I had taken a vehicle loan, with auto debt facility. They did some problem in entering my details, including name, birthday, father name, ecs account details, etc. Right from d first month, my ecs got rejected and they forced me to pay the fine for the mistakes they did. Somehow i struggled and finished all my loan due. Until then, the agent who was in contact with us, for cash payment and ecs fine stuff, had never mentioned the closure processes. I was constantly reminding him about this closure step. After 5months of last payment, he is asking me to pay another 900rs for closure, giving the reason that they have sent the file back and we should have completed the procedure within 3 months of last emi.

What shameless method of earning is this?
Looting so much from the customer. Not trustworthy.

I recommend no one should have any banking connection with this bank.
Worst experience ever!

    This is the worst bank i have ever seen.. They don't have proper softwares to track the information whether the payments has been done or not. Every time they will call and check. Today even after i have done the payment i got a call for 3 times when i am in some meeting. They will keep on telling what they want to say even if you ll ask them to stop. [protected], [protected].. These are the lines and there names are sowjanya and some other names... This is not the way people like to do banking and services. If you really can't afford to run please don't give false promises and then take back stating that we will give you this much of credit limit over the call at initial times and later when it comes to hand it will be somewr not even half... This is not the way how you should organize a bank and more over this is banking... If you really can't do it learn from other banks. Moreover i m fed up with this indusind... I m gonna stop all types of vanking services and transactuons so that i can be peaceful

      I am pankaj jain. I want to tell you that on 19/13/2017 at 10:02 pm i withdraw cash through an atm of hdfc bank the machine counted notes but they didn't came out of it and after 5 minutes a message of withdrawal of 10000 came to my phone i haven't received my amount back.

      Kindly do something. Please take strict action towards it and help me as fast as you can

I have not heard that banks are charging amount on debit card issuance... What the bank is this..? So please take immediate action against my complain and inform me as soon as possible...

          Despite of my repeated requests to indusind bank call center and email requests to reverse my credit card fee 54000/-+ interest and other cvharges from last one year around rs.90000/- from last one year i haven't got any resolution on my problem and my medical condition is not good from last one year and above i couldn't able to pay my credit card fee due to i met met with an serious accident.

          I'm using this card from last tghree years and requested for card upgrade with 48000/- fee plus service tax. Due to my sudden accident i incurred heavy expenditure for my medical expenses.

          Request you to help me to reverse the charges asap.

            I opened an individual current account in perungudi branch, omr road, chennai and my cheque was passed on 29th november 2017, today is 8th december and i have not even received an account number or any other details so far... I m unable to submit my inbound cheques from my clients for processing, or withdraw my money for the past two weeks... Since i so far don't even own an account... If this is the processing speed of your bank for opening an account itself, tell me one good reason why i should bank with indusind

              2. I would like to explain the gist of the mails briefly for your kind perusal. The details are as under. (For more details please refer the trailing mails).
              (A) i intimated your customercare that we had passed on the otps to fraudster unknowingly expecting that our pending refund of cinema tickets in bangalore would get resolved.

              (B) the above intimation within minutes of the transactions with mobikwik we intimated to your customercare.

              (C) your customercare intimated me not to worry as the mobikwik transactions are still under process at your bank end and would be reversed.

              (D) i was happy with the above assurance from your customercare expecting that the transactions would be reversed and i will not be losing the rs 36, 000/- involved.
              (E) due to the above assurance from your customercare, i had not taken up with mobikwik expecting that your customercare would take up with mobikwik immediately and would reverse the transactions as promised.

              (F) but the promised reversal did not happen as the indusind processed the transactions in favour of mobikwik and had not taken up with them instantly. It means that they had not acted on my complaint.
              (G) mobikwik intimated me later that had indusind taken up immediately with them after the complaint was lodged by me, they would have immediately refunded the amount.
              (H) but indusind did not act at all through taking up with mobikwik based on my complaint, which was lodged within minutes of the transactions.

              (I) other security checks like mentioning the transaction amount is not there in your otps that was the root cause for the problem.

              (J) had indusind acted immediately after my complaint by taking up with mobikwik, i would have got back the entire amount refunded and the same did not happen.

              3. Kindly peruse sir the above and the details in the trailing mails, and cause for refund of the amount of rs.36, 000/-

              I was forced to take the indus ind credit card of your bank & it was not working i have returned the card to the bank & cancelled the card but now i am getting the sms outstanding of rs 300/- pl solve .
              I put my withdrawal pin but suddenly the light is gone in ATM after that the I received a message that I withdrawal 1000 but I can't get my cash because of electricity gone...so strictly take action on this ...
              Third party member Karthik calls me and messages me on my personal Watsapp and ask for information as payment mode and when did u make payment .I made payment 2 days ago and he is calling continuously back to back like 100 of times .. I want justification of that and an apology else k ll go to consumer Court

                This is one more negligence from your side.

                I have already sent you an email on [protected]@indusind.com on 6th of December 2017.
                Nobody called me back or replied to my email till date its been 50+ Hours now.

                Sir, I was make emi of the above vehicles time to time. I received a message to collect the noc from the Vizag_ATT branch. Now I approach the branch to collect the noc, the bank Manager asking R/s.14000/- per noc. Hence I request you issue our noc as an early date alongwith our bank loan stmt. (ATT00116L & ATT00117L)
                Who resolved it ... It's still open...
                Bank and its cutomer support all are careless ...

                Sab sales ke log baitha rakhe hain bus ...

                  Iam nithya, have a a/c with iob, karpagam college branch, coimbatore. I have used indusind bank located in eachanari on 15..10.17 @12.21 for withdrawal of rs.5000/-.

                  I have received rs.5000/- once but the amount credited twice in my account. After that in this situation, dated 16.10.17 & 24.10.17 i was submitted requests to iob, karpagam college branch, coimbatore.
                  And also mailed to atm-txns. But the amount was not yet returned till date.

                  Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

                  I had complained about my twice debited cash of Rs.5000/- in Indusind bank ATM center.My complaint ID is 1798874.No representatives had contacted me from Indusind bank and also no correct response from my bank (Indian Overseas Bank).
                  So, kindly help me in this matter to get my cash back.We are from middle class family. and also its my cash.How to leave it.

                    Hi,

                    I opted for indusind credit card with the promise from sales agent to get wrist watch worth inr 1200/-. However, it was false promise made, hence i raised the complaint to customer care to which they responded with "sorry" call. Even after raising the complaint, management didn't draw any attention.

                    Hence, i deliberately transacted some amount and allowed interest to accumulate up to inr 1200/-. Afterwards i paid the principal amount and didn't pay interest. I communicated entire scenario every time i got call from debt collector and requested someone from management to give me a call back, which never happened. It's been a you people are ruining my credit score.

                    I never defaulted single payment from any other bank credit card or loan.

                    Recently, i raised the issue by emailing them to deactivate credit card and removing from database and stop sending details to cibil.

                    These people don't understand the difference between someone who doesn't pay and someone who is unsatisfied and not paying.

                    Hence i am raising this complaint in this forum.

                      While in call the marketing people said that the limit will be 5 times more from the gross salary i earn and i was given a promise from marketing people and also when i received a verification call from mumbai the same promise was again given to me.

                      But now i have received the card in which the limit is just 1* my gross salary, which is useless for me. I have clearly explained them (Marketing people & also the tele verification officers) that i dont want a card the limit is less than 1.0 l.

                      Its absolutely waste of time and no respond from the marketing person and the telecaller who was coordinating with me for this credit card.

                      I request you to increase the credit limit as promised by the indus-ind bank employees or else i might have to take this issue to rbi for clarification.

                          Hi team,

                          I got a call from indusind bank representative who was offering a lifetime free credit card with more than 1 lakh limit and initial one time fee of 500 rs. She told me that the fee will be normalized by giving you a sodexo of 500 rs and you will get some goodies too, including watch. Also, she told me about referal benefits, so i have referred my brother who was in search of his first credit card.

                          However, i regret my decision now. After getting the card the first shock was the credit limit. I got a limit of 90k and my brother whose salary is nearly as much as mine got only 50k. Moreover, even after 15 days, we didn't get any kind of goodies or sodexo or watch, no referal bonus and nothing.in this time we totally forgot about the initial fee of 500rs which converted to more than 1000 bucks in a month with interest. As i didn't want to affect my cibil score, i paid the whole amount for both cards and from the day i have paid the amount, my brother and i didn't use those cards, so now i just want to close those.

                          Finally, i just want to know that is this your marketing strategy to make a fool out of a person and grab as much money as you can. Here, i won't ask you for refund or anything as i know you will just make a way through it and won't pay me a penny in return, instead you will eat my precious time. So, just requesting you to help me to close those credit cards immediately.

                            Sir,
                            Today on 29/11/2017 at around 17:10 when i went to atm at abani dutta road howrah (Atm id: mn002910) to withdraw cash frtom my debit card when i reach the atm on my two wheeler i found fully atm gate is occupied by the fruits vendor, i have not found any place to park my vehicle so i parked around 50 meters away from the said atm there is not even space the i can walk easily.
                            When i enter the atm and ask the security guard about the encroachment he started shouting on me i do not know why but he does not listen to me he misbehaving with me in a very rude manner i am asking in a very low voice and he was behaving like he will throw me out
                            Sir i am using banking services for so many years i have never gone thrpogh this experience for confirmation you can check cctv footage of the said atm.
                            Sir this is my humble request to please look into the matter as soon as possibel and take necessary action as per law and banking policies.

But not receive... And [protected] vijayawada reginional cell phone number also fake... Hundred times call... But there is no reponse... Immediate my car loan noc given... If there is no respinse file a consumer case against you...

                                I am asked to deposit an extra amount of minus balance, i am not using this a/c since months. After depositing that amount they are calling me to say that there is more amount remaining that i need to deposit otherwise it will keep on increasing. Talked to me very badly and the employee did not clarify my doubts, disconnected the phone in between..

Visakhapatnam car loans division could not respond properly... Today very urgent loan clear certificate pl. Directions to visakhapatnam (Ap) division immediately my car loan clearence certificate.. If any delay.. Filed a case in consumer form at vsp as legal proceedings... Hence ones again i request you to kindly issue immediately...

                                  Hi,
                                  I have a indusind credit card with the limit of 102000 and used 80000. I requested to convert the amount into 6 emi's. They converted 80500 and 80000 into 6 emi's altogether 161000 converted into 6 emi's however i took only 80000. I paid all the emi's without checking the statement as i have been getting the message on my cell for the due amount. After all the emi;s paid i checked the statement and came to know the fraud. I complain many times with the customer care and mailed to card services and head card services but they are replying as they can not refund the amount. Now i again used the amount and stopped paying the balance then some goons from indusind started threatening me over call.

                                    I have received a credit card bill from indusind bank for which i have neither applied nor have i received any credit card. The bill reflects card joining fee of rs.500/- and gst of rs.90/-.
