      I got damaged office chair for 5980.10/- rs and now within their time limit policy i have raised return request still company not taking product back. I called them many time and also mail but no genuine response now it’s been weeks nobody coming to pickup the chair.
      Their customer support lie everyday about pickup product but nobody comes.

        I have ordered on july 16, 2020 (Order no.[protected] and paid the bill online. There was a confirmation email from industrybuying.com. That's it, after that nothing moved. The status of the order remains as it is. I tried to call their number, nobody picked. I emailed them, used their chat option, but no response. They should refund my payment as they are not interested to supply the items.

            I bought Gibson Finger Tip Pulse Oximeter VKB0024 from Industry buying website on 13 Jul 2020. Vide order no.[protected] and paid Rs. 1, 932/- Via UPI.

            Vendor name:- Vkade Bio Sciences Pvt Ltd.
            Add:- C-8/9, Krishna nagar, Delhi 110051

            however When i have open package and found that It is other inferior quality Chinese brand Pulse Oximeter and not Gibson. They are selling Chinese product and cheating buyer. Highly disappointed and they even do not have any refund request or return request nor any option for providing feedback.

              I've placed an order on 2nd july for "divano black color modular office chair dm48" with order id: "[protected]". As per website the've given an shipment tracking id for xpressbees courier. However, while checking the courier website, it says no data found.
              It's been 2 weeks and still i don't know the status of my order. Tried sending multiple emails through their online support channel and from my personal email id as well but not even a single response yet. Tried calling their customer support number as well and was unsuccessful in reaching them till yesterday. Today while i succeeded speaking to them, they had a simple answer of yes information is not showing in courier site, so we will forward your concern to the concerned department.
              Now i really wonder what is the actual status of my order and when i would be receiving it..

              After 3 weeks of continuous follow-up and very hard calls with their executives, i managed to finally get back my refund in my source account..

              Still no action from the seller.. Courier company has confirmed by email that they've not received the product from the seller. However, status in IndustryBuying.com states the product has been shipped on 4th July itself.. This is absolute fraudulent update.. I would rather go for a cancellation and immediate refund... Please help support on the same.

              After multiple attempts calling their customer service contact number finally got a chance to speak to their executive and have requested for a cancellation and they confirmed to have registered the cancellation request against Request ID: 270861. Hope they have recorded the request correctly and the cancellation will happen soon.

              Once again no progress since my last call with IndustryBuying customer care. I spoke to them again today and today again they said the same old story and gave me a new cancellation request id. Hoping at least this time it will make some progress..

              Commitment: Max 24 hours for cancellation confirmation message & 24-48 hours for refund.

              Finally, after so many follow-ups i've received the refund on 4th August...

              These guys are literally trying to cheat customers through their online portal.. Request everyone to be really cautious in future before falling prey for their attractive advertisements and cheap priced products..
              Still no action from the seller.. Courier company has confirmed by email that they've not received the product from the seller. However, status in IndustryBuying.com states the product has been shipped on 4th July itself.. This is absolute fraudulent update.. I would rather go for a cancellation and immediate refund... Please help support on the same.

                But there is no update after that. Tried contacting the customer care number, but no response. Have sent the mail to [protected]@industrybuying, still no response.

                  Sir I ordered a Crompton Greaves motor from Industry buying .com for my cooler with order ID[protected] of amount Rs 2012 on 9June 2020 and upto 22 June order not dispatch so I cancelled order but after cancellation of order I am not received any refund amount in my bank I talked to customer care number many times they said transfer refund amount and gave me failed transaction ID which I check with bank .but I talk to bank no amount is received and transaction ID is failed transaction ID and I am also mail them statement of bank account said period but l am not get my refund amount till date so please help me get my money back

                      Hi

                      This is related to order no[protected], done on the date 10th june 2020. Order got shipped on 24th june 2020 after repeated calls. Then the shipment is processed for return which i have not requested. Your customer care is not at all reachable and always disconnecting. You do not have alternative numbers or escalation. Ivr option 2 always discnnects call, and if you use ivr option 1, sales guys just transfer the call without even listening to you and call disconnects during transfer.

                      Your application, website and customer care takes many days to update every status. Your application do not list the tracking number and do not show status. Effort to reach your customer care is in vain.

                      I presume you are doing this to create healthy balance sheet and cash rotation for your company by duping customers on product availability. To explain that conclusion, you make the customers order the listed product, make them wait for more than a month, create shipment return to hold on to the money received from customer and there by you are ensuring healthy cash flow to your company. Your customer care call disconnections exactly started happening on 28th of the month, so that customers cannot request cancellation and your balance sheet for the month is healthy.

                      Now coming back to the order and resolution, you stop doing all this fraudulent activity, manually cancel my order and refund my money. And stop doing this for other customers. Legal action will be taken against mr. Rahul shah and ms. Swati shah, founders of industrybuying.com as i have compained this to other consumers forums as well. The action on this compaint will determine next course of legal action by lawyers from tamilnadu state consumer dispute redressal commission. Hope industrybuying.com understands the consequences.

                            When i checked the order status last night, there was "order received". I sent a message last night asking for my order status and now i see the status has changed to "ready for ship on 29 jun 2020'. Customer service is not responding. They answer the phone, but disconnect. I have tried calling several numbers, they all do not want to connect me to industrybuying. Unsure if the company still exists or not. The chat also does not work.

                            I want to cancel the order and get a refund.

                              My order for below items was pre-paid by debitcard and was approved. after 1week the order got automaically cancelled and amount refunded back. Its been another week but the mone has not been credited back to my bank.

                                  I have ordered a black & decker 350w corded string trimmer from industry buying through online. My order number is[protected]. But did not receive any order confirmation email or sms after that. I did not even received the invoice of that purchase but my money got debited from my cc account for that. I called the help line number and they are not receiving my call. I sent emails but did not get any response back from them. Which is now worrying me.
                                  This is really an unprofessional and worst service from a merchant like industry buying. However what i want to know is, what is the current status of my order? When i will receive the order confirmation email along with invoice? When my black & decker 350w corded string trimmer will be delivered to my address?

                                  Please assist me with this to know at least the status of my order.

                                    We have purchased office chair from industrybuying.com. My order no.[protected]. As it was covid 19 situation they are not accepting cash on delivery. I have paid them by netbanking while placing an order my receipt no is ar7445437 dt 30/05/2020. After 15 days chair came to my address while opening parcel as it was not packed well i found some parts are missing. I called up customer care no: +91 [protected] they told me to mail the whole thing to [protected]@industrybuying.com. With photographs. They will arrange reverse pickup from my office. I have sent a mail to the given address. After that day i have called customer care again to know the status of my request. The person told me that i have to wait for 1 week because our courier partner has closed his office for a week. Now it is about 15 days passed and still i am not getting proper answer from them. Now they have return policy of 14 days. Which are already passed. Please help to getting my money refuned into my account.
