This is regarding an order placed my me order order id : 642630. The product 'sukaam brainy eco' switch is damaged. I made the order on 6th may 2016 and delivered it on 27th may 2016. It was delivered to my house at kollam, kerala and i am working in coimbatore. When i came to my house on 12th june 2016 and opened the parcel i found out that switch of the product (Sukaam brainy eco inverter) is broken. Immediately i called customer care and they told me to sent picture of the same and they told me to pack it ready for reverse pickup.
I have sent picture and after one day they replied that "we do not arrange the rpu for the same due to we have only 7 days return policy."
I have not found this return policy in their web site. I have seen this

a. The product that you received was damaged and/or in an unusable condition
b. The wrong product was sent to you by mistake.

And as we can check you receive the product on 27 may & on 12 June you have registered a complaint that you receive the product in damage condition almost after 13 to 15 days.So, it is quite not possible for us to give you a replacement or refund for the same.
It was received by my father who is residing in Kollam and I am working in Coimbatore. Only alternate week end only I will go to my house in Kollam. I opened the product on 12th June and same day I had registered a compliant. Pleas arrange a replacement as SUKAAM service centres are not available in my district.

I had bought 2 solar panels 250Watts each, mouting structures 2 nos and other accessories from your site only. One mounting structure order is still in transit(Order ID : 698992). Please arrange for replacement as the inverter is not at all usable. Please consider this as special case.
Today I called customer care and told me that my request is under consideration by senior officers and they will inform me about the status.

    I ordered two exhaust fans ( order I'd 695289 )... it's 16 days since now and despite repeatedly calling their useless helpline. I am still not got the products I ordered.
    The customer care executives also agree that the company is pathetic and they also don't like to work & listen to frustated & angry customers.

    Worst experience company.
    Swati & Rahul ... u have created a nightmare for online shoppers.

    I hope u shut it down soon.

        I brought one item from industry buying on line shopping store. My — order id: 686233 dated 23.05.2016. It was cancelled on 01 june, 2016 by the store itself due to non availability of the item. Till date i did not received the refund amount although a number of time when talked to customer care they assured to get the refund within next day. I require immediate refund and very much dissatisfied to deal with this site.

          I placed an order various products on 13th of may 2016 worth an amount of rs.22181. The order number is 660686. I had called the next day (14th may) and requested for the order to be cancelled, the person i spoke to said she had cancelled the order, which was not done. I called again on 15th and 16th to cancel the order and each time i was told the order was cancelled and i will recieve a refund in 2-3 business days. On 17th i even wrote an email regarding this and spoke to another person. I was then told that 2 items were already shipped out and this person can cancel only the remaining 4 items. He also asked me to refuse the delivery and the refund would be processed after that.

          Their courier partner fedex decided to leave one package with my building security gaurd without even informing. I had called once again to let the industryingbuying.com team know about this and they placed a return request. The next day fedex brought the second product that was shipped already (Instant geyser) to be delivered and as discussed with the earlier representative, i refused the order. This was supposed to be then sent back to the shipper (Industrybuying.com). However after multiple clarification, the order was delivered to the shipper on 28th of may - fedex tracking #[protected].

          In the meanwhile my refund was still pending, after repeatedly calling every day, finally on the 3rd of june, 2016 i recieved a refund of rs.17174. I had to call again and again since then for the remaining rs.5007 (As my original payment was for rs.22181). I have even sent them emails on this and currently my bank is charging me credit card interest on this payment.

          So far i have not recieved any communication from them, everytime i call, i have to repeat the whole story and then the representative tells me that someone will call me back from the finance team. This is absolutely irresponsible behaviour and i'm tired of waiting for them to refund my money. Clearly i want my remaining rs.5007 to be refunded without any more waiting.

          Thank you for taking notice of the complaint. Its unfortunate that I had register a complaint before anyone even bothered to take care of this matter.

          I really hope that your customer service better equipped before these incidents become uncontrollable and you lose more customers. I had initially just requested a modification of the order and was even okay to reorder all over again when your first representative told to me cancel and re-order once I recieve the refund. Now, because of this terrible experience, inefficiency of your staff and the delay caused, I'm not sure if I can trust making purchases from your website in the near future.

          I will however wait until I recieve the refund before closing this complaint as resolved.

                With regards to order no. 633971 where non genuine product was shipped, a lot of times i reached out to industrybuying.com customer care wherein they promised a reverse shipment. Also multiple mails were sent but to no response. Everytime, i contact them, they put you on hold for 15-20 mins hoping we will disconnect the call. When the call is not disconnected, they would drop the call saying that the reverse pickup is scheduled for the next day. Please help.

                See this is what I said. The complaint was acknowledged 10 days back. Still no response.
                After one month of reminder, still no response or refund. No care for customer is all that I can say. I will escalate the matter with the Consumer Forum now. Thank you Industry Buying. I will make sure the negative publicity is what you get out of the compensatory case that I would raise against you.

                  I purchased 3 "Cera CG 302" bathroom hand showers with order no. 601416 online from their website on 19 April 2016. I received the products in two batches from two different sellers. First one was received on 26 April 2016 for which I immediately contacted them over phone to report the wrong product sent to me. I was asked to send an email for the same, which I did. After receiving the second batch on 29 April 2016 I again sent a mail informing them about the wrong product in the second batch as well and also spoke to customer care representatives. I then received an email stating that they will initiate a refund of the full amount for which they need my bank details since the transaction was "cash on delivery". I provided the bank details to them but haven't received the refund so far. After numerous calls to their customer care, they keep telling that the refund will be processed in a couple of days. They are only delaying the matter and seems they don't want to return the product and initiate refund. I have list of emails that confirm the transaction and their commitment to refund the amount. I also have recorded conversations with their representatives. While browsing through internet, I realised that a number of people have been conned by this company.

                    I had order a micrometer from this online portal www.industrybuying.com on may 10th 2016. Earlier it showed that the item is booked but processing didn't start. I had made a payment of Rs 1369 for the said product. Also since the processing didn't start i mailed them. But they didn't reply. Later on 22nd may i got an sms from them saying my order got cancelled. When i checked my profile in the said site they showed my order got cancelled on 10th may itself. So, if the order is cancelled on dat day itself, now almost 12 days had passed .Still i have not received any refund. Also, the phone number they have kept in their website it says invalid. Now neither they reply to my mails nor can i contact them over the phone.

                      This website is completely fraud as i used a coupon code named "enjoy12" which stated that i will get 12% off + extra 10% cashback when paid through paytm wallet. I used this coupon code and paid successfully rs. 982 through paytm wallet. I bought tp-link tl-wr841n speed 300 mbps wireless n router. I got my product delivered.

                      After that, i waited for a day and checked that i have not got the cashback. I called them and they said that i will get it within 48 hours. I waited for 72 hours and again called them and they said that i will to wait at least a week to get the money credited. I placed the order on 10th may 2016 and my order no. Was 650381. I waited till 18 th and called them again.

                      This time, one lady told me to stay on hold and i waited for 15 minutes and the call got ended. I immediately called them again and this time a guy told me that i will not get any cashback as the offer didn't mentioned the cashback. I argued saying that it did mentioned but he refused. I thought that it may be possible that a miss-understanding may have taken place so i called them again and this time, another guy told me to speak to paytm. I told him that if they have initiated the payment, it would have been reflected in my account!! So, the guy told me that the payment have already been initiated but i told him that i have still not got any money. So he put the call on hold and then again told me the thing that the scheme has ended and i will not get anything.

                      This proves how liar and fraud this website consumer care representatives are and how fraud this website is. I spoke to 5 people and they all told me 5 different lies. I have also the call recording. I hated the honesty of this website. It is not a matter of rs. 98, it is a matter of their respect.                             I have ordered stanley[protected] pcs. 3/8 inch drive metric socket set on 3rd may 2016 for rs:1746 from industrybuying.com and it was shipped and delivered to me under order id 634242 by fedex with tracking number[protected] by 13th may.
                            When i unpacked the box instead of the 24pcs 3/8 socket set, the dealer shipped me a 35pcs 1/4 socket set (Stanley[protected].
                            On 14th may i called the customer support toll free number and complaint about the same, the executive name was mona grover, she advised me to click some photos of the package and send it to [protected]@industrybuying.com
                            As per her advise i have done the same and mailed my complaint on 14th may 2016.
                            Today its 17th may 2016 and i have not received any reply and i tried calling the customer care, they are not even picking up any calls.

                              i order mixer grinder from industrybuying.Com and after paying product amount. There is no confirmation message received that payment made by you against bajaj rex 500 mixer grinder.

                              But after order confirmation and payment made there is no progress shown in product delevery.

                              After 5 days later compancy has changes there product pic on website. When i call the customer care the company executive telecaller and his team leader refuse to delver the product and said we will refund your payment in your paytm account. Company is using my fund 5 to 10 days without paying any interest. It;s a best idea opt by online company to raise fund without any risk.

                                I was placed an order for autocon spd cyclic on 16 march. You had delivered other model which is useless for me on 15 april i.E. One month. And it had reverse picked on 18 april till to day i.E. 06 may my money has not refunded very worst service from your ward.
                                I called your customer care several times atleast they are not attempting my call & not replied to my mails.
                                I was not expected this type of negligence & irresponsibility.
                                I had decided to approach consumer court.

                                    I had ordered 2 CEAT tyres (Zoom D) on April 19th 2016. Order ID 600265. There was 30% off and that is the reason I placed 2 tyres(front & rear). While placing the order, it was mentioned that order would be dispatched within 24th. Thereafter, I haven't got any intimation regarding my order until Friday, April 22nd. I contacted customer care toll free number. It took almost 30 minutes to get connected with the executive. When I got connected to the executive (Rinki Yadav), she informed that order will get dispatched within 2-3 days and will get delivered in next days. I was really shocked to know that tyres weren't dispatched yet. I informed her to connect me with the manager. She informed me that she will connect me with my manager and put me on hold for 15-20 mins and just disconnected my call without getting back to me.

                                    Later, I had to cancel the order on the same day as they don't have the tyres in stock and informed them to refund the amount. It was informed to me that the money will be refunded within 2 days.

                                    I again contacted them on Monday, April 25th. They informed that amount will be refunded on Tuesday. As the money wasn't credited to my account on Tuesday, I contacted them again on Tuesday. On Tuesday, they are again informing me that refund is not yet processed and it will be done on Wednesday. I informed the executive to connect me to the manager. He (VishwaDeepak Pandey) informed that he will connect me to the manager and put me on hold for 30 mins. He got back to me after 30 mins and informed that his manager is busy, and will give a call back to me in 30 mins. I haven't received any call from the manager or company.

                                    I am really frustrated with the service attitude and delay from the company. This is the worst service I have ever received. Are they playing with our time and money? Are they testing my patience? I am going to file a complaint in consumer court for the worst service, not delivering the product on time, delay in refunding the money and wasting my time.

                                    This has become more intolerant to me now. The money is not yet refunded to my account. I checked my bank account and also spoke to my bank, and they confirmed that money is not credited. On April 28th, customer care executive called me and informed that money had been already credited to my account. When I checked my credit card account, it didn't show up any credit. Immediately, I contacted bank and they confirmed me that there is no money credited to my account.

                                    I spoke to executive (Rajat Negi) today (April 30th) and he is telling me that it was processed just yesterday and I will get refund today.

                                    This is the worst experience with any company in my life. I have to take this to the next level now.
