Actually my account is domin on last two years and i will visit kalyan khadakpada branch on 5feb they lady inform me your account is domin i ask her when i reopne my account and deposited some amt any charges deducted my account she told no sir we can not charge single amt and only for debit card annual fee charge for nominal amt. Now iam check account statement it will some amount deducted my account for something maintance charges

      Someone approached me for credit card in Bangalore with joining fees 2500/-,
      (credit card no_[protected]) I had given all the documents and later i came to know that joining fees is 5000/-.

      Later I called to customer care and they said that joining fees is 5000/- with GST 900/-.I was not aware about your charges and totally misguided me from your executive.

      Request given for credit card cancellation due to non aware of the charges, one of your customer service executive was not ready to listen the customer issue.(

      Request you to kindly cancel the card without charging any charges.

        I took a loan from this bank for my car in 2014 and this stupid finance bank charged me with twice emi deduction in the month of july 2015.
        On speaking with very unprofessional anil sharma who looks after jhalawar district, they said they charged me for insurance as they haven’t received insurance certificate copy of my car for 2015 period from my side. After listening to this I Suddenly went to their office and what i saw in my insurance file was very shocking . All the insurance certificates was available in my finance policy file also i took pictures of that file, i have all the pics with me. When i told them regarding the same the reply they gave me was... “sir humare employ update krna bhul gaya tha and usne job chod di hai ab hum kuch nahi kar skte” i mean what the hell is this. They charged me with 35000rs. I need full refund including interest till date.

          The above a/c has been debited with rs.1, 770/- on 24th jan 2018 under narration “transfer/service charges chrg dc issuance[protected] 43639311xxxx7272”. This debit amount is against issuance of a second debit card by your ho. They informed me that i can use this card in all airport vip lounges. So i thought i can utilize in all international airports as i am a frequent worldwide traveler. Then i came to know that this card can use only in indian domestic airports.

          I called your call center and asked them to cancel the above card and refund the money. They agreed for the same. The conversation may be recorded. Till date nothing happened. Since it is a cheating by your bank, i request you to refund the money as soon as possible and cancel the second card.

              Sir I have asked for statement to your bank staff many times and branch manager also. I have given request form also 4, 5 days ago, but till date I have not received the same. One of your executive asked me that you can complaint against me. 10 times I have called him up for the same, Another staff said I have mail the statement to your mail ID. When I gone to your branch then he said your mail ID is wrong, please fill a new form with exact ID, I filled up with exact ID. But no response from your branch.

                I am indusland bank customer some of the financial criss i am unavailable to deposit my amount last 2month i have lost my job and suffering some web fraud.
                Since last one month i got threting and harshment and abusing calls and some gunda kind of people visiting my home and they doing mis beheviure with me and they torchering my family i told them i am suffring some financial issues that's why payment submit but they do not understand my problems
                I would like to request you to please stop this things other wise i can do susuide just because of indusland bank harshment.

                Hi Sir,

                This is to notify you regarding rude and harsh behaviour of the indusind bank staff. My name is Vijay Kumar and I am from Hyderabad. I have indusind credit card of 60k limit. I have done transaction through it many times and also was paying the due amount on time. But the problem arised when I have to resign from my job because of my father's poor health. And sadly he's no more. All these 6-7 months I am jobless also has some medical problems. Because of this I am not able to pay the minimum amount on time but still managing and paying with interest even after due date. I lost my mind and patience when these executives call for the payment and torturing above the limit. Also the collection executive is not at all professional looks like some gunda or rowdy type. They won't leave from my home until and unless I pay to them. Also I would like to notify you regarding one Senior Officer named Ramya. She is one very rude and pathetic executive I have ever spoken in my whole life. She don't know customer etiquettes and mannerisms. Don't know how to speak to customers. It's been utmost waste of energy speaking to her as she was not willing to listen to me. I do have audio recordings of her though it's in regional language Telugu. Before her call regarding the payment I got a call from another executive Bindu with whom I have told every problem related to me personal and official why I was unable to pay the amount on time. She said that she will extend the date and time for payment. And when I said the same thing to this Ramya, she saying who this executive to say so, giver her name and no and so on. Also mentally torturing me to pay the amount and speaking in demanding way as if I have taken the money from her. After finishing her call I again called Ms Bindu and confirmed about her name and all the details. She said that they are all trainees and speak in that way only. So I would like to give complaint against Ms Ramya and also the bank Indusind as they are not giving proper training to the trainees or whatso ever. Hope you will take the immediate and necessary actions against them.

                  With due respect i am to inform you that i purchased a motor cycle (Cbz extreme black) on 19/04/2011 and taken finance from indusind bank limited, dharmanagar branch and i have paid all the dues regularly and finally i collect the bank clearance certificate on due time. But accidently i lost this bank clearance certificate which is now very urgent for me because i want to sell my vehicle but the buyer is asking for the clearance certificate so without it i will not be able to sell my bike. It will be highly appreciable if you kindly do something so that i will be able to get the clearance certificate.
                  Therefore, i earnestly request to you please issue me a duplicate bank clearance certificate at your early convenience realising the importance of the same and i am ready to do necessary formalities, if any.

                    Hi,

                    I'm from hyderabad.in february ending 2018, i got a call from some indusind executive asking me for any interest in credit card, i said yes and applied for that. A guy came with the form, took id proofs, my previous credit card's statements. After some days i got call from some other indusind guy telling me that they are going to process my application. Now today is 19th of march and still now i didn't received any update on the credit card status, no mail no message nothing, not even an acknowledgement that they have initiated it. When i call them back, they are not even lifting my call.

                    I give you their numbers, please take an action. As they are having my id and address proofs with them with no response from them after all these days, i'm a bit scared now that what if they are fraud. I found the application form genuine as it is from indusind bank only, hoping that bank won't give it to anonymous people.

                      I have account with this bank since feb-2012 today i had one fake amount deduction query and i went to my nearest branch ashiyana lucknow for knowing the reason branch manager directly told me go to hazratganz where you have opened the account he told me each month he will deduct rs 400 +gst from my account if i will not maintain the amount rs. 10000 but i am using this since 6 year why same was not informed when i opened this account and why not informed still where it is mentioned i have checked in my banking also.
                      I told to manager for closure my account he directly told he need rs 1000 for closure the account

                      Now i will not keep a single rupees in this bank

                        I am holding saving account number[protected] in the name of ajit kumar huf, resident of house no.117, sector-25-b, mand gobindgarh (Pb). I would like to request a refund of debit card charges that have been applied to my account. You have taken rs.2950/- (Two thousand nine hundred fifty only) on dated 16/01/2018.

                        I mailed to bank on dated 15/02/2018 bank assure me to for response in three working days but bank replay to me on 24/02/2018 after so many days. And deny to reversal of debit card charges.

                        I was agree to opening account with minimum average monthly balance of rs.5000/- and you have debited rs. 2950/- of debit card charges, which is 59% of average monthly balance.

                        If i am able to pay huge amount of debit card charges of rs. 2950/- then, why i choose minimum balance of rs. 5000/-

                        During the telephonic conversation with your represented, i was agreeing to pay minimum charges of debit card. I. E 150 -250

                        I would like to request repayment of this.in form of demand draft.

                          This is to inform you that i had use indus ind atm card at patel market lohiya, done three transaction with one transaction as failure &It has taken long time to process and at last the atm machine is down due to power failure. But the amount 3000 inr is deducted from my account. I wait till the atm machine start & cross check the balance amount 3000 inr is deducted from my account...

                            I am canceling my credit card account with your company indusind bank credit card and i was paid the amount before 3 months november 2017 and my account balance is zero. i place a request for need closure letter on 02-march-2018 to your customer call relationship member they told 5 working days you get the letter but its take more than 7 working days but still now i never recieved closure letter from your side. So i need the closure letter for my account immediately. please close the following account in my name:

                                I applied for an indusind card and it was approved by the bank. After few days i received a message to update adhar, i was shocked as i have already given the details while applying for the card. I thought they missed it and asking for the adhar number to update in the account. I have provided the adhar number and after few days i received a message that, it has been rejected as the adhar is not matched. How it can be possible when adhar is updated with other banks and credit card. My adhar is linked with pan card as well.

                                I have sent the scanned copy of adhar as well and the bank again rejected it.

                                I want my adhar to be updated in the account.

                                  Indusind bank employee cheat me when selling me to make the card he told me there is no annual fee but in first month they charged me card fee then i have raised the matter the said employee give me money to pay the fee still i am not using this card for buying goods but in nov 2017 bank send me statement i have call in bank customer care no and block the and as per cc executive i have destroyed the card but bank continuously sending me the statement with adding late payment charges i have call in bank cc for why you're sending me statement as i have already blocked the card but they refused to discontinued the same. I am very disappointed for bank services.

                                      I have to receive some large amount of money from some company which has linked up with indusind bank. From the last 2 months the bankers keep on charging different processing fees from me and still their neft and rtgs showing no result nor providing utr no.
