    I receive 6-8 sales calls from IndusInd Bank, despite blocking each number religiously. This is despite registering for DND more than a month back. I would like this to stop immediately and would also like someone to investigate if IndusInd Bank is misusing or selling customer data.

      I am getting continuous calls for every 15 mins about credit card offer. I rejected it so many times. But they are calling daily, how many times i need to tell them. Even I can't sleep happily, i am putting my mobile on silent mode while i am sleeping bcoz of their torture. If I get any emergency calls who will be responsible for it. Please stop this harrasment. Many banks are there but this type of torturing bank i have never seen.

        Daily Marketing call for personal loan

        Hi,

        I am getting marketing call on a daily basis for providing personal loan, when the offer was rejected why does your indusbank is calling us on a daily basis. will the loan requirement changes every day

        These calls through predefined voice calls are highly disturbing and it is unfair practice of harassing customer. Contact numbers are provided to bank for reach regarding banking service and not for harasment....

        My current account is under debit freeze from 26 April 2023, i visited home branch many times and they just say that have received an attachment order on my account. But they never tell me what was the reason in the attachment order. Kindly let me know what i have to do to unfreeze my account.

          I went to IndusInd bank ATM to withdraw cash. After withdraw i found that a note of Rs 100( 9DM218268) torn and paste by white paper and condition of note is very bad. I request to bank authority to watch this matter. Who are doing this type of work? Warn those private agency who are filling ATM machine. Otherwise bank has to face critical situation in near feature.

            My uncle had bought Swift Desire Car from your Bank. He had cleared all her dues in time and his contract also stand closed. Still the charge of hypothecation remains on Cars RC book.
            Now my uncle Mr Shridhar Had Passed away and my his wife Is left behind. She want to sell his car as she can't drive the car due to old age. But RTO Agent is asking for NOC of the car.

              Hi Team,

              I am no more able to contact customer care as cheap Indusind banking associate blocked me charging heavily 500+ gst twice in the last quarter when I tried reaching them using email support.

              Please assist with issues of reversal o[censored]nnecessarily levied charges and gst as i have always paid amounts on time.

              I will have to reach RBI for mental harrasment by Indusind employees by calling throughout the day using spam phone calls a d no assistance on the request raised and. Blocking my registered mail id unnecessarily.

                I am getting 4 to 5 calls every day asking to take personal loan from their bank. I have literally declined offer many time. And blocked their numbers. But i am keep on getting new calls from new numbers. Today while writing this complaint I received 3 calls from 3 number. April 10, 2023.please help to resolve this. I don't want to through this number as I ausing it from past 15 years.

                  On Jan 4th 2023 I have transferred an amount of Rs.50000/- from my HDFC account to my friend's IndusInd bank Account. But due to his typo error he gave me a wrong account number with last 2 digits as mistake. The very next day I approached my HDFC bank to raise a complaint as I don't have IndusInd bank account. From that day HDFC bank was trying to get the response from IndusInd but IndusInd was irresponsible and rude and not resolving the case and crediting back my money. Its been 3 months IndusInd did not even acknowledge. Please take strict action and help me to get back my money

                      I have taken HF DELUXE 19/12/2017 from panipat. That time I took out a two wheeler loan from your indusind bank. Loan emi was completed in april 2020.
                      I have many times gone to the indusind bank sector 25 panipat branch to take my noc but any one not treat well and gave me my noc till now.
                      Every time I came here from another city & lost my time or money.
                      Please find my attached rc details & emi details. Kindly provide me my noc asap otherwise i will complain against the bank & employees at earliest.

                        I have purchased pulsar 220f bike through indusind bank finance on[protected] i paid all emis on time without any pending.but NOC given to me with wrong engine number.and RTO not approved my NOC token for the issue off wrong engine number and also i am consultant so many times Nellore indusind finance manager and team'there not responding and also contact customer mail id but not responding please clear my issue

                              I have cleared my two-wheeler loan (Customer code KCY00719H - vehicle no. KA-04 JW-1817) on 17/11/2021, but I received an expired NOC on my voluntarily approaching the bank, After checking the document with RTO came to know that it was expired to which when I approached the concerned team, they told me to pay Rs.500/- for a new document, wherein without no mistake from my side why should I have to bare the cost and for information I didn't receive any kind of intimation or no one called to collect the NOC .And now that I have to sell the vehicle for which NOC is required and approached the bank they are telling me to bring police complaint, notarized affidavit, and some fee of Rs.1500/- treating as the noc lost. This seems to be great way of making money and cheating people.

                                Dear Sir/Madam

                                I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by your bank and the excessive charges that have been imposed on my account.

                                I am K. Raghuram s/o K.Venkateswarlu(BJP East Godavari District General secretary) My father took a Bike top-up loan from your bank with loan account no-ARE00874S or loan registered mobile no-[protected]. The tenure of this loan is 30 months EMI from the start date of 20-Mar-2022 So I started paying EMIs regularly from there onwards. From the 17th EMI to upto 4 EMIs the bank didn't debit the EMI without any intimation I got to know this issue after 4 months that they are not debt my amount so I went to the bank and ask them the reason they told me that the signature is Mismatched. From up to 16 EMIs they debt the EMI with the same signature but from the 17th it's miracle for me how the signature was changed.

                                Due to the above issue, I lost my CIBIL score and you guys charged excessive check bounce charges for a loyal customer. Furthermore, I have also experienced several instances of poor service from your bank. I went to your Induslnd loans department office and bank as well but still, the bank staff didn't respond properly to the customers and also they are not talking with minimum respect and using vulgar words while talking with them.

                                I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address my concerns and solve my issue regarding the extra charges. I want my extra charges money back to my account within 10 days. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

                                If you will not take this complaint seriously then I will proceed with the consumer court and am also ready to protest against your bank. Shame on you IndusInd bank.

                                  Double toll deduct from one time passing the lane. My car no . HR26BS6901

                                  I have 2 fast tag available with me.
                                  One is SBI and another one is Indusland bank.

                                  However only SBI fastag was affixed on my car windshield. Indusland Bank fastag was kept in glove box.

                                  But toll tax was deducted from both tags.

                                  Request you to kindly return the amount in Indusland fasttag.

                                    i am existing employee of the IndusInd bank (imfs) at 2wheeler department as a credit verification officer, and i resigned job at 3 November 2022 and i have completed my check list and settlement papers submitted almost 3 months over still i didn't get my settlement nobody response me properly, i don't whom o contact how to get my settlement amount, i felt very bad, pls kindly help to get my settlement
