Indusind bank employee cheat me when selling me to make the card he told me there is no annual fee but in first month they charged me card fee then i have raised the matter the said employee give me money to pay the fee still i am not using this card for buying goods but in nov 2017 bank send me statement i have call in bank customer care no and block the and as per cc executive i have destroyed the card but bank continuously...

I have to receive some large amount of money from some company which has linked up with indusind bank. From the last 2 months the bankers keep on charging different processing fees from me and still their neft and rtgs showing no result nor providing utr no. I have the account no.in which i transfered the fees. Kindly see to it. Hoping to get justice....

I have been using this card nearly one year in the platinum card. I have noticed sometimes notification message or mail didn't send to the customer for reminder notification. It should be sending to them pro rata basis at least one time.

There are charging late payment fee for this so please take a necessary action to provide the permanent solution.

Employees not treating the customers in a nice manner and making to wait for a long time and not providing proper instructions.

When we went to avail aadhar service @ velachery branch, they are not providing proper details, not coordinating the process in a proper way. Waited for 2 hours and returned back without work done.

Aadhar services extended on saturdays for customer's convenience and bank are in tie up...

I am yokesh, existing customer for indus ind bank loan service. At the outset, i was very disappointment with the way indus ind bank behaved with me. It is like a cheating. I took a personal loan from indus ind bank.

I informed the executive of indusind bank that the loan amount required is 2.25lakhs. They assured this and promised me the roi as 11.99%...

For my car loan emi, i submitted cheque for each due. All my cheque are cleared except my last due. Bank has missed the cheque. There's no response from local branch, toll free number and for my emails.

Till now my last month due was not cleared and my loan also not closed.

Local branch representative asking me to pay again the last due.

What i want to do?...

I have finance motor bike from ur bank now i wish to pay lum sum pending amount, but ur agency holder give misbehae and use unparliament language and say i pick ur bike i[censored] dont give payment but i say how much relaxation from ur bank. So i[censored] dont take any action i go for consumer court. So i wish to dissolve this same before 28feb 2018.
So give the favourable action earliest.

My name is Parvesh Goyal and I am a resident of Bangalore. One of the employee from Indusind Bank credit card department named Mr Vansh Mulani (his mobile number is[protected] and his email id is [protected]@gmail.com) called me and told me that he is a team leader of Indusind Bank credit card department in Bangalore and he was looking my credit card application (which I had applied one year ago) and the same couldn't be processed...

Since i currently applied for a top up loan on my existing house loan with hdfc bank, i was supposed to close my personal loan which i am having with indusind bank as per banking norms to receive the loan amount i currently applied with hdfc bank.

I have went to withdraw money from mahagun metro mall, vaishali sector 3, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh 201010 atm and entered 1000 rupees to withdraw but i got only 600 (6*100) rupees by atm machine.

In these days otp is mandatry for every transaction so why my card is still doing transactions of 30 usd or 44 usd on web somewhere in isupportclient.com at first i got 1usd transaction i knew what will be happen in next days so i blocked my card. Bt still mentioned transactions are successfully made then reversed why.in the point of security these transactions not tobe made at first. If transactions can be made there...

Actually in my account suddenly rs = 130 deducted without get any deduction alert sms even in my mail from bank's side. When i was logging in net banking it was showing less amount. So i m humbly requesting that please refund that amount which deducted from your's side. And i believe will take positive action for this case. I will wait duemail to positive response thanks
