I have received a bill of rs.590, for a indusind credit card which i never saw. My documents were given to an agent for upgrading current existing hdfc card and was used to open a new indusind credit card without my knowledge. I realized it when i was cleaning for receiving the card by courier person. Since i had no other plans for a new credit card, i told him to return it.
Later, i confirmed the same when a call was received from indusind bank. Today, i have a bill of rs. 590, of a card which i never saw and never used.
I don't understand what is logic behind this.
Please make sure, i don't receive any further communication on this regard, take care of the bill.
I am already in discussions with a legal advisor on moving legal complaint against the agent who had misused personal documents.
