Our bp nos. Are [protected] and [protected] in the name of radha govind samiti. 4 months ago, we have applied for gas pipe line on 20 may 2017 for domestic gas connection to your esteemed organization. The payment has also been cleared. But the connection has not been done yet. After several visits at control room, sector 17, dwarka and called so many times, the surveyor came for the feasibility test on 9th september. Before applying for new connections, a long time ago, digging work was already finished. Installation of pipe line and meters have been done on 10th september, but tf installation is pending since then. No action has been taken yet. He informed us that the gas line will be active immediately. We are really disappointed with the services from your end. We wish to know the date by which connection will be done.
It is requested to you that resolve our issue immediately. We will be very thankful to you.

bills were paid online as instructions in bank account bill pay on presentment
on checking it was seen IGL has not sent any bill on presentment basis to my bank account, hence not paid
further, I had registered to pay my father's IGL gas bill once, in my bank account, BP no[protected]
bills for this account were sent somehow to my bank account and were being paid.
further today, some people came from IGL and demanded cash payment. they had no bill or proof.
then they disconnected my connection.
online bill is paid
still your cust care executive want scanned bill receipts etc / transaction receipts, screenshots.
i am unable to do all this
kindly re instate my connection at the earliest

further your cust care representatives are unable to send statement of account by email.
they are telling me to create login for this purpose
