    I brought this product in July 2020 and within 5 months there is heavy leakage both at tap end and gun end.I am not able to use the product anymore.
    I was told by my plumber that the pipe is of very poor quality and has developed holes through which the leakage is happening.
    What action you can take since the product is in Warranty

          Hi I had purchased an Office chair on 04th NOVEMBER 2020 and got the delivery IN 3-4 days, Chair came only different what shown on website also got damaged product, I.e. the headrest portion was
          broken in the box during shipment, have been contacting the customer care and mailed all required details and speaking to them every single day since 04th NOVEMBER till date and cant believe NO RESOLUTION TILL DATE - this is the MOST PATHETIC response I have ever received till date when purchased online.

          They make false promis that senior will give you call back in 24 hrs which from 04th NOVEMBER has not come till now.

            Hi I had purchased a Office chair on 2nd SEPTEMBER 2020 and got the delivery on 14th SEPTEMBER 2020, Chair came only Half, I.e. the Top portion was in the box and the entire botton portion not there in the parcel, have been contacting the customer care and mailed all required details and speaking to them every single day since 14th September till date and cant believe NO RESOLUTION TILL DATE - this is teh MOST PATHETIC response i have ever received till date when purchased online.

            only thing i get to here daily is someone will call back in 24 hrs which from 12th Sep has not come till now.

            I Called the CUSTOMER support on 19th nov and was kept on hold for 22 minutes and post that was told that the Botton of chair had been couriered and has been delivered to some Wrong address and will be sending one by 19th EOD itself and I will get a mail regarding the same, NOT A THING happened till now...

            ### of the service i have ever come across after some 50 calls with the CUSTOMER care - Still no remedy, I am sending a Legal notice with all damages. will have to show Industry buying what it costs to mess up with CUSTOMERs and their patience,

              On 09 Oct 2020 For my bad, I ordered a chair from Industry Buying and delivered on 28-oct-2020 it was completely a damaged. But unlike other online shopping sites, Industry Buying does not have an easy return system.

              If you want to return you need to call or mail their customer care.

              On 06-Nov-2020 the return picked up by there courier partner

              The product returned to the Merchant on 12-Nov-2020 through there courier partner,
              So i requested for refund then are saying "Still we have not received the returned shipment"

              The return arranged by them, picked up by there courier partner but they don;t know product is returned

              Guy's who read this don't buy from Industry buying there customer support/service is very bad there is no Guarantee for your Money.

                I Had Placed an Order on Indutrybuying.com on[protected] and Paid 7093Rs to them via Netbanking.
                After waiting for more than a week, I got a mail on[protected] from them saying
                "We would like to inform you that we have canceled your order because o[censored]navailability of the product, We have initiated a refund and it will be reflected in your original payment method/bank account within 2-5 business days."

                After that email, I waited for more than 5 business days but the refund NOT credited to my bank account So I Called Customer Care on[protected] to ask about my refund.

                He told me that refund was processed in my bank account on[protected]so I got a little worried. I informed him that I didn't receive a refund amount of 7093 in my account from them.

                So he told me to mail my concern along with a bank statement from[protected] till that date which is[protected] on their customer care email, so I mailed.

                My bank statement clearly showing them that "The refund is Not credited in my account".
                still, the company is saying the same thing again and again that the refund amount is processed and gave me Refund Reference Id:-5fa2c38a8730f saying We request you to kindly contact the bank if the amount is not yet reflected in your bank account

                So I visited the bank, Bank Officer told me that no money is credited in your bank account from industrybuying.com

                AT SAME TIME I CALLED industrybuying.com customer care so the bank officer can talk with him. On phone, the bank officer told him that the customer ( Me) didn't receive any money from industybuying.com and instructed him to re-initiate a refund of 7093rs.

                Even after this instruction from bank INDUSTRYBUYING.COM's customer care executive asked me to again mail concern to their email id with the bank statement and told me that we will solve your problem in 24 hours.

                So I again emailed my bank statement which clearly shows I didn't receive a 7093rs refund. More than 24 hours passed still didn't get a proper solution or refund.

                I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT ASAP.

                So I WANT TO TELL ALL CONSUMERS NEVER EVER BUY FROM INDUSTRYBUYING.COM IT IS "FRAUD COMPANY".

                - if you (INDUSTRYBUYING.COM) don't have a product in stock then why you take orders and money and even you take an order first confirm it and then ask for money before shipping the order.

                - Now if you took the money then what is the meaning of canceling an order after more than 7 days why so long time taken.

                - ABOVE ALL if you canceled the order why are you not refunding money back to the customer's account and laying every time when asked for a refund.

                  Placed an order for a drilling machine on[protected] for Rs.10505/-.
                  The same was cancelled by party for non availability of item on[protected].
                  Received message that refund has been initiated and will reflect in my account in 2 to 5 days.
                  It's been 12 days and no trace of my refund amount in my bank.
                  The party just gives me a return reference No. With nothing to correlate . Asked for their bank return reference and nothing has happened.
                  What do I do next ?

                      I had made a purchase of vernier caliper and IB Basics Black Full Back Mesh Chair SS026 (Order Number mentioned Above)through net banking, And Home delivery of this both products should had been done within a week, but unfortunately they did not do that, and when i communicated with one of the support on industry buying, he told that items are not in stock, so i told to cancel both the orders, and they told money will be refunded back to account within 3-5 working days, After 3-5 days i Inquired regarding refund money, they have not done that, i asked with support once again they told money has been refunded successfully to the account from which you made transaction and they also gave reference id, But the truth is they have not refunded any amount to my account i have the bank statement where i made purchase and no refund.

                          Negotiated with a person having phone number [protected] and finalized to pay back 1600 Rs as compensation to repair damage.

                          after 5 days no response from industybying.So I call him again.
                          He changed his promise and asked me to return back the damaged item and promised me again to send new item.
                          return back process completed. 10 days after reaching the item in IB office, there is no response, so I called him again. he cheated me again, he said no stock in where house. SO I asked him to refund my money. No refund processed. until now.

                                It was my first time order from industrybuying.com made on 18july2020 order no:[protected] items) for which i paid in advance for all the items and it all started as 1st item was cancelled by them and was not intimated or refunded and came to know only when i enquired and then only they processed the refund. Then 2nd one item agripro electric bio shredder was delivered 26july2020 and i had complained immediately on 27july2020 via customer service number [protected] that the product has missing electric cable without which i cannot check if the product is in working condition or not as there is stipulated time to return the item. So, they advised me to write email to [protected]@industrybuying.com and then only they will consider my request. Then the same day i had emailed regarding the missing electric cable and also requested them to take the product back if they cannot complete the product functioning. But they never bothered to resolve or take the product back or refunded the amount for agripro electric bio shredder in spite of me satisfying all their terms as per their return and refund policy.in between chasing them for refund on this product i had enquired on balance 2 products status as they were not delivered and again, they cancelled without any notification and did not initiate refund unless i requested them again and again. Such actions of this company clearly attract scamsters who cheat people through online shopping portal and who totally ignore customer complaints and do not have any fear towards the law. Very disappointing to know that in spite of having ms. Swati gupta and mr. Rahul gupta being the co-founders of the firm boasting of their great background experience are maintaining such disgraced service to their customers.

                                      I had placed my order on 2nd of aug 2020 and I am standing on 21st and there is no update from the team and when I am reaching customer care they don’t have any option they say they don’t have access to vendor or management every time they take 48 hrs to escalate and then no update comes this has been there since last 20 days.
