Well this complaint is about product, Akari FR With Bracket & Gauge AFR-2000, order no.1015628.
Well this product, delivered to me on 28 September 2016.
I order two pieces of product.
But when I received the product, pressure gauge from one product was missing.
So on same day I informed this to industrybuying team.
I have sent all images required by IB team, but everything is futile, as IB team is extremely arrogant, and full of idiots.
I have called them more than 6-7times, every time received the tailored reply, " surely we will call back you on tomorrow, we are working on priority basis on your complaint.
I also email them, many times, but nothing is found to be useful.
My issue have not been sort of of IB team.
And I'm 100% sure that, this company is going to close down soon, as this company is hiring 'talkative parrot' not active human resource.

Complaint marked as Resolved After 3 months of continuous afford by me, through phone calls, Miss NEHA, IB consumer care executives, Re registered complaint(three times re registered), and assure me refund for same..
And on second day I received call from IB team, and refunded money back...
Thanks to Neha, (called on 16/11/16, at 10:12am)very friendly and helpful executive ever seen in IB team consumer care team, after dozens of calls..
But still another complaint regarding refund of cancelled order(order no.1169042) still pending with IB team.

After more than 20calls, and 3times Re-registration of same complaint on phone, use has not been sort out...
Really worst e-com site ever seen in my life...
Call on Consumers care number also get disconnected automatically, and only after dozens of trials, consumer will get change to speak with executive, and about email, hahaha IB team doesn't bother to reply back, even for once, even after 100emails to them...
Worst of worst e-com site in india E-com space... But don't worry this company will close down soon.. It has cheated so many people, including me.
And about IB consumer care, hahaha most worst part of company, consumer care executives are trained by best HR, just to talk, not to work..
This executives are talkative parrot, not active human being..
