I have ordered 2 qty each 500 pcs (1000 pcs ) of courier Bags . But the package which i received was very small and may contain only 50 pcs. So I did not open it. I raised a complaint with industrybuying but it has been more than a week and they are not arranging for return pickup or refund my amount.

I have ordered 2 Nos Santro Dickey Lifter and paid money on 12.06.2021 vide order no. [protected] & [protected]. When I ordered the materials the delivery time shown in the display within 4 to 5 days time. Still I don't know the states. Even tracking also blanked and the customer support also no response. Kindly arrange to send the materials or return the money....

I have order a office chair worth Rs 4018.i made payment from phone pay UPI.My money got debited from bank account but no order is placed....

Hi, I placed an order for 2 trolleys few weeks back. Since there was a delay I cancelled it 2 weeks back. In the customer care they say the order is cancelled but the status still shows in process and it is been more than 2 weeks the money has not been refunded. Last 1 week I am unable to reach the customer care team as well.
