My card no. Is [protected] namhe of harsh garg. Bank issue my credit card butafter 10 days bank cancxelled my credit card. Tab tak me 50000 use kar chauka tha tha. Ab me customer care par ph karta hu to muje puri jaan kaari nahi dete ki mera card kyu cancel kiya. Aur fir cancel karne ke baad 3450 ka charges laga diya. Mene iske against online complaint daali. Unhone kaha aapko 4 days me msg aa jayega but 10 din ho gaye koi process nahi ho raha.
Please extra charges remove kar dijiye jaldi se jaldi.

    Hi,
    I requested for closure of my Savings account at IndusInd bank (Dombivli branch) on 18th August'2017.

    Account holder's Name: Shama Ahmed
    Account No:[protected].

    The bank representative asked me to surrender ATM card, cheque books and withdraw balance. Hence, I did the same.

    Today, I got a call from IndusInd Bank asking me to pay Rs. 324 for non-maintainence of monthly average balance for August'2017 since they received the request from other branch today.

    I informed her that I had placed the request for cancellation on 18th Aug'2017 hence it is not my fault that the account was not closed till now.

    I am being harrased for the mistake done by IndusInd bank employees. Please help.

      I am change My company, as per previous company salary account in your Bank. If company doesn't deposit salary for three months account automatically closed other bank.salary account zero balance but bank charges for closing this account.we submit cheque book and debit card to bank that time i paid Rs.800/- as per bank say, for closing this account.
      but again bank say to pay Rs.950/- for closing this account.

And to day next bill was serve by huda with penality of last not paid bill. And to day i came to know that last bill was not credited.

        Dear sir,
        I, mahesh prasad gaur having one saving/salary a/c no[protected] with your ajmer branch. On 7/9/17 i withdrawl 2500/- two times from your branch atm but both the times it didn't disb actually (Both the time atm system restart) and i got the msg that both the time money deducted from my a/c same time i contacted your branch official's and put complaint for both withdrawl so on 11/9/17 one withdrawl of 2500/- reverse into my a/c but second withdrawl of same amt of - 2500/- still pending till date and its being 10 days, also it seems no action have been taken on my complaint as normally 24 hours it takes to reverse back the money but in this case nothing is happening and i am daily checking my a/c but still not credited back also meeting/asking your branch official's but they says that it will be done - but not done till date. Also they told me that if within 7 days it will not be done that @100/- per day will be bear by bank as panalty.
        Pls arrange to do it on priority with @100/-.

          I am an nri and have transferred money to india and now for no apparent reason the nre/nro account has been blocked with no updates from the customer service.

          I cannot even transfer money internally within the accounts. Its been more than 10 working days now and re-kyc has not been done. Worst form of service from a bank! Period. Something like your bank account getting locked for 10 days and your own money you cannot withdraw or gets frozen!!
          Going forward i would avoid these small corner shop like banks at all cost.

            I have been account holder at your bank bearing account[protected]. Last month, a sum of rs.10000 was deposit for the locker rent in your bank. Bank is deducting non maintenance charges from my saving account without giving any information but the locker charges is pending till date i claim a refund for the same as when my account was opened on zero balance with the sceme of mediclaim of religare. But my account is debited with the charges of non-maintainence. Kindly do needful for this. Due to your bank officers fault i am facing this problem.
            There is absolutely no doubt that this was an erroneous deduction. Kindly scrutinize the error and refund the amount back into my account. I would be grateful if this could be done without further delay as i want to surrender my locker. If you didnt take any action regarding this than i ll exclaited this matter in the bank ombudsman.

              Hello,
              This is kshitij raut...
              I had applied for credit card in indusind bank 3 months back. It was approved and i was supposed to get my credit card in 2 months back only. But i didnt get it as address was put wrongly in indusind bank database. I corrected it by calling customer care executive.
              Still i didnt get my credit card... Courier guy called me and said address is wrong again... This happens 4 times... Even i got mail about credit card bill e-statement
              If i didn't get my credit card yet how come it get activated and i got mail for bill?

              Even then for the sake of cibil score i paid bill also.

              Still i didnt get my credit card. I tried calling 5th time and at last they told me that credit card is being cancelled because address in database cannot be updated. I lost my money without using this card.

              Please guys dont go for indusind credit card. These people are thieves.

                Received sms from indusind bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                Today I also get a call and the executive is trying to misguide me to forcefully accept the service. I don't know from which side IndusInd Bank or Oneassist the executive is. I have got the call from 02261593600 number. Please do the needful action as I am unable to stop this oneassist service though I have got the SMS to cancel it with reference number 15091747087. The customer care executive is threatening me to impose the Charges of Rs 700 or more on it. So please cancel this service for me as per standard charges.

                    We were given form for correction of aadhar address and other details. According we went to infusing bank ltd devote road siliguri. Ifsc code indb0001042. We dropped in by 11.00 am. With form to change address. My mom and i went there for the same. They asked us to wait. We waited for almost 1 hour. Then i went to branch head and said am pregnant and it's my 9th month running but he said first we will give priority to our staff then our branch customers and then to others.in this condition they kept us waiting and said we will give priority only to our branch customers.. So you have to wait. After this i went and said them that even we have our current account in this bank but golden plaza branch...in spite of all this we kept waiting and by 1.25 pm we left without getting our work done.
                    This is the service they offer. We think we are the proposed customers for this branch and are customer with other branch. If this is the kind of service you people offer then am disheartened to say neither i not anyone of my family members nor my friends will get connect to you. A

                      I navneet bindra was issued a signature debit card on 29 may 2016 without my consent the card i never received and i came to know about the charges on 30 july 2017 when going through my bank statements.
                      The bank had charged issuance charge or 5700 on 29 may 2016, when i raised a complain the assistance branch manager of rajouri garden, new delhi miss pooja assured me issuance and annual charges will be refunded within one month, but i only received annual charges of 1800 charged in may 2017 and even after promising me whole refund including issuance charges now has stopped taking my calls

                        I applied for noc in tirumalgirry in hyderabad... They gave phone no for enquiry [protected]... But its switched off always... What a pathetic service... My home is 40kms away... How can i go there and check for service always... Even customer care is not helping me... They simply telling call that number... They are telling they don't have other number
                        ... Guys i beg u not to go for two wheeler loan here... Instead apply in hdfc or other banks for good service...

                          My account has been frozen without any warnings or prior notice due to a negative verification. Now that the account was active for some days i had transferred some funds into it which is stuck and cannot be used whatsoever.

                          If the verification was negative why did you activate my account?
                          And now that my money is stuck who is responsible for my losses?

                          Really a very bad name in the banking services. I will make sure that i convey my message loud and clear in as many social sites as possible.

                            After much request from the company, i got this card made. But then i did not use it. Again after much request from the company to use it, i used it in the month of jan for which the payment was duly made as well.

                            But since then the greed of the company has comeforth to the notice and the company has been unduly charging overdue payment interest late charges etc for no reason. I even contacted their customer care and asked then to cancel the card. They refused to do it and have been unnecessarily harassing me since then by sending repeated messages and email. About rs. 200 was pending in feb which i also i have duly paid. I dont know what the bank is upto.

                            I am so dissatisfied with the services of the company that neither i nor anyone in my circle i would ever want to own any product of this bank.

                            I need to initiate a formal complaint against the bank and take it forward from there.

                                  Two of indusind staffs came to my office, offered me to avail credit card of indusind bank by saying 2 totally false statements. First is i will always get a book my show movie ticket free of cost every month by this credit card. And second is the card is totally free of cost having no charges for availing it. I applied for the credit card and immediate in the first month annual charges got debited. Also no free movie ticket is available in any month. While i am trying to contact with the same person, who had come to me for selling cc, his brother saying that he has left the job.
                                  I had taken the card in interest of the above 2 reasons only, which are only false statements made for selling cc. So please guide me to surrender the credit card.
                                  I have already hdfc & sbi's credit, and i am very much happy with them with lots of benefits also. No need to continue with ibl cc which has no extra benefits.

                                    Hi all,

                                    Regarding indusind credit card offers/benefits explained during the card issued. There are many such offers explained as i have taken vip platinum card.

                                    But bank is telling nothing is applicable on the card and they are telling simply in one sentence. They are not telling the solution. The behavior is like we had banana and cutted it. That is it and they don't want to ready to listen whether the fruit is good or not.

                                    I asked for transfer my emi option to another bank. They said no.

                                    They blocked credit card themselves and they sent mail to me that they are going to submit in cibil with their own reasons.
                                    Without solving my concerns. This is the way they are playing with me and i am alone struggling with my concerns with bank from 2 months. But no one is responding on that. Very interestingly they are asking me the their staff details who issued the card. I asked them give all your staff details to me.. So that i can tell to you who is that culpit. This is the way their games with customers. So i am putting complaint for best solution

                                      Hi i applied for indusind bank credit card for my wife for free of cost life time free card but when i recieved the card same day i got message that i have outstanding of 26000/- rs
                                      I approached banker he said us to sign some documents its been 4 months and now bill is for 45000/-
                                      And i also have a fix deposit in this bank. Bank official telling me now this amount will be deducted from my fixed deposit and i came to know i was charged to vouchers which i never recieved and at the time of applying we were told that these vouchers are for free please solve my issue thanks

                                      Sir if you do phone on customer care number they verify your account details and say pls on hold then gayab kitni der phone line par bane rahe koi reply nahi then again phone to customer care same as it is repeat only verify details and hold you on phone kitna irritate and pagal banate hai apne customers ko ye indusind bank wale inke against koi action utana chaiye bank wale customer care par pata karo and customer care wale gayab kaun solve karega hamari problem

                                        I have received a bill of rs.590, for a indusind credit card which i never saw. My documents were given to an agent for upgrading current existing hdfc card and was used to open a new indusind credit card without my knowledge. I realized it when i was cleaning for receiving the card by courier person. Since i had no other plans for a new credit card, i told him to return it.

                                        Later, i confirmed the same when a call was received from indusind bank. Today, i have a bill of rs. 590, of a card which i never saw and never used.

                                        I don't understand what is logic behind this.

                                        Please make sure, i don't receive any further communication on this regard, take care of the bill.

                                        I am already in discussions with a legal advisor on moving legal complaint against the agent who had misused personal documents.
