    I am writing this letter to bring this to your attention that I Supriya Roy 10Years old customer and having good Transactions and valuable customer from your bank. Today in the Evening 31/8/2023 Mr. Praveen Tripathi from Asansol Branch Misbehaving to Me over phone call and giving Threats and not only that giving Slang Language very badly. I have purchased a Scorpio from Your bank on 2021 due to some problem my emi not paid by 1months that's the main Reason.

    I request you to give attention to my complaint and take necessary action against Mr PRAVEEN TRIPATHI or I will complaint in Consumer forum.
    Please do the needful as soon as possible.
    I have mailed to Head office but still no response from Indusind bank.
    IndusInd Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have mailed from 31/8/2023 but still yet no response from Indusind bank.
    Indusind bank is saving to Mr PRAVEEN TRIPATHI From West Bengal Asansol Branch.
    Mr PRAVEEN TRIPATHI is doing this for getting promotion and behaviour was so bad and misbehaving to customer.
    Still yet no response from Indusind

        Harassment by Collection Manager

        My EMI was due and collection Manager visited my house I told him that give me some time I will pay the amount but he was not ready to give time. Next day he sent Recovery person to my home without intimation and my wife was alone at home. My told him I am not at home and she will pass the message to me, I also talk to recovery agent and Collection Manager on call but still recovery agent continuously ringing my door bell and forcing my wife...

        We have taken a personal loan few months ago, we have paid 4-5 EMI & unable to continu the EMI now, i have asked the bank to allow me 6-7 months to continue the emi, as i am working on some project expecting that i can continue after, i have meet my banker & his senior has told whole i am running with, my financial conditions are not good i am trying to get recover from that, but their manager & alloted banking officer is harassing me everyday, i informed him my health issues & diabetic is also is very high due to this stress but they are continue harassing us by calling & making the calls from their vendor,

        they visited my home i clearly denied him to visit & everyday they are putting presuure on us & forcing us to meet my familiy member & disturbing our personal life, i request many times on indusind twitter account since 2 months they are just making more trouble for me, you didnt mail here sometime to there like that, neither giving proper idea to whom we should contact & what exactly we need to do ..

        i am afraid that if anything happend to me who will take care of my family, but they dont care with this they threat very badly, non other bank is doing a bad behaviour where i am failed since few month but this indusind bank seems they have hired like gunda, mawali types person ..

        they manipulate on words & sentences we are the normal people dont know much,

        i am really very afraid those bankers, they threating me everyday will come your home want to meet your family & all

        we request please help us & let know what exactly we need to do ..

        do i be hopeless or really there is something who can help us .

          Purchased Honda unicorn in Dec 2012 (MH20CM8106) with loan from IndusInd Bank. Loan has cleared on time. I never applied for NOC hence before. Now they are telling me to pay Rs. 590 for NOC. Showing me the fees required for duplicate NOC. They are also telling me that this is old matter.

            I recently received your response regarding my request for a duplicate NOC. I must say I am a bit surprised by the fees and the lengthy procedure involved in obtaining it. I believe that the NOC should be a part of the services provided in exchange for the loan, without additional charges. Additionally, as loan customers, we already paying interest to the bank as per rules to get back services whenever the customer needed. Comparatively, other banks and finance companies, like Axis Bank and Bajaj Finance company, have been able to provide me with a NOC quickly and conveniently, with just a simple email application and a few documentation or nominal charges.

            I understand that every institution has its policies, however, the cost and process involved for the duplicate NOC have left me disappointed in considering IndusInd Bank as an option for my future banking or loan needs.

              5 years before car loan taken from indusind bank, now that is completed my loan amount 2.40 lakhs now days I paid 6.11 lakhs in five years, last few amount only pending but they charged extra penalties charges for my loan amount. I need reduce my pending amount.

                      Dear Team,

                      I'm writing this because my situation is really awful.

                      My decision to borrow money from Indusind Bank for a vehicle was probably my biggest error.

                      Let me start by explaining everything.

                      When I applied for a loan, I had to provide physical checks and authorization for auto debit (ACH), but to my astonishment, the first month money transferred out twice without my knowledge even though I had only authorised one withdrawal.

                      A severe problem exists here.

                      Fortunately, I became aware of this and contacted the bank. I received an absolutely absurd explanation. I was informed that situations like this occur when you apply for a loan.

                      Response was utterly careless.

                      Then it was advised that I write and ask for the money that had been taken out without telling me. It was intruding. I had to wait a good two weeks to receive it after this.

                      Let me now share something that recently occurred.

                      I sent a specific email to you since I couldn't pay my instalment; nonetheless, the individuals from your local branch arrived to my house and began threatening to take the keys to my vechicle or demand money instead.

                      I was genuinely terrified by this, and I found it difficult to stay focused.

                      This really bothers me, therefore I've chosen to write to you about it. If this isn't fixed right away, I won't have the option of contacting the RBI Ombudsman or seeking legal counsel.

                      I've included a screenshot showing how money was swiped twice in one month without my knowledge when it was only intended to be taken out once.

                      I don't believe the proper compliance with debt recovery legislation was achieved.

                      (It is indeed a reality that I am running behind paying my line of credit I took from the financial institution)

                          Getting daily multiple robo/ bot calls from Indusind Bank. I have enabled Dnd still getting calls. Also asked indusind representatives to remove my number from their list but they said my number circulated across India so nothing can be done.

                            I am fed up of getting unnecessary spam and credit card & Loan calls from indusind bank. I am getting 9-10 calls per hour from Indusind bank and this is pathetic as my personal life is getting disturbed. I feel being harassed by the company. I recently opened a new bank account with indsuind bank Dwarka Delhi, Even my RM could not help me, if these calling will not stop and Indusind bank will not do anything then I will close my bank account with your bank.

                                    Because of some medical emergency i was not able to make credit card payment and in April i paid 8100 everything goes to overdue amount finance charges also huge and i askes bank to convert all my outstanding to emi or give some payment options but they are not replying or ready to give any help. And collection agent is harassing like anything. He always doung whatsapp calls and video calls also and he asked to pay now pay now
                                    I shared hospital bils also.I need some payment option because of his torture iam mentally depressed i dont know why this people are doing like this iam communicating through bank.

                                      FNF and Experience & Relieving l letter not received
                                      I am Ex employee of IMFS (INDUSIND BANK CFD).
                                      I am writing to follow up on the matter of my Full and Final Settlement (FNF), which is still pending, but I have not received a proper response regarding the status of my FNF.They are delaying for 3 months by not giving PROPERinformation

                                      I understand that the HR department handles multiple tasks, and I value your efforts in managing various employee-related matters. However, it has been 3+ months, from my last working day[[protected]] and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

                                      The timely release of my FNF is crucial for me as it impacts my financial stability and future commitments. I kindly request your intervention to expedite the process and provide me with an update on the status of my FNF.
