Worst installation and even igl is not rectifying after number of requests

Hi,
Bp no. [protected]
My so called igl meter and pipe installation was done on 22nd of july 2017. I had requested the installation guy a number of times to rectify the error prone copper pipe connection so that at least connection can be started, but it got in vain.
Lastly on this sunday they came after number of discussion and...

delay in installation of new png connection bp no. 4000509804

(1). I had submitted all the required docouments for the new png connection online and also made the payment of rs. 6000 online on 19.04.2017 (Bp no. [protected]).

(2) i have followed up on igl call centre several times and i have been told that connection would be installed within 90 days from payment / document submission.

(3) now, even 90 days have crossed from my document and payment date (19.04.2017) but...

Latest meter reading not taken by your staff till date. Customer helpline useless& incompetent .Do not hear the consumer& are not competant enough to address the concern.Have interacted with at least 3 persons, excuse given is server is down
We shall arrange a call back Complaint # [protected] closed without any resolution. Today the person at the helpline (Sushant)was not willing to address my concern.Kept me on hold & disconnected...

-as per inv no[protected] dt 4.3.17, no amount due against me, whereas invoice dt 30.6.17 showing due rs. 8, 641.29
-as per invoice dt 30.6.17 meter no 11451681 changing date is 4.9.15 whereas same was changed in mar, 17 (Ref inv dt 4.3.17)...

Hello,

My bp number for png gas - [protected]
We have recieved a bill with incorrect meter reading even the meter snapshot shown in the bill was not belong to us. Even the meter number showing in the bill its shoes different. We have never crossed 25 in 2 months but this time they have shown that we have consumed 58 units of gas.

How such foolish mistake done by igl.

png bill payment

I have paid png bill amount of rs. 712.00 on 11 july 2017 with transanction id nx[protected] with phonepe wallet. Png b. P. Numbe is [protected]. The amount was also debited fron wallet.

Now, png site still shows the bill due with late charges. It pertinent to mention here that i have paid the bill before due date. Please do needfull urgently....

non refund of security amount

Complaint regaring non-refunding of security deposit

I surrendered my png connection no. [protected] and deposited all the relevent documents with the customer care center located at r. K. Puram, new delhi on[protected] to mr saurabh kumar, managing one of the counters at the center personally by my husband and he assured my husband that the refund will be made in the account with a maximum period of 23 days.

I do have car, i go to office daily by car.. There is cng outlet in my way... I get cng from there... But today's morning when i went to cng pump and started getting cng.. After getting cng in my car, the person who was on station started taking me using abusive language.. I just asked him to give my all money.. He was keeping my 3 rs. But he denied, i will not give.. meter activation pending since 1 month (july 2017) bp no-4000515378

Meter activation steel pending from last month (July 2017).
Apr 2017.. I deposited security and may 2017 visited by technician and july 2017 meter installed and now august 2017 start but i can not activated for consume pipeline service that is steel pending.
I dont think your rohin branch will not work properly plz take some action against this branch soon and also activate the meter and services soon.

I have applied for fresh png gas connection at my newly allotted flat no. C-ii/64, shahjahan road, new delhi. I have applied for the same at igl office on 27/7/2017 with requisite formalities. B. P. I have started this connection in april 2016, have been waiting since then to get the clamp fitted on the meter for igl and unfortunately no one turned up till date. There was some issue with the old meter due to which the meter was changed and no one cared to fit a new clamp, i called us the customercare, ladged a complaint but there is just one option to get the pipe changed.
Now the meter has start to fall down which is hazardous...

Sir,
My connection no. [protected] is inactive since 25/05/2017, without any request from my side for making it inactive. My tenant at b-1002, cloud 9, ahinsa khand2, indirapuram ghaziabad was asked to pay rs 6000/- for a new connection.
I request you to activate my connection and refund the money wrongly (Unauthorisedly) collected from sh. Swagat sarkar.
Hope to have a quick resolution....

regarding new gas connection

I had applied for new gas connection in the month of oct-2016 from igl at my residence (C-24, f-2, vikram enclave, shalimar housing complex, sahibabad, ghaziabad). My lead no is [protected] & b. P no [protected]. I have paid rs 6000.00 to igl in the month of oct - 2016, till now they are neither providing me gas connection nor refunding my security deposit....

pipeline gas connection

Dear Sir,
After so much chasing, IGL yet to get the gas connection operational at DMRC Officer Quarters, in New Ashok Nagar.
All the occupants have almost occupied the flats and all gas connections with metering already installed.But its supply yet to be started.
Residents are in dilemma to have connections through cylinders or not.

May kindly intervene to resolve this issues.

non starting of gas supply

The process for new connection was started 6 months back. All fitting including meter installation in our kitchen has been completed 3 months back. But we have yet to get the gas supply started. However connection of some persons in our pocket has been started very next day after installation of meter. It was told that contractor left the sight and no supply was started. Despite several e-mails & telephonic reminders all concerned engineers/persons...
