Regarding customer care

Sir,
I am using IGL gas from since eight month, My business partner no is [protected] I pay my bill regularly but it is observe that the bill is not actual this is base estimated invoice.I have paid my bill & still my next bill shows arrears.Also the concern customer care not pickup the phone, which cause i am facing much inconveniently to pay the bill & I don't get any response from customer care kindly look forword it....

Installation Delayed - Refund of Installation Amount

We have Applied for PNG in December 2012, we have deposited Security / Installation amount by cheque of Rs 6200/- ( Six Thousand two Hundred Only ) at that time of booking . Deposited Rs.6000/- with IGL on 29.08.10 for a new PNG connection vide BP No.[protected]. IGL kept the money with them and no information had been provided in this regard. After taking up the matter with the IGL the IGL had refunded the deposited amount of Rs.6000/- on 24.6.13 without interest. Mail had been sent to IGL for payment of the interest and the IGL had advised by vide its mail dated 21.8.13 that they are getting the management approval...

Inflated bill for Gas consumption

IGL even billed for gas consumption of next March & April14 to get billing at higher slab.My present meter reading on 25.2.24.is 1136.67 scm where as per their latest bill it is 1182.54 on 31.1.14, how it is possible?Further they have even added bills payment of Rs 714.99 I paid earlier.

delay in PNG connection

I have applied for new PNG connection vide receipt no.47906 and application form no.[protected] dated 17th july 2013. The payment was made through cheque, no.000108, of Bank Of India dated 17th july 2013 amounting Rs.6, 000. Almost 7 months have passed but no PNG connection has been made till now. Request for new connection rejected

my booking reference no for new domestic PNG is [protected]dated 20.12.2013 in the name of madhavi jain.
I got the below mail rejecting my application saying wrong address.today I contacted your customer care and they told me that my application is rejected because the technician has reported that the address is wrong.
I am surprised, as my address is correct and no technician has ever called me nor visited...

IGL : Pricing Policy to be reviewed

As per IGL's website, price of PNG stands revised at Rs. 27.50 per scm for consumption upto 30scm in 60days. Beyond that, the price stands at Rs 47.50 per scm .

Delay In Connection / Installation Pending

I Vijay Kumar resident of 246-C, DG-II Vikas puri applied for IGL connection on 26th December 2012.I submitted amount of Rs 6000 for which I have receipt as well from IGL. IGL Committed and & mentioned in their receipt that installation of pipeline would be done at my premises after 90 days which completed on 26/03/2013.

I called IGL several times on their helpline number[protected] to check the connection status however...

For a new connection

I applied for a new IGL connection on 7th January'13 (Reference ID[protected] and since then the status is showing 'Feasibility Test in Progress'.

I have contacted IGL many times since then but got no positive response and they are even not saying how much time they would take for the connection.

Really don't know what to do.....
