We purchased a new car on oct.6 2018 from indus khanaghad showroom. Exactly speaking on nov.25 we happen to see that serval scratches, unusual paintings, and the rusting over the roof part. Of the vechille. When we discuss it with the concern. Authoritoes they ignore those details. And finally thalassery india team take up an initiation regarding this. We want to get the compensation for this because the indus team cheated us. They never informed us regarding the problems and damage that caused to the vechicle. On certain places the paint is totally spread.

Regarding the compensation and the complete work should be done as soon as ppssible, we want to get the final decision from the indus team...

    I have an exchange swift petrol zxi+ with ma 2007 civic, i asked price for ma car 2, 50, 000 and they insecpt ma car and called me after 1 day and said that they will give me 2, 30, 000 and taken 3 thousand booking charges for new swift and 1week time they asked me that nov 8th will they can give me delivery, okay i agreed with them, yesterday was the delivery day, they called me that executive and ledears saying that they could nt give that 2, 50, 000 lakhs for ma car they can only give 1, 40, 000/- only, then why they taken booking from me? Is that we are playing object for them?, seriously that dealing is not good

      Car on indus motors kareelala kulangala branch all servicing time am did the alignment and balancing but unfortunately 2days before i did alignment and balancing in another shop there found high variation and front wheel tyre get damage also

        Dear team indus motors,

        Most of your franchise holders demanding advance registration charges in multan, although its owners responsibility to register their vehicle.
        Why customer paid them advance registration amount during booking n why bear extra 5000 to 8000 charges for register the vehicle.
        If we refuse to pay them registration fee 93000 in advance they refuse to process our booking as its company policy..
        Moreover the customer have to buy tracker/insurance/extended warranty one of them from showroom, if not they will not process the booking.
        Its matter of blackmailing...
        Pl investigate n share ur positive feed back with supporting evidence i. E company policy..

                Today morning I went Palakkad (kootupatha) branch for my car service. I had prior booking, but they are telling me that there is no service for one week. It's very shameful from Indus, that executive name is VIVEK. If you are not taking any service why didn't you inform us?I driven almost 25 Kms to reach there, didn't you keep any value for customers?

                    2015 swift vdi covered 110000 km until last month. Now vehicle is in indus motors last 2 week due to diesel pump damage
                    Firstly while 10000 km covered diesel pump damaged and instaled new one
                    Secondly while 40000 km covered pump again damaged and installed new one
                    Now covered 110000 km again the pump damaged third time
                    We want to install new one
                    But indus saying they are not responsible
                    We had a trust in maruthi vehicle now it lost indus motors cant give an explanation against this complaint of diesel pump

                      3rd service of my swift dzire was carried out at indus motors, mettukada, thycaud, trivandrum on 13mar and seat belt changed on 17 mar 18. But on 24 mar i seen that left side bumber has been damaged at bottom by hited some where. The same was not checked earlier. Please check cctv records of the workshop and do the needful to avoid financial hardship to the customer

                        I am writing this complaint because of the worst experience i have faced from the indus motors private LTD dealership agastianmuzhi branch calicut. The executive named Shaiju anthony convinced me that he will be providing me the vehicle within 4 days of the booking as i was about to go abroad after that. I booked the car on friday 16th march 2018 And then i arranged the loan by myself and also i paid the downpayment amount. Due to my need i told my finance guy to disperse the money on that particular day itself and was ready to pay my first emi on the next month itself rather than asking him to disperse two days after that because if i do so i need to pay the emi on after 1 month which i avoided because of my need for the car.He promised me he will be delivering the car by wednesday 21st march 2018. Today when i called him to know the delivery time of my vehicle, then only he told vehicle is not there. Need to reach from bangalore and it will take another 4 days. He cleverly fooled me by taking the booking of the vehicle which is not even available.The

                            I bought a second hand omni from indus
                            Truve value. They said it is perfect vehicle. 2009 model. But after 2 weeks i knew that the vecle is compleately acciden one. It is lost vechle and it has servised only upto 14000 kms. Now itbis 80000 kms when i bought. Cletch dammaged and starting trouble. Engine is damage and under part is welded. And is all done in local workshop. I need your email id to give complaint. They bought rs 85000 from me. I paid 8000 in workshop to make it run. I am totally became fooom the manager cheated me.                               On 24th june 2017, i bought maruthi baleno with all excitment, i have been using the car for last 4 months, to my suprise one of the tyre started to show bubble and immediately raised to indus kasaragod and they advised it was manufacturing defect from apollo. I have been reading about apollo tyre and it was bought to my notice that most of the tyre has manufacturing defect. Now indus kasargaod is asking me to pay 30% for the new tyre.

                              Concern is when nexa even knowing there is manufacturing defect in apollo tyre, they still charging the customers

                                Very poor in repairs. A simple windows knob get not get replaced correctly. Staff behavior is excellent but quality of service does not match that. Other than a good wash i feel service is not upto the mark even if you are regular. This 350 charector limit is bloody irritating. Who will have the patience to wrote esays in today's world. I think it's a good way to prevent negative feedback. Very good thinking

                                  I have taken an ertiga from mavelikara branch, we have done the registration process, until they have not settled the bill for the amount i have paid..
                                  If you are not responding to the above case we will move legally...
                                  On the time of booking they have told that there are refunds if 10000 rupees in the subsidy for hybrid cars, after registration, they have not arranged any paper for registration also, they have asked me agent commission of 1000 for registration also...

                                    On end of july i brought a new maruty swift lxi fire red at indus motors pattambi when i had discussion with the dealar there is a lots​ promises on that discussion.
                                    ​ i ask them what are the items are you gonna giving me as a complimentary? At that time they promised some of items will give you as complimentary​ but unfortunately it won't be happen ntil now
                                    I am very disappointed with indus motors to do eny dealing in future.

                                    My complaints

                                    Not delivered yet on time.

                                    They took one week for mall scratch painting.

                                    Very careless performance after delivery of car.

                                    Promsed complimentary​ items they changed me on last month then they are told me they will refund that mony when delivered​ the item at the moment they are avoiding my calls no response

                                      Given my car for changing the cracked front bumper... After awaiting for 4 days when i received my car back.. I saw after driving back to my home that the right side of the bumper was hanging out from the car and beneath the car..in the front side a clip was missing as a result a body part was hanging beneath the car. The finishing was bad. As if they was in a hurry to return back my car. How can anyone miss a clip... Moreover their mechanic came home when complained and he himself said that it could be only corrected once taken back to the service centre..

                                        Sir,
                                        I bought a maruti alto k10 vxi amt, with registration no. Kl 51 g 1532 from maruti indus truevalue, chandranagar, palakkad, kerala on[protected]. I was told that the vehicle is in tip top condition and is with out any problem. But on[protected] at the time of 1st free service indus motors, palakkad recorded that there is problem with the battery. The told me that the same has to be replaced. They also advised that the truevalue will do the need full. But the truevalue has not attend to this in spite of repeated reminders to the manager, and the sales executive, mr. Dinesh. The vehicle is within the warranty period and has run only 8800 kms. They have also not given me the warranty card and the details of the battery, without which i can not make a claim with the battery manufacturer.
                                        I would therefore request you to kindly direct the indus truevalue, to arrange replacement to my car battery or at least get me the details of the battery and it's warranty card.
                                        Hope that this will receive the personal attention of all concerned and the needful will be done to get the battery replaced with out any loss of time.

                                        Bad and careless interior services done by indus neyyattinkara service centre. Careless and irresponsible staffs act like tbey are tbe manager. Stupid staffs dont know how to clean interior. Using air compressor to clean. It should be a vaccum. They doesnt care even after given feedback 2 times.
