I have ordered stanley[protected] pcs. 3/8 inch drive metric socket set on 3rd may 2016 for rs:1746 from industrybuying.com and it was shipped and delivered to me under order id 634242 by fedex with tracking number[protected] by 13th may. When i unpacked the box instead of the 24pcs 3/8 socket set, the dealer shipped me a 35pcs 1/4 socket set (Stanley[protected]. On 14th may i called the customer support toll free number and complaint about the same, the executive name was mona grover, she advised me to click some photos of the package and send it to [protected]@industrybuying.com As per her advise i have done the same and mailed my complaint on 14th may 2016. Today its 17th may 2016 and i have not received any reply and i tried calling the customer care, they are not even picking up any calls. Was this information helpful? | |||||
