    Sir,
    My connection no. [protected] is inactive since 25/05/2017, without any request from my side for making it inactive. My tenant at b-1002, cloud 9, ahinsa khand2, indirapuram ghaziabad was asked to pay rs 6000/- for a new connection.
    I request you to activate my connection and refund the money wrongly (Unauthorisedly) collected from sh. Swagat sarkar.
    Hope to have a quick resolution.

    Hi this in regard to the new connection request [protected] raised on 05/06/2017, the plumber visits the premise without any notification as we are working we are not able to catch up with him, even if we follow up he doesn't picks our inspite of commitment for visiting, this is so frustration, Please take appropriate action as required,

        Dear Sir,
        After so much chasing, IGL yet to get the gas connection operational at DMRC Officer Quarters, in New Ashok Nagar.
        All the occupants have almost occupied the flats and all gas connections with metering already installed.But its supply yet to be started.
        Residents are in dilemma to have connections through cylinders or not.

        May kindly intervene to resolve this issues.

          The process for new connection was started 6 months back. All fitting including meter installation in our kitchen has been completed 3 months back. But we have yet to get the gas supply started. However connection of some persons in our pocket has been started very next day after installation of meter. It was told that contractor left the sight and no supply was started. Despite several e-mails & telephonic reminders all concerned engineers/persons are unable to resolve the issue.

            I had applied for new gas connection from igl at my residence (B-37, ground floor, new rajinder nagar) my lead no. Is [protected], i have paid rs 6, 000.00 to igl in the month of january 2017, till now they have only installed gas meter in 7 months after repeated follow ups, now they are neither providing me gas supply nor refunding my security deposit.

              Sir,
              I am runjhun rustagi. It's a bill issue we have already paid the last bill on 3rd april.2017 of rps.997. This time we recived the bill of rps 1748 this is for 3 months. The amount is too much and printed bill we have recived its showing the previous amount also added into the current bill and the previous bill is already paid and amount is even deducted from our account we have that recipt too. And your coustmer care service is extremely bad whenever we try to contact the person pickup our call and says the surver is down and its continuosly happening since last 4 to 5 days and manier times no one pickup the call we are so disturbed and facing problem because of your services.
              This time if this bill issue happens again i am going to take strict action against this because we have been facing this since long and again and again.
              Kindly take action for this. Waiting for your reply.

                Sir,
                I am your consumer with bp no.[protected]. The supply of png was stopped in my flat after my tenant vacated the house on may 25th 2017. Now, another tenant when contacted your office for restarting the supply, was asked to deposit rs. 6, 000/- and the supply of the previous connection was kept stopped.

                I request you to revive the supply of the gas and refund the money unauthorizedly taken from my tenant by your people as the flat is already having one connection with number mentioned above.

                Hope to have a resolution withing 24 hours.

                  If not then your requested to take the legal action.

                  Your there for requested to take legal action on both of them if there document are found fake.

                    Hello,

                    1. I have recently got a new png connection for my flat after more than 5 months of applying at my flat at address tower 18, flat 1403, lotus boulevard, sector 100, noida, up. On 10 mar 17 the bp no was generated. However the installation happened only on 21 jul 17.

                    2. Notwithstanding the above, i have made 2 requests/complaints for "new stove conversion" on successive days. Screenshots of the email acknowlegement are attached herewith.

                    3. I am escalating the matter as on both occasions the complaint has been unilaterally closed by the person manning the local maint centre at the telephone no [protected].in fact after the first complaint/request was made on 24 jul 17, a person called up at my mobile no [protected] and gave me another no asking me to speak to the person whose no was given. After this conversation ended, i received a call from the number whose mobile no was given to me by the igl maint team representative. The complaint was unilaterally closed by igl immediately after the conversation and email of the same is att herewith.

                    4. The complaint was made again and customer care informed of the unilateral closure of the complaint. A fresh complaint was logged which is also att. This complaint has again been unilaterally closed just now. Mr rohit, at igl customer care has been spoken to and he has said that he will be escalating the matter.

                    5. I wish to draw your attention to the following grievance:

                    A. The igl maintainance team incharge of my connection is harassing me and my family by repeatedly ignoring our complaints and unilaterally closing them without attending to the complaint nor taking a completion memo from me as a consumer.

                    B. There appears to be a contractor - igl staff nexus which is trying to coerce consumers to pay pvt technicians to carry out complaint and repairs on gratification. The same needs to be investigated by your office.

                    6.in case i do not get a suitable reply i shall be escalating the matter to the appropriate forum as well as the cms secretariat as well as pmo so as to help poor indians not get harassed by greedy hawks not wanting to do their job.

Chaque no. Is 183338. Of id i bank to your exclutive. Their is no communication from your side. When i asked from your customer care them commuted that chaque is misplaced by them. Or their response is very bad, specially mr. Anurag & mr vipin is very lethargic they are not taking their duty seriously. Pl. Refund my chaque back if their some problems or do need full as soon as possible.

                          Subject : no action taken since 2012 for the complain forwarded for the leakage of gas,
                          & now disconnected the connection like a thief as they climbed up through pipe on 2nd floor without any permission.

                          Dear sir,

                          This is in continuation to our various telephonic calls and written representations also physical meetings @igl office rk puram,
                          Made for faulty png meter installed at our house where the gas was leaking from the meter, due to which bill generated was a huge amount.

                          It is again submitted that the subject meter installed in our house has been showing reading disproportionate to our consumption, from the very inception.
                          Prior to piped gas, our consumption is very less i. E 400/-or 500/- and the bill coming is huge amount.

                          The above has been brought to your notice when you were requested regarding the complaint of leakage of gas and bill of huge amount so that our grievance could be redressed.

                          I ashok grover, holding igl gas connection bp. No. [protected] faced an issue regarding the leakage of my gas in march 2012.
                          I lodged my complaint to mr. Pankaj mahajan regarding this issuealso complained my nearest igl pump where they came home and corrected the issue, but the bill amount was huge and its showing the arrears on every bill,
                          Because the igl employee mr. Panakaj mahajan told us to pay the gas consumption and vat amount and the other arrears will be waived off sooner or later. He told us he will clear this but never gave any complaint number,
                          I have visted him at igl head office rk puram 8-10 times but the reaction was always the same we will clear it out and let you know.
                          And since 2015 we got recieving notice for disconnection of png gas.
                          This month again we have got a bill for rs. 9000/- including arrears and the same where we just paid the consumption + vat amount rest arrears is not being paid till the time our grievance is redressed.
                          As mr. Pankaj mahajan told us he will waive off all the charges but its not resolved till now.

                          And yesterday 22/07/2017 we were not at home and without any permission disconnection guys climbed up through the igl pipe on our 2nd floor balcony like a thief and neighbours saw the incident like how they were disconnecting the connection, where in the neighbours told them not to do it like a thief, as they are not at home you should come tommorow next they,
                          But the disconnection guys disconnected the connection like a thief by climbing on 2nd floor balcony. Which is just unacceptable.
                          Disconnection and climbing from pipe to 2nd floor balcony without permission like a thief, gives us a direction to file a police complaint regarding the disconnection guys, if this issue will not get resolved and our connection doesnt get reconnected, then we will have to take some legal actions towards your company and those disconnection guys (Thiefs)
                          You are once again, requested to look to our complaint on priority, failing which we shall be constrained to approach the proper quarters or even the consumer forum.

Every time i call to the igl helpline no. The respnse is very bad and specially the behaviour of your officer mr. Puspendra tyagi is very latharzic, he is not taking his duty seriously. I am very much tired and requst you to solve this issue otherwise i am going to sue your department

                                  shifting gas pipeline to outside house

                                  I need an genuine answer to my genuine question "WHOM TO CONTACT FOR DELAYED CONNECTIONS"...I was asked by one of the person on phone "connection kisko lagwana hai" (who needs a conneciton) on querying for the delayed connection status and asking for contact person. Is there a place we can go and even connect and get a sensible answer. I am simply being given phone numbers of random people who says I am not responsible for this job or I haven't been assigned this job yet, or number not reachable, switchedd off. Please help.

                                  As we have surrendered the cylinder connection before applying we need to take cylinder in black twice or thrice the government rate and the IGL is least bothered about getting there connections done. If they can't fix this they should tell this while applying. Even if the installation and connection work is outsourced they need to keep a tab on the status.

                                    Name change document has been submitted one year back. No action has been taken till date. The complaint had been submitted in main office situated at r. K. Puram branch. The receiving has been kept in record. I am paying the bill regularly in the old name billing. At present i complain for not any action in my favour.in this regard it is requested that kindly do the needful.

                                      Dear sir/ madam,

                                      This refers to my new connection request against bp no. [protected] last year. Yesterday, the team from igl visit at my residence for the connection.
                                      They inform me that the connection is already running at my residence against bp no. [protected]. First this connection need to get cut then only the new connection will be made.

                                      We would like to request that the connection cutting request against bp no. [protected] is already done last year in aug or sep'2016 & only after that new connection request was made.

                                      Even after that 3 times officials from igl visit our residence & they provide us the assurance that connection will be installed soon. But no action observed only hope remains.

                                      So, i request you to pl. Help us out in this matter.

                                      Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Igl portal for customers is not workingI struggled, for an hour to register, .Failed to log in.Only payment portal is working.They want payment without matching sust Omer care. Their new app for Igl gas is equally useless.They want reading on line .The app asks for password.Without registration, where I am to get password from
                                      [protected] meter completed two weeks ago. No gas final connnection to stove inspite of many requests.
