill. However the late payment was not deducted in the next bill & i again spoke to another executive ms. Kalyani on 20/11/2015 who also advised me to make payment excluding late payment & the same will be adjusted in next bill. But to my surprise the same was never deducted from next bills. I have been regularly talking to your executives the details are as follows: 22/03/2016 — mr. Manish, 05/12/2016 — mr. Ramesh, 07/12/2016 — mr. Satya pal, 07/12/2016 — mr. Sushil, 23/01/2017 — mr. Shawet, 06/02/2017 — mr. Saurabh & 27/02/2017 — mr. Rohit. All these executives advised me to make payment & promised that the same will be deducted in the next bills. On this assurance i have been making bill payment before due dates excluding late payment charges. I regret to write, it is now more than 2 years, still late payment is not waived which is very nominal amt. Of rs 43/04. Since the amt. Is very nominal & i am a old partner of your company & have been making payments all these years before due dates, i request you to kindly waive this amount in the next bill.

                                      This is strange no one ever contacted but the have sent bill with so much of payment. No metre reading has been taken. I stay at saraswati apartment block s-7, flatno. 107 and the connection is on the name of priyanka narula.
                                      Please assist i have made the payment of the amount mentioned in the invoice. Please settle it advise how can we sort this issue.

                                        I pooja sharma residencce of c-37 b/2, j. V. T. S garden, chattarpur exntension, new delhi-110074 have applied for the new conneciton vide ch no. 247071 dated 19/02/2017 amounting to rs. 1000/- under advance connection scheme and the same have been debited from my account in the feb 2017.

                                        Till date i ahve not received any correspondence or further proceedings with regards to the new connection in the above mentioned address.

                                        Pleasse update on the status of the same.
