Hi i am Harsha, i have ordered a bean bag form INFIBEAM.COM on 4th August 2012 and paid the amount(ORDER NO 9152989), till date i have not received the consignment.
I have sent 3 emails and called costumer care there is no reply form them, As i usually shop through e-commerce this is the worst experience i ever had experience form an e-commerce site.

    There are lots of sites which delivers on stipulated time but not this site’s service.

    Product delivery time on Infibeam.com says: 24 hours, but in fact it should be updated as 10-15 days. It’s the 12th Day and I’m yet to receive my product.

    Customer service is pathetic. It’s bound to make you wait for latest 10-15 mins, which sometimes gets disconnected. Very frustrating!!!!

    Purchase from this site at your own peril and only if you have ample amount of time. Make a wise move!!!!

      Dear Sir,

      This is regarding my purchase for Devante My Tab from infibeam.com.I placed an order for Devante my tab (Costing Rs.7,200) using my credit card on 14-June-2012 in infibeam.com.They delivered a Rs.4,500 item after 10 days.As the delivered item is wrong one I called infibeam and informed after one week they arranged a pick up for item replaced.Then again taking 10 days of time they send me another one.This time they sent the right item but non functional one.The table is not at all working so asked them to cancel my order and return my money.They said no to return money but a pick up again for replacement.But this after sending back the item 15 days has passed but no response from their side and no item replaced.Kindly suggest me how to proceed to place a complaint against the company,

        Dear sir I Prakash Das Have Purchased 1 laptop of Lenovo Cost Rs26,725.00 from www.infibeam.com for which Order No. is 9085967 , for which i hav paid online from my Bank account through netbanking,when they received the money they dispatch the product and i received it on 30-July2012 from BlueDart Courier around 1:30Pm and when i Opened/unpacked the package i found there was no laptop inside the Box, for that Immediately i called to customer care of infibeam.com and complained about the same they also assured me that this problem will be solved within 24hrs to 48Hrs of time durations, since then i m regularly calling to customer care of infibeam and everytime they are telling we r working on that u will get product within a few days,Now when ever i m calling to their customer care they do just put my call on hold and after 15minutes they disconnect the call without any clarifications. in this i have lost more than Rs200 of balance from my Mobile, now its more than the expected time and having no response from the Infibeam i found that my money was Lost, www.infibeam.com have cheated me in this way,its a very bad works done by infibeam with me ,please i request you to consider my request and inquiry the matter and provide the Correct solutions, I lost my money that is my Hard earned money.Please take actions against www.infibeam.com

          Infibeam is selling most of the items way over MRP and cheating customers with sending fake Gift Vouchers
          of their site. Do not reply back to emails , do not make refunds and customer care is full of shameless people
          who will just buy time with delaying tactics.
          They should be avoided at all costs and site should be closed
          down for the public interest.

          & SITE IS INFIBEAM

            I ordered Russal Hubs Hand Blender, I got within 2 days of order.. But that is having manufaturing defect.. Its not working in first use.
            They are asking us to go to Survice Center to get it repaired, my point why I should run and why I should get the repaired product because I paid for new one.

              I had ordered Rakhi hamper from infibeam on 25th of JULY. Same day i asked them How can I cancel my order .I didn't get any reply on 25th. On 26th july i could not check mail so i got their mail(which they have sent on 26th july) which clearly said I need to provide a reason for cancelling my order then only they can cancel it. I replied that i don't want to cancel and they must deliver the order as given in the order details. I din't get any reply from them for my mail. But on 30th I got a cancellation mail for my order.When i called Infibeam customer care their executive said that order has been cancelled on 26th itself and nothing can be done now. I couldn't place any new order on any site as none could deliver rakhi at such short notice.

                Infibeam.com is a fraud site cheating customers.
                I am facing too many problems with them.
                They have sent me fake Gift vouchers , short shipment of gift vouchers and also
                I ordered 200 gm eclairs and they only shipped 50gms that also in loose packing.
                Sent many emails and many phone calls but no reply till now. Just asking again and again to
                wait 48 hours.
                Such sites should be banned and owners of this site must be put inside the prison for
                doing fraud with consumers.

                  I had ordered a book titled Product Lifecycle Management: Driving the Next Generation of Lean Thinking
                  for Rs. 374/- and had paid money by visa card. After almost a month of waiting, infibeam.com cancelled my order
                  and promised me to refund me my money.
                  They cancelled with Sub Order[protected] and now it's more than 4 months have been passed
                  i am still waiting for the refund to come in my account.
                  I have mailed and called their customer service many times and now i am tired of asking them again and again.
                  This is pure cheating of customers on internet and government must do something to protect consumer rights.
                  I want immediate reply from infibeam.com on this issue.

                    I had recently placed an order with infibeam for books and it took 10 days - yet my books are not dispaltched. They keep informing us that we have already dispatched to ExpressIT courier and we are not responsible now. ExpressIT courier folks do not have a practise to call and come at the customers residence. Infibeam does not take end-to-end responsibility.

                      The cash back they mentioned in the online shopping site has not given after purchase and they replied after the query as not applicable. But while I shop for the product it was mentioned as cash back R2000/- on that particular product. Also they mentioned the same in shopping site too. I am attaching the screen shot for the same from the site. Now after I complained about the cheating they removed the offer from site but they are not ready to pay me the cash back mentioned while I purchase the material.
                      Because of this I spend more money to call and mail the status etc.
                      Please advise on my complaint.

                        Hi All,

                        I have placed order on 10th May 2012 and as per status update at their website it was supposed to be delivered by 20th May 2012 but it was not delivered then i called them to check the status. After my call they said that item you have selected is out of stock. Kindly note that when i have placed the order it was available. Once again i called them after 1 week then they told me that item is still not yet came. And they told me that my money will be refunded since it is more than 1 and half months my money is not yet refunded.

                        I am following up with them and they stop responding.

                          I purchased a DVD from Infibeam which turned out to be damaged with a prominent scratch on the disc. I notified Infibeam of the same and requested them to collect the DVD from me by sending someone to my residence. They answered back stating that as per their policy, if the customer requires a Replacement or a Store Credit, he or she has to ship the DVD back to the company on their (customer's) own expense. I made it clear to Infibeam that I neither require a refund nor am I interested in getting any replacement. I explicitly wrote in my mail that the company can keep my money but even then they did not send anyone to collect the damaged item.

                          In addition to my plight above, the customer assistance of Infibeam is an apology in itself. They will make you wait for days for an acknowledgement.
                          Worst customer service I have ever come to terms with.

                          A Caveat For All Online Transactors - PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHILE SHOPPING FROM INFIBEAM. INCASE YOU WISH TO MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL, FEEL FREE TO BE THEIR GUEST. My word, NEVER SHOP FROM INFIBEAM EVER.

                            Hi,

                            I have placed an order on May 7th.
                            Order# 8835206 –
                            Sub order# 17603088. Product name is Shahnaz Sha Plant Stem Cell. Product price: Rs. 2650.

                            I had placed an another order. Order# 8835280.
                            Sub order# 17603185. Product name is Biotique face & body Sun screen. Product price: Rs. 199.

                            The problem is both the orders had same tracking id [protected]. Due to this, I received product worth Rs. 199 of Order# 8835280 (Sub order#[protected] whereas product worth Rs. 2650 (Order# 8835206) is NOT delivered. As tracking Id is same, it shows both are delivered. I called customer care last week and placed a complaint against this.

                            It’s been more than a month and till now, I didn’t receive the product or cash back. Please do something so that I get my product else my cash back. I don’t want credit points instead of cash. I always had respect for infibeam and has been regularly ordering things from it (even recommended your site to all my friends!) I dint expect this kind of treatment in return!!!
                            Whenever I call customer care to complain, they promise to call me back wth in 48 hours, but they NEVER CALL BACK!!!

My cell No.[protected] got message like this: "POS transaction of INR 737,00 done from your account No.....At CCAvenue.com on 01/06/2012 12:17.."

The columns for this purpose contains card holder name, expiry date & year card number, cvv number, and later on ATM pin number and then the screen asked me to generate password/confirm password for 3D secure purpose. I did it., Message on the screen says "please wait..you will be directed to the payment gateway.." I waited for a long time but with no result. I now came on thgis Avant Browser from Firefox to write all this, leaving that brower like that. KINDLY RESOLVE. THANKS

                                  I have Purchased a red colour kurti in infibeam thru online shopping COD and my order 8815533.When I Opened I am terrible shocked with bad quality cloth which was tron and damaged.response from the customer care was bad.They asked me to return thru a courier.after sending it I didnt get any response from them.

                                    My name is Mr. Rajib L. Gogoi and I purchased a Karbonn A1 mobile handset online from www.infibeam.com website. Order No. # 8828207 dated 04/05/2012 for Rs: 4076 paid them at the time of delivery. Vide Invoice no. DT[protected], the product (IMEI No: [protected]) was delivered to me on 16/05/2012. After using 3 to 4 days, the handset had a speaker problem so I went to a Karbonn service center for further assistance.

                                    After visiting the Service Center at M/s Ganapati Associates, S.S. Road, Lakhtokia, Guwahati, they told me that the handset has a ringer problem and Karbonn has not supplied the spare parts yet after giving several orders given by them. Although they told me to wait for another 15-20 days and they assured to contact me.

                                    Please refer to the invoice provided by infibeam.com for the purchase of the product below.

                                    Now, my question firstly is to the seller: www.infibeam.com that why are they selling such a defective product to the customers.
                                    Secondly to the manufacturer of the handset Karbonn Mobiles as why are they selling such a product into the market for which they cannot provide basic repairing service.

                                    Also to emphasize the fact is there no regulatory body which controls the sale of defective products in to the market through online, allowing the sellers to cheat the end customers by selling the defective products.

                                    I would also like to make a point clear that a brand like Karbonn is selling a product in the market to customer, with a promise of service warranty. However, when the customer approaches its service center for service it is not well equipped with adequate spares and technicians. How could a brand like Karbonn sell a product and doesn't provide the essential spares to its service centers?

                                      I placed the order for book (order ID:[protected]on april 13th and it is not yet delivered. It is shown that it is shipped on 4th may and reached cochin on 8th may through afl courier and after that no updates. I called afl cochin office twice without any status update. I dont know whether I get it or not..

                                      I send mail to your customer service twice, didn't receive any reply.
                                      Your courier and customer service is very bad. I am totally dissatisfied about your service.

                                        I booked a Wrist Watch of Exotica Sxlines EX-20 form Infibeam.com (By Order No. 8772119 on 10th April 2012). I received the Wrist Watch EX-20 through DTDC Couriers on 14th April 2012 by Courier Consignment No. Z60841369 but when I open the courier I Watch as a Dummy piece/Faulty (That couldn’t match what Image I saw on the website of Infibeam.com). I wrote a complaint to Infibeam.com regarding the same in their Customer Care E-mail Site but They didn’t response regarding the same. I seem cheated. please do not buy anything from Infibeam.com It’s cheater. Please do needful and help me.
