This is vikas anjne and from hyderabad, and this is regarding my two wheeler loan noc. I taken two wheeler loan from indusind bank ltd, loan no. Aaa01630h vehicle no. Ts13ee0221. I have cleared all emis. One of the executives said you’ll be receiving the noc with in 21 working days. I went to the attapur branch to check whether the noc has come or not, they said your request has not been updated, so come after another 21 working days. So again i went and they said its not come, as soon as it comes we will call you. Please let me know when will i get the noc.

One more thing i would like to bring to your notice is the the attitude of the executives is not at all to the standards of your company, which i seen in high esteem. I request you again take some necessary action for getting my noc as soon as possible.

    I have purchased one hero duet from neelam motors through indusind bank finance balasore branch on 23/09/2017. The cost of the said vehicle is rs.54812 and rs.500 for hypothecation. I have paid rs.25122 by cash for initial payment of the vehicle and rest amount of rs.30190 has been taken loan from indusind bank finance division balasore. They have fixed emi rs.2470 for 17 month. I think that the processing fees and interest have been charged by the bank very high which is not justified. I have a savings bank account no.[protected] with indusind bank balasore. Therefore i have trusted indusind bank personnel who were available at neelam motors balasore authorised dealer of hero company. They have approached me for loan. But now i have doubt for taking high amount from me. My loan reference no. P[protected] greetings received from indusind bank cfd chennai. I have not received any other loan documents till now. Hence you are requested to look into the matter and give justice to the customer like me.

    They have not explained me anything about loan. They got sign from me on the blank agreement paper. They did not disclose loan amount. They did not give bifurcation detail like processing fees, interest rate etc. Whenever I am going to know about the details they are reluctant to give details and misbehaving me. I have visited four times for obtaining the money receipts for Rs. 25122 and loan details but they did not listen my concern. Therefore I have lost time, energy and money for such type of activity by them. Now Puja Offer is available but they have not provided the low interest rate offer. Therefore I am not feeling good for such type of behaviour by them. So you are requested to look into the matter and do needful.

    It is very unfortunate to receive such type of messages from you. It is also surprised that till date I have not been disclosed the loan amount against which EMI 2470 to be paid for 17 months. Further no documents have been received against loan till date. Money receipts has not been received for down payment for 25122 which I have paid in cash. Therefore you are requested to arrange to supply the above documents for my official purpose.

    Today I have visited Dealer Neelam Motors Balasore and asked IndusInd personnel for loan details and money receipts for the down payment amount Rs. 25122 . They have revised sales invoice and submitted the money receipt amount for Rs. 22672 towards down payment. They have refunded differential amount Rs.2450. They have also disclosed that this amount will be taken unofficially. Therefore it is a matter of lack of transparency . I have been misguiding by them since 23.9.17. My faith is lost on IndusInd Bank for such type of misconduct and corrupt practice by the IndusInd personnel available at the dealer Neelam Motors Balasore. I have been harassed since more than one month. Further interest charges are very high which is not reasonable and justified.Loan details has not been received till date. Please look into the matter.

      Received sms from indusind bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        1. Just now I received a SMS from you saying that the reversal is not approved.

        2. You can't answer better than that and I anticipated it with my experience with you in the series of senseless replies you had given to me.

        3. You are the main culprit in my case as Your Customer Care told me when I gave complaint within minutes of Transactions that:

        " YOU DO NOT WORRY -THE TRANSACTIONS HAVE NOT BEEN PROCESSED AND WILL BE REVERSED"

        (Please check your recorded conversation with me). Had your Customer care immediately alerted Mobikwik, the entire amount would have come back to me.
        4. Had your Customer Care told me to take up with mobikwik immediately, I would have got back best portion of my money . Now I Could get back only Rs.1349/-.

        5. I definitely have not understood in this electronic age, you want 45 days to 60 days to resolve a dispute.

        6. The case is very weak against you and you will get fully exposed with my case.

        7. On the following points I will take up legally and in media against you and I already prepared my case for fighting against you.

        (a) Your CustomerCare told me when I gave complaint within minutes of Transactions that:

        " YOU DO NOT WORRY -THE TRANSACTIONS HAVE NOT BEEN PROCESSED AND WILL BE REVERSED" Had your Customer care immediately alerted Mobikwik, the entire mount would have come back to me.

        The above is vindicated by the fact that Mobikwik were faster and within seconds have responded to my complaint lodged recently. I should have approached mobilkwik immediately but I approached you wrongly as your SMS says contact customer care if you have not done the transactions and you miserably failed and it seems to be that you are watching misery of your customer with enjoyment.

        (b) You SMS alerts do not have amount. Had the amount been mentioned, this situation would not have come at all.

        (c) By all these delays the Bank had assisted the Fraudster to get away with the fraud.

        (d) Such inept attitude of bank will lead to more and more frauds as Fraudsters know that they can easily escape because Banks need 45 to 60 days sweet time to finally respond negative.
        9. The Primary case will be fought against you for misleading Customer and not acting promptly.

        10. In view of the above, please refund the amount of Rs.36, 000/- with interest and credit to my bank Account, details in the trailing mail.

        2. I would like to explain the gist of the mails briefly for your kind perusal. The details are as under. ( For more details please refer the trailing mails).
        (a) I intimated your Customercare that we had passed on the OTPs to fraudster unknowingly expecting that our pending refund of Cinema Tickets in Bangalore would get resolved.

        (b) The above intimation within minutes of the transactions with mobikwik we intimated to your customercare.

        (c) Your Customercare intimated me not to worry as the mobikwik transactions are still under process at your Bank end and would be reversed.

        (d) I was happy with the above assurance from your customercare expecting that the transactions would be reversed and I will not be losing the Rs 36, 000/- involved.
        (e) Due to the above assurance from your customercare, I had not taken up with mobikwik expecting that your customercare would take up with mobikwik immediately and would reverse the transactions as promised.

        (f) But the promised reversal did not happen as the Indusind processed the transactions in favour of mobikwik and had not taken up with them instantly. It means that they had not acted on my complaint.
        (g) Mobikwik intimated me later that had Indusind taken up immediately with them after the complaint was lodged by me, they would have immediately refunded the amount.
        (h) But indusind did not act at all through taking up with mobikwik based on my complaint, which was lodged within minutes of the transactions.

        (i) Other security checks like mentioning the transaction amount is not there in your OTPs that was the root cause for the problem.

        (j) Had indusind acted immediately after my complaint by taking up with mobikwik, I would have got back the entire amount refunded and the same did not happen.

        3. Kindly peruse Sir the above and the details in the trailing mails, and cause for refund of the amount of Rs.36, 000/-

        4. I request for your kind intervention Sir for refund of the amount of Rs.36, 000/-.

          My credit card bill for this month is rs. 49704 in which there is a single transaction of amount 42, 299, for which i requested for emi conversion. But from bank's end you converted the emi of whole amount which was 49704. And it took almost 6 days for conversion.

          I requested them to cancel my emi for whole amount on 16-sep-2017. But its not done till now. If now you convert the correct emi as per my requirement then it will also take 5-6 days again and my last date of bill payment is 23-sep-2017. I will not going to pay any late fee for this as this is bank's mistake not mine.

          You can also check recordings of call that what amount i confirmed to be converted to emi

          If I goes to convert the correct amount convert to EMI after cancelation of wrong EMI You will take 6 more days and you will charge late fee for this. I am very dissapointed by the service that you providing.

            On 19 the sep going for online dating account when i fill application all done but suddenly after online payment (For account opening) 11200/- through debit card.. The site invisible.. No email no message. That your account no and so and so... Calling.. Daily for update.. Cheated me.. And their customer care executive good for nothing never satisfied their customers..

              I have been getting call from indusind bank past 3 days from numbers:
              [protected], 48381807.
              They are saying someone i know only by name has taken loan from them and not returned, even after me constantly telling them that i have no contact with that person, they are calling me daily and saying that i will be in trouble and that they will call people in my known and say that i am at fault. I have no clue about anything and getting such kind of calls from bank which is just not acceptable.
              Please look into the matter on urgent basis.

                From last 2 years i am using the indusind bank credit but last month i have not paid the amount whatever i used. One of your executive frequently calling me and making me disturb to pay the amount and even that she is sending the whatsup and sms ([protected]) also regarding payment of bill and talking me so badly. From the number from which she is calling is [protected]
                Even i told her, after seeing my bill that late fine and interest already imposed so i will pay before the due date of this month.
                But she is not understanding and calling me. So i have decided that i will pay the due amount and i will surrender the indusind credit card. So it is humbly request to send me the process to surrender it.
                Further, it is also to inform your that from last 7 years i am using the hdfc bank credit card but not a single day anyone has called me regarding payment of bills.

                  Dear sir,

                  My dad took an auto loan from siliguri & i was his guarantor. I am now seeking a new car loan for myself & i checked my cibil score to find that you have listed me as a defaulter for last two emis.

                  I checked with my dad who use to pay the emis & he informed that he paid all the emis but he told me that your executive from darjeeling visited our place for the remaining dues but since we didn’t had any balance so my dad inquired what is this due? He was told that you guys have renewed our car’s insurance but to the surprise we were not informed at all. We already did the insurance when it was due & how come you can do the insurance & if at all you did, then you should inform us well in advance. We were shocked that when your executive told us that they renewed the insurance 8 months back & didn’t bothered to inform anyone.

                  This is very unethical from the esteemed bank like yours. Can you please remove the balance from my cibil so that it starts looking good as i need to apply for another auto loan.

                  Also please issue us the noc for the loan.

                      Hi,
                      I requested for closure of my Savings account at IndusInd bank (Dombivli branch) on 18th August'2017.

                      Account holder's Name: Shama Ahmed
                      Account No:[protected].

                      The bank representative asked me to surrender ATM card, cheque books and withdraw balance. Hence, I did the same.

                      Today, I got a call from IndusInd Bank asking me to pay Rs. 324 for non-maintainence of monthly average balance for August'2017 since they received the request from other branch today.

                      I informed her that I had placed the request for cancellation on 18th Aug'2017 hence it is not my fault that the account was not closed till now.

                      I am being harrased for the mistake done by IndusInd bank employees. Please help.

If company doesn't deposit salary for three months account automatically closed other bank.salary account zero balance but bank charges for closing this account.we submit cheque book and debit card to bank that time i paid Rs.800/- as per bank say, for closing this account.

On 7/9/17 i withdrawl 2500/- two times from your branch atm but both the times it didn't disb actually (Both the time atm system restart) and i got the msg that both the time money deducted from my a/c same time i contacted your branch official's and put complaint for both withdrawl so on 11/9/17 one withdrawl of 2500/- reverse into my a/c but second withdrawl of same amt of - 2500/- still pending till date and its being 10 days, also it seems no action have been taken on my complaint as normally 24 hours it takes to reverse back the money but in this case nothing is happening and i am daily checking my a/c but still not credited back also meeting/asking your branch official's but they says that it will be done - but not done till date. Also they told me that if within 7 days it will not be done that @100/- per day will be bear by bank as panalty.
                          Pls arrange to do it on priority with @100/-.

                            I am an nri and have transferred money to india and now for no apparent reason the nre/nro account has been blocked with no updates from the customer service.

                            I cannot even transfer money internally within the accounts. Its been more than 10 working days now and re-kyc has not been done. Worst form of service from a bank! Period. Something like your bank account getting locked for 10 days and your own money you cannot withdraw or gets frozen!!
                            Going forward i would avoid these small corner shop like banks at all cost.

                              I have been account holder at your bank bearing account[protected]. Last month, a sum of rs.10000 was deposit for the locker rent in your bank. Bank is deducting non maintenance charges from my saving account without giving any information but the locker charges is pending till date i claim a refund for the same as when my account was opened on zero balance with the sceme of mediclaim of religare. But my account is debited with the charges of non-maintainence. Kindly do needful for this. Due to your bank officers fault i am facing this problem.
                              There is absolutely no doubt that this was an erroneous deduction. Kindly scrutinize the error and refund the amount back into my account. I would be grateful if this could be done without further delay as i want to surrender my locker. If you didnt take any action regarding this than i ll exclaited this matter in the bank ombudsman.

                                This is kshitij raut...
                                I had applied for credit card in indusind bank 3 months back. It was approved and i was supposed to get my credit card in 2 months back only. But i didnt get it as address was put wrongly in indusind bank database. I corrected it by calling customer care executive.
                                Still i didnt get my credit card... Courier guy called me and said address is wrong again... This happens 4 times... Even i got mail about credit card bill e-statement
                                If i didn't get my credit card yet how come it get activated and i got mail for bill?

                                Even then for the sake of cibil score i paid bill also.

                                Still i didnt get my credit card. I tried calling 5th time and at last they told me that credit card is being cancelled because address in database cannot be updated. I lost my money without using this card.

                                Please guys dont go for indusind credit card. These people are thieves.

                                  Today I also get a call and the executive is trying to misguide me to forcefully accept the service. I don't know from which side IndusInd Bank or Oneassist the executive is. I have got the call from 02261593600 number. Please do the needful action as I am unable to stop this oneassist service though I have got the SMS to cancel it with reference number 15091747087. The customer care executive is threatening me to impose the Charges of Rs 700 or more on it. So please cancel this service for me as per standard charges.

                                      We were given form for correction of aadhar address and other details. According we went to infusing bank ltd devote road siliguri. Ifsc code indb0001042. We dropped in by 11.00 am. With form to change address. My mom and i went there for the same. They asked us to wait. We waited for almost 1 hour. Then i went to branch head and said am pregnant and it's my 9th month running but he said first we will give priority to our staff then our branch customers and then to others.in this condition they kept us waiting and said we will give priority only to our branch customers.. So you have to wait. After this i went and said them that even we have our current account in this bank but golden plaza branch...in spite of all this we kept waiting and by 1.25 pm we left without getting our work done.
                                      This is the service they offer. We think we are the proposed customers for this branch and are customer with other branch. If this is the kind of service you people offer then am disheartened to say neither i not anyone of my family members nor my friends will get connect to you. A
