      We placed an order no 869159 for molykote 1000 about 12-15 days back and money was paid through credit card.

      Today we received a regret from industrybuying that product cannot be supplied. This kind of acts are being done knowingly in order to utilize customers money without any interest.

      We don't have any idea that how many customers are cheated like us. Why government is not asking such type of fraudulent companies that how much money they make by utilizing customers money.

          I had submitted a complaint regarding the company www.jobishh.com on the above forum. While I thank www.consumercomplaints.in for helping me to get my complaint highlighted to the said company and for helping me to get the same resolved, I'm now regularly getting spam emails and getting subjected to harassment from people whom I don't know and would never like to be associated with, due to my personal contact details displayed on my complaint. Unfortunately my username is also my email ID, whereby anyone and everyone can reach me and spam me. This is causing a lot of trouble for me, whereby I would like to request the forum administrator to help me by removing all my contact details from my post and my user name.
          IndustryBuying.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Jobishh.com is a fraud/cheating company - Please dont loss your money like I lost. Its time for all o[censored]s to join hands for the government to take action against them. We will approach our family lawyer and Minister for taking severe action against this company. For cheating so many customers, they should have been arrested and jailed until they refund all the money.

            Hi team

            I am not able to track shipment of the order placed by industry buying.
            Order 888276 placed long back i.e. for more than 2 weeks however it is still not delivered.
            Shipment id provided by industry buying is not tracable and xpressbees do not have any clue about the shipment.

            This ia really frustrating as I have been waiting for the order since long.
            Need this to be resolved at the earlieat and help me deliver my order asap.

              I had ordered karcher vaccum cleaner wd6 p, though i wanted cod but it was not available so i paid rs21000/- approx by cr card. The company has not shipped the order and no reply from customer care nor any phone is reachable. I think this is a sham website as the fax number given on the website is of some pvt person. I have asked them to cancel the order but no reply from them. I think this is a online fraud. If you can reach the company kindly have the order order id 905653 dt. 12 aug 2016 cancelled. I want to cancel the order it has not been shipped.
              I hope sound sense of responsibility will prevail on this company & this would be cancelled (If they relay exist). If i don't get any response from them i will be approaching cyber cell 7 economics offences wing. Kindly cancel the order & refund immediately.

                        I have ordered Michelin Tyres 100/90-17 Sirac Street 2W Tubeless Type Tyre on 29th July, 2016. But if I tracked the order, still it is showing Order Booked. Below are the completed order details:

                        While I was booked the item, it has been mentioned that item will be dispatched in 4-7 days. Today is 7th day and the order status is same as when I was booked. Not moved to next stage.

                        When I called the customer Care Number, Executive has moved the case to next level and told me that I will get call in another 24-48 Hours to inform the status.

                        It's already a week over and again they simply asking another 48 Hours just to inform me the order status.

                        And he said that Order is delaying because of the Availability. How this can be possible. While I was booking the item, it showed me that stock is available and now they are telling that Stock is not available.

                        If ask him what should I do? He simply replied that "If you want, you can cancel the order. So that we will process the refund".

                        I am shocked!!! If I want to cancel the order, why should I waste my time to order.

                        If I checked the Consumer Complaints Forum now, I came to know that many of the buyers are facing this same issue. If I would have seen these reviews earlier, I would have not ordered in this site.

                        I don't know what this people are doing! Simply accepting orders from the buyers and keeping money with them for some time till they receives the complaint from the buyer, then they are offering the buyer to cancel the order. is it a Business?

                        Please take proper action on my complaint ASAP.

                        After many disconnections with the company people. Finally they have been paid back the amount.

                        Today I got call from the Customer care and they said that "Sir, your item is not available right now, it may take another 14 days to deliver your item. So, are you fine with that or shall I cancel the Order?"

                        See... they are offering to cancel the order... then why we have placed the order.

                          I placed an order No.834698 on 21st July 2016 but it is highly regretted to submit that despite of my repeated calls/email to Industrybuying customer care and assurances given by them till date (01 Aug'16) they have not dispatched the order. I wish they must improve their services if they want to compete with other online eCommerce portals. Now I have cancelled the order hoping refund will be received in time.

The availability of the products are not even all the time.                           Thank you for sharing your feedback. We will definitely try to achieve your expectation as much as we can but we need your cooperative support in this regard.
                          I think these people are enjoying with the interest from the money they hold from the customers. They are simply taking orders and waiting for 7-10 days. And then they will respond to the customers if they raise any complaint and then they say they can deliver their item after 14 days again or they will offer you to cancel the order. They wil not give you any extra penalty or interest to your money. This is happened to many people from this website.

                          So, we have to understand that they not really interested in doing business. They are much interested in holding customers money for some time and they will get benefit of it.

                              The product which was delivered is full of damaged and after complaining also no one responding at all. I called to customer care also even they also not responding. Product which delivered is even i'm not able to switch on. Its totally waste of money (Which i spent for buying the products), time (Wasted in contacting them). What else action should i take to replace my products.

                                My order no. 724915. After taking entire money they delivered completely damaged product. So much hassles talking to customer care, no response of email. The person receiving call has no clue to whats happening or what to do. After following 100 times, a receive defective table again after 2 months! Feels like they deliver used products. V v bad products and pathetic customer service.

                                    I placed an order id 817786 on 18 july after much research into the products and spending time before ordering. However, i thought the task was over without knowing that the real trouble started then. I have followed up several times after that and am yet to have any progress on the order.
                                    It would have been better to pay a slightly higher amount at other sites or from market then to get into all these issues. What is the point of having the product if it is received after the purpose is served. Hence, kindly process my refund asap. I will make sure to avoid and have others avoid these kind of e commerce sites.

                                    We really apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.
                                    We would like to inform you that the delay is caused due to some product availability issue with the vendor but now as per your request we have cancelled your order & initiate refund for the same as well. You will get the refunded amount within 24 to 48 working hours. We request for your patience and cooperative support while your refund is being processed.
                                    When they say order is cancelled on my request, they should also mention that the request stemmed based on false promises made on your portal that shipment will be done within 4-7 days. First I had to wait so long and in doing so I rejected all the other options, waited for my plants to be planted... and now you cancelled and are mentioning that its cancelled as per my request.. If I had to cancel the order from the day 1, why would have I placed the order... why do you make false promises on timelines and respond only if complained and not pro actively before the committed timelines that the order may get delayed... whos mistake is this and who has to suffer?
                                    For you its easy, just have to refund the amount received, for me its about again spending time visiting other options and placing an order... who is gonna compensate for all those... and least to say that the plants had to be accomodated in grow bags all this while which if I knew before of your callousness, would have shopped for pots and soil straight away...and not waste all this time

                                      My order id: 801080. I have prepaid an amount of 3741 rs on 12th july 2016. Today the date is 25.

                                      They promised a delivey of product in 4-7 days, but still the status is showing approaved which happened 13 days back.

                                      Please take action towards the complaint or else please return the money by cancellling it. This is second time

                                      Really its a pathetic experience in ecommerce website to be like this...
