Not satisfied with the breakdown service

Recently we had car service done in september from Tellichery Indus Motors.On Nov 8th at around 6.30 Pm our Car (Maruti Omni) broke down near Nandi Toll Quilandy. We called the breakdown customer care service Tellichery and got the phone number from them of Indus Ernakulam breakdown service. They contacted Vadakara Indus breakdown service and gave our details. We got a call from Vadakara breakdown service and we informed them that the engine...

Dear sir,

1. it is with deep regret that i am informing you the VERY POOR standards of servicing and repairs carried out on my Maruti A-Star Reg NO. HR51AE3591 at the Indus Motors centre.

2. i have been a regular customer and follower of maruti however this is the first time ever that i was deeply disheartened. i had given the car with specific complaints of
a) brake noise from front right wheel
b) clinkering noise from front right side (suspension)
c) boot and petrol tank cable locks not working

3. on the date of delivery the cable locks work was in progress while the other work was said to be done. but the fact is that the mechanic put to task did not know how to change the cable locks. his work was that of a novice by TRIAL n ERROR. on taking the car for a test ride the noise from the broke was very evident, clearly indicating that this work too was carried out in a very slack manner. The brake noise was subsequently corrected by a different mechanic.

4. My daily usage of the car is jus about 3-5 kms a day but yet, within just 3 weeks, the noises have started again. the same noises regarding which the initial complaint had been made. the front right brake screeches and the front suspension and right side wheel make wobbling noises. if this is the case then what work was ever done and if yes then of what Quality???

5. i sincerely request you to look into the matter and help me out. i will be giving the car for the same defects again on thursday 5 Nov 15 and would request you to direct your staff to do the work with great professionalism. i would also like to add that the only good part of the visit last time was the customer relations executive Mr. Alphy, who was trying his best to get good results.

    HI, I bought a Swift Dzire from Indus Motors Kakkanad, Ernakulam in September. The customer service people told me that there was an Onam gift program. They gave me a sandwitch maker as I won a coupon. Now they are telling me that the gift program was not there at that time and by mistake they gave me the gift and I have to pay the cost of the sandwitch maker to them. I feel this is a case of cheating. I advise to think twice before you deal with Indus motors as they can simply cheat you with false promises and bad services. Thanks, Eldhose

Recently i have got a major accident and vehicle taken up to the indus motors garage Guruvayoor kunnamkulam to get it repaired. Actually my car insurance is 'bumper to bumper' insurance. But they charged me liquid items price Rs:3600. Actually my vehicle have got that liquid items prices from the insurance company? Please check my major accident claim bills.           I bought a new swift car from indus motors mallappally in 19-july -2014..At the booking time we requested for a nippon stereo worth Rs.12500..After 2 month of delivery stereo become damaged..I met the indus service centre, ranni executives and they contacted nippon service executive..but the problem cannot solved..i gave that stereo to them 3 times in last year..but they can't solve the problem..it have a 2 year warranty..
          if they can't solve the problem permanently i need a refund of Rs 12500...

            sir i bought a new swift car from mallappally indus in july 2014..at the booking time i requsted a stereo worth 12500...its a product of nippon..after 2 months its become damaged..its have 2 year warranty..i gave it to indus service centre..they contacted nippon..i gave that stereo to nippon for solving compliants 3 times in last year..but they cant solve the problem.. if they cant solve the problem i need full cash refund..

              Hello, I am writing this Email as a compalint about Indus Motors Malappuram Kerala . I have given my veichle (KL 10 AS 1415 Ashok layland dost), to Malappuram Indus motors for service on last monday, 6th July 2015, However the experience with the service center is very bad. This is not the first time they are delaying the service for un necessary reasons and when we enquire about it, they are telling the service manager was on leave or some other reasons. I run a business and we do have multiple company trucks and everytime the experience is the same. Even I checked my friends and they also have the same kind of feedback about the service. I dont think a dealer can ruin the name of a such a reputed company like this. Please enquire about this and take actions otherwise you are going to loose your reputation very soon .                 Im an indus motors customer from 2008 by owning WAGON R LXI KL 24A 6161. upto 2013 im totally satisfied wiith the servicing and repairing, But now iam not Satisfied and not willing to deal with INDUS MOTORS.because i got an accident on 2014 and claimed to repair my vehicle, (LEFT SIDE) and they only maintained it partially. COMPLAINTS 1.While im washing my car the water entering ito my car through LEFT SIDE BACK DOOR. 2.Weft side mini indicator is no working and there is no outside cover for iT(LEFT SIDE) 3. There is no door guard on LEFT SIDE 4. centre lock system is not partially working 5. The interior is not cleaned well and still glass piece exists 6. boot opening cable is brokened iam a lady, while i told this complaints to them the service advisor shouted against me.                   I have taken a new Maruthi ciaz car from tellicherry in the month of may. From day day of contact the dealer was not giving information properly. Till now they have not settled the bill properly. He bought extra mony from us saying that he will do Teflon coating and under coating. But he didn't deliver us the bill. We repeatedly enquired him, but the answer was not positive. Now after a long time when we went to the showroom, at last he gave a bill without name and number of the vehicle for Rs.4000. And Rs. 9600 for 2 years extended warranty. Actually we paid rs 11600 for 3 years extended warranty. We need a bill with name and vehicle no for tefflon coating and extended warranty for 3 years. When I enquired in other showroom, I got the information that Teflon coating is not necessary for new ciaz. So this is second last option. If this aswell is not working I am planning to file a case under consumer protection act. Cont no [protected]

                    Dear sir, would you be kind enough to let me draw your immediate attention in below mentioned matter .. on 16th June 2015 i met an accident and found my vehicle's [ MARUTI SWIFT ] left side lower arm bended and vehicle movement arrested, on sport i call maruti round of clock service. and somebody contact me from trivandrum office [ [protected] ] and they said they don t have recovery machines and they will arrange substitute recovery vehicle from outside. the arranged recovery [ third party ]vechile levied a huge bill for Rs.3000/- for around 30 kilometers.[recovery vehicle mobile no.[protected] ] they drop the vehile at indus, mettukada branch, trivandrum around 6pm. Mr. Jinu service adviser [ [protected] ] attend the vehicle and advice to wait for one day for rectification of problem . till next day there was no response from the adviser, so i call him again, he said the concerned mechanic is not available at the moment and again advice to wait. after three hours i call again to esquire the position . Mr. Jinu replied with same answer that mechanic is not reached so far. so i suggest to make repair from outside, but Mr. Jinu again said no need for that and he check again and said there is no stock of the accessory [ lower arm ] and he advised to wait for monday and he assure tuesday they will resolve the matter .i am not satisfied with this indefinite and irresponsible responses . in spite of several phone calls i got negative answers from INDUS. so i decided to service the vehicle with HERCULES and they serviced the vehicle with immediate effect and problem resolved on urgent basis. this type of irresponsibility and non availability of mechanic is not fair for a reputed company like INDUS, and it is painful and deeply regretted . and i never choose INDUS again for any service . hence i kindly request you to interfere the matter personally and take proper action to keep the firm and trustful name of the company. your action may lead to a better service and attention in future . thanking you.                       I am Jithin G Ninan, son of Mr. Geevarghese Ninan, residing at Aikad, Kodumon PO Adoor. I own a maruti Alto k10 car, which is registered in my father's name. Its mil 52371. This vehicle was serviced and maintained from its second service onwards at Indus motors, Mithrapuram, Adoor. First service of the vehicle was done at popular motors pathanamthitta. After completing 35000 kms I have changed my car's four tyres . From my sixth service onwards I have raised a complaint to the indus people that a sound is heard from the front bonet and after 45000 kms I gave my car for the purpose of changing break pads. From the second service onwards my car's wheel alignment and balancing was done and serviced by indus motors. Now just after completing 17000 kms, both the front tyres got ruined by one side and its steel inside came out. It is crystal clear that the vehicles wheel alignment was not done correctly and not maintained properly for the last 10000 kms. All this time I have paid indus motors for wheel alignment service. I have purchased 2 new tyres last week and I should get the compensation for the bill amount from the service centre since it was the mistake happend from the part of the service people.                         I had purchased Maruti Suzuki Swift from Indus Motors via CSD. I got my quote which was prepared by Indus Dealer approved from CSD and I was asked to pay the new revised payment even when I made the payment very next day.Few of things which I want to bring your notice :- Indus motor dealer did not have any idea on when the price hike was effective until Feb end or Mar beginning. The dealer from whom i bought the car and his manager gave different date for the revised price.Even on the day of payment of the car I was not told that the price hike was for sure and it was speculations. As a customer I think I have a right to know the exact price of the car before I buy and asking for more price after buying a car is not something ideal. I am planning to make the rest payment as I have to do my car registration but would like your kind attention to this case as I feel I am paying for the gap within the Indus Motor dealers which is not right. There should be more proper communication with the customer and we should not be taken for granted. I am writing you over the last email which I had sent to Indus Motors regional head for Kasaragod Distt, Kerala. Request your prompt action in this case.

                            Sir, This is with regards to the complaint I filed against the Manager of the Indus Edakkara Branch. After much deliberations I finally decided to withdraw my complaint against the above person and decided to go forward with the purchase of the Swift car from the Edakkara Branch... But it was the in-excusable behaviour from the said person that led to me to such lengths in the first place... I am a respectable Business man and I hoped for the same from an Executive of your company. Hope such incidents doesn't occur again...ever.

                                sir My car kl18c 5528 has been serviced at Indus motors nallam calicut on 16/10/14 and 17/01/15..The first service was normal periodical service but after this my vehicle's pulling and a/c cooling was became very weak to weakest.so I send it to another service on 17/1/15 which is before the date of normal service period.Then spark plug, filter, break fluid, coolant, a/c gas, rr coil are changed by them and after the service I feel better. But after one week of driving the problems are returned and more over break fluid was completely leaked and a sound comes from the break pedal when it work sand hand break was failed, its indicator blinks always. Today I when complaint to the works manager of nallalam centre he said that back wheal cylinder was damaged and it must be change. Sir, they didn't say this problem at the time of service on 17/1/15. Sir I am afraid of they are damaging my vehicle instead of servicing

                                      The Return of money on the ISP (By Counting No of days Remaining on ISP) This will be a benefit for the TAXI board in SWIFT(Tour) Vehicle. Less Km's Drive Car are Rarely Went service Since the consummation of KM is very Low. In Such cases Deduction based on NO of service Used is a RIGHT mode of calculation. My Problem: Indus Service Package (ISP) – Took on July 2014. After that I Went to service for 2 Time. The amount refunding is very low. 29th Jan Preparing the letter & Informing that on 30th. 30 onwards service to Chennai centre is closed. I Need Refund of Full Money with the Interest.
