Succumbing to the heavy discount offered by industrybuying.com. I ordered a laser measuring device (Order no.1197829). Website showed standard shipping time of 5 to 7 days (Remember - this is not delivery time; only time taken to ship the product). After waiting for 12 days with no news about when it is going to be dispatched, i finally cancelled the order.

Meanwhile, even without shipping the product, company processed my payment method by emi. Now, without receiving the product, i am expected to pay interest on my emi and service tax on the interest. Customer care is saying, we will reimburse the full amount of the product, you have to deal with your bank to cancel the emi.

Sincere advise to consumers - buy from somewhere else. This is a bogus company who takes your money, retains it for sometime without shipping the product, earns interest on your amount and then cancels your order.

When contacted, the Customer Care of www.industrybuying.com is informing me that they have reversed the payment and it will be reflected in my credit card account only once I cancel the EMI Loan from HDFC Bank.

However, HDFC’s Customer Care has clarified that the disputed amount has not been credited by IndustryBuying to my credit card account. HDFC Customer Care has also confirmed that neither I- the Customer, nor, the Bank is authorized to close the EMI-Loan Account as the Loan Account gets closed automatically once the Bank receives the credited amount from Merchant. I have now raised a credit card dispute with HDFC Bank.

I was such a fool to fall prey to this scamming website. I should have just gone to Amazon and paid Rs.200/- more. I finally did just that- ordered from Amazon and received the item in 3 days flat.

Worst of worst e-com site in india E-com space... But don't worry this company will close down soon.. It has cheated so many people, including me.
And about IB consumer care, hahaha most worst part of company, consumer care executives are trained by best HR, just to talk, not to work..
This executives are talkative parrot, not active human being..
This bogus company has not refunded my money despite cancelling my order (Order no.1197829) on 14th Nov 2016 (due to non availability of product). This means that for 26 days, they earned interest on my amount. They are earning BLACK MONEY on my WHITE MONEY. Meanwhile, I still have to pay interest on my EMI- for a product WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE !!!

Customers please watch out. IndustryBuying offers heavy discounts compared to other e-commerce websites. They will try to trap you by their false advertising-- BUT THEY DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCT!!!

This is a fake e-commerce site. I challenge this company to TAKE ME TO COURT for defamation. Come On, IndustryBuying.com enough of your rhetoric- "We apologize for all the inconvenience caused to you" nonsense.
Industrial buying online team takes the order. Cancels the order after few days without any reason. Simply sends a mail for inconvenience.
Most irresponsible e -commerce agency in the market. My order cancelled twice.

    I ordered a vacuum cleaner from Industry buying.com. and paid using Net banking.My order id is 1161135. Even after three weeks they didn't start processing my order. Tracking record shows that order is booked but processing not started. They are not refunding my money or not even answering my mail.

      Hello, i am nilkanth deshpande from buldhana, maharashtra.
      I odered for arc welding machinearc200t.
      The company send me the packet having the lable as of the same that is welding machine. But when i opened the box by packaging mistake or any other way i found the different material inside the box.
      As already i made a complaint to you and even as a reminder complaint again to u. It doesnot look good for me to repeat this way to tell u again and again to u. Its a simple thing thing to resolve this matter as early as possible. You send me the actual good which i ordered that is a welding machine. And ask to take this packege box back. It was a time of divali as a festival. I can understand the heavy workload to resolve such tipe of matters but now please take it a responsibly to resolve this matter as early as possible.

      Bro, IB team will never sort out your issue, that's for sure.. They will keep this case pending for months and months, and you will keep them calling and emailing, but everytime you will get same reply "we are working on it, IB team will contact you in two days, we appreciate your patience.", but issue will never been sort out, lastly you will get tired, and you will stop complaining... I'm saying this from personal experience.
      If you hv ordered some costly stuffed from IB then I must suggest, don't wait for IB consumer team to take some action(it would never happen), better directly contact Ms.Gupta, (found and CEO of IB), she is thereon 'LinkedIn'.
      It will save your time and energy.

        Well this complaint is about product, Akari FR With Bracket & Gauge AFR-2000, order no.1015628.
        Well this product, delivered to me on 28 September 2016.
        I order two pieces of product.
        But when I received the product, pressure gauge from one product was missing.
        So on same day I informed this to industrybuying team.
        I have sent all images required by IB team, but everything is futile, as IB team is extremely arrogant, and full of idiots.
        I have called them more than 6-7times, every time received the tailored reply, " surely we will call back you on tomorrow, we are working on priority basis on your complaint.
        I also email them, many times, but nothing is found to be useful.
        My issue have not been sort of of IB team.
        And I'm 100% sure that, this company is going to close down soon, as this company is hiring 'talkative parrot' not active human resource.

        After 3 months of continuous afford by me, through phone calls, Miss NEHA, IB consumer care executives, Re registered complaint(three times re registered), and assure me refund for same.. And on second day I received call from IB team, and refunded money back... Thanks to Neha, (called on 16/11/16, at 10:12am)very friendly and helpful executive ever seen in IB team consumer care team, after dozens of calls.. But still another complaint regarding refund of cancelled order(order no.1169042) still pending with IB team.

        Still No updates from IB team...
        After more than 20calls, and 3times Re-registration of same complaint on phone, use has not been sort out...
        Really worst e-com site ever seen in my life...
        Call on Consumers care number also get disconnected automatically, and only after dozens of trials, consumer will get change to speak with executive, and about email, hahaha IB team doesn't bother to reply back, even for once, even after 100emails to them...

          Seeing the 'about us' page of this website, thought this is a trustworthy website, but turns out, indian online shoppers will continue to be cheated even by big names.

            I had placed an order over 45 days ago for A4 size paper and paid around Rs 900. The order# 984513. First industrybuying sends me messages that I received the item when I did not. I get back to them with screenshots of the messages that I kept receiving everyday from their courier safeexpress which said out for delivery in the morning and unsuccessful delivery in the evening. This goes on for 10 days. No one contacted at all and the parcel goes back to them. I have been corresponding throughout this period via emails and rep. said that I had refused the order which is entirely not true. I just need my refund please. They sent me an email 2 weeks ago stating my refund is initiated and I would receive it in 2 days.

              Hello, industrybying, i sent a complaint in a short way as i consider its a matter of packaging mistake. My requirement is a arc welding machining which is a costing about rs 5699.
              The lable on goods packet is the same as what i demanded that is of arc welding machine.
              But when i opened the goods packet, i found inside some plastic sticker roles, which is not the item what i demanded.
              Simply the issue is that on packet the lable is a corrrct as what i shall get but inside item is wrong. Please give me the item as on the sticker which is attached on top of the packet that is arc welding machine 200amp rs5699.

                        The orderd has been delivered but one part is missing. If you take a look at the snap that is attached & is a part of the packing box holding the item ordered, you will see a piece starting with a green part, followed by a yellow pipe & nozzel at the end. This part has not been received in the delivered consignment. Without this the unit does not function & is useless.

                        I would like to request that this piece left behind be sent across to me at the earliest.

                          I had ordered a Pallet Truck and paid the full amount in advance on 12 or 13 Sep 16 and also provided all documents.

                          I am yet to receive the item. I tried contacting their customer care. After repeated attempts one lady said that the item has been dispatched, however she will speak to their Technical Team and revert back which she never did.

                          Another lady, Ms Nisha, on Online Chat of IndustryBuying said not to worry she will do the needful asap but their Server was down. I have not go any info.

                          One Mr Nirbhay who contacted me before the sale, now does not answer my call.

                          This is the worst kind of E-Commerce bringing bad name to India. Shall never buy from this site ever. Most untrustworthy.

                            I logged a complaint on your forum few mins back.
                            The complain was regarding my bad experience with BlueDart.
                            Immediately I got a pop up saying that my complaint is forwarded to Bluedart.

                            Now a customer executive from your end calls me and says my complaint is not forwarded. I am not getting any help from your end. Even your service is substandard.
                            No wonder you have so many UNRESOLVED complaints on your forum.

                            Are you even a genuine company?

                              I Received a product- (High pressure water washer Black & Decker-1570TD) with some parts missing and damage on the product (the photographic evidence of damage was sent by email). Following is the details of complaint that i sent to the seller and, i just received apology mail and after that even after several reminder and phone call no response from the Seller.

                              I received the consignment on 30 Aug 2016 at around 6.30 PM. Thanks for delivery as per schedule. However upon opening i noticed that the back flow prevent adapter to be fixed between water inlet hose and the filter provided at the inlet is missing. Is it a standard accessory as part of the packaging? if not where would i get it?
                              in addition i noticed some damages on the plastic housing (on the Orange part), as i missed to take the photos immediately, i will send you the same by today evening. Since i have not tested the pressure washer due to non availability of the part stated above, i am not sure yet if this damage has any functional effect or only cosmetic in nature. i will update once i get the part and i test it completely.
                              Need your help in getting the back flow prevent adapter for inlet hose.

                                I have placed an order with Order#1068043 on Sep 26th and no updates yet. I have made multiple calls on knowing the delivery date. Yet no response. Can you please provide an update at the earliest. Each time i spoke to customer service i have informed that we will dispatch the next day. But looks like chairs are not dispatched yet. Can i know why the delay?

                                        I had ordered for plastic pallets 2 nos on 2 nd September. Order no is 973750. I had contacted the customer care but they haven't provided any solution. First I was told I would get it delivered within two days. Now they don't know where it is. Complaint no is 00116265. Are you teasing the customers patience.
