I ordered RGP Indian Standard Convex Mirror from industrybuying order no 495484 .
I received completely broken product and its many bits and pieces where I couldn't open the package itself fully.
I contacted the customer care about the defective product. They suggested that I send them pictures of the same and they will follow it up. I mailed the pictures on 14 Mar 2016 but still no reply from industrybuying. They have the worst customer service and don't even know how to treat their customers. I will continue share my worst experience and wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

    Hi, my order id is 528264 (Metal detector). I received my order on 21st march in damaged condition. I opened the packet in front of the courier boy and when i found the metal detector is damaged i immediately called the customer care number and spoke to mr rajat negi. He told me to pay the courier boy and drop an email to their email id which will start the replacement/return process. I made a mistake of trusting him and till date i am not refunded my money. After 21st march email, i did not hear back from industry buying for a week (Apart from an automated email) and i again called the customer care and i was told that the issue is escalated and i will get my money back. After my call the damaged product was picked up by fedex without any replacement or refund. I've been emailing and calling them to get my refund of rs 2262 but i see no action whatsoever from industrybuying team. I've sent 5 emails till date and looking the way they are doing business it seems they are highly unprofessional and unorganized group of people. I was a first time customer to their site and the kind of trouble i am facing i am sure they don't care about their image either.

    I received a comment from company representative giving the email id for forwarding my bank details, I received the refund amount yesterday.

      I had already posted a complaint and the officials at industrybuying.com assured me several times of the refund but they did not. Industrybuying is into severe malpractices regarding refund . They are lying to me everyday when i call them giving false assurances to my refund request.
      I, therefore, request industrybuying to do the needful asap as i will leave no stones unturned to get my hard earned money back.

        Order #574431 was placed on 10th april 16, item not delivered yet, posted couple of emails no reply from ib, contact ib no response, keep tracking i can see my order booked but later on no status updates and item not dispatched yet. It's bad experience for me, the entire amount also paid, totally disappointed, also i noted their is no phone contact.

              Still no update on my item ordered. When i talked to your customer care executive, all i was given with is a courier company's tracking number[protected]Fedex courier). When i logged in, the message came up was the order is still not been procured for delivery, forget about arrival (Even today). What is my status?. Please return my money if you can't deliver it asap. Please note that i placed the order on 9th of april 2016 and still not been picked for delivery. What is the point in buying an air cooler after summer?. If you are going to delay it further, please return my money. Or else, i will be forced to escalate the matter to the consumer court and other forums.

                    I had lodged a complaint against pizza hut yesterday late night regarding deduction of amount from bank a/c but order not getting materialised.

                    Since it had some contact detail, fraudstars are troubling my son and wife over phone. They are also using abusive language. I requested you (consumercomplaints.in) to remove the contact detail or remove the complaint itself.

                          1.Product Pye PYE-906 Combination Plier (Length 155 mm) against order ID 530410 dated 19-Mar-216 was shipped on 30-Mar-2016 but I had already made cancellation request on 27-March-2016 as there was delay in shipping and since then I am constant asking to arrange the reverse shipping so that I can receive my refund but no action as been taken on the same.

                          2. Product Dynel 12W LED Torch against order ID 531161 dated 31-Mar-2016 is still pending to be shipped and there is no update on the same by the customer care over phone or even by mail even after 15 days.

                          3. Product Jonson Tapes PVC Insulation Tape [1(W) inch x 0.125(Thickness) mm x 10(L) mtr ] against order ID 572815 dated 08/04/2016 is still pending to be hipped even after 7 days.

                          I want the orders to be cancelled and refunded.

                                The order was placed on 03.03.2016 and payment was paid through freecharge.In. The order was cancelled on 09.03.2016 due to non-initiative to process the order by industry buying. Since then i have been trying to get my money back and till date even after passing of mare than 1 month i have no clue where is my money. The order was cancelled both online and through mail. Since they don't have any customer care number, it is impossible to talk with them.

                                  Industrybuying is a company that has proved to be a startup running unethical business practices . They are negligent, careless and dishonest. Let me explain :

                                  1 . Order Number 494837 – Placed on 17th March, Cancelled on 18th March . According to customer care refund would be issues in 24-48 hrs . I was reconciling my bank account on 7th of April when to my surprise I found that the money – 3208 Rs had not been returned to my account . I contacted customer care and they told me that the concerned person was not available that is why the refund was not processed . I then asked them whether the refund was not processed for all the customers or just me for which I got no reply. Therafter I informed the owner Ms. Swati Gupta who shifted the responsibility to two gentlemen
                                  a) Mr . Aman – who I spoke to on the 8th of April refused to identify himself by his designation. On asking him why the money had not been refunded he said that for this order the money had been refunded earlier to my freecharge account .(implying it was done long time ago).On telling him that I had checked my freecharge account on 7th of April and there was no money in it by then, he replied “Sir ab check check lijiye ab aa gaya hoga” Then I asked him as to what the date of the refund was . He reluctantly replied that he did not know the date of the refund .
                                  b) Representative 2 – who also spoke to me on 8th of April in a nonchalant manner trying to defend the actions of industrybuying by saying “you know sir we are a startup”. He claimed to be in the company for a mere 10 days . On asking him why the refund was not processed he said that when customer’s cancel the order there was previously a fault in the system that he rectified due to which until the customer informs industrybuying either through email or phone he will not be able to get his money back. On asking him when the flaw was fixed he said 3-4 days ago. On asking him why I was not given any information about it nor any action taken to refund the money in the last 3-4 days he said that is why we refunded your money on 7th of April . I informed him that he was factually incorrect since the money was not refunded by industrybuying on their own but rather after having me complained to Ms. Swati Gupta .


                                  2) Order Number 511208 – Placed on 10th March and Shipped on 18th March . It was a 120 Litres garbage bin worth 3064 Rs which was received by me in a broken condition on 23rd March 2016. I sent the pictures to industrybuying.They provided no information as to how they were going to proceed. On repeatedly calling them they kept assuring me that a reverse pickup would be done tomorrow and then the next day . They even told me it would be done by Fedex. On asking them why despite all their assurance a reverse pickup had not been done they informed me after more than a week and by email on 2nd April that the reverse pickup was not possible as my area was non –servicable and I should ship the product back to them .During this period I placed numerous calls to more that 7 customer care executives with no avail.I also sent multiple emails to express my discontent but my plea fell on deaf ears.

                                  On asking them why they did not tell me this earlier and wasted my time for over a week the customer care executives were blunt and said “Sir aap ship kar digiye product” .
                                  After my discussion with the owner Ms Swati Gupta her designated representative was asked the same question by me to which he replied “ Sir hamara system thoda slow hai “.

                                  3) Order Number 539699 – Placed on 29th March and cancelled on 30th March . After informing Ms. Swati Gupta and on talking to her designated representatives :

                                  a) Mr. Aman – On asking why the money was not refunded on time he said “ Sir galti se reh gaya hoga “
                                  b) Representative 2 –Said when customer’s cancel the order there was previously a fault in the system that he rectified due to which until the customer informs industrybuying either through email or phone he will not be able to get his money back. On letting him know what Mr Aman said he started talking to Mr. Aman and telling him “ clearly batado that we are a startup. Aisa nahin bolna chahiye “Galti se reh gaya hoga. Aise nahin Aise bataya karo”
                                  C) In my prior conversation with customer care as to why the refund had not been processed a senior customer care executive tole me that the concerned person was not available .

                                  4) Order Number 552357 – There are two items in this order .The order was placed on 30th March 2016.

                                  PART1 of Order 552357- I informed Ms. Swati how on 7th April 2016 the order still said awaiting procurement on 4th April and that no one had taken the pain to inform me that the item was unavailable . It was only when I called customer care that this information was given to me and I chose to cancel the order to get my money back .My discussion with the designated representatives of Ms. Swati Gupta

                                  a) Mr . Aman – “Sir there is a flaw in the system”
                                  b) Representative 2 – told me that the concerned person for this order sits in another office and his manager told him about the non-availability of the product after which “he” cancelled the order - as if to say industrybuying was vigilant about it (a blatant lie)

                                  PART 2 of Order 552357 – The order was placed on 30th March and accordind to industrybuying the order was shipped on the 1st of April . When even on 7th of April I did not receive the order nor could I track it I told Ms. Swati Gupta about it and on my discussion with her representatives :

                                  Representative 2 – Blamed it on logistics error and shrugged his shoulder off all responsibility about the order .

                                  5) When I tried to place this order Money was deducted by industrybuying from my mobikwik account but order not placed on their website .Transaction ID[protected] Debit Date Fri Apr 08 23:27:30 IST 201 Debit Amount 5676.0.

                                    Hi,
                                    I purchased a paper bundle(Stationery)from industrybuying.com. Not sure about the price while buying it. However, when i received it its actual mrp is 119 rupees, where as industrybuying charged me 427 rupees. This is utter cheating. Spoke to their customer care representative. Each one has different answers. Please refrain buying from these fraudsters.

                                      I was earlier ordered on 487161 for bata safety shoes. About after 15-20 days follow up your executive told the shoes are not available, hence i cancelled the order. Next time again ur site was showing the availability of same shoes, so i inquired with your call centre, mr. Sudhish from your team confirmed me the availability of shoes. And assured that the same will delivered to me in 7 days. Now neither i have received any delivery. Status on ur site is order confirmed... No further movement even after 9 days. Now mr. Sudhish is also not responding. Ur call centre customer care service is third class. Can i get information - 1. Is industrybuying is really interested to deliver the shoes? Or industrybuying is a fake company?

                                      Now again after 13 days Industrybuying is not giving any firm commitment on date for receipt of material. They are now again saying you have refund if you are not satisfied. Now I have denied for only refund since it has happened for second time. There has to be a penalty with refund. Otherwise these cheaters will go on doing the same again & again. Please help...

                                        Against order id 487048 dt. 28/02/2016 for rs. 4, 266/- indent for 5 items were placed out of which at least 4 item are into doldrums (.) its nearing 45 days while one of the item is still at approval state (Immediate stage of placement of order) what to talk of processing or shipping (.) besides above another item was shipped over a month back while it is yet to be received at our end, even a shipment to u.S. By sea, does not take soo much of time (.) what to talk of remaining 2 items, much said is enough (.) we are sending regular mails which unfortunately remains totally un-answared by them (.) just place order and forget, there will never be any updates from them, talking to them over phone yields zero results (.) refund of our funds will always remain a big question? With no one to answer it (.) however, their advertisement on facebook will soon attract negative comments, by others, if left issues, unattended by them (.) its disgusting...
