IGL connected PNG line in shiv shakti vihar by digging at numerous spots and all borings were left unfilled which now dangerous to the residents, specially to the children & ladies. Incompletion of work is not supported by the residents. Expected to resolve the issue at the earliest.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I am a resident of Prateek Laurel Apartments, Sector 120, Noida-201301. I had paid up the security deposit for the IGL connection at the time of possession of apartment on 11/12/2013. The installation of connections happened in my apartment in October 2014. The staff who came to the flat to install were extremely rude and demanded that I get a ladder fit for their size so that they could install the connection. I complained to the IGL engineer on site and he responded with equal rudeness that since you don't have a ladder your connection will happen after every one else. Since then I have been following up with all IGL staff who come to our apartment but the connection has not been installed. On 2nd November 2014, I paid up the meter activation charges also vide cheque number 015749 drawn in Axis bank to the IGL representative who came to collect it at our apartment. Please find the receipt attached. I logged a complaint with him as well about the connection not yet being installed. He noted it down and said he will share it with higher authorities. It has been more than 7 months since all payments have been made by me to IGL and no installation has been done. On contacting IGL customer care, I was given the number of Mr. Vikash Ph# [protected] for getting the connection installed. On calling Mr. Vikash he gave me the number of Mr Ajay Maurya ph # [protected]. Mr Ajay Maurya has not been picking up this phone number for the last 3 months. Sir/Madam, I do not understand why I am being subjected to such rude and unprofessional behavior and how do I get a connection for which I have paid up the full amount in time. Do all IGL customers have to bring ladders for their staff? Isn't this harassment? I need the PNG connection installed for which I have paid the entire amount and I request someone in IGL to take action. Request your sincere intervention. Regards, Ruchira Garg

      Installations Dear Sir /Mam My name is Pramod Gupta resident of 15/217, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. I had applied for PNG gas connection in Feb 2013 my BP no is [protected]. After numerous number of call to customer care, there is no response till now. When I call to customer care the person who picking the phone reply that the PNG connection is installed at my house. There is a falls information feeded in the computer. sir, my request to you please ask your engineer to visit at my place and see the truth. This is three and half years… I have no patience left.         Business partner no [protected] dated 11.05.2015 received on 29.05.2015 for amount of 93.26/- to be paid on 01.06.2015. We have contacted many executives to access the password for online payments. The password reset procedure mentioned by the executives does not work so i am unable to make the payment online. Kindly help before the due date i.e 01/06/2015

          FRAUDULENT BILLING.!! for my BP NO.-[protected] I have been receiving bills with negative amounts for past one year and exorbitant amt being charged collectively for entire period sans subsidy benefits... but despite of numerous complaints there has been no response. NO regular meter readings happen ...and even when they do show consumption you deliver negative amount bills with clear agenda of looting customers of there hard earned money by charging huge amounts once for entire period when the consumption slab benefits dont apply...!!! STOP such fraudulent practices and address the issue as soon as possible!!!

            I have applied for the PNG gas connection on[protected] ad its feasibility test was done on[protected]. I have sent all required documents by DTDC courier (Tracking Number : Z[protected] on[protected] to IGL Bhawan office and documents are delivered on 2-1-2015. Still BP number is not generated even after almost 5 months and no amount is deducted from my account. there is no response from IGL side after so many calls and emails. Details: Reference No. : [protected] Cheque No. : 154227 Bank : The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) Connection is on the name of my landlord Harish Kumar.               This is get under your notice that I m so pissed of with the way your company customer care deals with customers.they are so rude and unprofessional in dealing with complains and issues and at end they say that if you have so much of problem then please get connection disconnected.and I don't understand companies policies, you take 5 days to remove the instrument and to reset it you need 16 days.16 days to resent the device...a household without gas connection for 16 days.what the benefit to get the connection, i feel so cheated and I feel so stupid to get your gas connection.my BPNO is [protected] and I hope some intelligent and concern person who ever reads this mail can understand a customers pain and get issues resolved asap as it too much of inconvience to the end user.

On 28.01.2013, I was assigned the BP no. [protected]. However, when for a long time no connection was installed, I started calling your customer care, who informed me that the process...

                I had applied for a new connection on 30th December 2013, reference number being [protected] Consumer number [protected]. Till date March 19, 2015, I haven't received the connection. It is noteworthy that IGL pipeline is placed just outside the boundary wall of my residence. Further, all my neighbours have been granted a connection while I have been deprived of the benefit. A number of complaints to IGL have run in deaf years. Request for your assistance for early connection. Rajeev

                  I am pursuing B. A. history hons from D.U. I have filled b.ed from i.p university but the date of my D.u exam is clashing with I.p b.ed that is on 9th may 2015. I.p people can you please re-schedule your entrance exam on the very next day that is Sunday. as all the entrances are always held on sundays. kindly do it.
                  Delhi university and I.p both should take necessary actions. they can't spoil careers of students like this.

I made a request on 2/2/2015 to the Company to reconnect the meter and restore the Gas supply to my flat at A1/32 Azad Apt Aurobindo Marg Hauz Khas New Dellhi 110016. Earlier I had got the supply disconnected in October to get the Kitchen remodeled. The work is now complete and I would like the gas supply to be restored. Between 2/2 and today 11/3 I have rung up the Customer Care no of the Company 9 times. They gave me the number of their technician who undertakes the job. This no was given to me on 28/2. I have contacted this number about 30 times between 28/2 and today 11/3 . Have sent 3emails to their email address customercare.[protected]@igl.co.in. I have had no response from the Company.                           INDRAPRASTHA TELESOLUTIONS -A FRAUD MOBILE TOWER INSTALLATION - AMOUNT CHEATING & Forgery Certificate issuing Company.- cheating method :

                          1.In DAILY THANDHI NEWS PAPER, in the "VARI VILAMBARAM" section, in the VAADAGAIKKU THAEVAI heading with "100 to 500 sq feet land required for monthly rent - attractive advance" information THESE PERSONS gives advertisement.

                          2.Will receive land informations thro SMS from public - who are all calling.

                          3.After 2 or 3 days they sends a SMS with infotmation that " "Congratulations your land selected for for Vodafone mobile tower installation on your site"

                          4.Then they will inform that, "Please arrange to get No objection certificate from GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY & Mobile Network Registration certificate from TELECOM REGULARITY AUTHORITY OF INDIA.& those have to be got in Delhi"

                          — That time when one asks that "Sir, we can't go to Delhi.. is there any other way?"

                          Now they starts their play.

                          4."No problem Just pay Rs.5000/- to our A/C & we will arrange". - They will say.

                          5.After one pays that Rs.5000, in one week gape, they will send 3 forgery certificates with Government of India's logo ! & with original rubber stamp & signature of Government officer.!!

                          6.Along with those Forgery certificates,
                          They will send a agreement paper.Thro that, & over phone, they will inform to pay Rs. 25, 000/- in their staff Mr.Avnish Kumar's Bank A/C - & that amount will be paid as Government tax & the pay slip of that Rs.25000/ will be sent to you - which will be required to show to ware house - at the time of Mobile Tower Installation.
                          & strictly will inform that,
                          "then only the site will be accepted for installation of Vodafone tower and a cheque will be sent for Rs. 20 lacs as part advance in 2 days of said advance amount Rs.65 lacs."

                          7.After that, they will keep silence for some days

                          8.Then they will send a SMS that your cheque for Rs20lacs is ready & its no. is 259180 & will call and inform to pay another Rs.35, 000/-.

                          if we ask 'why?'..

                          they will say.. "Then only cheque will come."

                          Like that they will speak & speak & will loot maximum amount from as much as possible.

                          REQUEST TO DAILY THANTHI MANAGEMENT :

                          PLEASE DON'T ACCEPT ALL ADVERTISEMENTS WITHOUT KNOWING WHETHER THE ADVERTISER IS A RIGHT PERSON OR A FRAUD.

                          BECAUSE YOURS DAILY THANTHI - WE BELEIVE THAT.. WILL NOT PROVIDE WRONG NEWS... & WILL NOT HELP FRAUDS BY PUBLISHING THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS JUST FOR MAKING MONEY.

                          BUT EVEN TODAY..[protected] HELPED THOSE FRAUDS BY PUBLISHING THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS.I REQUEST TO PLEASE STOP PUBLISHING SUCH FRAUD'S ADVERTISEMETS.

                          I losed Rs.35000/-

                            My complaint I applied for PNG connection in the year 2010 with depositing Rs.5000. The amt was refunded with intt. on 28.07.2010 with the reason some technical reasons. PNG connections to my left, right and front buildings were already installed. I applied again and again vide B P No. [protected] dt. 10.01.201, [protected] dt.09.04.2014, [protected] dt.02.06.2014, [protected] dt. 14.10.2014 and [protected] dt. 04.01.2015 but every time my request was rejected on technical ground ( due to PNG Pillar was not erected in front of my house) without any fault on my part. If pillar was not erected it is not my fault. Where as PNG connections were installed in my close neighboured i.e. left, right, back and front buildings. When I contacted, they told me to deposit 5000/- to get No objection certificate from GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY & to get Mobile Network Registration certificate from TELECOM REGULARITY AUTHORITY OF INDIA. They given me an A/c no. STATE BANK OF INDIA A/C.NO. [protected], of Mr. ANUJKUMAR, SBI BRANCH-PHERUPUR.IFSC - SBIN0006991. I deposited Rs.5000/- on 17/11/2014 at STATE BANK OF INDIA MADURAI (Bye pass road branch) TAMILNADU. Then they told me to send the scan copy of the challan to E-mail : [protected]@gmail.com ie., to INDRAPRASTHA TELESOLUTIONS, PLOT NO: 145/146 GR FLOOR, NEAR SAIBABA TEMPLE, NOTH EXTESION, SEETHAMMADHARA, VISAKHAPATTINAM, - 530013, ANDRAPRADESH. www.indraprasthatelesolutions.com On[protected] I got Agreement papers thro' Speed Post at my site address. In that, they informed to pay Rs. 25, 000/- in their staff Mr.Avnish Kumar's Bank A/C - so that our site will be accepted for installation of Vodafone tower and to get a cheque for Rs. 20 lacs as part advance in 2 days of said advance amount Rs.65 lacs. I deposited Rs. 25, 000/- in UNION BANK OF INDIA a/c. Mr.AVNISH KUMAR's a/c.no. [protected] on 01/12/2014 in UNION BANK OF INDIA KALAVASAL branch, MADURAI, Tamil Nadu. After that .. AFTER ONE WEEK, those persons called & infromed that "your cheque is ready now, we want Rs.25000/= for proceeding - after receiving that amount your cheque will be sent".That moment only we realized that we are cheated.Now they are contacting from the mobile number [protected] Company's Name : INDRAPRASTHA TELESOLUTIONS - registeration they given as Regd.No.ITP-0035-MT-243568 HEAD office address- INDRAPRASTHA TELESOLUTIONS, PLOT NO: 145/146 GR FLOOR, NEAR SAIBABA TEMPLE, NOTH EXTESION, SEETHAMMADHARA, VISAKHAPATTINAM, - 530013, ANDRAPRADESH. WEBSITE : www.indraprasthatelesolutions.com I request DAILY THANTHI management to take nessesity steps thro concerned police department to get back my amount Rs.30, 000/- & Safe guard public from such like frauds. I hope that the department will punish those fraud persons.                                 Sir, My PNG k no is [protected]-RAMAN KUMAR PARASHER, 35B PKT -B, DDA FLATS, WEST GORAKH PARK, SHAHADARA DELHI-110032, PH NO.[protected] I am out town in Bangluru since 25th Oct, Since then there is no gas consumption against this gas connection me tioned above and my house in locked since then. I have given my house key to my nebour to take care my gas reading.In November yr reader came and took the reading of my consumption and i received bill for 5scm Rs 127.32 which i have paid but in Dec 23rd/24th yr reader did not cooperate us on repeated request of my nebour and sent the message to yr billing dept "HOUSE FOUND LOCKED.My nebour repeatedly requested the reader to take the billing but he bluntly refused saying that he has sent the message that"HOUSE FOUND LOCKED", I do not understand what kind of bylaws are with IGL that once the Message is sent thereafter billing cannot be sent . I am facing this billing problem -2nd time. My last double payment of July 2013 adjust detatails are also not provided and entire amount of Rs 1812.00 has been adjusted without sending me proper adjustments of bills. Kindly look into the both problems and help me

                                  BP[protected] RF [protected] I have Submitted 6000 on 20th Jan 2014. But there is Some problem in installation. So I have requested for cancellation of connection and refund of the amount. I have went to RK Puram office many times for the same. But till date I.e. 19nov 2014 I have not got any response. Its been 10 months now. Pls do something. Call Center people are completely useless. They Dont tell anything.

                                    The below complaint is being escalated as no appropriate actions have been taken by IGL since the last 10 months even after continuous follow-ups, calls to their call centers and the wrong bills are being continuously generated till date. The only action they taken is close the complaint on their website without doing what is needed. Special readings have been requested in Nov 2013, Mar 2014 and Aug 2014. Even after taking those readings the bills are not being corrected and the response is pathetic from IGL. The below are two emails which have been sent with no response.. Mail sent on Oct 13 ***************************************** Hello This is to bring to the notice of the right authorities the problem we have been facing with the billing since the last few months and after umpteen complaints on your website have not seen any resolution to the same till date. Complaint have been registered on your site on (screen shots enclosed below) 1. May 2, 2014 2. July 16, 2014 3. Aug 27, 2014 4. Sep 25, 2014 5. Oct 13, 2014 The gas consumption is almost nil at our end on account of my parents travelling extensively and being out of the town, however the bills being populated are just showing estimated readings based on the last reading and not the actual readings. After multiple calls and request to your call center we even asked for a person to visit our home to take the correct reading and the visit happened on Aug 11, 2014 (BP No: [protected], S.No: 113673) The person confirmed us that the following bill will show the corrected reading however even after two months still the bills we are receiving are inflated bills and you are expecting us to pay the same. Even the latest bill is an inflated bill and not true representation of the readings. The complaint status on your website just show the status as "CLOSED", please help us understand what does it truly mean? I am writing this mail with the hope that we will get the bill denoting the right reading and the corrected payment, this will also enable us to pay the right amount hereon. Also, I am hopeful that you will look into the same with utmost urgency, else I will have no option but to escalate your negligence to the right authorities and the consumer forum for the redressal of my complaint and the appropriate compensation. ****************************************** Mail sent on Oct 27 ****************************************** Hello This is to further follow-up on the below mail.                                       Hello I have been forced to escalate the complaint to this extent as no action has been taken since the last 10 months on the billing issue we have been notifying IGL with. Three special readings have been taken on our special request in Nov 2013, March 2014 and August 2014 however the same is still not reflected in the bills. Nobody picks the phone on the numbers given at the back of the bill. Incharge- Complaint Receiving Cell, Nodal Officer complaint number are never answered. Below is a snapshot of what we have been going through and how many complaints have been raised through the IGL site and through written communications.
