The workers of igl broke the sewer line of our area and are not ready to repair it.. As it is harmful due to large number of mosquitoes and improper sanitation and is blocking the way to our house's stairs
So we need you to solve this matter as soon as possible as it is creating difficulty for us now..

    Dear sir/madan,

    The above 2 complaints registered for fire evaluation in my home during png installation on 6th sept. 2017. One casualty had been reported and in that fire my wife mrs. Meena kumari who burned 25~30% as per doctors prescription. -
    Now we have spent about 1, 80, 000/- for hospitalization charges for treatment. On fire our burned in kitchen item wardrobe crockery item door glass/ wincow glass curtain etc. And she also lost her mangal sutra which is 20th gram.

    Now we request you to please register complaint against the site engineer who not installing proper png pipeline and also get the compensation which has been lost on fire as per rule.

      I am a non png user resident of 4485. B 5/6 vasant kunj. I have requested several times to relocate igl pipeline which is passing through my house, which is under renovation. This is hazardous & threat to the life. My complete renovation work is stopped due to this.
      Kindly look into the matter urgently & remove the connection line immediately otherwise igl will be held responsible for any mishap.

        Hi,
        Bp no. [protected]

        My so called igl meter and pipe installation was done on 22nd of july 2017. I had requested the customer care a number of times to start the connection but it got in vain.
        They keep making customers fool. We we raise a new complain they simply close without even a call or customer visit.
        All igl team is full o[censored]seless fellows that event after payment and installation. They are not able to stat the connection even after five months.
        It seems my 6000/inr money has been wasted and all of my time goes to follow-up these guys. Which is very humiliating and frustrating.

        Although it is a government division but irony is this even emergency number is not o[censored]se after full ring a number of times nobody is responding.

        The installation guy’s behavior is that much of rough to even talk with them.
        Expecting a quick resolution regarding the same.

          It has been more than 3 months since our cheque to igl has got cleared for the new connection installation (Bp number [protected]) but yet the installation has not been done.
          According to them, the installation should be done within 3 months of clearing of initial security cheque but still it hasn't been done yet.
          Some people came to our house multiple times and said that will be getting installation equipment and will be installing it soon but never came back.

          Please look into this as soon as possible

            Sir,
            Today i. E. 5/10/2017 a technician named zakir came to my house i. E sf 1 plot no.829 vaishali sec-5, gzb, up, for the connection of the gas pipeline but he asked me rs 500/- as bribe, on refusing he left my house without connecting the pipeline and even used rude language. I even called your area engineer harminder singh but he also did not responded. Kindly take action against such kind of people who are spoiling the prestigious image of your company.

            Your team has fixed complete gas line with meter on my wall for my neighbor when I was not there. Kindly remove and fix on the walls of the actual consumer which is my neighbor.

              Its more than 10 months i have cleared all the formalities of png gas in rk puram in the month of fab, still there is no installation done at my site. No of the tall-free numbers are able to give proper assistance, & rk puram landline number[protected] is never received. My bp number is [protected]. Lead no. [protected].

                I have a igl connection in the name of ravinder kumar anand with b. P. No.[protected]. I have been regularly making payment of bill well before due date.in the year 2015, i received bill no.[protected] dt 08/01/2015 which was paid on 24/01/2015 well before the due date (29/01/2015). After that bill no.[protected] dt 10/09/2015 was received which incuded arrears of rs.1988/14 for the bills not sent to me & also not received by me. Immediatelly i spoke to your executive mr. Pawan on 09/10/2015 who advised me to make payment excluding late payment charges of rs.39/76 & informed me, the same will be adjusted in the next bill. However the late payment was not deducted in the next bill & i again spoke to another executive ms. Kalyani on 20/11/2015 who also advised me to make payment excluding late payment & the same will be adjusted in next bill. But to my surprise the same was never deducted from next bills. I have been regularly talking to your executives the details are as follows: 22/03/2016 — mr. Manish, 05/12/2016 — mr. Ramesh, 07/12/2016 — mr. Satya pal, 07/12/2016 — mr. Sushil, 23/01/2017 — mr. Shawet, 06/02/2017 — mr. Saurabh & 27/02/2017 — mr. Rohit. All these executives advised me to make payment & promised that the same will be deducted in the next bills. On this assurance i have been making bill payment before due dates excluding late payment charges. I regret to write, it is now more than 2 years, still late payment is not waived which is very nominal amt. Of rs 43/04. Since the amt. Is very nominal & i am a old partner of your company & have been making payments all these years before due dates, i request you to kindly waive this amount in the next bill.

                  This is strange no one ever contacted but the have sent bill with so much of payment. No metre reading has been taken. I stay at saraswati apartment block s-7, flatno. 107 and the connection is on the name of priyanka narula.
                  Please assist i have made the payment of the amount mentioned in the invoice. Please settle it advise how can we sort this issue.

                  New connection to my house has been left incomplete. They dug up in front of my house and did not join the underground connection to the pipes coming into my house. No response from the team.

                    I pooja sharma residencce of c-37 b/2, j. V. T. S garden, chattarpur exntension, new delhi-110074 have applied for the new conneciton vide ch no. 247071 dated 19/02/2017 amounting to rs. 1000/- under advance connection scheme and the same have been debited from my account in the feb 2017.

                    Till date i ahve not received any correspondence or further proceedings with regards to the new connection in the above mentioned address.

                    Pleasse update on the status of the same.

                      I live in b-2/218 secror-6, rohini, delhi-110085. Ph. No. [protected]. We have applied for png gas connection for more than 4 months but connection has not got installed. One month back, igl servicemen came and they dug up hole to install pipe nd they left it without filling it, afterwards they did not turn up. We ourself filled the hole. Since then we hv been waiting for sevicemen to come and installed connection at 3rd floor inspite of how many numerous call we have made in your complaint no. Wr are very disappointed and dissatisfied with your sevices. It may b true that connection wl b installed if i pay bribe becoz flat of builders getting gas connection in no time. I hv lodged complaint in pmo also.
                      Pl instruct ur official to act fast on giving us connection.

                        I vinod arora from the company raju vaishnav dhaba trying to make online payment from last 4, 5 days but i am unable to make payment due to the technical issue in the website, becouse of some family reason i am unable to visit the branch to deposit cheque and their is no other option to make payment, today is the last day to make payment.
                        Kindly help me to solve this issue

                        bills were paid online as instructions in bank account bill pay on presentment

                        on checking it was seen IGL has not sent any bill on presentment basis to my bank account, hence not paid

                        further, I had registered to pay my father's IGL gas bill once, in my bank account, BP no[protected]
                        bills for this account were sent somehow to my bank account and were being paid.

                        further today, some people came from IGL and demanded cash payment. they had no bill or proof.

                        then they disconnected my connection.

                        online bill is paid

                        still your cust care executive want scanned bill receipts etc / transaction receipts, screenshots.
                        i am unable to do all this

                        kindly re instate my connection at the earliest

                        this is very service and very way to treat customers.
                        further your cust care representatives are unable to send statement of account by email.

                        they are telling me to create login for this purpose

                          I have told specifically to the igl surveyor i. E saurabh kumar about the compliant and issues faced by me but the technician visited after 6 days even after repeated follow up with the desk and surveyor has not solved my complete issue. I was not at home and but they have taken the advantage of the situation with my mom who is sr. Citizen and got the complaint form signed from her without resolution of the complete problem. I tried reaching the people again but they are unresponsive since yesterday.

                            Dear sir / madam,
                            Our bp nos. Are [protected] and [protected] in the name of radha govind samiti. 4 months ago, we have applied for gas pipe line on 20 may 2017 for domestic gas connection to your esteemed organization. The payment has also been cleared. But the connection has not been done yet. After several visits at control room, sector 17, dwarka and called so many times, the surveyor came for the feasibility test on 9th september. Before applying for new connections, a long time ago, digging work was already finished. Installation of pipe line and meters have been done on 10th september, but tf installation is pending since then. No action has been taken yet. He informed us that the gas line will be active immediately. We are really disappointed with the services from your end. We wish to know the date by which connection will be done.
                            It is requested to you that resolve our issue immediately. We will be very thankful to you.

                                My bp no. [protected] is allotted by igl but installation is not done till date. I have called so many times in customer care but there is no satisfactory reply. I had shifted in flat no. 1635, f-tower, galaxy north avenue-ii, gaur city-ii, noida extension 8 months ago, so it is very difficult for me to take cylinder from my old residence every month.
                                So it is requested to you that resolve my issue as early as possible. I will be very thankful to you.

                                  I received invoice for the period 26-03-17 to 16-05-17 for rs 1904.10.in this invoice an amount of rs 889.67 had been shown as previous payment. I had made this payment through cheque number 002462 dated 28-04-17 drawn on icici bank and same had been debited to my account on 5-05-17. I sent a mail to customer care about same. However to avoid complications i made full payment of rs 1904.10 vide cheque number 002464 dated 28-06-19 drawn on icici bank and same has been debited to my account on 7-07-17. Now i have received sms indicating that my bill amount for the current period is rs 3532.05. This clearly shows that the two payments i have made earlier have not been credited to my account. As such i am not able to make this amount. I have sent mails to [protected]@igl.co.in. No response. I am ringing up [protected], 1863, 1921. Regret to inform you that there is no response. I request you to kindly give me revised bill after giving me credit for the payments made by me so that i am able to make payment.

                                    As per your reply it shows that you do not want to understand the query of the customer.

                                    1. You sent me revised estimated bill from last september month to til date. I am totally disagree as per monthly basis reading chart from october 2016 to till date because it is estimated based reading only, why should i pay that amount that was incorrect because of estimation reading. Where is your executive who didn't visit our home for reading and shared the wrong photograph on bill?

                                    2. Please find the paid amount of last 4-5 bills :- (547+1215+592+403 = 2757 rs.)
                                    If you deduct the total amount of the bill with this paid amount then it should be[protected] = 1252

                                    I hope you can understand the query and provide me the solution.

                                      Dear sir / madam,
                                      Please note that i, saurabh singhal, habitat of jk apartment flat no. 58, 3rd floor, a-3 paschim vihar new delhi -63 have applied for domestic gas connection to your esteemed organization. But after applying for the same i am really disappointed with the services from your end.
                                      Your our service engineer mr. Vijender sukhla (Contact no. [protected]) & mr. Jash karan informed me that the gas line will be active in one week however the customer care informed me that the service engineer is telling lie and it will minimum 1 months and maximum 4 months. But kindly be informed till date no action have been taken to active my line neither by the service engineer nor by the customer care. Even the service engineers have never bothered to visit the site. I have given reminder number of times but it results into a blame game scenario between the service engineer & the customer care instead of taking any active action for an emergency service like gas connection.
                                      Now i am really frustrated and mentally harassed with this unexpected dilly-dallying attitude of your renown organization and have informed to remove the installed gas line immediately without any further delay. Stop payment against my cheque no 000032 of hdfc bank have already been done.
                                      But i am very surprised and kindly informing you with full of griefs that your staffs are showing a very casual attitude to even uninstall the same.
                                      So i would kindly request you to expedite and arrange to perform the uninstallation process and to complete the same by 21 days from the date of receiving this mail letter. Otherwise i would be bound to knock the door of consumer court as well as legal court for solution of the same.
                                      Hope you understand the situation and will arrange to take necessary action on war-footing basis. Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                                        I had requested for the gas connection on 15th june 2017.
                                        Since 3 months have not got the connection.

                                        I want to know the date by which connection will be done.
                                        Customer care is very unresponsive and one technician has visited from indrapratha, he explained that he will not neither change the direction of gas stove burner not give the longer pipe for getting proper connection.

                                        If they are giving incomplete service then who will do this connection.
                                        I have no objection how it should be done and where should be the gas stove. Still these people don't want to work.

                                        Even customer care is not providing my bp number.
