Iam using your credit card with no.[protected] on name. I have used it once my card for purchasing of about 1000 something which paid just 1 day delay from the date of payment due. Bow after few months come to know that indusind putting charges against finance and late payment and outstanding become more than 5000 in which there is not actual due and only late payment and intrest on intrest only...

It has happened may a times that i have tried calling up the customer service to confirm details about my credit card but every time this happens and it is very disappointing to say that the customer service people do not pick up the calls at night for a very long time like around 30-45 mins. This is to reference to my indusind bank credit card joining fee. I have apply credit card on 10 july 2018. And receive this card by post on 26/08/2018. At the time of joining the bank officer said to me that the joining charges is 500rs and this amount would not be deduct if i can perform 3 transaction with in 50 days of receiving date of card. And the total amount of joining fee bank was charge 1060.82rs (Including gst)...
