My name is Abhishek Maiti. I had ordered Dr Fixit 100 pidiproof Lw+ super from IndustryBuying on 06/01/2022. But on 29/01/2022 they have delivered me Dr Fixit 301 Pidicrete Urp instead of Dr Fixit 100 Pidiproof Lw+ super, which is completely different product.

I have already mailed IndustryBuying about my problem within 24 hours from delivery. But still I got no response from them.

So, please do the needful at the earliest.

I ordered tong tester in industry buying material not delivered after 2week i call the costumer care they said me the ordered is cancelled you will get the refund amount in 4days after my all only the process the refund till that portal is showing your order is confirmed till now didn't get the refund very worst online shopping

I have ordered 2 Nos Mini rope hoist and paid money on 21.10.2021 vide order no.[protected]. When I ordered the materials the delivery time shown in the display within 4 to 5 days time. Still I don't know the states. Even tracking also blanked and the customer support also no response. Kindly arrange to send the materials or return the money.

I purchased a vacuum cleaner which is malfunctioning. Compliant filed & Videos shared. Unfortunately, the company has NO after-sales service setup. They offered me INR 500 to get the machine repaired locally.
I would not recommend anyone to buy electronic items from them which they claim to have 6 months warranty, Consumer will be lucky if the machine works well. Else, they will tell you to get it repaired locally.
The customer care team is good and is willing to help you but bad companies promote poor customer service.

I had ordered a prior car fog lamp rims which was delivered to me on 27th October and the product is not fitting or compatible with my car o tried calling the customer support team and they it's not possible to return the product. What will I do with the product which is of no use to me. Will never buy or suggest to buy from industry buying here after..

I am not satisfied with the product, build quality is to bad and pipe had dents pressure it not good. The nozzle which i received is look like a used one. the entire product is secondhand.So i raised complain through mail regarding that product and i request to make a return and refund my money back.still now the product haven't reverse and amount was not refunded.when ever i raise complain they just sayin the product will reverse in 24hr, 48hr till today(20/102021).i almost mail 8 time and called 20 times there are not taking any further steps.i have attached the product details and mails for your reference. i request you to take severe action on they and ask they to make refund the amount as soon as possible . The IndustryBuying.com are running a sophisticated scam.Never make the mistake of buying anything from them.They just make you wait and finally tell that item is out of stock.If the item is out of stock it is common courtesy to update it on the website.They get all your details and after that your item will be updated as out of stock on their website.Dont make the mistake of paying them in advace your money will be gone

I have placed a order before 10 days but no response from industry buying I have also paid the amount order id [protected]

I have ordered CRI Drainage Pump 750 W MP-T750 and paid Rs 9600 on 17-Jul-2021.

Inspite of regular follow-ups, they have delivered wrong product after 25 days.

They have delivered Crompton pump which is of lesser price and lower range by power and cost.

Industry Buying are not having courtesy to deliver right product and they are cheating the people.

I ordered 150 asian paints 20 kg putty bags, after 2 days they called me and said seller could not provide me them. Then they said they will provide me 40 kg 75 bags, I said ok. After two days, I saw there was no progress in delivering the product while I was tracking. Then I called industrial buying customer care, they informed me that the product was cancelled from vendors side and I will be refunded. I was shocked, I did not knew what to do, I ordered from a local vendor. Industrial buying then first sent me 50 bags and I got a message that my order was delivered and after 2 days they sent me remaining 25 bags. Now I called the customer care just to know that, there is no return policy. All the shopping sites provide this facility, that is one of the main reasons we go for online buying. Moreover this website and the customer care service, both render information that is not correct, which creates so much confusion. I only wish to return the product that I have ordered.
