I am bavitha sreedharan booked new dezire on 29th may'17 and paid the initial payment of on 15th june'17. The dealers had informed of the delivery within 10 to 14 weeks from the booking date. But on 5th july the first emi was deducted and no vehicle was delivered. Now the dealers have no idea when the vehicle will arrive. 2nd emi is due within a week but they haven't yet provided specific delivery date. I should get full reimbursement of all the money paid. Disgusting customer service. Very unhappy with the whole ordeal.

    Such a worst dealer in all over india, if there is no star i would have applied that as i dont feel to give a single star to them
    I had face many issues while delivery of my car, it was delayabout 1 month from the delivery date, i walk behind them many times, i took leaves and went to indus many time, time and money is waste thats all
    Later all they delivered my car, now i took to registration, there is no valid certificate the have provided again i have to pay 3k for their irresponsibility. And morover i didnt get my deserved car, here after i will never buy a car from maruti because of their dealer indus. Worst place to buy a car,

      I am manoj kumar, i belongs to bangalore today there occurred a problem with my marathi 800, ka 03p 6018. Tgere occurred a problem with replacing of alter belt during my journey from bangalore to calicut.. Then i approached indus motors kaakavayal wayanad, there i got some strange response like since it is sunday they can't help it seems... How awkward is this!! Where is your emergency as well as road assistance? Here i have enclosed the phone no. S.. Which i contacted your team for service. Please do some perpetual measures... I am really dissapointed with your response.. I was even ready to pay the amount still they refused to do some favour. This is not fair... I need response from your side as soon as possible. I hope u understood the situation.

        My vehicle number kl26 f 0378, maruti swift vxi has been garried at indus motors kumbazha for service on 10 th june 2017. After the service the center lock of the car is not working. The damage was happend due to the problem of service of indus motors. As such i have produced the vehicle for repairring the center lock for two times. But still it is not working. I had purchased a service package from indus motors for my vehicle. So please take necessary step to provide free replacement of the center lock at the earliest. Hopping you favourable action.

          This is mr. Johnson from vandiperiyar owner of maruti swift vehicle no. Kl 37c 4877, has meet the accident on 26th april 2017 and i took to kattapana service.

          I payed rs. 30, 000/- in advance. I shifted my vehicle as work not started, i shifted my vehicle.

          The refund the amount by bank and i did not receive amount till now.

            On 07th mar 2017 i had booked a breeza zdi bearing booking no:kmly197589 from indus motors kumily showroom, as i have been waiting for the delivery for the last 4.5 months i didnt receive any update from the showwroom executives and as well as from the suppliers too. As the situation is getting worst and i am not at all satisfied with indus support till day. And this is my second email and i didnt received any response for my first mail till date. If this situation continous and i[censored] people are not able to deliver my car before 10th of july.. I ll be withdrawing my booking. Expecting a positive supporrt from u guys atleast in future.

              Iam a resident of palakkad district from kerala state. I have booked ertiga vdi (White) model shvs vehicle on 13/04/2017 at indus motors, ottappalam. By enquiring at this branch office i could find that they didnt got any any information yet from head office about the time at which the vehicle can be delivered.

              I would like to ask u about the time at which the vehicle can be delivered. I would also like to know whether the whole amount booked is refundable or not.

              On 20/05/17 morning i had given my car for service as it was facing some problem in gear shifting. For service i took it to nearest center which was at indus motor, mallapally, pathanamthitta. Car was delivered to me by evening after delivery some noise was coming from the car. and today the car is facing the same promblem for gear shifting.

                My father vehicle KL 18 AN 7736, got accident last month and got serviced from your Vadakara service center, when we taken back the vehicle, we found that stereo is not working. we call to service center again and they asked us to come with vehicle again.
                on 13th may again we given the vehicle, evening they told its OK, but just gone few kilometers again the stereo was not working. now again they are asking us to come for service center, from home we have 35Km to reach vadakara, total 70KM.
                this is absolute mismanagement and careless from employees and vadakara service center, previous also they said wheel alignment was done, but our vehicle had un proper alignment and we did from another center and paid Rs.500/-
                So i request you to do proper action against the employees and compensate the petrol expense to reach Vadakaa.

Please let me know its from Maruti or Indus. if not i am going to give the complaint against them to cyber cell and customer court.

                  I booked a Maruthi shift LXI car on April 1st 2017 at Thalayolaparambu showroom & paid RS.50000 as booking amount.Dealer told me that on 15th April I will get car. But now he telling that it will take one month more and he is asking full amount (5.5lack). This s cheating & a very bad experience.
                  Pls look into d matter and solve my problem

                    My vehicle registration number of vehicle: KL-31H 8779 I had given my vehicle to your Kayankulam work shop for servicing, denting and painting. The denting painting has done against insurance claim, when the work shop had return the vehicle I found that the work is not done properly, on my repeated request they had sent one rep and taken the vehicle to rectify the problem, When they had given the vehicle again I noticed that the works has not done properly.. Since then I am continuously approaching and running pillar to post but till writing this message no one had given an assurance to correct the problem.

                    Only one option I have left, need to register a complain at Maruti Udyog Ltd at Gurugram/Haryana...

                      My maruti vehicles bearing reg nos kl 8j 7802 and kl 26 c 1661 is regularly serviced and maintenance where carried out in indus motors service center adoor, as routine the vehicle kl 26 c 1661 where produced for the routine check up ac and the do the same with out changing any single component and charged an exorbitant amount of rs2800 and they make damaged the inside component of the left side head light (Reflector), this occurred during the time of removing ac radiator. This come to my attention on next day and immediately i report this to the service centre but they react roundly and insult to me severely, the person who lead this robbery is named mr. Mohankumar, service lead who holding mob no, [protected]

                          I bought 2009 model Alto Lxi car from Maruti True Value under indus motors, Nallalam, kozhikode, Kerala on[protected].That time they are not provided me the second key and service book.When i asked the same, they said that will be done later.

                          later they told they not got the second key from last owner, answer for service book was nil.

                          when i wish to sell the car parties are asking both of the things.Since i can't produce the things they are offering much less price even my vehicle is good in condition.

                            Am booked and remit IP amount (model 800lxi granait gray colour), completed the loan procedures and sent delivery order (around 243000) to Indus motors co.pvt ltd chakkorth kulam, calicut.after 3 days, show room executive told granaite gray model is unavilable and more day delay due to the situation I have great loss. Dealers executive(adhith) and managers (sammad)are irresponsible for solving this problem.yet this time not to ensure which date vehicle delivery .

                                When we decided to book a swift dezire, we contacted indus motors and sales executive named jose came to our house for discussion. During our discussion he offered reverse parking sensor (Without camera), apart from the company given offers. But once we paid advance of rs.50k, we could see a entirely different jose. He was not ready to install the sensor which he offered. He had a bit of paper in his hand and argued that there is no such offer written in his paper. It was a clear case of breach of trust. Our dignity do not allow us to argue with such an idiotic guy. We told him to deliver the vehicle asap without installing any other accessories. So please say no to indus as well as jose.

                                  2010 model Alto LX dashboard damaged and I want to replace with new dashboard. Car was purchased from Indus Pathanamthitta and as I asked there new dashboard was not available. I searched outside also but did not find. The dashboard damaged only one portion and need to replace the dashboard full. Ìt is black dashboard. Kindly advise whether it is repairable or need to replace.

                                    I entrusted the vehicle on[protected].(KL35D 7852) at Cherpumkal, Pala after a collision.I have the free package for the vehicle.But till this time Indus motors had shown a negligence in giving back the car (Ritz)Yesterday also I asked about it and i was assured to get it.But today early morning they are asking me the phone number of the insurance company's supervisor.Again I have to wait for two more days.Have I to praise and appreciate the efficiency and responsibility of Indus motors?18 days of waiting? Will it be possible to deliver the vehicle in the next week?

                                      I have booked a car, maruthi Suzuki celerio zxi (pure white) at 16 th of September in kallachi branch of Indus motors.And the dealer told me it will be delivered at 2 weeks aftr booking, but till today(4/10/2016) i didn't get my car.So this message is to inform Indus motor to speed up the delivery of the car atleast before 10/10/2016 of this month.Thank you

                                      Kl 60 f 3788 its my car number befor i change oil and filter from ur kanhangad service center but they didnt change oil. i ask to them but they said lie. may be they didnt change oil or filter. after change oil oil was to black then i ask about colour but he said lie

                                        I came to indus thodupuzha for servicing my ritz. I got a very bad support from there. No staff are willing to take the job. I wait there for 30 mins to get my car for cheking. And the staff came for checking dont know anything. He rode my car 5km and aint give me correct description. What do you think of customers?? I lost my impression on indus. Is this the way a customer must be treated. If so, i dont agree. This is the worst dealing.
