I had ordered 2 CEAT tyres (Zoom D) on April 19th 2016. Order ID 600265. There was 30% off and that is the reason I placed 2 tyres(front & rear). While placing the order, it was mentioned that order would be dispatched within 24th. Thereafter, I haven't got any intimation regarding my order until Friday, April 22nd. I contacted customer care toll free number. It took almost 30 minutes to get connected with the executive. When I got connected to the executive (Rinki Yadav), she informed that order will get dispatched within 2-3 days and will get delivered in next days. I was really shocked to know that tyres weren't dispatched yet. I informed her to connect me with the manager. She informed me that she will connect me with my manager and put me on hold for 15-20 mins and just disconnected my call without getting back to me.
Later, I had to cancel the order on the same day as they don't have the tyres in stock and informed them to refund the amount. It was informed to me that the money will be refunded within 2 days.
I again contacted them on Monday, April 25th. They informed that amount will be refunded on Tuesday. As the money wasn't credited to my account on Tuesday, I contacted them again on Tuesday. On Tuesday, they are again informing me that refund is not yet processed and it will be done on Wednesday. I informed the executive to connect me to the manager. He (VishwaDeepak Pandey) informed that he will connect me to the manager and put me on hold for 30 mins. He got back to me after 30 mins and informed that his manager is busy, and will give a call back to me in 30 mins. I haven't received any call from the manager or company.
I am really frustrated with the service attitude and delay from the company. This is the worst service I have ever received. Are they playing with our time and money? Are they testing my patience? I am going to file a complaint in consumer court for the worst service, not delivering the product on time, delay in refunding the money and wasting my time.

While placing the order, it was mentioned that order will be dispatched within 24hr (not 24th)
We would like to inform you that we will take back your product and either replace/refund you only under the following circumstances
a. The product that you received was damaged and/or in an unusable condition
b. The wrong product was sent to you by mistake.
And as we can check you receive the product on 27 may & on 12 June you have registered a complaint that you receive the product in damage condition almost after 13 to 15 days.So, it is quite not possible for us to give you a replacement or refund for the same.
