Sir,
I am Shyamkrishnan. R . I brought a maruthi wagon R car from your adoor Indus Motors show room . Three months before i gave my car and RC Book to adoor Indus motors show room for insurance claim. After that work they did'nt get back my RC Book. They told me that it is missing, and they asked me for waiting two months. But they did'nt gave my RC Book. So please take necessary action for getting my RC Book. My contact number is +91 [protected].

    Dear sir,

    My vehicle KL 13 W 90209WAGON R (KMS 2309 )hand over on 09/02/2012, RHS Door front levelling (acc:repair) Insurance Repair,I onform to service advisor plz call me after survey report,no response,he told me vehicle delivery date on 11/02/2012.at present no response from service advisor Nijin ( contact no:[protected]) 5 times I call him no response,I have purchase 3 nos vehicle from INDUS MOTORS KANNUR.While hand over the vehicle to Indus Motors no signature of service advisor in Job slip. I am facing bad impression from INDUS MOTORS KANNUR.

    Plz do the need full. Other wise I will go to court

      This is just to remind you that I am very disappointed because your authorized dealer Indus motors pvt ltd., Calicut (Kerala, kerala) has not delivered me the Swift DZIRE VDI white within the promised period given by them.(BOOKED IN VADAKARA SHOEROOM)

      Present Date: 13-feb-2012 (7months from booking date).

      Sales Manager at Indus motors pvt ltd keeps on postponing the delivery date, It Seems we will reach Anniversary soon with out the promised delivery of Car.
      To resolve my problem I request you to immediately arrange to deliver as per your dealers’ promise. While reserving my right to claim against you and your dealer for deficiency in service, wrong commitment, breach of trust, harassment, mental agony,and disappointment
      I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. I will wait for next week before arranging for the matter to be corrected by a third party at your cost or seeking help from Consumer Court.

            I am Premkumar, residing at Anna Nagar west, Chennai. I owned Maruthi Wagon R model 2005 bearing registration number as TN02V1552. While traveling the said car on 03.04.2011, The car stuck near Poonamalli by-pass road. Checked with Maruthi help line and They contacted you and forwarded to attend my CAR break down on 03.04.2011.

            Till date ( 05.05.2011 / 33 days. ) my CAR not ready for take delivery or else provide any spare car for my usage.

            Every day calling your office more than 10times and All efforts are wain. I am regularly contacting Mr. Joseph and Ms. Sindhu.

            Let me know when i will get my CAR ? else, Provide a spare CAR for my daily use.

            Indus Motor, Kattupakkam — Non Delivery of booked vehicle

            Dear Sir/ Madam,

            I had booked an A-star car, 2 weeks ago and the loan papers for payment were submitted to Indus Motor, 4 days ago.

            At the time of booking they promised to register the vehicle after the payment release & deliver the car after registration.

            Still the car has not been registered, leave alone delivery. I had spoken directly to the Manager, Mr. Rajesh & he replies me very irresponsibly. I have even asked for a cancellation, but they're postponing that as well.

            Kindly suggest who I should contact to take the matter further.

            Worst customer care.
            They are selling genuine accessories but they are not genuine to customers.
            I have taken delivered my car on may 4th 2012 maruthi suzuki SWIFT. same day i told them to fix JVC audio yatem to my car,
            and they too fixed that. while taking my car to my house i felt the audio was not clear and worse experience. i checked it using a car audio mechanic, he opened and said the speakers were not JVC speakers and local speakers. the next day i took it to indus motors chennai, and shouted by asking apologize they changed to original speakers. even though the sound clarity is very bad i thought of checking my user manual. while checking that i found the model which i told to fix( as in accessories brochure ) has not been fixed, instead of that they fixed a very old model JVC audio system which is out of stock in the market. I am asking them to change. i don't know will i get changed my audio system or not??????

            if we take our new car means we should enjoy driving it. But really i feel bad now. i don't know wat and all the parts were duplicate or out of model. Indus motors sucks . cheating customers. see we are not asking simply the accessories, we are paying money for that. think that.

            If someone cheat u, then u know the pain of losing money for worthless accessories.

                Sir,

                I have been using Maruti cars for more than 20 years. Recently, I decided to purchase Ritz Vxi after test driving all cars of its class in India.
                Congrats to Maruti Suzuki engineers for creating this marvel. Driving this car is quite an experience!

                But, my joy in purchasing this wonderful car was lost after the treatment meted out by the dealers, Indus Motors Co Pvt Ltd, Kollam.

                I had to exchange my WagonR Lx for purchasing the new vehicle.

                On 30/12/2010 the dealers quoted an exchange value of Rs 1,55,000 for my WagonR (including exchange bonus of Rs 10,000). They offered a cash discount of Rs 10,000 for Ritz Vxi and a discount of Rs 4,500 for corporate employees if the deal was done before 02/01/2011. On 31/12/2010, I handed over my WagonR and a Demand Draft of Rs 5,52,204 to them (no receipts were given for these).
                The Ritz was delivered promptly (though they forgot to fix the cigarette lighter), but they have not yet given the following till now:

                1. Exchange value for my WagonR
                2. Cash discount of Rs 10000
                3. Discount for corporate employees of Rs 4500
                4. Life Tax Token
                5. Extended Warranty Certificate
                6. Receipt for Demand Draft of Rs 5,52,204

                My WagonR had a loan at the institution where I am working (State Bank of Travancore). I closed the loan on 30/12/2010. The dealers had told me that, of the exchange value of Rs1,55,000 , I would be paid Rs1,45,000 on handing over my vehicle and the balance Rs10,000 would be paid after necessary formalities of lifting the hypothecation are completed. They told me that all necessary formalities for lifting the hypothecation would be taken care of by them.

                I have complained to the head quarters of Indus Motors but in vain. When I told them that if the matter is not settled at their level, I would have to escalate my complaint to Maruti Suzuki, the person handling complaints at Indus Motors cheerfully gave me the go-ahead ( as though complaining to Maruti will have no effect at all). I would never have sold my WagonR to Maruti True Value if I had to wait for more than a week for the money!

                All this has happened when I am working in State Bank of Travancore. It is really unfortunate that such a delinquent company as Indus Motors is one of our channel partners! I would think twice before directing our customers to Indus Motors.

I RECH THERE AT 2PM THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT UPTO 4PM,AND I DID.4 PM THEY SAID IT IS ON THE WAY .AT 6PM THEY SALES EXE CAME AND ASK ME TO COME NEXT DAY.I ASKED THE MANAGER ABOUT THIS IRRESPONSIBILITY ,HE SAYING IF YOU DONT WANT THE GLASS YOU COLLECT YOUR CASH AND GO SOMEWHERELSE.IF THEMANAGER IS LIKE THIS SALESMEN WHAT THEY CANNOT DO......FOR ONE GLASS I SPOIL MY 3 DAYS.I AM LIVING 15 KM FAR FROM THE TOWN. I HOPE MR PV VAHAB SIR WILL NOTICE THIS .I DONT HAVE HIS ID OTHERWISE I WILL INFORM HIM DIRECTLY.                     Sir/Madam,

                    I was approached by this sales guy Mr. Narendran from Indus Motors Thrissur for doing a booking for Swift Dzire VDI model. I made the booking on May 25th after he promised me that I am going to get the vehicle in Two and half months. Even though it is three and half months no body is answering when I am going to recieve my vehicle. I tried complaing at Maruti and still no use. No body bothers to call me back or answers my question. I would like the dealer to give my booked vehicle at the earliest. I would like the dealers not to make false promises to customers from hereon.

                      WITH GREAT PLEASURE AND EXPECTATION I HAVE PURCHASED ALTO LXI FROM "INDUS MOTOTRS,CHANDRA NAGAR ,PALAKKAD" ON 28TH JULY,2010.AS PER THE INSTRUCTION FROM CONCERNED EXECUTIVE I HAVE MADE THE REGESTRITATION PAPERS ON 19TH JULY,2010.PARTICULAR DAY YOUR OFFICE COUNLDNT DO THE REGESTRITION AND DELAYED FOR ABOUT 4 WORKING DAYS.FOR THIS PARTICULAR DELAY THEY HAVE COLLECTED A PENALITY OF RS.2050/-(RUPEES TWO THOUSAND AND FIFITY ONLY) WHIS IS NOT A MISTAKE BY MY PART.FOR THIS DISCRIPANCY I AM FORCED TO PAY A PENALTY AND IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME.

                      I booked one Swift desire VDI cl beige car on 06/12/2010 ar your office through the asst. sales manager Aneesh kadakkal and remitted Rs.50000/- on that date as advance.
                      As per your first indication “the waiting period for your vehicle is 6 months” and the amount is Ex showroom-629054, Insurance-15653, Road tax-37743, Service charge-2600 ON ROAD-685050/-.
                      As per your second indication dtd-23/4/2011 U said that “the current waiting period for the subject model is 6 months from the date of booking”.
                      If we look the month your time ended on 31/5/2011, if we look the date it will end on 05/06/2011.But yet now no information get from your office in written about the car.
                      Being a so called reputed company and agency you have to deliver the vehicle before the promised date. Other ways U have to deliver the car as per the above said amount and have to pay the interest of Rs-50000/- up to the time of delivery and all other losses.

                          i am a victim of cheating by a representative of indus motors.they assure me that they give me maruthi swift with in 45 days if i an purchasing accessaries for 10000/-,since i am in urgency i agree to it.but after a month they call us to compell me to take accessaries for 30000/- other wise i need 2 wait for an other 2.5 months.i had promised my family about having car before my sisters marriage due to that cheaters i have 2 down my head.please take necessary action to save others and me from hating life
                          just because we love to use maruthi vehicles.
                          i send a mail to customer care but there is no response.
                          please respond to this to make sure that maruthi will be with us.

                          This Happened to me.

                          I booked swift VXI on Jan and the waiting period was 4 months. Now they told that one car is available and we made the further formalities. They asked me to purchase accessories from them for rupees 30K, only then they can give the car. The Car even went for TP.

                          At last we purchased for 24K and they agreed.
                          For seat cover it cost 7000, but I could find any seat cover workth 7K in MGA list. underbody paint 3000, spolier 4500...etc. Were we could find the exact price of MGA?

                          The service is very poor. They will consider us as customer only up to the time of paying advance. After which plays bad business games, even its visible for us.

                          I never faces such a Bad service in my life before. Indus motors should react towards this.
                          I agree with the above compliants. They are cheating the customer. indus is a number one fraud company.
                          I booked a swift dzire vdi on septemper 15th 2010. The dealer was not able to deliver me the vechile after 7 months (till may 2nd 2011) (with an agreement of delivering the vechile with in 5.5 months).They delivered the vechile to persons who had booked after me.they were not able to convince me the reason for delay and i believe of fraud work taking place in indus .indus tvm is the worsest dealer of maruthy i ever interacted

                            my father had bought alto lxi on august 28th from Indus motors pattom trivandrum with the registration number KL-01-AW-1321.this month first the service booklet of the vehicle was stolen from our vehicle so to get a new one or a duplicate of the same i contacted the customer service center of indus motors,pattom,trivandrum.i was very sad to say that they didn't give a proper guidelines about how to get a new one.they asked us to contact directly to the you peoples.as its a new car and its very essential to do the service of the vehicle in proper time i request you people to make some arrangements regarding the same at the earliest.hope u do the same.

                                Note: When I enquired other service providers and shown the service bill of Indus , they said Indus is charging 3 times comapred to them and personnel are not courteous and service is unsatisifactory

                                I have given my vehicle to INDUS Motors in Kumarapuram , Trivandrum on 3rd Feb 2010 . ( Contact : Abilash)

                                Following were the problems before giving the vehicle for service

                                1. Tyre ( worn out )
                                2. Oil Leak
                                3. Wheel Alignment
                                4. Break :- Screeching Sound .

                                Bill Amount : Rs 7,200

                                After the service ( 6th Feb 2010),to my horror I found that vehicle is running only around 40 KM at 4th gear and having lot of noise when accelrator pedal is pressed. These problems were not there when it was given for service.

                                I complained subsequently and again give the vehicle to set right the problem on 13th Feb . INDUS did not do any service and returned the vehicle saying service is done .

                                On 19th Feb , I again took the vehicle to Indus , and Mechanic Krishna Kumar took a drive and said there is problem in the vehicle and clutch needs repair.

                                Clutch problem was not there when I gave vehicle for service. They have spoiled my vehicle and It has become almost useless to drive .

                                This dealer is not responsing to my queries and informed me that you can compalin to any one , they don't care . This is the attitude of the delaer.

                                Indus is notorious for playing with your clutch. They played with my clutch on 2nd Free Service and the clutch failed at 11, 000 km. This is an easy way of making money for them because clutch is not covered under warranty. I have stopped giving my car to Indus ever since.

                                  I recently bought a Maruti AStar, from Indus Motors, muvattupuzha, kerala.I am very much dissatisfied with the interior quality, body finishing and the battery.Battery started showing complaints on the first week itself.Now, i dont know what to do?The running board is in a very bad shape and on opening the fuel lid, i was astonished to see the body wielding and all projecting outwards, not properly done or finished.Now if this is what maruti has done, then one can imagine what will be the quality of service from Indus.The Teflon coating, done by them is full of scratches and after 2-3 washes the coating just vanished.Small sized carpets and underbody coating also hasnt been properly done.donno what happened to maruti that they are going down in quality.very pathetic and seriously thinking wat can be done.

                                  maruti 800/indus motors — improper rectification

                                  i have been using my uncle's car (regn no KL10 L 3886). I had approached indus motors, kottakkal for the complaint of poor mileage. before servicing the vehicle used to give approx 14km/ltr, but after the servicing it hardly gave 12km/ltr. earlier also i had approached your dealers for minor repairs which also was not upto my satisfaction. each time i asked them i was told they would rectify it on the next trip.after this, i don't think i would render your services to the required standards nor are they very promising. i hope you would take the necessary means to improve the quality of your services.
                                  i too feel the same..Maruti service lacks quality..
                                  I also had the same experiance from the Indus work shop near Muttom, Aluva. There after I simply swithced over to Sai service which I feel provide comparatively better service.
                                  I also purchased a wagonR LPG fitted with maruthi from Indus motors Muvattupuzha. Performance of the car is very very poor. Frequently breaking the air filter cover and mileage getting 8kms/ litter Really I am fed up with this car. Now I remember that, how the best performance was my old maruthi 800.
                                  Since two years completed still the service engineers can’t find the problems and rectified.
                                  I am also thinking about to change my opinion about maruthi cars and recommend my friend to another brand car.
                                  I was think about the Indian product cars will be the best and company can provide the best service.
                                  Unfortunately my bad luck to purchase WagonR car.
                                  I wish to buy a swift car Diesel...

                                    I have purchased a WAGON R from "“Indus Motor Co. Pvt. Ltd. Thrissur” on 29/09/2006
                                    That as recommended by the showroom people I had fixed a gas kit, from the showroom on the purchase date itself, but right from the beginning some sort of problems have aroused with respect to the gas kit resulting in misfiring with a popping sound.
                                    I have shown the car to a Maruthi Service Centre but they advised me to inform the matter to the showroom people. Following I have informed the said matter to the said ‘Maruthi Show room’ who have fixed the gas kit and a few people have come and checked the gas kit several times. But my efforts were in vain since they failed to repair the problem with the gas kit.
                                    That nowadays the showroom people don’t even attend my case.
                                    That the present condition of the gas kit is very dangerous which even threats my life and property.
                                    Further due to the same problem I am also restrained from using the vehicle.

                                      am indulekha from Trivandrum.I have a maruti 800.it had an accident on 21st november.we give the car to indus motors at chakai, Trivandrum to repair.They said they need g.d for the insurence purpose.we give it.after one month they didnt start to repair the car.when we asked they said the parts which came is not for your please give us one week.we dint say any thing.they took 2 weeks.when we complane to the m.d(Vahab) he told only 20 days will take to finish.now its one month...we didnt get the car.we went yesterday.They didnt paint the underbody and all...

                                      I had given my RITZ for second service on last month(19.08.10), due to shoratge of staff at late evening they could ot able to complete the wash.Later they have offered me a free wash, which i suppose to do it on yesterday.Since there is no prior booking they have ask me to the booking for today, which i have done on yesterday it self with Ms.Chinnu.As per my requirement one of the driver has came to my office at 10.30 and he had informed that, even today also they can't able to do the washing because of over booking.
                                      A part from above, I have placed an order for left side mirror on service time, till the time i haven't received any call from the Indus, Tvm. But some times am getting the call from cochin office, but there is no solutions.

                                      i had given my wagonr to indus motors for first service on (15.11.10).They promised me to give the car aftrer two days and also i informed the service executive (Mr jishnu) that there was a scratch in the back bumper .After two days i called him but he didn't take the call or even cal me back.

                                      Only after 5 days i got my car back but i would like to say that the service i got from indus motors, venpalavattom was really worse. They neither cleaned the car nor provide any water service

                                        NEVER DEAL WITH INDUS MOTORS KOLLAM-THE MOST FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
                                        THE WORKS MANAGER VINOD IRKS

                                        I OWN A WAGON R VXI. I HAD AN ACCIDENT REPAIR AT INDUS MOTORS KOLLAM ON 2008 APRIL. I TOLD THEM TO REPLACE FRONT BUMPER AND FENDER. THEY CHARGED ME FOR BOTH.
                                        AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY OF VEHICLE
                                        I NOTICED THAT MY CAR’S FULL PAINT IS TOTALLY DAMAGED BY OVERSPRAY(SMALL PAINT DROPLETS THAT COME AND STICK ON SURFACE FROM PAINTING OF OTHER VEHICLES OPENLY). I TOLD THEM TO RECTIFY THAT. THEY RUBBED THE SURFACE WHICH WAS FULL OF DUST WITH SOME COMPOUND AND MADE IT FULL OF SCRATCHES.
                                        LATER I FOUND SOME IRREGULARITIES IN THE RIGHT SIDE OF BUMPER. I SHOWED MY CAR TO ANOTHER AUTHORIZED WORKSHOP. HE TOLD ME—
                                        THAT BOTH THE BUMPER AND FENDER ARE NOT NEW. BOTH ARE REFURBISHED.
                                        THE PAINT THAT IS APPLIED IS ”WASTE”(WASTE=THE REMAINING PAINT THAT GETS DRY AFTER APPLYING ON ANOTHER VEHICLE)
                                        THE BUMPER IS PAINTED WITHOUT APPLYING PRIMER OOOPS!!!

                                        I COMPLAINED TO MARUTHI THRU EMAIL.
                                        THE NEXT DAY A PERSON NAMED ANEESH K C(____ NO 2) CALLED ME . AS PER HIS CALL I WENT TO THE WORKSHOP ON AUG11. SHOWED HIM ALL THESE.
                                        HE PROMISED ME THAT HE WOULD CHANGE THOSE THINGS AND WIL APPLY GOOD QUALITY PAINT AND WILL APPLY TEFLON COAT. THE CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER MANJUSHA (NO-3) CAME THERE AND TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THIS AND ASKED ME NOT TO COMPLAIN TO THE COMPANY AGAIN. I AGREED. BUT EVEN AFTER 2 WEEKS, THEY DID NOT CONTACT ME. I CALLED THAT ANEESH KC ([protected]). HE REPLIED THE BUMPER IS NOT IN STOCK AND DISCONNECTED. I WAITED 2 MORE WEEKS AND CALLED MANJUSHA ([protected]). REPLIED THAT SHE WIL CALL BACK.. EVERY MONTH I CALLED THEM, BUT SAME RESPONSE. I E-MAILED MARUTI UDYOG, THEY GAVE ME THE NUMBER OF REGIONAL OFFICE. ([protected]) I TALKED TO AREA MANAGER SAMEER. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WILL SETTLE THIS. BUT WHEN I CALL HIM NOW THE REPLY IS HE IS IN ”CONFERENCE”, ”MEETING” etc.
                                        ALMOST 6 MONTHS THIS CONTINUED. NOW IN THIS MONTH(FEBRUARY 2009), I WENT TO WORKSHOP AGAIN. BUT THE WORKS MANAGER NAMED VINOD([protected]) (___NO 1) ABSCONDED. I CALLED HIM. BUT REPLY IS- HE CAN OR CANNOT COME. I HAVE TO WAIT !!! MANY HAVE TOLD ME THAT HE IS THE MAIN BUG THERE.

                                        I RETURNED HOME. THE SERVICE CENTRE IS 30 KM AWAY. I DISCUSSED WITH SOME ADVOCATES. THEY ARE SAYING THAT INDUS MOTORS IS THE MOST FRAUDULENT AUTO WORKSHOP IN KERALA. I DONT HAVE LEAVE AND I DONT HAVE TIME TO FOLLOW UP ALL THESE IDIOTIC THINGS.
                                        THE THINGS THEY HAVE DONE ON MY CAR
                                        1. FITTED REFURBISHED BUMPER AND FENDER
                                        2. APPLIED POOR QUALITY PAINT
                                        3. BUMPER PAINTED WITHOUT PRIMER
                                        4. DAMAGED CAR'S TOTAL PAINT FINISH
                                        5. WATER CLOGS INSIDE FRONT DOOR DUE TO NON REMOVAL OF BROKEN GLASS PIECES
                                        6. BROKEN GLASS PIECES STILL REMAINS INSIDE THE CAR
                                        7. NEW DENT ON FRONT DOOR
                                        8. FITTED DUPLICATE ANTENNA
                                        9. INDECENT BEHAVIOR BY THE PAINTER ON ME INFRONT OF THE CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER
                                        10. MENTAL AGONY

                                        It s true man. It is the worst service centre for the company maruthi. Surprisingly the maruthi company also wont take any action against them and the are publishing reports of "customer satisfaction"
                                        these stupids are parasites sticking to maruthi another below average company. The quality of materials used in maruthi vehicles are of very very poor quality

                                        I honestly feel that your condition is still better. I am sure you have not undergone the kind of insulting and harassment that I got from Indus. They literally tortured me and I felt embarrassed with their indecent and irresponsible attitude. I strongly recommend that their staff should be trained on various topics like 'Customer-friendly-attitude', 'Customer-care' etc. Just because we are living in a civilized society (?) I am unable to express my experience with Indus Motors in words but I can narrate it as nightmare that I could not tolerate.

                                        I own an Esteem and normaly is used to service with Popular, but at Cochin they have centre at Elamakara, which is qiute far to deal with. so i switched over to Indus at Thevara, which is just 5 min from my home. I was qiute happy with Indus Thevara and I am very regular with my service, the Line manager who deals with was Mr Eapen, an down to earth guy, with good behaviour and responsible.even though my home town is Kollam, I had to change my bumper front and paint my fender, really i didnt had much time to be behind that b, coz my marriage was just 2 days after that, when i got my car after service, i knew the work was done eithier by an trainee guy, or th quality of stuf[censored]sed was poor. but i couldnt spend much time on it, later on Indus thevara had repainted the fender for me when i approached for my regular service, but now i doubt Kollam Indus had changed my Bumper with a fresh one or they had refurbhished the old one, right now i am away from country, once i am back i need to confirm this, thanks buddy for the informatiom.
                                        I agree to that, Kollam Indus does full crap work, we need to take up this to Maruti HO.
                                        Not only Kollam Indus, Indus in kayamkulam also does the same thing . I bought one omni from Kayamkulanm Indus . my new vehicles got break down three times within six months. Each repair they replaced some parts and charged me . when i am writing this my van is in workshop. they told me the starter has to be replaed . this is the sixth day and they didnt repaired it yet. when i call them i get irresponsible answers . now i realise its my fault made a dealing with them
                                        Ha ha ha. It is true man. This is the worst company in kollam. I have stopped dealing with this company. They have severely damaged my vehicle and peace of mind.
                                        Hey, Indus motors kayamkulam- another one.
                                        Do you know, they charged me full for an underbody coat(anti rust paint) and they just applied 1 single coat of ordinary black paint. I realized this 3 years later, when i water serviced my vehicle. The person demonstrated me how easily the paint can be flaked off.

                                        The antirust paint ios a rubber based compound, which looks very thick and is adhering firmly to the car. I realized it when i reapplied it from popular.

                                        I didnt go for a fight, because dealing with these frauds creates Big head ache and mental agony for me.

                                        The only thing to be tried is to go to Consumer court. But we may not have time to appear on the court, as the court will postpone and postpone the case.

                                        These companies have their own advocates and they know how to deal with these cases. I enquired with some advocates and they say that they will try to postpone the case as long as possible so that we are fed up with it.

                                        So it is better to leave them on theirown dirty world and mind our own business.

                                        I have been using Maruti cars for more than 20 years. Recently, I made a decision to purchase Ritz Vxi after test driving all cars of its class in India.
                                        Congrats to your engineers for creating this marvel. Driving this car is quite an experience!

                                        But, my joy in purchasing this wonderful car was lost after the treatment meted out by the dealers, Indus Motors Co Pvt Ltd, Kollam.

                                        I had to exchange my WagonR Lx for purchasing the new vehicle.

                                        On 30/12/2010 the dealers quoted an exchange value of Rs 1, 55, 000 for my WagonR (including exchange bonus of Rs 10, 000). They offered a cash discount of Rs 10, 000 for Ritz Vxi and a discount of Rs 4, 500 for corporate employees if the deal was done before 02/01/2011. On 31/12/2010, I handed over my WagonR and a Demand Draft of Rs 5, 52, 204 to them (no receipts were given for these).
                                        The Ritz was delivered promptly (though they forgot to fix the cigarette lighter), but they have not yet given the following till now:

                                        1. Exchange value for my WagonR
                                        2. Cash discount of Rs 10000
                                        3. Discount for corporate employees of Rs 4500
                                        4. Life Tax Token
                                        5. Extended Warranty Certificate
                                        6. Receipt for Demand Draft of Rs 5, 52, 204

                                        My WagonR had a loan at the institution where I am working (State Bank of Travancore). I closed the loan on 30/12/2010. The dealers had told me that, of the exchange value of Rs1, 55, 000, I would be paid Rs1, 45, 000 on handing over my vehicle and the balance Rs10, 000 would be paid after necessary formalities of lifting the hypothecation are completed. They told me that all necessary formalities for lifting the hypothecation would be taken care of by them.

                                        I have complained to the head quarters of Indus Motors but in vain. When I told them that if the matter is not settled at their level, I would have to escalate my complaint to Maruti Suzuki, the person handling complaints at Indus Motors cheerfully gave me the go-ahead ( as though complaining to Maruti will have no effect at all). I would never have sold my WagonR to Maruti True Value if I had to wait for more than a week for the money!

                                        All this has happened when I am working in State Bank of Travancore. It is really unfortunate that such a delinquent company as Indus Motors is one of our channel partners! I would think twice before directing our customers to Indus Motors.
