I have ordered vacuum cleaner with order I'd 1020899 but the status of order is still on approval even after 5 days, the processing and delivery is very slow and no support, I have already paid the money.
When I call customer support team they say to dial other number but when I call it gets cut within some time, I request consumer court to kindly look into the matter so that all other customers do not face these problems....

I ordered a arc welding machine from industrybuying.com, the product was defective. I placed a return request on 12th sept. It's been 6 days, neither my money has been returned nor they have taken back the product.

Even after sending repeated emails and the product pictures they have not taken any action and my money has been blocked there.

Ist call...Ans ...pl call the godrej tech yourself(took two days), if he can't fix will replace or refund
2 nd call...pl send picture from five sides and email it to us will respond in 24 hrs...
3rd call ...sent all your receipts and delivery receipts will call you after that ...
SORRY WE HAVE A SEVEN DAYS RETURN POLICY YOU LOOSE...

I run my own development company and this product gave me a headache.
I have been trying to work on it for about a week. It wasted my so much time.

Customer care is very poor. Does not give reply for 4 days too.Giving Empty assurances each time but nothing happens.

It is not too big and long and it is also to small to sit and we are expecting u from best order but it is not that order we can expect also it is very canjusted to sit not to much space not to smooth also not so we can wish to cancel the order so we can expect more when you so the picture of that chair but it is not looks like that so by this type of delivary we cannot expect from urs side so we can cancel the order...

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Vivek Kumar Saha from 550, Block - N, New Alipore, Kolkata-53. I ordered Livguard LA415-VX Voltage Stabilizer for 2Ton AC online wedsite called industrybuying.com on 24th August 2016 but instead of sending my required model they delivered me Livguard LA417-VX Voltage Stabilizer for upto 1.5 Ton AC on 2nd September 2016. When I complained about this on very much on 2nd September 2016 they are nil interested to rectify...

1. Industrybuyings' customer support is very poor (0 out of 10). Reason Do not even respond to the email. The customer support team at the toll free number say that they will respond to the queries by mail but i got response only after several calls.
2. The product delivered on the date scheduled but with one part missing, effectively i am unable to test the product (the pressure washer). I wrote a mail to know where i can buy the...

Whenever I check with their customer executive they are saying it will be shipped in two days and today when I called them they are saying they dont have Internet and they cannot check the status..funny response though.

When i have called the customer care people told me that they will dispatch the product within 4 to 7 days. Now today their executive is saying that it will take 2-3 days more.

I am fed up of their service as they have been giving me fake promises...

Please Never Buy products from Industrybuying.com They are Biggest Cheaters. They always supply wrong products and defective products. Even if we request for Return or Replacement they will not respond also after delivery. My Order ID 854549. Previous Complaint No. 89799 and current Complaint No105004.

Please don't trust these idiots they are biggest cheaters on the earth....

Till date i am being told that order is ready to be shipped, they are not cancelling the order either by phone or their email id despite they said they will do.

Have been provided a tracking no, once saying that order has been shipped, but the tracking no. was fake. Totally fake web site. Their toll free no. is not reachable most of the time....

I have placed an order bearing Order No-891301 to Industrybuying.com for 8 nos. of plastic crates. Made online payment of Rs.3264/- on 7th August 2016. Till today, i.e. on 18th august 2016, they could not deliver my material. The tracking No. S[protected] provided to me, is an invalid number of Delhivery. Called up several times to customer care and each time I was assured of prompt resolution to my complaint. Even spoke to senior official...

I had ordered this stethoscope on 17/08/2016 .. But i had ordered the wrong product.. I would like to cancel the order. But noone is picking up at the toll free number. And noone is responding my email. I need that order to be cancelled.

We placed an order no 869159 for molykote 1000 about 12-15 days back and money was paid through credit card.

Today we received a regret from industrybuying that product cannot be supplied. This kind of acts are being done knowingly in order to utilize customers money without any interest.

We don't have any idea that how many customers are cheated like us. Why government is not asking such type of fraudulent...
