This is with reference to your IndusInd Bank Credit Card account.
We regret to note that your experience has not been commensurate with what we strive to provide. We would like to assure you that the same has been noted and necessary corrective measures are being taken to ensure that such an incident does not recur.
We understand that you wish to increase the credit limit on your credit card account.
We wish to inform you that the current limit on your credit card was provided by the credit team, basis the credit review done on the card accounts which takes a closer look at our credit parameters.
Once the credit card application is received by us, it is processed and the final decision for credit limit issuance is provided by our credit committee based on certain internal assessment parameters.
Please note, the processing of the credit limit involves various verification checks and is subject to approval.
We wish to inform you that at present, we will be able to consider your request to enhance the credit limit only after completion of 12 months of your card membership with IndusInd Bank.
After completion of 12 months, please provide us with the following documents to consider your limit enhancement request:
For salaried employees:
Last 3 months Salary slips along with bank statement for last 3 months showing the salary credits are mandatory.
OR
Form 16 or Income tax returns (along with tax computation) & last 3 months bank statement showing the salary credits.
For self-employed:
* Latest income tax returns along with tax computation.
OR
* If the latest ITR is not available, please provide last two years ITR along with tax computation.
