Shamsudeen P S RegistrationNo.KL38C2814 e-mailid:shamsudeenvhse.gmail.com Sir, I reached in the Indus service centre, Thodupuzha on 11.08.2014 where I purchased a brand new Alto LX1 for the regular service before the completion of 2 years of purchase and I have pointed a noise underneath the vehicle. But the staff who taken the service told me that the noise will be off after the service . After the service the noise reduced due the painting work done in the silencer but the work was done without consulting me. Even though the noise reduced due to the painting work, after few weeks the noise again become heavy and on 09.12.2014 I reached in the service centre and the staff told me in the first time that the silencer became damaged and it should be replaced at once. The Asst. Works Manager Mr`Basil told me that the warranty period of the silencer is 1 year. When I known the period of warranty of the silencer is two years from a reliable source, I really surprised the ignorance of the so called Asst.Works Manager but now I am suspecting that the Asst. Works Manager was trying to make me fool deliberately. Any way, the staff in charge of the Service centre made a financial loss to me and they are indifferent to the basic responsibilities vested on them to the customer like me who trusted in the goodwill, fame and reputation of your institution. I believe that you are aware of the fact that the staff who behave indifferent to the customers are merely trying to destroy your firm and to abuse the reputation that you build up through big efforts and hard work over years. I intimated the service centre to resolve my hardships, but all in vain, they remain deaf and dump to my grievances.Hence I am approaching the highest authority for relief and consolation. Anticipating early steps to compensate the financial loss because of reasons not up to me. Eagerly waiting your reply and compliance.

    I am Mr. Binu Sahadevan, owned a Maruti Wagon-R car KL-31A 3822. My vehicle's last service done on last april 2014. They had taken my vehicle from my home for servicing. Same day evening they returned the vehicle. Tool kit and jack missing that time. Actually I am working abroad. My aged parents only staying in my home. they didn't checked thoroughly whenever needed. I came on vacation this month. I knew that jack and tool kit missing. I went to Indus kareela kulangara and informed them. Two weeks already over after posting complaint. This is totally irresponsible attitude shown by them. So take serious action regarding this matter. Regards, Binu

            my vehicle SX4 VXI service will done by INDUS MOTORS NETTUR PO.KODUVALLY thalassery kerala on 26/8/2014... after that service my car's back door has a complaint that it cannot be locked... i called several times to indus... but they are too weak in sevice providing to costumers... when i went to there and ask thier direct, , , that time they said it is a electronic problem, ther are nott responsible... and if i want it will couse 2000 rupee for recover the complaint... the complaint started after thier service...

              Dear Sir, This is regarding my Ritz VDI KL 44 B 5865, which met with an accident arount 1, 5 years back, and all works including painting were done in Indus, poochinnipadam, Urakam also i am doing all services from there only.now in front bumber all corner partions paint is coming up. i already complaint with the indus, but thier response is very pathetic, since it is only because of the quality of material or quantity of material used in painting, and indus is claiming that they want to get material cost for solving this issue.i am not ready to pay any amount.if you are not solving this i will do myself in some outer painint booths, and also i will not maintain any relation with indus and also will do suggest my friends and relatives regarding this, i want to get an immediate reply.                   12/09/2014 Dear Sir, I have given my Wagon-R vehicle TN06D5360 for three works to your Medavakkam works on 08/09/2014 Monday. The three works are :- 1) Left Hand Side rear door dent removal work 2) Rear Bumper replacement work 3) 40000Km service work.Out of the three works first two work involves insurance claim.Hence I was promised by your Body shop Mr.Mukilan that the vehicle could be given back after service on ThursDay 11/09/2014.During the course of the repair works I was having interaction with Mr.Bala and Mukilan on a daily basis, however on WednesDay (10/09/2014) I was told by Mr.Bala that the vehicle could be given on Friday only i.e., by 12/09/2014.But on Friday i.e., today when I contacted Mr.Venkatesh Asst.Works Manager I was shocked to know that the rear bumper has not arrived and it will arrive by 12/09/2014 evening and that the work could be completed after that and the vehicle would be given to me by 13/09/2014 evening 5pm only.I really do not know what is happening and to beleive whose words.When it is not possible to deliver the vehicle why you give a false promise?                     This is to kindly inform u that I SUNNY PHILIP who has been taken a new WAGON R LXI car from INDUS MOTORS Thiruvalla pathanamthitta kerala on last month but now I am facing a complaint that the engine is having a missing and showing the ENGINE warning light continuously i have done my fist service in popular service thiruvalla Kerala and i said about this complaint they said they have checked the complaint but it is showing again and the worst thing is that for wagon r LXI the company certified mileage is 20 and but for me getting around only 5 or 6 kml and i took this car and gave to AVG MOTORS LTD they checked the car and said me change the spark plug and i said them change it and again they checked they said that the oxygen sensor is complaint i said change it they said they dont have sock and need to order it they ordered it and i gone to the showroom after 9 days they changed the sensor and after that i again went to ernakulam and while driving facing the same problem less pulling no mileage and the inside cabin is heating too much and before and now also too much smoke is coming from the exhaust and all this after on 25th aug 2004 at night 8pm in thiruvalla the car engine got blast with lots of fire and smoke suddenly i get out of my car some how my 2 babies were inside the car the people who were near came and resque my babies and then i call upon the indus motor helpline no they took around 3hours to come such a poor and irresponsible service they have provide from starting till now after the incident they said they can change the engine and give me new one but now they are saying that i need to pay for the new engine if its the decision i will totaly burn the car infront their showroom and i will call up on the media also that car will be threat for me and for my family so i dont want to take risk with my life i have all the bills replaced parts and all incident photos with me with all respect do my needfull at the earliest

                      sir, I have purchased a WagonR car from indus motors true value outlet, athannikal, westhill, calicut in may 2009, there had a dispute among two persons regarding the vehicle, one of whom was the former owner of the car, the company suppressed this fact from us & used their influence to change the Regn: to my address, In june 2014 I sold it to a 3rd party, only at the time of transferring Document, I came to know from the RTO office, calicut about the previous dispute case for which I am not responsible & due to this transferring is blocked, When I Contacted the true value outlet Manager in Calicut, he is not properly responding & not attending my mobile Call.                         I have purchased my Car Maruti Wagon R VXi with Regn. No. KL12E4658 through Indus Motors in June 2010. After a few months I have noticed that the Drivers Seat has a left bend, I have complained this matter to the Indus Service Centre at Kakkavayal, Kalpetta, Wayanad, Kerala and they said it is due to the excess body weight (Yes I am 91 KGs) Even after repeated complaints and as my car was with extended warranty, the service people said it cannot be replaced and they have made some welding .                           I own a 2008 model Maruti Suzuki swift VDi. A few days before I noticed some variation in the engine noise and reduction in mileage. So I consulted the issues with Indus Motors Kottakkal, they said me that it is not a major fault and to proceed as it is. As I was not satisfied, went there again to know what actual problem is and to rectify it. After test driving, they told me following faults with my car: 1. The timing chain has loosened up. 2. There may be carbon wastes dumped in the EGR which leads to malfunctioning of the EGR and that is the reason for the reduction in mileage. They gave me following solutions to rectify the above mentioned problems. 1. Replace the timing chain and sprocket. 2. Clean the EGR. After confirming that these two processes will make my car to regain its original condition, I accepted for it. The estimate was around Rs.13, 000 which includes Rs.8, 000 as cost of spare parts. I paid Rs.3, 000 in advance and ordered for the earlier mentioned spare parts. But, when I went there after few days to leave the car, what I heard was INCREDIBLE!!! THE COST OF THE SPARES WAS INCREASED AFTER ITS ARRIVAL DESPITE ORDERING IT WITH PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. (THIS HAPPENS ONLY IN INDUS MOTORS- MARUTHI IN THE WORLD). The recalculated estimate requires Rs.20, 370. As their words were varying often, I enquired how much it will cost maximum. Then the answer was the maximum cost including all taxes will never be more than 21, 370. Though they kept on increasing the rates, I wanted to get things done. So I agreed for the job with the condition that the costs should never go beyond Rs.21, 370 and got a signed Indus motors job sheet from them. The vehicle was given there on Thursday[protected] and they assured me to deliver it by Saturday evening[protected] NOT ONLY THEY DIDN’T DELIVER IT BY SATURDAY, BUT ALSO THERE WAS NOT EVEN A MESSAGE FROM THEM. When I enquired, the message given was ‘the timing chain and sprocket has been replaced. But the engine is not loading and needs some more time to check’. A few days later I was informed that the car engine has been taken to lathe workshop in Calicut without my knowledge. AND I HAVE TO PAY Rs.35, 000 IN LATHE ALONE IF CAR HAS TO BE RELEASED FROM THERE. Clearly, something wrong has happened while they were starting the engine, which must be “due to fixing timing belt inaccurately hence a failure to load the engine and consequently a damage to piston”. So the car, I handed over to them in excellent running condition has now become dead and need additional works. The price that I was asked to pay was beyond my budget and that too for something am not responsible for. So I didn’t agree for it and said to return the vehicle in the same condition as I left there. They were not ready for that also and demanded me to pay if car has to be released in running condition. And the saddest part is that when I called them to discuss the issues, the one who attended was talking irresponsibly and he was having fun at my helpless situation. This is not what one expects from such a reputed Maruti dealer. I rushed to the indus next morning to know what exactly was going on. I wanted to know where the mistake happened. On arguing with them, they tried to convince me by saying that the piston had already been struck. This was against their earlier words and the job sheet they had given. Who will believe the one who says the piston of a car in excellent running condition is a blocked one? I never got a satisfactory answer for any of my questions. Meanwhile, I had spent huge amount for hiring car during these days. When I asked compensation from them for the prolonged delay in the delivery due to their fault, they gave me a good for nothing Wagon R (after using it for the first time, I thought a buffalo cart would be much better than it) which could never meet my requirements. They promised me that my car will be released very soon without any more damages. After a few days, on 03rd Dec-2013, I was informed that the vehicle is ready for delivery. As I had to wait for my brother to come from Chennai, I could go only on Friday (06-Dec-2013) morning. When I went there to get the car, To my surprise and shock, They asked me to pay Rs.72, 000! I agreed for a work, which in their own estimate would never go beyond Rs 21, 370 and now it has become Rs 72000.I’m being charged Rs 50, 000 more for their own fault. I immediately pointed out that the increase in cost is clearly the result of irresponsible work carried out without my prior permission or knowledge and I would not bear it in any case, they changed the tone and asked me to pay Rs.25, 000 in addition to the estimate (total Rs 21370+25000). They are acting like they are enough considerate towards me by allowing a discount of Rs 25, 000 while the case is it is me who is paying Rs 26, 000 in addition without any justification. We kept on requesting the whole day and in the end, I offered them extra Rs.5, 000 over estimated amount though I was not responsible for their mistake. But they were adamant and told me in a bossy tone: “if you want your vehicle back, pay Rs 45, 000 or it will remain here until you come up with money”. I was left without any option and returned. I called them again next morning, but they were not ready to release the vehicle and now want Rs 17, 500 more. The very fact that they keep on changing their mind on the extra amount to be paid clearly points that the mistake happened from their part. I hope you understand the situation. Why should I pay such an amount for something am not responsible for? I am ready to pay the amount that is given in the estimate or even Rs 5000 more. Indus Kottakkal is responsible for whatever they did on my car. As a responsible service provider, they should admit their mistake and bear the amount that had come out of it, rather than imposing that cost upon the customer. I had to take leave from my company many times for this issue, had to spend huge money for hiring car and they should provide me the compensation amount for all the difficulties I went through because of them.

                            My car Swift petrol, vehicle number KL-01-AP-8228 has been given for servicing, axle replacement, alignment checking etc. I got the vehicle on the second day and when i checked its alloys cup and allign key has been lost. As this wont be available in the market for purchase and the Indus motors, Murinjapalam is responsible for this this may be compensated. Your immediate action against this is recommended.                               Sir, sub: - KL 42 D 2433 - RITZ-BUZZ - RUNNING COMPLAINT FROM ALLWYN V.J I had purchased a Ritz vxi from Thevara INDUS MOTORS on 02.08.13. First service done in 700 kms. 1. On 28-09-13 evening my car has break down in Edapally trafic signal from the way from Iringalakkuda to Cochin. After half an hour vehicle starts and continued the journey to home. mobile service team reached home @ 8:30 pm and not found any complaint in the vehicle. 2.On[protected] times vehicle stoped in Ernakulam city on the way to Lakshmi hospital and took the vehicle to Thevara INDUS. Mr. Fizal in vehicle service cleaned some calibration part and handed over the vehicle to me. 3.On 13-10-13 vehicle again stoped on the way from palarivattom to Malipuram (vypin) in the evening. Informed the matter to Fizal - sales. As per his instruction called and Mr. Sagar in service and he tooked my vehicle on 15th oct morning. 4. 15-10-13 Mr. Sagar took a test drive to W.island and the vehicle automaticaly stoped on the way. He cleaned some carbon deposit in the engine box send the vehicle to my home (Driver - Frijo) The vehicle again stoped in the gosree junction and frijo informed Sagar. Mr. Sagar again took the vehicle to Thevara Indus service station. Mr.Sagar rectified one carbon block in a tube and send the vecle on 17th oct. 5. 19-10-13 The vehicle again automaticaly stoped @ palarivattom Junction. The vehicle is not starting. informed the matter to Sagar & regional manager sabitha. She tooked the vehicle to Indus Thevara and now the vehicle in Thevara INDUS MOTORS. Today morning One service guy informed me that fuel pump have complaint and order the pump and planning to change the pump. Contacted Mr. W.M.Premkumar he promised me to rectify the complaint before today evening (21.10.13) Due to continous complaint on my new Ritz-Buzz Im using taxi and it is very expensive.I fllled petrol on 12th oct @1500/- now the the vehicle petrol tank is empty due to test drives in the Thevara service station and vehicle pick ups by the mobile service team. This time I am informing that Indus motors is 100% liable to compensate my loss and If the vehicle shows the same complaint I will forced to inform this matter to Maruti head office for the further action. Hope you will solve the problems @ the earlist. Thanks and regards Allwyn Valiaveetil

                              The vehicle is still in Thevara Indus workshop, and not yet rectified the complaint.

                              Changed fuel pump and meter of the vehicle yesterday but the vehicle shows the same complaint.
                              Please do the needful to rectify/repllace the vehicle at the earliest

                                Dear all, This regarding my Maruti Alto K10 (KL 37 B 8386).I have bought the car from Indus Motors in the Month of June.Last week my car's viper blade damaged( I did not do anything wrong).The funny thing is that the Dealer refuse to rectify the problem without money.I need to pay rs.410 instantly and the work is again half done.my point is that the company has no moral value and standard to keep its own product with a warranty.What a service!!!.How can i refer this car to my friends and relatives? hope u understand my points.                                       I am Nidheesh.S from Palakkad, I have booked a Swift VDI (white) on 31/10/2011 on palakkad indus motors.Booking no 17906.I have booked this vehicle for my marriage. At the time of booking they told us that they will deliver the vehicle within six months, but I didn't get the vehicle at my marriage, So I took a new vehicle POLO.After six months i changed the colour of swift (red) to take my cousin brother,now the vehicle is ready. As already I have a Bank Loan for this vehicle(POLO)& so I couldn't take another bank loan. so I would like to transfer the vehicle Swift VDI to my cousin brother(VINEETH MOHAN).

                                      So I kindly request you to transfer the vehicle to Vineeth Mohan as early as possible.

                                        I had given my vehicle for complaint since it was not starting and my hand brake had not been functioning.
                                        They repaired the hand brake and after 24 hour charging of battery told me car was ready for road.
                                        Immediately after I reached home and came back within an hour I could not start my car at all.

                                        Now they are saying battery has to be replaced.
                                        Not sure if they have checked the dynamo and the starter to see if the problem lies elsewhere.

                                        The last time I gave my vehicle it was returned after five days and they never gave me a spare vehicle though I had asked for one.

                                        Tall promises. Where do I go for help?
