I have placed the above order and paid the amount through online.

When I try to reach to get the update, customer care is not responding and even they are not responding over email as well.

Not sure, whether I will get my product or not? How about the paid amount.

I made an order # [protected] for 2 nos of Battery operated sprayers on 06th of June. The order value is 5900 Rs, and I paid the amount during ordering.
Even after a week time, nothing was moved and unable to track anything. Website have tracking facility, but hust hangs when we select track order. No response for e-mails. Phone getting dropped before connecting to the customer care executive.
Since Im afraiding that these people are not going to deliver a good material, I sent repeated mails to Customer care to cancell my order.
This seems that this is total fraud e-commerce site. They are swallowing peoples money like anything.
Please help to get my money back

Sir I purchased one high pressure water pump which price is 4, 672 rupees. Its model number is PW-M28 and its order number is [protected]. The machine ( the gun) defects now days. I want to repair the gun, if you doesn't, I shall replace the water gun . I complain several times for repair the gun but I couldn't found a reply from you. From I bought it, I can't use this, so It make a huge problem for me. Please, replace/repair the gun immediately.

There is no response from your customer care number inspite of waiting 5 to 6 minutes per call.

No reply to mail regarding non supply of product against above order.

The product sent is a used one..
The toolbox itself was damaged.
In the toolbox all the tools were in disorder and the screws and anchors were opened.
The white tape is seemed to be used.
The screw driver bits are rusted.

Costumar car number not ricive and not answering

We have ordered for 3 set of gloves worth rs 1020, but unable to track or no information from the company. Customer care number is not working and cannot cancel the order.
The order page seems to non working and revolves all the tome, image attached

Ordered 2 ton hydraulic car jack. Received non- working dummy.
Just take return and refund money.

I ordered a 2 ton hydraulic car jack and received a dummy non-working worthless thing. It can't lift 2 milligrams. I wonder how such fraudsters are allowed to do online business in India. The customer care has no control over them nor can they do anything about it.all are cheaters and just grab your money somehow.

Had got a defective product and hance returned item on 18th may 2021 successfully . The company is yet to refund the amount .
Not picking up the call nor responding to emails.

I have ordered 23 Pc Dr Well Pulse Oximeter from Industrybuying.com on 28-April-2021 which was delivered to me on 07-May-2021.

The sale team have assured me that product is of good quality and if there will be any problem we will help you.

As the product was purchased for reselling purpose all customers who purchased it from us started complaining of wrong masurement of Oxygen (Spo2) levels being shown in these oximeter which is a matter of deep concern and can risk life of a patient.
Also the pulse readings are not stable and showing high variation from actual.

I still have 15 oximeter not opened which I want the company to replace or refund.

Regarding this I contacted customer care for resolution but the company is not co-operating with me saying as 7 days have passed we cannot do anything. I have also mailed the matter to [protected]@industrybuying.com for resolution but no reply has come from company end.

I ordered an item (5m ratched strap) vide order no. [protected] on 01.05.2021.
As per IndustryBuying.com policy they will ship the order within 7 days but 8 day already has been passed and no action has been taken at their end after receiving the order.
I tried to contact many time on customer service number [protected] but they are not picked up any call of mine.
I messaged them if they are able to ship the order within promised time, they must cancel the order and refund the same. They replied it will take longer time to ship the order.

I just want one thing from IndustryBuying.com if they are not able to ship the order just cancel and refund the same as I am not willing to wait anymore.

Order [protected] for Nebulizer got cancelled from their end but the amount paid was not refunded and no response from customer care. Please expediate the refund. Thank you

I've ordered a Nebulizer and paid advance payment buy Net banking, the order tracking status shows order accepted with no delivery date .

This is with reference to my order number [protected]. Even after writing so many mails a small order complaint not being resolved.

Please see the complaint/response was conveyed in two days, so as per your company policy/ guidelines also you are supposed to take necessary action rather than unnecessary harrassment to customers, senior citizens.

I once again request you to please do the needful at the earliest.

Today 19 april 2021 these were delivered.

Handles of all chairs are broken as they are made in plastic, but painted silver to give a metal look.

I want the company yo provide full refund or replacement with new chairs
