Dear sir,
I have applied for fresh png gas connection at my newly allotted flat no. C-ii/64, shahjahan road, new delhi. I have applied for the same at igl office on 27/7/2017 with requisite formalities. B. P. No. [protected] is allotted to me.in spite of my repeated telephonically requests, till date no person is deputed to install the connection at my residence. They daily assure me for installation of the same. Kindly pursue the matter and make arrangements for installation at the earliest.

Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The technician did not give me proper timing, he want to say that I should remain alert at home for 6 days, because he may come any time & this service in not a free service I pay for the service, this is not done.
Very bad service and also if some one want to complaint for this they did not provide any mail ID on there site, only because this is a Government company and we did not question for any thing.
