I am fedup with the service provided by the IGL.I am following from last 6 month and also deposited installation money of Rs.6000 and from the day we try to follow up every week but their officials including CC, Control room always excuse us with new ideas.They sometimes do not pickup the calls and also transfer one call to others.
Some says it is not our department
Some says it is not our area
Some says it is not our work of scope
Some are saying it is going to install by next week from last 6 month.

We are very frustrated with their service and also concerned people running this system in IGL.

It is my kind request to install my Gas connection as soon as possible.

    On 25.05.2016, i have paid my bill of igl due on 28.05.2016 using freecharge (Free charge order id is: fcgw[protected], payment date: 25/05/2016) application in my phone. The amount of bill i have to pay is rs 1175.63. By mistake, i have paid rs 1644.26 by entering a wrong amount. (In such cases igl compensate that extra money in next bill). Transaction was successful from freecharge and money is deducted from my account yet i didn't get any confirmation receipt that bill has been paid. Website of igl is showing unpaid bill payment status. Receipt of successful transaction at freecharge is enclosed in mail. I already complaint at igl helpline e-mail but didn't get any response. I request you to please help me out as soon as possible.

      I have an IGL png connection in Crossongs republik, I received bills till september 2015 but did not receive any bills after that, called them up on customer care so many times, there also the waiting time was always more than 10 min, even after that so many times call gets disconnected as soon as any operator takes up the call. I got a complaint# [protected] for this issue, when I am not receiving any bills without any of my faults, then why will I pay the late charges, even after my complaint there was no action on this complaint.
      Second Issue, when I got fed up with not receiving the bills, I thought of making the online account, with my continous efforts I was able to make one, I could see my bill there and then I thought of make a payment the bill was for Approx Rs/- 1360, this amount is with late payment charges. I made the payment of this amount using the online portal of IGL, there also I showed as my transaction got failed and the amount was deducted from my bank, I again tried to call IGL customer care, they gave me a new complaint# [protected], now here is what they had to say for my two complaints:
      For complaint # [protected] they say that they have filed the complaint and bill will reach you in 3-4 working days, but whan I told them that I have yet not received any bill, they say they cant do anything in this, I have to visit their RK Puram branch to get this resolved, Is this what I have taken this connection for, leaving my office I will just keep on going to RK Puram branch to know why I am not receiving my bill.

      For complaint #[protected]:- I made this payment on 19-Apr-2016, I cpmplaint for the transaction failed issue the very same day, for which I got a mail that this will be resolved by 04-May-2016, nothing has happened till date, everytime I talk to customer care they just have to say that It will take 4-5 days, then they started saying it will take 7-8 days for it to get updated, today again I called up the customer care then he had nothing to say, he said he had given my complaint to back office, now I have to talk in back office to know its status. IGL has again generatd my bill and now it is of Rs/- 1700 some paise. Please let me know what if again I make an attempt to pay this bill and again the transaction gets failed do I have to repeat this whole process again, Am I suppose to take this as my primary job, leaving all my other things, IGL portal is most of the time down, many a times the customer care says that Our server is down we cant tell you anything at this time, why are you taking up the calls at a time when you cant help any one, and why are running this customer care when you cant help any customer on their complaints, you only direct cases sometimes to Back office and others to RK Puram branch. What kind of a service is this?
      I am really very disappointed and tortured with this behaviour of IGL's customer care.

        Corruption prevailinf in the offices of igl at dwarka.
        At phone no. [protected], no one us ready to tell their name. When asked to solve problem they put phone on hold and laugh. Although this no is listed as emergency no in dwarka igl site.
        Even after complete installation no one is coming to activate it for last 9 days.
        No one is picking the phone at no. Provided by igl people who came fr testing that is[protected].
        Highly corrupt unit.

            My name is anil jain, resident at 120, rps, first floor, dda flat, mansarovar park, shahdara- delhi-110 032. I applied for new gas line connection (Png) in june 2015 & paid rs 6000/- cheque & was honored in bank on aug 2015.

            My bp [protected] with igl. My problem is that the pine was fitted (Along with meter) but not connect with gas burner, due to copper tube not fixed in that.

            I had made several times complaint to the company but engineer/contact person came only two /three times & promised to fitted within a day, but not yet operated, the problems remains as it is. Since 9 months almost over, but no action has been taken to resolve the small issue.

            Kindly do the needful immediately, otherwise refund rs. 6000/-.

              This complaint is in regard to receiving of bill inspite of permanent disconnection of png connection.

              My bp no. Is [protected]. I made a request for pd (Permanent disconnection) with device removal via token no. [protected] and my connection was disconnected on 08th jan' 2016. At the time of pd reading of meter was 159 scm but igl send me bill for 240 scm.Also, when i contacted igl, i ahev not received any satisfactory reply from them.

              I want to know that if my device was permanently disconnected on 08/01/2016 with reading of 159 scm then how could igl sending me bill with reading of 240scm till april' 2016.

                Dear mam/sir,

                1) i ramesh kumar kapoor (Business partner no. [protected]) had received a bill for rs.386.85. Which was due on[protected]. Due to faulty online system of igl, the system was not accepting the payment of actual amount of rs 386.85, but was indicating "make payment of rs 936.85".
                Therefore, an excess payment of rs 550 was paid & due to the faulty system of igl, no transaction id was communicated to me.
                Therefore, it is requested that this excess amount of rs 550 may kindly be refunded to me or may be adjusted in my future igl bill.

                2) please confirm & adjust excess payment of rs 550.

                3) this compolaint has been mailed to your customer care many times, but adjustments have been done so far.
                Again i have received a message of igl showing bill of rs. 1158.74 due on[protected] without adjusting the excess payment of rs 550
                Which was paid in the previous bill.

                4) a copy of the previous bill is also attached herewith showing bill of rs 386.85.
                Kindly take immediate step that the excess payment will be adjusted in the bill due on[protected].
                Hope, igl will improve its online bill payment services in fiture, so that customers are not put into problems.
                5) kindly send me hard copy of bills as i have not subscribed to e-bill.

                  I have deposited rs. 6000/- for domestic png connection at 114, pocket – d dilshad garden, delhi -110095, on[protected], but after 45 days of depositing money no connection was provided only bp no. [protected] created, i could not wait for more time as my family is with me and i was facing problem in daily kitchen work, so i have applied for lpg connection and it was delivered within three days, after that i have applied for refund of my money from igl with duly filled application form, cancelled cheque and other documents on[protected] and the documents were received in your office on[protected]. But the refund amount is not received till now. I had written many times for refund, but it is not done.

                    I called IGL customer care and reported about the gas leak from rubber pipe in our kitchen. The complaint was made around 1 pm. Till 9pm nobody had reverted to me even to provide an idea as to when anybody would come to replace the pipe. I was told by the customer care that within 3 hours somebody will contact and I should pick up my phone. I sat next to my phone and stayed put at home. When no contact was made even after 5 hours I called their zonal emergency as well as Delhi emergency numbers. They all reassured that somebody will be contacting within next 1 hour. Alas, several next hours passed and nobody contacted.

                    Forget about fixing the fault, they are not even able to tell me by when the problem will be addressed?

                    I just don't know what to do and whom to contact.

                      My BP number is [protected]. I made an application for a new piped gas connection in Chitranjan Park over 6 months ago. Since then I have been repeatedly requesting a status update and have been told time and again that the feasibility check is on hold and that my request has been put on priority and that someone will call me, but nothing has happened since. I have tried calling all the complaint redressal authorities mentioned on the IGL website but neither do the phones get picked nor have any of them bothered responding to my email. I am extremely frustrated and am getting really sick and tired of the inconvenience being caused. Please get me my gas connection!!!

House is locked since that period as i have been living in Bangaluru with my son. Since than no consuption of png gas is done due to house locked except one month in which we updated u our consuption 9scm. I have been getting bills of Rs 196/- and Rs 198/- every month instead of the minimum bill.I donot understand why such excess billis are be sent and are being charged from us . Kindly send us the revised bills after adjusting the excess charged .I have paid u all bills since than. There is no outstanding against us .

                          Hi,

                          We are using the IGL PNG services from more than 6 months. This is to inform you that the iglonline.net site is not working more than three months. We are not even getting the bills by courier and not even through email. Have raised couple of complaints but unfortunately to say this is more like the Government Office where nothing will work.
                          My B P No. is [protected]. Please note firstly no one picks up the phone on the landlines if you are lucky and someone picks the phone then before asking the questions he will put the phone down or disconnect without even asking query of the customer. We are chasing like anything no one give any resolution over the phone.
                          I haven’t received the bills in time. In case I need to made payment the site is not working. I raised the complaints but no resolution one of the complaints the screen shot is enclosed for your reference:

                            Dear Sir/ ma'am,

                            Today I was coming back from Merrut, In the way, I went to "IGL CNG Pump" Address: "NH 58, Asalat Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201206". In this filling station. I found very poor behavior. They declined to fill CNG while CNG was available at that time. There was no fuel in my car at that time, I had to push my car till 2KM. Very irresponsible behavior. Some other people were telling me that they always behave rudely with customers other than his own cities. They don't have power to decline filling the gas. Its happened at 6:15 PM 13/03/2016.

                            Please take a look on that and apply this station some penalty.

                              In reference to the subject cited above, , I have complaint on 19.02.2016 in your forum and they visit the home and resolve the problem But they have charged Rs. 150/- as Visit charge by igl employee/technician. So i am very unhappy and also they have charged a new connection Rs. 360/- when Mr. Ranjit (Igl employee) installed the connection but i have submitted DD Rs. 1000/- for govt. accommodation for new connection. So please it is my humble request to you, look into the matter and take necessary action at your end for why they have charged extra money/Rs.

                                I have paid my igl gas bill through their online site on 24th of September 2015 but they are sending me messages regarding the bill stating that my 861.80 ₹ bill payment is still pending.I have contacted then a lot of times but they always make excuses.                                   I got Piped Natural Gas / PNG connection from INDRAPRASTHA GAS LIMITED in my DDA Flat No. E-2/1/24, Sector -15, Rohini, Delhi but I have not consumed any Gas for the last 7 years ie since Jan 2009. due to my transfers outside Delhi.. But the company IGL is making invoices / Bills on assumed meter readings and charging me over Rs 400/ every month since Jan 2009. The IGL staff has not taken actual Meter Reading since Jan 2009 as the premises were locked. The actual Meter Reading in Jan 2009 was 464 .172 and still it is the same reading ie 464.172. I have made several complaints to the Chairman Indraprastha Gas Limited through their png customercare to stop issuing fudging bills against my name and refund me the money already recovered from my security money. I have also requested them to supply me the copies of Invoices / Bills from Jan 2008 to Jan 2009 as only these bills were based on actual Meter Readings and can reveal the truth but no heed has been paid to my complaints as yet.

                                  Please help me.

                                    In reference to the subject mentioned above, it is to inform you that I had applied for a new gas connection for my govt. quarter H. No. H-367, Ground Floor, Sri Niwas Puri, New Delhi-110065 and the same was installed by the IGL team vide connection bearing no. (B.P. No.) [protected].
                                    However, after some time it was observed that the flame was very much reduced. So, I registered complaints to the customer care...

                                    We have paid for LPG Gas Pipeline Connection almost 8 months back, survey has been done, but we are still waiting for the connection. Nobody has turned up for the connection inspite of several complaints during last 8 months.

                                    Either give us a connection OR return our money back with last 8 months interest.

                                      Sewer Pipe Line was damaged by the labour of IGL on 26 Dec 2015 and has not yet been repaired leading to spillage of waste. Inspite of repeated complaints to the Company no action is being initiated by the company to rectify the defect.
