An electronics product sold by Bestronics over industrybuying platform was booked by me with a pre-payement using debit card (Order ID : 455293) on 15th February, 2016
I was informed via e-mail that my product is shipped via Delhivery Courier company with a waybill number S[protected]. Industry Buying's tracking facility kept showing that item has been shipped.
On Tracking through Delhivery platform, it showed that the product had been returned back to merchant on 18th February in Delhi. (See attached picture)I contacted customer care of Dehlivery and they informed me that since they didn't have Roorkee, Uttarakhand (My residence and place of desired delivery) as a service location for electronics product and hence they returned back to the merchant.
After that there is no communication from industry buying. I have send 4 emails to their customer care id : [protected]@industrybuying.com asking for status and why hasn't the product been sent via some other courier, but as of 2nd March, 2016 5:30 pm, I haven't received any reply from their side.
This makes 16 days of non-delivery period, my stuck money and my stuck research project as it was an important component for instrumentation of my undergraduate thesis at IIT Roorkee.
I wish for delivery of product within next 1-2 days as well as financial compensation for such a delay and mental anguish and pain of writing so many emails, a wait period and repercussions of delay in my research project
