My order id: 818649. i have prepaid an amount of 1333 rs on 16july 2016. today the date is 21. still no info about the order status is known.

They promised a delivey of product in 4-7 days, but still the status is showing just order placed which happened 6days back.

Please take action towards the complaint or else plzzz return the money by cancellling it.

Really its a pathetic experience in ecommerce...

This is a very fraud company and i came to find out last minute only. I had unknowingly ordered the subject mentioned item and was not delivered for 2weeks. Sir I lodged a complaint against paytm on 6.6.16 on ur website. after lodging the complaint a call came from mobile no.[protected] who identified himself as paytm executive with name Sumit & in order to verification purpose he asked me to tell some OTP & thereby he finally transferred Rs.4000 from my paytm wallet. sir plz help me by way of return of money & punishment of that person.
