I ordered 4 Layer Stainless Steel Portable Folding Shoe Rack ordered (date[protected]order No [protected]) in industrybuying site it's delivered on[protected]. I receiving the product was not a good quality some product parts was not fit it's look like low quality so I raise the complaint on (complaint date[protected]support but they are teling return and refund only for damages and manufacturering defects not for the quality related issue..

I ordered a chair recently, from your website.
From the moment box package arrived, we are continuously calling, reporting, etc.
Entire legs portion, hydraulics, wheels 4 thing, basically the chair's leather portion came, not the bottom steel portion.
I have called many times, sent emails to your management Ms.Swati, Mr.Rahul, Customer Care team also.

I keep getting emails case is closed.
I have shared all the photos taken.
I don't have unbox videos. Not used to taking videos when we receive ecommerce products.

Please either let me return the box as we received it and or send us the legs portion. Please look at the photos to understand.

यह मेरा बहुत ही वास्तविक रिव्यु है, कभी भी industrybuying.com पर से ना खरीदें क्योंकि वह बहुत बुरे लोग हैं, कोई जिम्मेदार व्यक्ति नहीं है, जब आप आर्डर करते हैं तो सामने से बात करते हैं और आर्डर लेते हैं । लेकिन पैसा मिलने के बाद फोन भी रिसीव नहीं करते कोई सीनियर भी फोन रिसीव नहीं करता, वहां पे श्रीमान राहुल है जो सीनियर हैं पर बिलकुल भी जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं. ।

मैं अपना निजी अनुभव बता रहा हूं।

मैंने industrybuying.com 200 नंग LED टोर्च लाइट खरीदी थी जो की हमें हमारे एक कार्यक्रम में मेहमानों को उपहार में देना था. और हमने ऑर्डर देते समय कंडीशन रखी थी की डिलीवरी ५-६ दिन में चाहिए और श्रीमान राहुल हैं उन्होंने बोला की हम आपको डिलीवरी दे देंगे. मटीरियल दिल्ही से राजकोट आना था और वो बैटरी थी तो एर मोड़ पॉसिबल नहीं था, तो ट्रांसपोर्ट के लिए के लिए ५ दिन पर्याप्त हैं, ४ दिन बाद जब मटीरियल ट्रेक किया तो मटीरियल वही गुरुग्राम में ही पड़ा था तो उनको बोला तो वो बोले सर आपको जो बोला हैं उस दिन तक पहुंच जायेगा, मेने सोचा क्या ये लोग जादूगर हैं, एक दिन में इतना जल्दी कैसे पहुचायेंगे जब मटीरियल नहीं मिला तो फिर कॉल किया तो श्रीमान राहुल जी ने कॉल उठाना ही बंद कर कर दिया, उनकी सब असिस्टंट से मेने बात की और मेने बोलै की स्टेट्स क्या है तो बोली की वेंडर से अभी डिस्पेच नहीं हुआ, और मेने वेंडर का नंबर माँगा तो उन्होंने किसी से बात करके नंबर दिया, मेने वेंडर से बात की तो बोले की मटेरियल तो ४ दिन कोई लेने नहीं आया तो मेने पूछा वो कौन उठता हैं तो बोले industrybuying.com वाले ही उठाते हैं, फिर मेने industrybuying.com वालो का कोंटेक्ट किया और बोला तो वो बोले की ये तो हमारे कुरियर वाले उठाते हैं फिर उसका कोंटेक्ट नम्बर लिया तो उन्होंने बोला की आज डिस्पेच हो जायेगा, और मटेरियल डिस्पेच हुआ भी, फिर मुझे लगा की अब तो मटिरियल निकल गया तो ५ दिन में मिल जायेगा मेरी इवेंट के २ दिन पहेले मिलेगा. फिर जब इवेंट के ३ दिन पहेले मुझे मेसेज आया की आपका मटिरियल आउट फॉर डिलीवरी हैं, में खुश हुआ क्योकि मटिरियल अगर नहीं मिलता तो मेरी पूरी इवेंट ख़राब हो जाती, २ बजे के करीब डिलीवरी बॉय का कोल आया की मटिरियल कहा डिलीवरी करना हैं, मेने पूछा की आप कहा खड़े हो तो बोले की ने ती गुरुग्राम में हु, मेने पूछा एड्रेस तो राजकोट का हैं तो बोला इसमें पिन तो गुरुग्राम का डाला हैं, फिर मेने industrybuying.com को कोंटेक्ट किया फिर श्रीमान राहुल जी फोन नहीं उठा रहे और मेरे पे तो जेसे आसमान टूट गया २ दिन में इवेंट हैं और मटीरियल अभी वही पड़ा हैं, और कोई सही जवाब नहीं दे रहा हैं, जबकि सब एड्रेस पिनकोड सब सही था औरे पता नहीं गलती किसने की, ट्रांसपोर्ट वाला बोल रहा हैं की मेने गलती नहीं की, industrybuying.com वाले बोल रहे मेने नहीं की, लेकिन सब चक्कर में हमारी वाट लग गयी, जबकी मटेरियल हमारे तक पहोचाने की सम्पूर्ण जिम्मेदारी industrybuying.com की थी, और उन्होंने इस केस में अपना कोई इंटरेस्ट नहीं रख रहे थे. वो अपने हिसाब से इधर उधर घुमा रहे थे. लेकिन हमारे लिए सब से जरुरी था की हमारा मटिरियल राजकोट केसे पहोचे और हम राजकोट से सीधा फ्लाईट से दिल्ही के लिए निकल गए और सीधा industrybuying.com की ऑफिस पहुच गए, वहा गए तो भी उन्होंने कोई जिम्मेदारी वाली बात नहीं की, हमने निस्चय किया की हमें ही अब करना है जो करना हैं, मटिरियल को ढूंढा और वहा से प्राइवेट कार से मटिरियल को राजकोट पहुचाया और इवेंट के ३ घंटे पहेले मटिरियल पंहुचा अगर हम उन लोगो के भरोसे रहेते तो हमारा पूरा इवेंट ख़राब हो जाता और इज्जत जाती वो तो बोनस में.
हमें industrybuying.com से परचेस करने की बहुत महेंगी किमंत चुकानी पड़ी हैं, हम भगवान् से प्राथना करते हैं की कोई और इसका शिकार न बने.,

I am a seller in industry buying.com...my orders are not getting picked up by the logistic services.

Last month I purchased Officer chair from industry buying and now after 10 days its tyre came out and its very difficult to sit on it .As such u are requested to fix ir or replace it .

I got defective product, against which i have ordered. This product was returned back in december 2022. And was assured that money will be returned back. It is already 1.5 month, till now, ihave not got money and they are not giving date by when it will return back, also they are playing with me by giving different reason.

I had Placed the order on 8th december. IndustryBuying.in cancelled the order on 29th december.
As per their cancellation policy the amount should be refunded within 48 hours of cancellation.
After waiting a few days I sent an email regarding this on 1st january.

I have sent 8 follow up emails regarding this and no refund has been provided.

They have provided only partial payment. Even bank statements were provided from my end as per their request and still no response. Refund Rs.1360.
Please refund ASAP, or else you are forcing me to approach *cyber crime branch / consumer court

Customer Service responds as though I got the product for free of cost. Irresponsible way of answering

I bought Powerwash Pressure washer PW-M28 from Industrybuying.com on 18th September 2022 and the same was delivered to me 22nd September 2022 and from then I have used the product 4-5 times only and after 3 uses, the product for leakage problem. On December 14th, I contacted industry buying customer care for the repair by service personnel and they sent a Google form for return of the item which I had filled and attached the photos and video of the defective product. Then got a call from the technical department and they asked to send the images and video of the problem to their WhatsApp number, I even did that. They are telling then that this is a simple problem with the pressure gauge and the gauge down seal has got removed and that's why it is leaking and then they spoke to their senior and I got a call from them on 28th December that return/replacement is not possible, even they won't be sending any service personnel to rectify the problem in the product, all they will do is send ₹250-300 as partial refund and asked me to source the pressure gauge from local market and then offered video call from technician who will guide me through fixing the pressure gauge. I am not getting what type of service is this.!! I denied the offer and asked them to either send a service personnel or replace the product as the manufacturer as well as the industry buying customer care said, then they said they will get back after checking with their team, but after that until today, 5th January no correspondence from them, today I called them and they are denying the service and return, and they are telling all they can do is to refund the price of pressure gauge and I need to fix it on my own, when the product is not available all over India, how can I get the exact spare for the same? And why should I fix it on my own when the product is under warranty and got this problem in just this little number o[censored]sage. Repeatedly they are saying that only partial refund of the pressure gauge can be done, no other way is there. This is completely unprofessional in the sense of doing a business in India and I condemn the running of business of such platforms who only add up to the mental agony and make them regret buying from them. I need a proper resolution to the issue and hope the complaint here helps. Thanks in advance.

I had ordered a pump online during Oct 2022, fully paid and it was delivered as well. But once I got a plumber, fitted the pump, it worked once and stopped within minutes. My ordeal started from that time.

I raised a complaint, shared picture video etc as was asked. A replacement was scheduled. Courier person called, picked the pack but within minutes returned to say that because the package was heavy he cannot carry it on two wheeler. Some other bigger vehicle from his agency would come and pick. Then I got a message that said that “Pickup of IB, ABxxxxxxxxxxx not done you want refund/replacement. For query call:[protected]………”.

And since then all along I only have been chasing this Industrybuying customer care. You tried ‘maximum attempts’ was their final email and they closed the case but in reality no one contacted me. After first time the courier picked it and returned saying being on two wheeler he cannot carry and someone with a bigger vehicle will come and pick up, every time I used to get sms from courier that the item will be picked and then one more message that the package wasn’t picked. I had shared screenprints of these messages as well over email with Industrybuying. Every time I called or mailed, I used to get a response that it was escalated and finally after two months I got an email that said they have tried maximum attempts and have close the case.

If I call customer care, they say they have checked with returns department and have given me every information. “Thank you and you can now cut the call sir” is the only answer I get.

I have bought a product recently from industrybuying. After inspecting the same, i do not want the product as the quality is not upto mark. Suddenly industrybuying is not going to initiate the return as THEY find it nothing wrong.
I do not need that product anymore, so they should respect it and initiate the return, but are no at all helpful.

My experience with Industrybuying.com
1. I placed order on 10th November on the site.
2. I received a call from the call center to confirm the order. I requested to check the stock so that I can inform my client about the same and the same was informed to that sales person. The material was found in stock as per the sales person and will be delivered to Pune in 2-3 days.
3. Two days later, I requested to change billing details and at that time requested for the stock again. A positive response was given by the seller as per the call center. The material was supposed to reach me within
3 days.
4. I called back to check the status on 21st November. They informed to me that the material is not in stock and so no dispatch has been made.
5. I requested at that time to arrange the material, to which he replied the material will be supplied 100% in next 7 days.
6. Within next 1 hour on 21st november, I received a message saying the order is cancelled.
7. I called back on 22nd November and found that they are not able to arrange the material, so without informing me they have cancelled the order. The cancellation is of course not acceptable since I have already
committed to my customer about the availability.
8. The call center person Mr. Raj informed me that we can give any number of commitments and it is not necessary that Industrybuying.com will fulfill all the commitments which means even if you place the order and you are not entitled to receive the order.

I had already informed the sales person about the LD clause and now I have to pay the penalty for not able to deliver the material on time. If industrybuying.com had not given a false commitment, I would have saved my Rs.1000/- I am expecting partial amount to be paid by industrybuying.com since they are directly responsible for this. My image is on stake now because of their false promises.

I had placed the order for 5SL43630RC - 1 nos.
After that I received a call from the call center for enquiring whether the order is confirmed and I informed them if the stock is available I shall commit my client ahead for delivering the product, to which they replied, the material is in stock and will be delivered to you within 3-4 days.
The immediate next day, I had informed them to change my billing details and confirmed again about the stock, the reply was positive.
After 10 days, I called the call center to check the status and came to know that the material is not in stock. I requested them to arrange the material since I have commitments ahead, kindly understand, To which they assured me that the material will be arranged and delivered in 10 days.
To my shock, within next 1 hour, I received a message saying, the order is cancelled.
My complain is if the order is committed and not completed from your side, Industrybuying.com should be guilty about it and apologize for the same, instead Mr. Raj from the call center tried to explain me that they are not responsible for fulfilling their commitment and I should think before placing the order to trust industrybuying.com or not.

This is a fake company. They give false commitments and blame the clients to trade with them. I was lucky that I chose to pay on delivery or else I would have lost my money or maybe my money would have been stuck there.

On 8th Oct 2022, Self had made online transactions for buying safety shoes & 2 times money has has been deducted but order not confirmed. Following are the transaction refernce from my HDFC bank as[protected] &[protected]. Transaction amount for each transaction is INR 1790 /- with total of INR 3580/-

I really fed up with this Industry Buying & following up last a month time thru mail & calling their customer care but same is not resolved yet.

Kindly register a complaint as I need refund of Rs. 3580 /- urgently. Also these websites should have automated refund mechanism as consumers should not follow in this manner.
