Today I received the 2nd LED tube light of the order 1007380 by Bluedart [protected]. This item is received in perfect condition with no damage. The reason for this is there thermocol packing on the inner pack and bubble pack and gunny bag packing on the topmost 3rd layer with fragile sticker. Attaching the photographs.

The 1st tube which was badly damaged because did not have any thermocol packing which is the main reason for the damage & transit. Also, the top gunny bag was missing in that and no fragile sticker found. Refer photographs sent yesterday.

Please arrange to send the replacement with proper packing and take back the damaged one. Else, arrange for refund for the damaged tube which is a packaging mistake.

Looking forward for your immediate response. Dont ask & frustrate me with the same set of questions which I had already on 19/9 along with photographs. Very pathetic response.

      Industrybuying make me wait for 20 days and cancelled my order without proper answer, when read the reviews of industrybuying android app i came to know that it is totall fraud company. Never buy anything from industrybuing and make everyone know before they fall prey to this fraud company. They are knid of running a finance company by taking the money from customers without delivering products, wasting the consumers valuable time is a crime, everyone should share it on social media before others fall in this trap...

        I have ordered vacuum cleaner with order I'd 1020899 but the status of order is still on approval even after 5 days, the processing and delivery is very slow and no support, I have already paid the money.
        When I call customer support team they say to dial other number but when I call it gets cut within some time, I request consumer court to kindly look into the matter so that all other customers do not face these problems.

                          1. Industrybuyings' customer support is very poor (0 out of 10). Reason Do not even respond to the email. The customer support team at the toll free number say that they will respond to the queries by mail but i got response only after several calls.
                          2. The product delivered on the date scheduled but with one part missing, effectively i am unable to test the product (the pressure washer). I wrote a mail to know where i can buy the missing part so that i can at least try the product if it is working or not. No reply.
                          3. The pressure washer housing(plastic body) had a damage marks - the Origianal Orange color turned white indication of high force impact. However at this point of time i donot know if the product has any functional defect.

                              When i have called the customer care people told me that they will dispatch the product within 4 to 7 days. Now today their executive is saying that it will take 2-3 days more.

                              I am fed up of their service as they have been giving me fake promises since beginning. Please look into this and resolve this matter for me at the earliest.

                                Order ID : 912934. I have received this product but it is not working. Compressor is not working tell me what to do.Motor is working but there is no compressor for that water spray not working please call back and advice I will tel the difficulties to the expert.As per your direction I fitted with all the fittings and start with battery in my Grandi10 car motor stated but compressor meter is not show the pressar and water is not coming to the pipe. Then waytted for a long time and after I closed and packed the item.

                                  Order No.864690 Delivery not received every time over email and phone the same reply comes that it will be shipeed within two working days. i do not know which workings days. Now a days it 24hours and 365 days working and delivery by the others.

                                        I have placed an order bearing Order No-891301 to Industrybuying.com for 8 nos. of plastic crates. Made online payment of Rs.3264/- on 7th August 2016. Till today, i.e. on 18th august 2016, they could not deliver my material. The tracking No. S[protected] provided to me, is an invalid number of Delhivery. Called up several times to customer care and each time I was assured of prompt resolution to my complaint. Even spoke to senior official of Customer care department, still no resolution has come up. At last on 17th I made a formal request for refund and it is yet to be processed. I have not been intimated. There seems to be lack of professionalism in part of Industry buying. Please refund my payment without further delay. Failing which I will have no other option but to approach the appropriate authority to recover my payments.
