Hello

Maruti has its own name and Indus also shares the same reputation all over, However, our experience with both has been a very terrible one. Especially the services provided by Indus Motors Kerala, Thevara service station. Our Maruti 800 KL 4 AB 2505 is an evidence of this carelessness and "we dont care" kind of attitude. They just know how to squeeze money from the customers. Once our vehicle stopped in the middle of the road with no reason..we had a hell of time then, somehow we managed to take the vehicle to the indus service station thevara, we had to pay around 13, 000 at that time, again, not even a year later the same problem was repeated and this time we had to pay 9000. that too in a span of one year after paying 13, 000. Now recently the malfunction indicator lamp used to come ON.When we took again to the same service station they said they repaired and just when we took and travelled not even 5 kms, the malfunction engine lamp started blinking again. This itself shows the 'expertise' of the serivce done at Indus Motors Thevara, we have to specially mention the name of the employee there one Mr Nisaar, who does the servicing just for name sake. Every time they know just to take money, not to make sure if the vehicle is fine. MOney flows out of the pocket but no satisfaction. They are least bothered if the customer is satisfied the most that they do is give a call after the service is done to know if it was satisfactory, no matter if the answer is yes Or now. The feedback session ends there. We want justice at any cost. This matter will be escalated to all the top management if no satisfactory solution is reached at.

I had done my service vehicle maruthy 800 in indus motors kollam branch one month later their service and hospitality are very poor. I never seen such an iresponsable persons in this field. the way they are treated us too bad.
I donot have such experience, although I have 2 cars (M800)
In fact I had a problem of AC, I had contacted M/s Subros and they had set right the problem with the help of Indus.
However I expect that M/s Indus Motors take more care while servicing especially free service calls

    On January 1st 2008 i had given my Zen diesel KL8-V 2148 for body repair to Indus Motors due to an accident Occured at Chennai. I had given my original documents including my RC Book, Insurance Papers, License to the company staffs as per their need.. The vehicles estimated cost is Rs 88, 000 which is the total cost.. The insurance amount is 60, 000.. The which i have to pay is Rs.28, 0000... For about six times i had gone to Indus motors to take my car though air and by train according to the information they had given that the work i s completed..The company staff Mr.Prathab has given the message through mobile that the work is completed.On July With that information only i had gone there to take my car back... But the wok is not yet started.. They told that they will give the vehicle after one week.. According to that i had called upon Mr.Mohammed Sanaullah on 16-09-08 told that te work is comleted... With that i had gone there to take my car back avoidin all my Businees matters.. But the condition was same.. I had talk to the Customer care manager Sindhu Manoj Kumar also with the Assistant works MangerMr.Dhurairaj.. He told the vehicle will be delivered within one week.. With that information i had gone to the Chennai Office on 21-09-08... When i reach there the condition was the same.. At last they told that they will give the vehicle at Ernakuam Office at Thevara Branch. Still my vehicle is not yet recieved or any information has given by your Company Officials.. For the last 10 months i had spent my valuable time and avoid all my busines matters and i am spending more money for this purpose but of no use.. This is all coz all due to the irresponsibe service from the Indus Motors, kattuppakam branch near Poonamally road...So i am requesting you to take necessary action to get my vehicle back as soon as possible with all the compensations.. I am not at all satisfied with the work and customer service of the Indus Motors of yous Chennai branch. So kindly find a solution to this. Please contact me as fast as possible.       Sir,

      I had booked for a Wagon R LXI Ocean Blue colour model on the 29th of December 2008 vide invoice number 4583 for an amount of Rs.1000/- only and was promised delivery of the same on the 31st with a discount of Rs.35, 000/- only being applicable.On the 31st when i reached the showroom for the delivery of the vehicle with a d.d. of amount Rs.3, 74, 919/-made in the name of Indus Motors from SBT Balaramapuram, i was told that i will not be given the ocean blue colour version and would be given only the black version otherwise if i insisted on the ocean blue model the Rs.35, 000/- discount will not be given to me.Inspite of meeting the showroom manager i was rudely informed that i could either do as they told me or else could go and buy the vehicle from somewhere else.The name of the executive who dealt with me is Mr.Anesh S.L.and his mobile number is [protected].

      If the people had at the time of taking my booking told me that i would not get the colour of my choice the i would have had the option of trying out the three other dealers in the city.

      The saddest part is that yesterday after this incident i called up your toll free number[protected] and registered this complaint(complaint number [protected]) and was assured an immediate response by the 1st but unfortunately i have not received any response from anyone in Maruti Udyog till the time of my writing this letter i.e.5:55p.m.

      Now even though i like a Wagon R but i believe that true to our Indian culture we will only talk and talk and some flimsy excuse will be given.I pray and hope that sometimes miracles do happen and some action might be taken to prevent such incidents of harrasment to the ordinary citizens who aspire to own a brand produced by you.

        This is major problem happened to me due to an irresponsible customer service from the Indus Branch Chennai. I had given this complaint before to All the respective Managers and Customer Service Relatives and Also the CEO of the company Indus to resolve the solution for my complaint. But they didnt respond me. What i Have last is my valuable time and money and also One year Model Loss also One Year Loss of TaX and also the Insurance Amount . Now i Don know what i have to do. the only thing I can do is that I can complaint to Maruti Udyog Limited. From you I am expecting a better resolution to this problem. Hope the company will do the favour to me. I told them to give my vehicle to Ernakulam Branch. But they told they cannot assist you for these cases. Last time when I had gone to Chennai I took my vehicle for the Test Drive with Works Manager Mr. Johnson. My vehicle shows unnecessary noise and also the Power steering, Ac, Body work are not at all satisfactory. That time i thought I can give My Vehicle to a local Workshop. They could have resolve this issue better than INDUS MOTORS. The works manager Johnson told that staff of the company told the work is clear. And according to that only he called me. the problems. My issue goes like this.

For the last 10 months i had spent my valuable time and avoid all my business matters and i am spending more money for this purpose but of no use.. I have been a genuine customer of Maruti for the last 10 years. I had use different vehicles of Maruti for all these years and i had done the service in Indus Ernakulam itself. But i had never experienced such a bad service from them. But this one I cant resist.This is all coz all due to the irresponsible service from the Indus Motors, Kattuppakam Branch near Poonamally road.So i am requesting you to take necessary action to get my vehicle back as soon as possible with all the compensations.. I am not at all satisfied with the work and customer service of the Indus Motors of yous Chennai branch. So kindly find a solution to this. Please contact me as fast as possible.
        Please resolve this issue as fast as possible and please arrange the vehicle delivery to my home with all the Qualities assured from the Maruti Udyog Limtied . Hope You Can fix this problem for me.Also you have to give compensation for all that i have lost regarding this case.

        I've bought a new wagon R car in 2007 6th month but the car which the indus motors sold to is of 2006 and not the current year of manufacturing of 2007 and i reported this to transport commissioner of TN .and the Transport Department cancelled the Trade Certificate if INDUS Motors in chennai, this also came in SUN TV NEWS on 24 / 02/2010
        my car has been serviced on[protected], when my car came back after service, front tyre found flat, so i replaced the spare tyre, and i informed the service centre in Kattupakkam, they came and took my tyre after they informed there is a air leak in tyre so they has sent to JK Tyre, after a couple of days they broght the tyre and informed me, is is been fixed, i checked again after 2 days again the tyre is getting flat and i informed the Service centre again, still no response from them, Pls take this as a serious issue and fix my spare, i got the signature from the service personnel that he found the tyrewith a Nail after returing from service. so kindly take necessary steps to fix my spare tyre or else change the tyre as it is not service problem not my problem.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I am Premkumar, residing at Anna Nagar west, Chennai. I owned Maruthi Wagon R model 2005 bearing registration number as TN02V1552. While traveling the said car on 03.04.2011, The car stuck near Poonamalli by-pass road. Checked with Maruthi help line and They contacted you and forwarded to attend my CAR break down on 03.04.2011.

        Till date ( 05.05.2011 / 33 days. ) my CAR not ready for take delivery or else provide any spare car for my usage.

        Every day calling your office more than 10times and All efforts are wain. I am regularly contacting Mr. Joseph and Ms. Sindhu.

        Let me know when i will get my CAR ? else, Provide a spare CAR for my daily use.

          I forced to complaint you that your Indus showroom workers are so disrespectful in their job
          In 10th August 2008 (Sunday), we gave our Maruti Suzuki Alto Vxi 1.1 (Petrol) car to the Indus showroom Branch: One way Jn., Market P.O Muvattupuzha for accident refixing.

          Chassis number: MA3EYD[protected]
          Engine number: F10DN3095235

          After a week, we have went to see our car's condition, but we are stunned in front of our car, cause the rain water falls into the car through the broken rear glasses and opened side glasses in their yard. It causes a serious damage over leather seat appolsury

          In 22nd September 2008, Shijo Abraham has informed us that the work was over and made perfect then we went to settle the bill but we started test drive. But the car had a total shiver and a faint smell from the appolsury and on the spot we have informed them to fix it and the next 26 September 2008 Friday they called them again to get the car out and we went again but we felt a complaint on gear shift and the same faint smell from the appolsury because of their worker's irresponsibility. And we complained them to change the seat appolsury and fix the gear box problem but they didn't fix the gear box problem and appolsury. And they have insulted us by saying that to "put turkey over it to cover the ugliness". Due to our disturbed mind and faint smell we forced to rip the seat cover and burned it. But the broken glass pieces and glass dust are still remained in the old seat .



          Complaints:
          1. Scratches on the body and dickey.
          2. White paint spots on the black body.
          3. Damaged oily rear glasses.
          4. Unfinished black bumper painting.
          5. Bulged out paints on the body.
          6. Faint smell from the tarnished leather seat appolsury.
          7. Broken glass pieces and glass dust on the seat and inside of the car.
          8. Incorrect head lamb positioning.
          9. Incorrect gear shift.
          10. Unfinished touch and polish work.
          11. Unfinished painting.
          12. Rusted bonnet area and battery cabine.
          13. Improperly fitted side beadings

          On 6th October 2008 we brought our car to the Indus Motors then the works manager willson have agreed to fix the errors in their work, after that they called us that the work was finished on 10th October 2008 but they didn't fix the leather seat appolsury then we met sir. willson and he told us to see the zonal manager sir. Mathew Varghese and he agreed us that they will cover the seat with a new appolsury at no cost Zonal manager sir. Unni called us and told us that they will do it at his own responsibility and they allowed us to choose the colour and they forced us to wait for about 2 hours and then the sir. willson cheated us and the zonal manager sir. Unni by called him and sir. Unni misunderstood the situation and they insulted us by saying that they shall pay us only 50% cost of it and they won't allowed us to get our car out of it by settling the bill they told my son to bring me(R.C. owner) and insulted us. They blocked us even for a test drive.
          We are already planed to by brand new swift dzire full option but we lost our trust about your company
          i'm ashamed of saying that the trust graph of your company goes down day by day as more faster than the american banking graph. And my friends also complaint about your company this's not a individual problem it's booming up.
          Very Important: Works manager Willson called my brother's son as evil force.

          I requested you to take an immediate action on this problem.

          Yes.even Indus, AVG, Popular(hyundai) are known for selling faulty cars which are damaged in transit to unsuspecting new buyers.before receiving your car, please check thorough before signing the sales letter.

          I am planing to purchase a maruthi car. not decide by model. I prefered from mavattupuza because my native from mannatthoor. But now i read this, i will not go there.

          i too am a victim of the same.Waiting for the first service to happen so that i can meet up the manager begger in person and blast him off...MARUTI INDUS IS HOPELESS...
          i have swift vdi, in my experi there is no prob. Good service and everything, above mentionted case is, i dontknw check with indus managment also, dont think bad, sheroon
          I used to get very good service from Indus Motor, Muvattupuzha
          before. The attitude and service from the dealer depends on the local management.people.


          Seeing your complaint, I now prefer to look for another dealer or another car.

            I purchased my maruthi zen estillo on january 2008.now i faced a problem on gear changing when my car is running, i cant shift the gears FIRST and SECOND.it makes noise and other problems.the officials said i have to pay for this.I want my car in Good condition.Reply me early as possible

              I happened to come across an article in the Malayala Manorama daily, dated[protected], on an award being presented to Indus Motors for Excellence in service. I thought, I should take this precise opportunity to bring to your notice the below average service offered to me by the Indus Motor Service Centre, Anayara, Trivandrum.

              There is a certain level of service quality that is generally associated with Indus, they being the sole authorized dealers of Maruti Suzuki.

              I am an employee of Technopark, Trivandrum and I own a Maruti Wagon R. I had given my car for routine service to the above mentioned Indus Centre on June 4th, 2008. My Job card no was JCO8001870. The SA assigned was Mr. Niju Baby. My car came out as dirty as it was before service, I mean how can a service as obvious as cleaning be overlooked like this? They charged me for wheel alignment and mud flap fitting, when these were not done at all.

              I inspected the vehicle in the presence of the service guy, and made him aware of the issue. I told him I don't see why I should pay him the full amount for services not provided. He promised me to get it done the first thing next morning and nobody turned up.

              There are quite a number of service centres in Trivandrum apart from Indus that offers much cheaper service. So it is extremely disappointing when you pay so much and still get pathetic service. Let me also add that this isn't the first time that this happened to me.

              Maybe it has got to do with this particular centre or maybe it has to do with the attitude of the staff at the centre. But it would only do you good if the issue is rectified at the earliest.

              I am sure you are an organization that values your customer's feedback and, that you realize the important role that 'Trust' plays in any business relationship for that matter.

              I also have similar experience with Indus motors. They employ inexperienced /lay man as technicians who dosent even know the basics of automobiles. I have stopped giving my vehicle to Indus service centres. I had such bad experience at their service centre at venpalavattom near bypass Trivandrum.I even wrote to Maruti Udyog but it seems they are taking a soft stand on this dealer for reasons unknown.

              I am listing a few of the experiece i had with them.
              My new alto A/C was not working properly as the heater was on even in the cooling position. I took the vehicle to the service centre (Trivandrum, Venpalavattom) and told the supervisor that A/C is not working as heater is on in all positions. Even before i could complete the conversation the guy lifted the bonnet and started releasing the refrigerant gas saying that it was due to over gas. I shouted at him to stop and look at the heater, and of course the problem was with the heater . Just think about a poor customer in my place who dosent have much knowledge about vehicles he will at the mercy of these and at the end of the day his problem is aggrevated with heater on and less refrigarent gas.

              On another occassion on reaching home after service i was shocked to see that the front wheel was just on a single nut Thanks to the almighty for taking me home saftely. Battery electrolyte is topped up to the cap end and as a result when vehicle moves it spills and corrodes the paint and sorrounding area. Even a road side cycle workshop knows that battery water should be added only up to the marked level.

              All this points to the irresponsible attitude of Indus Motors and their quack team. Here Maruti Udyog is also to be blamed as it shows that they dont have a system to check the dealers on the quality of service provided, qualification of man power employed by these dealers etc.
              I had much more worse experience with indus kollam. i complained to maruti suzuki area office at trivandrum in phone no [protected]. talked to area manager sameer. but was of no use. every time i call later, i get reply that he is in conference etc...stupid fellow
              I never knew that Indus Motors had such a bad reputation. Thinking that they must be a renowned dealer I also committed the mistake of buying a Wagon R from their Trivandrum showroom which offered me painful and shameful experience. It was literally a horrible nightmare for me that I don't want even my enemies to go through.

              I wonder why Maruti is not understanding this 'great' dealer! I am of the opinion that Indus should be thoroughly taught on topics like:

              a) customer-care
              b) customer-friendly
              c) professionalism
              d) sticking to commitments
              e) business etiquette

              However, the question is "who will bell the cat?"! From our experience I'm sure that Maruti would not even utter a word against Indus.

              Indus Motor — Worst Service guaranteed

              You will get the worst ever service from Indus motors all the time.
              When ever possible never go near that service center. They get the money and nothing is delivered.
              Me too agree my friends. But believe me, there is of no use complaining this to Maruti Suzuki. They will direct us to an area manager (f_ _ _) sameer, They are all part of this dirty caucus. He wont help us. I have tried this. The only thing to be tried is to go to Consumer court. But we may not have time to appear on the court, as the court will postpone and postpone the case. These companies have their own advocates and they know how to deal with these cases. I enquired with many advocates and they say that they will try to postpone the case as long as possible so that we are fed up with it. So it is better to leave them on theirown dirty world and mind our own business. Otherwise i will loose my cool, dont know how u feel

              Indus Motors — Poor car service

              INDUS MOTORS, Kattupakkam car service
              cheating the customers by putting the old parts and charging too much cost. Though the part is in good working condition, they replace with another old parts and doing fraud.
              Also they are stealing petrol from the cars.
