Delivery Defective product from "www.industrybuying.com" at 23rd Feb and I call them 24th Feb for replacement the wrong product and till 09/03/2016 no replacement but I call many times after received that defective product but they are promise to me for replacement, but no replacement. what can I do now.

Please help me to get the product I need that product quickly.

    I'am ponnanna, i ordered 2 goodyear tyre from industrybuying website worth 10647 and the order id is 481156 on 24/2/16. i have already paid full amount. its been more than 10 days and i dint get my product yet. there is no details in my account page. no order details in my order page and they dont have any answer for that. called customer care for more than 5 times but they are not responding. they lie every time that i will get product in 2 days. spoke to customer care executives Mr. Vishwadeepak Pandey, he sent me a screenshot of my order details through mail and when i replied 5 times requesting for delivery date he never responded. and after 2 days somebody called Miss Neha received my call and she had no knowledge about the product and the service said i will get my product in 2 days. then after 2 days i spoke to an executive Mr. Rajath and he promised to call me back two times and never called me. They dint tell me the delivery date. and again when i called Mr Vishwadeepak Pandey the product is not available and will delever in 2 days and if you dont provide the product in 2 days i can cancel the order. NOW IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT IN STOCK WHY IS IT SHOWING IN WEBSITE? IF I HAVE TO CANCEL THE ORDER WHY WAS I MADE TO WAIT FOR 17 DAYS. i had to face some loss because of this. please help me get my product.

      I have already paid for the product ( Code No 231730 ) and They are sending pending things of my order I have received only Tree Purner but Light weight fiber glass extendable handle was not in the Courier. No one is attending call from customer care. After continues calling Industrybuying sent 2nd courier and couriers person is asking for payment when I call industrybuying they are saying we have sent all things this courier is for my new order

            I booked for remi r303 centrifuge machine on indystrybuying.Com on 17 february 2016 and paid rs 5686/- by netbanking. I got email about order confirmation on the same day. But thereafter there is no communication from them. I emailed them, called them many times but there is no response. I fear its a fraud company and i lost my hard earned money. Should i go ahead with police complaint.Please advice.

              Www.industrybuying, com worst online company ever in India. Takes orders and saying items on stock, but after 30 days they says the item is not in stock ( but still showing on their website as AVAILABLE).A worst company, no support, false customer care answers, email support replies after 40 days, no other way to communicate.

              Worst company, still products are listed on website as " available ", even if the product can be procured from a 100 meter distance company, they never tries, but again taking orders for non stocked items or never tries to source the same even after 30 days of taking order !!!

              companies like this must be banned in india .
              industrybuying.com customer service is like we are living as 200years ago. Never replies to customer care emails, if lucky will get replies after 30 days !!!, whatsapp number just a dummy, toll free number answers are all fake. For my case i had ordered two items on JAN 2016. After many calls they shipped just ONE, and after few days (20 days) they said they only have one item in stock ( but on website its showed as "available").ON FEB 2016 i decided to check their business model again, before that i requested a call back, after few days they promised me that they can ship the same in 7 days after placing order.So i placed order for two, but after nearly one month, they never shipped the item.The material was made by a company near industrybuying office .Last Saturday one executive told me that it will be shipped on last monday, and i waited again, but it was again a false promise. They just tells that their product procurement department will arrange the same.But even after 30 days nothing happens. The firm is co-founded by two IIM graduates, but till now no improvement on any thing.

              1.Worst customer support system
              2.Many Web design issues are still on website ( i had reported two things on JAN 2016 !!!)
              3.Lists all products as "available", but actually its " not available"
              4.Toll free number and email support system is pathetic and false answers.
              5.I think Govt agencies must act now, its not to be supposed as a fraud company, but due to these things any one once tried will never go with them even if the price is low or the product is a necessity for him.

              all orders cancelled due to non availability of the product. But the product is available from a few meters away from IB office. ????. On every time even today the product is listed on website as " available " ???????

              NEVER LIST ANY PRODUCT ON WEBSITE IF THE SAME CAN BE PROCURED ON TIME OR NOT IN STOCK !!!
              WAITING A MONTH TO GET A PRODUCT WITHOUT ANY PROPER & PRECISE COMMUNICATION IS NOT A GOOD BUSINESS !!!
              They only refunded my payment after 35 days, never able to ship the product, customer support system is still very poor, all communications from the IB team cant be trusted as 100% true.

              Need to improve a lot, in customer support system, feedback, website errors, physical stock details, procurement system etc.

              i again placed another order on MAR 14th, till now (even after 15 days) no update, no exact details, no response from team IB.


              I can confirm NOW we must keep off from IB website for ever. They will never give you exact answers, if answered it will just a gimmick !!!


              totally fedup with this company, THE WORST E COM COMPANY EVER, we cant say that they are fraud, BUT THEIR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IS WORST, in all cases.

              1.website errors
              2.no customer support system
              3.false feedbacks to customers
              4.selling non stocked products, and listing as " available"
              5.no proper customer redress system
              6.No one takes resposibility
              7.Even no staff to check emails, they checks emails after 20 days, and replies with some pretext.

                  An electronics product sold by Bestronics over industrybuying platform was booked by me with a pre-payement using debit card (Order ID : 455293) on 15th February, 2016

                  I was informed via e-mail that my product is shipped via Delhivery Courier company with a waybill number S[protected]. Industry Buying's tracking facility kept showing that item has been shipped.

                  On Tracking through Delhivery platform, it showed that the product had been returned back to merchant on 18th February in Delhi. (See attached picture)I contacted customer care of Dehlivery and they informed me that since they didn't have Roorkee, Uttarakhand (My residence and place of desired delivery) as a service location for electronics product and hence they returned back to the merchant.

                  After that there is no communication from industry buying. I have send 4 emails to their customer care id : [protected]@industrybuying.com asking for status and why hasn't the product been sent via some other courier, but as of 2nd March, 2016 5:30 pm, I haven't received any reply from their side.

                  This makes 16 days of non-delivery period, my stuck money and my stuck research project as it was an important component for instrumentation of my undergraduate thesis at IIT Roorkee.

                  I wish for delivery of product within next 1-2 days as well as financial compensation for such a delay and mental anguish and pain of writing so many emails, a wait period and repercussions of delay in my research project

                        I ordered Bosch drill bit set from industrybuying order no 340854.
                        I received a defective set with some drill bits broken and some missing.
                        I contacted the customer care about the defective product. They suggested that I send them pictures of the same and they will follow it up. I mailed the pictures on 21 jan 2016 but still no reply from industrybuying.
                        I think they have worst service and will not order from them ever.
                        I hope that my complaint will be resolved after posting it on this forum.

                          I have ordered with industrybuying.com on 2 occasions. Order No 323259 and order no 340854.
                          Some items of the order 323259 were cancelled by site and I have yet to receive full refund from them.
                          Some items of order no 340854 are shown as in transit from 16 Jan 2016 and I have yet to receive them even after one month. No shipment tracking information is present on the site.
                          I tried to contact customer care but I dont think they have hired anyone for that department.
                          I am not going to order anything from this site.
                          I would suggest that no one orders from this site.
                          I would be thankful if my problems are solved by posting in this forum.

                          I got a mail from industrybuying giving shipment details for the above items.
                          Shipping detail provided for the Paul Tools 3 Inch Heavy Duty Drill Press Vice (2.25 Kg) is wrong.
                          The detail provided refers to an earlier shipment that I received.

                                • Dear Sir, I booked BNC Connector three unit on 06th February 2016 and made online payment. order id 437926 they told me that it will delivers whiten 7 days and today is 10th day from order booking date but still not deliver. I talk to customer care many time but no result, they told me that it will delivered in one or two days. I am still waiting, I told him that if you can't deliver this item please mail me clear so that I can purchase from market but they told me that it's in process.

                                They dont have the inventory but they are putting it on their portal and taking the order for which they are unable to dispatched the confirmed prepaid order. 1. I wait for this product for 10 days. 2. many time I called to Industrybuy customer care, but never correct information received. Please help me... I am going to log a case in Consumer court also.                                 I was booked a reliance chainsaw on 2nd February 2016 and order id no. 432120 but industrybuying not dispatched till now. I tried called the customer Care can't pick up the called.

                                  Dear Sir, I booked Alto Tyre one unit on 29th January 2016 and made online payment. order id 422319, they told me that it will delivers whiten 7 days and today is 17th day from order booking date but still not deliver. I talk to customer care many time but no result, they told me that it will delivered in one or two days. I am still waiting, I told him that if you can't deliver this item please mail me clear so that I can purchase from market but they told me that it's in process.

                                  They dont have the inventory but they are putting it on their portal and taking the order for which they are unable to dispatched the confirmed prepaid order. 1. I wait for this product for 17 days. 2. many time I called to Industrybuy customer care, but never correct information received. Please help me... I am going to log a case in Consumer court also. I want my product ASAP, if not delivered in 3 to 4 days. Regards, Ritesh Singh.

                                      I have ordered two items (vide order#412329 1. JCB Flex Handle 2.JF Tools Coil Compressor for a total amount of Rs1328/-) from industrying on 27th January 2016, and I got the first item on 9th of February 2016. For the pending 2nd item, I have written about 4 times to the CC but no reply. I called the CC and the lady who answered promised to ship the pending item with in 48 hours, but to this date no update on the shipment details. So Please cancel the 2nd item and make the refund with immediate effect.
