Even no reply on mail sent to them.

I trusted the company so much for our product need but they are simply not worth it.

    Dear sir,
    My brother ordered a lawn mower from industry buying and the order no is 779560. We ordered a petrol bosch arm32 12.59inch but we received an electric lawn mower instead of petrol one in the box of of petrol lawn mower. The petrol mower is of rs 13798 while the electric one is cheaper in cost. The customer care are not at all responding to repeated calls and mails even though they accepted their mistake when we called them few days back. Now there is no reply from their end they have not even opened the request for replacement. I think this is the new trick of cheating people by giving them item of cheap quality in the higher price product box. Therefore i request you to please help us in getting our money back from this fraud company.

      Hi team,
      This is for order number 795751 skill 6513 delivered to me on 14th of july. packaging was nice but when i opened the box entire skill box was damaged from outside and broken. however everything inside is intact. it does not affect the functionality of drill machine in anyway but carrying it in a broken box will be difficult.

      Do let me know how this can be returned and undamaged piece be delivered to me. i am forced to complain here as the email id provided stopped responding for replacement of drill machine.

        My order id: 818649. i have prepaid an amount of 1333 rs on 16july 2016. today the date is 21. still no info about the order status is known.

        They promised a delivey of product in 4-7 days, but still the status is showing just order placed which happened 6days back.

        Please take action towards the complaint or else plzzz return the money by cancellling it.

        Really its a pathetic experience in ecommerce website to be like this.

          I have order this v-guard vgsd 50 (images no.1 & 2) from this website, however i have received the wrong product v-guard vg50 (images order received - which i have been already using for last 2 years).

          I have ordered the vgsd 50 maroon color as i have purchased new maroon color fridge but i have received cheap looking white stablizer. there is a lot of difference in models (difference in image attached)

          I need the resolution asap, although i expect less on such a unprofessional act already faced from industrybuying.

          I think will never buy anymore from industrybuying and never recommend it to others, worst experience of lifetime till date by online shopping.

          They have a reverse pick up without informing me on email or phone, suddenly a courier guy comes to me and ask for the stablizer. How can i give them the product without any assurance from Industrybuying about my refund or replacement? I clearly told them first dispatch correct product or initiate my refund only after that I will return the product, otherwise I will be on loss for 1200plus bucks plus no prodcut. I know its normal procedure but I cant trust a new less known website for this.

            This is a very fraud company and i came to find out last minute only. I had unknowingly ordered the subject mentioned item and was not delivered for 2weeks. Even after that they mentioned they dont have the item, still i can see the same in stock on their ad's. It has been 3.5 weeks since i received my money back. They are holding customer money and making profit as interest out of it for 3 weeks. Please look into the issue. Next step i plan to go legal manner.

                    Sir, i ordered online ups with inbuilt battery after consulting your sales executive.

                    I paid the amount.
                    After opening, i found wrong product.
                    It is external battery operated sine wave ups.
                    I was mis guided by the sales executive of industy buying company.
                    I was told that the product is similar to the ups comes with computers.
                    It is not possible to keep such system inside my dental clinic.

                        I placed online Order on Industrybuying.com and paid the full amount through credit card.

                        But, as I did not received any shipping intimation from them and unnecessarily delaying the things after several reminders, I cancelled both the orders.

                          I had ordered for falcon make lawn mower for my site at haridwar. While on receiving it is found that the mower's roller was found broken. Same has been informed to company on same time. This incident happens on 03.07.2016. From that day i am regularly complaining them to replace the material but there is no reply from industrybuying.com. When i called to customer care they said that please send the material back to us through india post. It is quite surprising to me that i need to courier back. When i said to send the all instruction over mail they told that they will drop the mail but 5 days passed no reply from them.

                          It is very bad impression for your customer who faith on you & getting humilated like this.

                            I ordered some material at industrybuying.com on[protected] via order no. - 741776. It was a prepaid order having 02 items. I received only 01 material that too without packing in damaged condition. I am still waiting for IInd item even after 19 days. They are not bothered to reply my emails. I have called to their customer are and each time they say that they are taking the issue with priority. I would suggest that be cautious before buying any product from this portal.

                                I have ordered a solar panel and solar charging controller (order no 740775 dt 20/6/16) from this site to check the quality of their products. i got solar panel in 3 days so i again order other solar panel (order no 752310 dt 23/06/16) and recommend this to my friend. he also made an order no 749538 dt 23/10/16. but industrial buying has cancelled solar charging controller on 05/07/16. my both other orders are still pending. during 15 days i did not see the product out of stock. i do not know what is wrong with this company they use my paytm money for 15 days and did not delivered my order.

                                I also received my solar panel when again ordered. I think as they told problem was genuine due to dealer they could not deliveed my order but all time money was refunded on time. I will give 5 stars for packing and timely delivery of products. Also 5 star for refund.

                                  Sir, i am abhijit biswas (mob: [protected]) had purchased a kilosker kp4 jalraj-1008 submersible pump with control panel 1 hp but the product is not fit for our 3"bore well because its radius is greater than the bore well. sir according to my plumber the pump does not function for greater radius and having oil filled motor in the submersible pump and it will not last long in our tube well. so please replace by sending 1 hp submursible pump under 3" redius with water filled motor and panel etc. for the same adress or refund me.

                                    With reference to order id 746915, it has been more than 12days yet order has no shipment, likely very soon action to be taken. I had talked to the customer care regularly but they are always claiming to get it shipped in 2 days, I m regretting to buy from industry buying.com customer care response appears to be false or fraud and there is no clear status of the order,

                                      I have received product on 8th june at 12:55pm and jun 8, 2016 at 1:09 pm, after talking to customer care i have send the images of damaged product which i have received, and they acknowledge my email and said within 1 business day they will take back the product and process the refund, from 8th june to till now i am keep calling customer care and also sending email for the same, but every time they are saying that reverse pickup will be done in 24hours which never happen, today they are saying we cannot arrange reverse pickup so you send damaged product via post, why should i do these, it is my fault that i have paid the amount for product which i have seen on website and at the time of delivery i have received damaged product, company is making fraud, i have all email reference and call recording of customer care. I want my money back and take this damaged product with you.

                                        I had placed a order at for a Bosch car washing machine, made the payment at the point of receiving the machine as it was cod. But after several attempts to use the machine, I found out that the machine which is delivered to me is at fault. Then I contacted their customer care and I was advised to send an email at '[protected]@industrybuying.com'
                                        Instead of my multiple emails to the above stated email address, I haven't received any confirmation from the company and when I tried to contact them again, I was astonished to know that they never received any email. I guess there is a huge lack of process management and data deletion problem in the company as I have verified the email address many time. My order number is 711240
