My name is Parvesh Goyal and I am a resident of Bangalore. One of the employee from Indusind Bank credit card department named Mr Vansh Mulani (his mobile number is[protected] and his email id is [protected]@gmail.com) called me and told me that he is a team leader of Indusind Bank credit card department in Bangalore and he was looking my credit card application (which I had applied one year ago) and the same couldn't be processed due to the pending of verification. He told me that I can get the credit card and this was only pending due to the non verification. I told him that I don't need any credit card as I am holding HDFC Diners Club Premium credit card but he insisted me that I will get good rewards and benefits with Indusind Bank credit card.
Actually I am having my housing LOAN, personal LOAN and business LOAN with Oriental Bank of Commerce. All the installments for the above said accounts are being paid regularly and there is no gap in between the repayment. My Cibil score is 812 as on 31.01.2018 and due to some technical error from Oriental Bank of Commerce, my data is not being synchronized with Cibil. I have already made complaint to Oriental Bank of Commerce in this regard.
I explained all the schenerio to Mr Vansh Mualni that there could be a problem to get the credit card as my full details are not being shown in Cibil and the enquiry will be shown in my Cibil report. He very assured to me that as he is a team leader, he would not let my application rejected and took all the documents (like my Pan Card, Aadhar Card, My landline bill, ITR acknowledgment and computation) and told that if bank will ask any other supporting documents, he will take from me (as I told him that I could arrange the regular repayment certificate from Oriental Bank of Commerce). I called him for 3-4 times to know the status of application. Every time I was told that it was underwriting. Now he is not taking any calls.
I am not worrying that the credit card is not issued to me (as I am already holding which is more than enough for me), but as you know whenever any bank checks Cibil report, the enquiry reflects in Cibil report and the same would be reflected in my Cibil report and with the same I am not comfortable. The employees you have hired like Mr Vansh Mulani, making people fool to fulfill their own ### targets and their own interests. You please look into the matter and make sure that your employees should not go beyond their limits and not to make people fool.

This is to inform you that i had use indus ind atm card at patel market lohiya, done three transaction with one transaction as failure &It has taken long time to process and at last the atm machine is down due to power failure. But the amount 3000 inr is deducted from my account. I wait till the atm machine start & cross check the balance amount 3000 inr is deducted from my account...
