I've transferred money on 6th Jan 2017 and still beneficiary has not received money.
Either transfer it to beneficiary or refund in my account.

    Indusind bank representative called me and persuaded me to avail their credit card for free! And said they are offering me the card for 1 percent intrest. But to my surprise on my first bill i noticed they are charging me 3.5% intrest per month.!!!
    To worsen this they will not convert nay emi option saying they have to receive email request from the seller!!! May it be amazon, and any one. Above it they will charge you rs 500, 1000 all kinds of charges.
    Please be away from these guys. They will make your life he'll

      I am availing credit card facility of indusind bank. I availed the card in pune and then for maternity purpose i came to my hometown siliguri (West bengal). The card got misplaced and i called up customer care on 29th december 2017 to block the card and change the address for reissuance of new card and deliver it to me in siliguri as i required it for my medical exigency. The customer care informed me that the card cannot be delivered it to the said address and it does not fall under serviceable area of indusind bank. I fail to understand that when branch of indusind bank is present in siliguri then how can this place fall under non serviceable area..?? Why the same information was not shared with me while issuing card..?? Siliguri is trade hub of west bengal and is trade route to sikkim nepal bhutan bihar assam.. Because of this i am being put in a fix situation.. If your representative had given me prior information then i would have acted accordingly..
      Pathetic excuse and illogical service.. I am really disappointed with the service of indusind bank..

        I have taken car loan in the month of aug 17, ecs amount is 13775, but last month indusind bank deducted 118 rs extra from my union bank account in 2 transaction on 21 dec 17. Why you are wasting my time to complain n all.

            charges for non maintenance for my saving a/c under cust id_30890994

            Dear team,
            Kindly reverse all my charges regarding of non maintenance and also cash deposited in saving a/c for which i can not deposited money in my saving a/c and also personal loan which is availed by indus only for 1 lac whom which my ecs is going bouncing again and again last 4 months for which my cibil is affecting, the guys which has given my personal loan told there is no foreclosure cha rg esin this after paying many months...

            I am complaining about my credit card charges reversal as in my credit card there are so many of financial charges levied due to some medical issue i am not able to deposit my due payment and i am using this card approx 3 years but never before i request for charges reversal so this time i request kindly reverse my financial charges for this financial year (Aprial 2017 onwards) only whatever the amount.               Hi team,

              I am an indusind bank credit card holder and also took a personal loan from indusind bank on the month of may 2017. Due to some serious financial issue i am not able to make payment for the credit card and also for the personal loan. I am getting couple of calls from the bank for the payment. They have provided me your email ids and told me to drop a mail and explain in details about the concern.

              On the month of may 2017 i reached out to so* (Indusind bank employee) for personal loan and told him about my requirement of rs 7 to 8 lakhs for house renovation and asked him about my eligibility. After providing all the details, he called me back and told me that i am eligible for rs 7 lakhs. He will dispatch rs 7 lakhs in two installment. On first installment he will give me rs 5 lakhs and after 6 months he will give me rest rs 2 lakhs and the interest rate they will be charging is 12.99% with processing fee of 0.5%. When the amount got credit on my account, its only rs 2.44 lakhs. I immediately gave a call to so* and told him that as per our discussion till today morning, i will be getting a loan of rs 5 lakhs on first installment and the interest rate and processing fee you charged is also very high. He replied me "due to bachelor accommodation we are unable to dispatch rs 5 lakhs on next moth after paying your first emi just give me a call, we will process for another rs 3 lakhs with interest rate of 11.49%. As per the discussion and commitment made over phone by so*, i have started my house renovation process. I have paid rs 1.2 lakhs to the labor to start the work, purchased raw material for rs 4.5 lakhs (Paid 1.5 lakhs and told them that another rs 3 lakhs i will pay on next month). After paying my first emi i gave a call to so* and a* and dropped couple of mails to a*, manager of so*. Neither they have picked up my call nor they replied to my email. After few days without finding any solution i have raised a complaint to the customer care. On next day of the complaint so* called me and told me that he will process my loan after 40-45 days, just to give him little time. Due to some policy he can't dispatch my loan now and also told if i get a call from mumbai then just to say them that i have discussed with so*, and i am satisfy with the resolution. After 45 days i gave couple of calls to him but he didn't picked up my call. Again i raised a complaint to the customer care and on next day he called me and told me he will process my loan on the month of october. On november i gave a call to so*, he referred me to some one else. After checking my eligibility that guy told me that i am not eligible for the loan because i have swiped my another credit card for making a payment of rs 2.5 lakhs.

              Currently my financial condition is very bad. Before starting the renovation work my parents were getting around rs 10, 000 as house rent now work has been stopped due to financial crisis. Entire burden came on my shoulder. I am the only incomer for my entire family. Instead i have to transfer them rs 10, 000 from my salary. Below are my income and expenditure in details -
              Income-
              In hand salary - 34k

              Expenditure -
              Father's medicine - 4.5k (Life threatening medicine)
              Mother's medicine - 1k
              Transfer money to my parents - rs 10k (For rent, food, electricity, water bill)
              My expenditure - rs 11k (Rent, food, electricity, internet bill, water bill, traveling expenses)
              Niece school & tuition fee - 2k
              City bank emi - 8.5k
              Indusind bank emi - 11k

              My expenditure is much higher than my income and the only reason is one false commitment made by so* and a*. Before the month of may i don't even had any loan and my expenditure was very less but just after 6 month of false commitment my life has ruined. Everyone is asking for money. Now i going through depression. Everyday i am spending my sleepless night. Please try to understand my situation and provide me a solution to overcome it. I wanted to settle all of this and wanted to sleep peacefully. I wanted to come out from depression.

Now i want to sell my vehicle but the buyer is asking for the clearance certificate so with out it i will not be able to sell my bike so please send me a copy of the clearance certificate.                   I had Contact several time to Your Sigra Varanasi branch to Ankur Arora For NOC but They were asking me to Pay additional Rs 8000 over Rs 935 as cheque bounce Charges along with 34 % interest on It, Which is totally Injustice I had already paid my all EMI on Time having Receipt than why This Behaviour .
                  And if I deny to pay then they were saying to put same amount in CIBil to disturb my Loan Credibility...

                  I want to pay all ethical dues of bank of Rs 935 and Remove it from CIBil history and give me NOC.

                  Also share me customer any Local Branch concern person or customer support in Pune where I personally met or call and clear my dues

                    I am pankaj jain. I want to tell you about a wrong transfer of 10000rupees from my account[protected]. I haven't done any transfer from my acoount and for that transfer i haven't recieved any message i wanty money back as soon as possible and the transfer had been done through mfs cash txn on 21st december.

                    Please take strict action towards it amd return me my money otherwise i will close my account.

                      I had taken a vehicle loan, with auto debt facility. They did some problem in entering my details, including name, birthday, father name, ecs account details, etc. Right from d first month, my ecs got rejected and they forced me to pay the fine for the mistakes they did. Somehow i struggled and finished all my loan due. Until then, the agent who was in contact with us, for cash payment and ecs fine stuff, had never mentioned the closure processes. I was constantly reminding him about this closure step. After 5months of last payment, he is asking me to pay another 900rs for closure, giving the reason that they have sent the file back and we should have completed the procedure within 3 months of last emi.

                      What shameless method of earning is this?
                      Looting so much from the customer. Not trustworthy.

                      I recommend no one should have any banking connection with this bank.
                      Worst experience ever!

                        This is the worst bank i have ever seen.. They don't have proper softwares to track the information whether the payments has been done or not. Every time they will call and check. Today even after i have done the payment i got a call for 3 times when i am in some meeting. They will keep on telling what they want to say even if you ll ask them to stop. [protected], [protected].. These are the lines and there names are sowjanya and some other names... This is not the way people like to do banking and services. If you really can't afford to run please don't give false promises and then take back stating that we will give you this much of credit limit over the call at initial times and later when it comes to hand it will be somewr not even half... This is not the way how you should organize a bank and more over this is banking... If you really can't do it learn from other banks. Moreover i m fed up with this indusind... I m gonna stop all types of vanking services and transactuons so that i can be peaceful

                          I am pankaj jain. I want to tell you that on 19/13/2017 at 10:02 pm i withdraw cash through an atm of hdfc bank the machine counted notes but they didn't came out of it and after 5 minutes a message of withdrawal of 10000 came to my phone i haven't received my amount back.

                          Kindly do something. Please take strict action towards it and help me as fast as you can

                              Despite of my repeated requests to indusind bank call center and email requests to reverse my credit card fee 54000/-+ interest and other cvharges from last one year around rs.90000/- from last one year i haven't got any resolution on my problem and my medical condition is not good from last one year and above i couldn't able to pay my credit card fee due to i met met with an serious accident.

                                I opened an individual current account in perungudi branch, omr road, chennai and my cheque was passed on 29th november 2017, today is 8th december and i have not even received an account number or any other details so far... I m unable to submit my inbound cheques from my clients for processing, or withdraw my money for the past two weeks... Since i so far don't even own an account... If this is the processing speed of your bank for opening an account itself, tell me one good reason why i should bank with indusind

                                  2. I would like to explain the gist of the mails briefly for your kind perusal. The details are as under. (For more details please refer the trailing mails).
                                  (A) i intimated your customercare that we had passed on the otps to fraudster unknowingly expecting that our pending refund of cinema tickets in bangalore would get resolved.

                                  (B) the above intimation within minutes of the transactions with mobikwik we intimated to your customercare.

                                  (C) your customercare intimated me not to worry as the mobikwik transactions are still under process at your bank end and would be reversed.

                                  (D) i was happy with the above assurance from your customercare expecting that the transactions would be reversed and i will not be losing the rs 36, 000/- involved.
                                  (E) due to the above assurance from your customercare, i had not taken up with mobikwik expecting that your customercare would take up with mobikwik immediately and would reverse the transactions as promised.

                                  (F) but the promised reversal did not happen as the indusind processed the transactions in favour of mobikwik and had not taken up with them instantly. It means that they had not acted on my complaint.
                                  (G) mobikwik intimated me later that had indusind taken up immediately with them after the complaint was lodged by me, they would have immediately refunded the amount.
                                  (H) but indusind did not act at all through taking up with mobikwik based on my complaint, which was lodged within minutes of the transactions.

                                  (I) other security checks like mentioning the transaction amount is not there in your otps that was the root cause for the problem.

                                  (J) had indusind acted immediately after my complaint by taking up with mobikwik, i would have got back the entire amount refunded and the same did not happen.

                                  3. Kindly peruse sir the above and the details in the trailing mails, and cause for refund of the amount of rs.36, 000/-

                                  I was forced to take the indus ind credit card of your bank & it was not working i have returned the card to the bank & cancelled the card but now i am getting the sms outstanding of rs 300/- pl solve .
                                  I put my withdrawal pin but suddenly the light is gone in ATM after that the I received a message that I withdrawal 1000 but I can't get my cash because of electricity gone...so strictly take action on this ...
                                  Third party member Karthik calls me and messages me on my personal Watsapp and ask for information as payment mode and when did u make payment .I made payment 2 days ago and he is calling continuously back to back like 100 of times .. I want justification of that and an apology else k ll go to consumer Court

                                    This is one more negligence from your side.

                                    I have already sent you an email on [protected]@indusind.com on 6th of December 2017.
                                    Nobody called me back or replied to my email till date its been 50+ Hours now.

                                    Sir, I was make emi of the above vehicles time to time. I received a message to collect the noc from the Vizag_ATT branch. Now I approach the branch to collect the noc, the bank Manager asking R/s.14000/- per noc. Hence I request you issue our noc as an early date alongwith our bank loan stmt. (ATT00116L & ATT00117L)
                                    Who resolved it ... It's still open...
                                    Bank and its cutomer support all are careless ...

                                    Sab sales ke log baitha rakhe hain bus ...

                                      Iam nithya, have a a/c with iob, karpagam college branch, coimbatore. I have used indusind bank located in eachanari on 15..10.17 @12.21 for withdrawal of rs.5000/-.

                                      I have received rs.5000/- once but the amount credited twice in my account. After that in this situation, dated 16.10.17 & 24.10.17 i was submitted requests to iob, karpagam college branch, coimbatore.
                                      And also mailed to atm-txns. But the amount was not yet returned till date.

                                      Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

                                      I had complained about my twice debited cash of Rs.5000/- in Indusind bank ATM center.My complaint ID is 1798874.No representatives had contacted me from Indusind bank and also no correct response from my bank (Indian Overseas Bank).
                                      So, kindly help me in this matter to get my cash back.We are from middle class family. and also its my cash.How to leave it.
