My name is anita juneja with bp no-[protected], we have received any bill or any message for bill due of gas pipeline @ rohini sector 18 delhi. But today received sms with penalty rs 1120 for immediate payment.. Whose responsibility to send sms or for bill. Atleast i should get a sms for pyment, how would i came to know about my amount due
I would request you to send bill on time or sms on tym to make payment and reverse my penalty coz that's not my fault

    This is in reference to igl connection bp no [protected] applied for our new house in dwarka sector 19, delhi. We have applied for connection on 23.03.2017 giving security deposit of rs. 6, 000/- by chq. No 395369 of the axis bank ltd dated 23.03.2017 in favour of indraprastha gas limited. Till date i. E., 4/09/2017 there is no response from your side about the connection. No fitting has been done. False promise was made that connection will be done before 18/08/2017. Poor response from the customer care. Kindly update me with the connection and its process on [protected]

      I have applied new gas connection on dated 02/4/2017. Bp no-[protected]. They have come one time but there is no person found at home. After this he discussed on telephone for execution the job. We are all working member. I requested on telephone with him please tell us on telephone before one day or come on saturday for execution. He did not came for execute the work till date. Kindly i request please provide the gas connection after information before one day.

      Applied for the new gas connection on 12th Aug. There is no update till date. The person came to fill the form also dont know what has happened with my form.

          This is in reference to igl connection applied for our new outlet at the monarch, indirapuram habitat centre, indirapuram, ghaziabad. We have applied for connection on 13.10.2016 giving security deposit of rs. 1, 50, 000/- by chq. No 217918 of the nainital bank ltd dated 13.10.2016 in favour of indraprastha gas limited. Till date there is no response from your side about the connection. All fittings and testing of internal line has alrecady done from our end according to your specifications. We have followed up so many times with mr manoj (Contact no. [protected]) and mr. Santosh (Contact no. [protected]), but there is no positive response from their side. Please expedite the connection process and give us a time line by when it will be installed.

          This is in reference to IGL connection applied for our new outlet at The Monarch, Indirapuram Habitat Centre, Indirapuram, GHAZIABAD.           I register a call for the re installation of my PNG connection, they said it take 6 days to complete my call, I want to know in service industry who gives 6 days time, every call should be completed in 24 hrs, this service is not a luxury its a necessity for every consumer they should provide service in 24 hours.

          The technician did not give me proper timing, he want to say that I should remain alert at home for 6 days, because he may come any time & this service in not a free service I pay for the service, this is not done.

          Very bad service and also if some one want to complaint for this they did not provide any mail ID on there site, only because this is a Government company and we did not question for any thing.

            I have applied for a connection in the name of shalini gupta lead number [protected] dated 17.7.2017... Security deposit paid vide cheque number 698208 of pnb dated 19.7.17 but still no progress has been made.. Very poor response from customer care as well.. Really bewildered by the response. If no immediate steps are taken, i would be compelled to move to consumer court.

              On 12-04-17 i have paid rs. 6000/- for installing the new png connection in the name of shashi bhatnagar. But till today i. E 25-08-17 nothing is done. I have enquired so many time but no result and customer service is not responding properly. Finally on 11th aug they came at around 5.30 p. M. (After office hours) and they told that we will take 3-4 hours but that day we had to catch the train for that we have to leave the house at 8.00 pm so we requested to come on next saturday. On that day they said that “you are lucky that in 4 months the gas connection is being done otherwise it takes around 1 to 1-1/2 year.”
              After so many reminders nobody has arrived till date. We have talked to some mr. Amit mob-no-[protected] so many times and every time he is saying that “yes i will do very soon”. Today he is saying that “i am on leave”. Even if he is on leave why can’t he instruct the concerned persons for doing the job.
              In short, already we have suffered so many harassment and with folded hands you are requested to install the pipe line at my address flat no-57, promise co operative gr. Housing society, viaks puri nd-18 urgently otherwise i will be forced to take strict action against the igl.

                I have applied for png connection for my house in the month of january 2017 and paid rs.6000.00 on 17/03/2017. I am calling up customer service center and e mail them inquiring about the status of my connection. I have called up r. K. Puram office several times in the following numbers 46074607, 46074656 and 46074857 but no answer and the calls are put hold without answering for more than 45 mints. I would request the resolution at the earliest.

                  Sir, this is my complaint again to you that i am not getting my paper bills for my gas connection bp no. [protected] and registered address is j-6/61. Second floor, rajouri garden, new delhi-110027. I am not getting my paper bills since installations and when i make complaints regarding this i am getting obscene/filthy calls from following nos claiming your office reference.

                  They called me at my registered mobile no [protected].
                  They were asking my debit card details and saying 10/- will be charged for call forwarding to company.
                  When i said please send me sms for charges then they started using filthy languages. You are requested to veryfy above nos.
                  I am repeatedly asked my bank debit card no detail which i refused. Thanks

                    Sir, with reference to our complaint ref no.[protected] dated[protected], regarding not receiving my paper bills of my gas connection bp no.[protected] and ca no.[protected] since installations. This connection is registered in the name of sh. Chander shekhar seem r/o j-6/61, 2nd floor, rajouri garden, new delhi-110027. Regd. Mobile is [protected] and landline no. Is[protected]. You are not providing us paper bills since installations. What a sad state of affairs. Instead of our complaint regarding this, in which, you have promised me that i will get my paper bills within 4 working days.
                    But no action has been taken in this regard. My request is that if i do not get my bill in paper form within 2 days i will not be able to pay you for your dues and also i will not pay any late payment charges also.

                      Worst installation and even igl is not rectifying after number of requests

                      Hi,
                      Bp no. [protected]
                      My so called igl meter and pipe installation was done on 22nd of july 2017. I had requested the installation guy a number of times to rectify the error prone copper pipe connection so that at least connection can be started, but it got in vain.
                      Lastly on this sunday they came after number of discussion and as usual done nothing.
                      It seems my 6000/inr money has been wasted and all of my time goes to follow-up these guys. Which is very humiliating and frustrating.

                      Although it is a government division but irony is this there is no email id and all toll free number is not working even emergency number is not o[censored]se after full ring a number of times nobody is responding.

                      They have not even updated my email id so that at least i can login to the account, to book the complaint.

                      The installation guy’s behavior is that much of rough to even talk with them.
                      Expecting a quick resolution regarding the same.

                        (1). I had submitted all the required docouments for the new png connection online and also made the payment of rs. 6000 online on 19.04.2017 (Bp no. [protected]).

                        (2) i have followed up on igl call centre several times and i have been told that connection would be installed within 90 days from payment / document submission.

                        (3) now, even 90 days have crossed from my document and payment date (19.04.2017) but the connection is yet to be installed.

                        (4) i have also been following up through email, but apart from acknowledging my complaint (Lead number for the same is [protected]), the connection is yet to be installed.

                        (5) i am 85 years old senior citizen and finding it very difficult to keep following up with igl, with no result.

                        Request urgent action to install my connection.

                        Till date no response from IGL. I wonder when the immediate action for resolution would actually take place. It is about five months now since the payment and all documents were submitted and the connection is yet to be installed. This is the service that IGL is giving in National Capital to an 85 years old senior citizen.

                        I need to mark complaint now to Hon'ble Minister or PMO to get IGL to finally act.

                          Latest meter reading not taken by your staff till date. Customer helpline useless& incompetent .Do not hear the consumer& are not competant enough to address the concern.Have interacted with at least 3 persons, excuse given is server is down
                          We shall arrange a call back Complaint # [protected] closed without any resolution. Today the person at the helpline (Sushant)was not willing to address my concern.Kept me on hold & disconnected my call without making me speak to his senior & sharing his name & no since he was incompetent to address my request.A bunch o[censored]ntrained people at the helpline is unacceptable. Appreciate that ur staff visits our mailing address immediately & Takes the reading B P No is [protected]...Please respond immediately since I refuse to pay any penalty since this is a concern at ur end...A case of poor service...Dissatisfied Consumer.

                            Inv no[protected] dt 30.6.17 against png bp no [protected] generated by igl is totally false & fabricated
                            -as per inv no[protected] dt 4.3.17, no amount due against me, whereas invoice dt 30.6.17 showing due rs. 8, 641.29
                            -as per invoice dt 30.6.17 meter no 11451681 changing date is 4.9.15 whereas same was changed in mar, 17 (Ref inv dt 4.3.17)
                            Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            We have 2 PNG connections against BP nos.are [protected] & [protected]. We have temporary disconnected the PNG connection for both floors due to home renovation work on 02.04.2017. After that IGL is sending bills including consumption charges of every month. I have informed so many times but no action has been taken.

                              Hello,

                              My bp number for png gas - [protected]
                              We have recieved a bill with incorrect meter reading even the meter snapshot shown in the bill was not belong to us. Even the meter number showing in the bill its shoes different. We have never crossed 25 in 2 months but this time they have shown that we have consumed 58 units of gas.

                              How such foolish mistake done by igl.

                              Our meter reading as on 05/aug/2017 is 930 and the meter reading in the bill as on 15. July.2017 showing 968.

                              We have not crossed 930 as on 05/aug/2017, then how the meter snapshot showed 968 in our bill (Someone else snapshot attached in our bill). Our meter number is 2009871. Where as in the bill it was shown - 3935361.

                              When we called customer care, they are saying we have to go to the central office, it has not been rectified here. They are just making harasments to the customer.
                              They are doing mistakes and we will fill those mistakes and we will get trouble for the same.

                              Very bad experience, can anybody is having escalation matrix of igl png delhi email id's or phone numbers. Where i can go for escalation.

                                Sir my name is sachin gupta from yamuna vihar, old delhi. I have a very serious trouble regarding the billing dept. Of indraprastha gas ltd. The trouble is that :-
                                I have a gas connection with bp no.- - [protected] that was closed on[protected] and then as connection was closed there was no gas consumption on that connection but after that we have received a number of bills that have a paying amount almost rs. 75 and at this time we have received the bill of rs. 3911. We have already paid all the previous bills and so no outstanding bills are in record. This is a very big issue and so we feel that there was some problem in the system. We have complained a couple of times about this issue and get nothing in turn except a number of inquiries and documents and their submission. We have also visited the office at r. K. Puram but they have talked very rudely and had done nothing. We have mailed a couple of times about this but there was no response from receiver. So i need your help for this matter.
                                I will be very thankfull to you.

                                  I have paid png bill amount of rs. 712.00 on 11 july 2017 with transanction id nx[protected] with phonepe wallet. Png b. P. Numbe is [protected]. The amount was also debited fron wallet.

                                  Now, png site still shows the bill due with late charges. It pertinent to mention here that i have paid the bill before due date. Please do needfull urgently.

                                    Myself dr inder parkash pawar having igl connection for the past more than 2 years, i am paying regularly my dues in time, iglpeople have been sending bills when the last date has already passed & i dont know why do they keep adding previous amount also. Today i received my bill with invoice no[protected] with amount 1189.18inr due to be paid on or before on 05.07.2017. They r sending this bill full one month after the due date. Please clarify & send me the the reply fast. Regards

                                      Complaint regaring non-refunding of security deposit

                                      I surrendered my png connection no. [protected] and deposited all the relevent documents with the customer care center located at r. K. Puram, new delhi on[protected] to mr saurabh kumar, managing one of the counters at the center personally by my husband and he assured my husband that the refund will be made in the account with a maximum period of 23 days.
                                      But i am sorry to state that till the writing of this complaint there is no refund inspite of the assurance given to my husband on 26/07/2017 by the supervisor of the centre that the refund will be made latest by 31/07/2017. Every time center personnel are giving one or the other excuses and harassing the customers. Every time they are saying – wait for some more time. Wait, wait. How long the customers should wait – whether one should wait for years just to get back their hard earned money from the so called govt. Run organisation like igl - whereas your documents is showing time frame of 23 days to refund the security deposit to the customer on surrendering the connection.
                                      Your customer care no.[protected] personnel are giving half hearted information/reply and not assisting the customers but only harassing the customers.
                                      Today my husband had spoken to one mr bumbum kumar of the center at about 7.20 pm and when he requested him to connect him to the supervisor – he told him that the supervisor is busy in the meeting and cannot speak as the meeting will last may be for 2 hours.
                                      This is the state of affairs of the organisation run by the government.
                                      So it is my humble request to look into the matter seriously as your`s is a reputed organisation and redress customers querry/complaint on priority basis – like refunding my security depost lying with the organisation.
                                      Moreover complaint incharge nos. 46074806, 46074811 are not picked by any one as i have tried for them so many times.
                                      Can i hope sor some early action in the matter now?

                                      Ram charan gas opreater NSP opp Punjab kesri NEWS paper his very treating language he said fansi lagwaoge Kya jo krna hai kr lo...He said your fault but actuly fault is Ram Charan so please check the gas station and punished him thanks

                                        Dear all,

                                        I do have car, i go to office daily by car.. There is cng outlet in my way... I get cng from there... But today's morning when i went to cng pump and started getting cng.. After getting cng in my car, the person who was on station started taking me using abusive language.. I just asked him to give my all money.. He was keeping my 3 rs. But he denied, i will not give.. What will you do?.. I said i will complaint... So i am writing to you... You know one more thing is you guys will not do anything because he did this to me, not to you guys... There is no hope in my india now... You guys if you are honest and india please take action on it on urgent basis... Werna kya fayeda iss aajadi ka... Hum toh gulam hi theek the... Please take action..
