In the month of august 2017 i received a call from indusind bank official regarding the benefits of platinum aura card such as no joining fees & 0% interest on emi. After one month i received the monthly statment from bank which included a joining fee of 500 rs. Also while making the payment i knew that there is no emi facility available for this type of card. That persons name is khushi patil and her contact no. Is [protected].
I would request the indusind bank team to look into this urgently and find out the culprit.

    I am gnanavel n from musirit. On 14th 2015 i have purchased and hero passion pro from iyaappan agencies, kulithalai, karur dt., throu indusind bank two wheeler loan. Term of loan period was 24 months as monthly installment of rs. 2485 /-. I have completed the above loan term and fully paid the loan amout throu ecs way. On 21st august' 2017 my loan's last due was paid. By contact the bank, i was told that after september 15 i will receive the rc and noc from the local rep. But till now i have'nt receive the same. After various remainders by personel visit to the local rep, there is no fruiful result.

    So i humbly req. You to look into this matter, and send the rc & noc to me.

      I m a current a/c holder of induslnd bank and the bank staff debited my amt without any intimation and they provided me the debit card of rs 5000+tax and the same amt debited from my a/c which was not in my use and the atm card which they have charged i still not got that card also. After debited my a/c i have complaint several times in the branch but no one has taken action on this.

        I got a call from the number [protected] on 13Oct2017 claiming to be from IndusInd bank regarding personal loan. On inquiring where did she get this number, got a response that she got it from Prime Minster and started abusing me. I have recorded the entire conversion. Please let me know the escalations path

          the finance company picked up the tractor from the house and was not returning

          Sir/medam, i purchase a sonlika tractor on finance for indusind bank nohar in 2015. There is 8 install of rs 70400 in six month. I pement 18 november 2016 installment 1/2-1/2, and last installment of 18 may 2017 is due. I can not payment of 18 may 2017 in difficult.           Dear indusbank team:
          My name is lakshmana, first of all i was not interested for applying the credit card. I forget the name of the lady, but i have the mobile no (+91 [protected]). She called me for multiple times and insisted for apply for credit card. During our discussion she has promised for multiple benefits for applying the indusbank credit card like free movie ticket booking, rewards points on fuel filing, etc... So i agreed for applying the credit card. On 8th october the credit card has arrived to my address, by seeing the features of the card i was shocked. Nowhere is matching what she was explained in call. I pinged her in whatsup about the justification of the card issued to me. But she was not responding to my messages.

          I would request you to look into the issue otherwise please cancel the card.

            Today 9.10.17 my indusind bank details are stolen and they have swiped for 50000 from melbourne and newzland.
            I have sent a dispute form waiting for response.
            I think indusbank cards are not safe to be used. Security system is not up to the mark.
            During that transaction i have not received any otp also. It has gone in dollars. I have not received any confirmation call also.

              Respected sir,
              I asked them to cancel the card but they are charging banking maintenance charges. I requested many times on phone to cancel the banking charges because i don’t owe anything to bank.

              Above are the service request numbers with bank. Everytime they said (Over email) they will cancel the unnecessary maintenance banking charges but every month sending me statement with fines and fines accumulating banking charges after clearing my entire due amount. This month i received due amount 6311.56 but i didn’t use card for single paise in that 6311.56 rupees. All are banking maintenance charges.
              They started with charges from 1100 rupees some months back and not it is 6311.56 though i told them many time i don't owe anything and they agreed too.

              Please waveoff this amount and cancel my card. I will never need of indusind bank caredit card in the entire life.

                I took 16 lakhs loan on sep 2016, at that at time fore closure charges were different and are covered in policy document, but when i contacted the customer care to close on [protected], they say different story.

                Policy document fore closure condition : 4% of amount prepaid allowed only after repayment of 12 emis.

                  I have applied for the indusind bank amex iconia credit card and credit card executive of indusind bank told me that i will have to pay rs. 10, 000/- as joining fees and i will received a gift voucher for the amount of rs. 10, 000/- valid for a period of 6 months. Now i have received a mail for selection of the type of voucher but it is mentioned in the mail that the gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and only 3 months from the date of receipt for which bank executive have not told me anything. The voucher is valid for me only after the receipt of code and not from the date of issue. I have been clearly misguided by the bank executive.

                        I am using indusind credit card and i got to know today from customer care that even if i have paid 90% of my due amount, interest will be charged on the full due amount and also on the unbilled transactions that i have made in the new cycle. I don’t understand how does this make sense. How can you put interest charges on my unbilled transactions when the due date has not even come. How can you also charge me interest on the amount that i have already paid from the total outstanding. This is cheating from indusind bank to the consumer.                           I, kumuda chandra pradhan using induslnd credit card ([protected]), yesterday night at 11.22 pm, rs 30000/- debited from my credit card without any information. After first deduction i immediately called to customer care at 11.26 pm to block my card but my credit card was not blocked by customer care and, they have tried to debit 30000 again but it was not successful and again debited amount of 10000/- twice from my account.
                          Total rs 50000/- has been deducted from my credit card and there was no confirmation asked me like otp. This seems to be very serious security concern as i had taken your bank card and could not find security of my money.
                          As per received messages i found that amount may be transferred in a wallet of [protected] and also used some amount for paying of mobile bills. (All reference are enclosed)
                          It is request to please investigate this matter and get the amount back in my credit card and till then kindly block my card until i give you confirmation in written at your branch office.

                              My name is arvind kumar i m the customer of indusind since last 4 years..
                              @the date od 27/09/2017 i got a sms abt the deduction of 84.24 usd (Rs5378) with makeing any payment i checked my credit card details i found deduction @ the date of 20/09/2017 but i received sms @ 27/9/2017.. With any otp with any pasword amount got deducted. I called up the helpline they said u make the payment at a grocery shop but in my unbilled details the merchant showing www.bodybulding.com... it was a totally fraud from indusind bank side dont trust on it... I blocked my card and i m going to close my a/c as well

The officials of the bank provide the details that they want a cheque for the amount of rs. 20, 000/- just for the security purpose and that we can withdraw that amount immediately after the opening of the bank account and the account will be opened within 5 days. We have received a message from the bank on 14th september, 2017 that your acc. Number[protected] have been reserved under "my account my number" scheme and our account have been debited with rs. 20000/- on 20th september, 2017.
                                Now its been several days we have not been responded by the bank officials.
                                Further we are receiving the calls from the indusind head branch office that your signs are not proper on the documents and cheque and the minimum required cheque amount was rs. 25000/-.
                                We want to know from the bank that if signatures are not valid then how would be the amount of rs. 20000/- withdrawn from the account and this was the responsibility of then banking official to tell us that they need a cheque of rs. 25000/-, why they accepted a cheque of rs. 20000/-.

                                Please provide the solution, indusind bank is totally harassing us.

                                    I have recharged one airtel no. [protected] for the amount of rs. 60/- on 14th sep. 2017 from my indusind iconia credit card using the indusind mobile app but no recharge amount have been received and my account got debited with rs. 60/-.
                                    Now i am neither getting any kind of satisfactory response from indusind bank and airtel nor they are ready to refund my amount.
                                    Indusind officials said that provide us a credit note from airtel that they have not received the money and airtel officials said that take to that service provider from wherever you have recharged.

                                    Please provide the solution.
