Dear Sir/Mam,
I had placed 2 orders on Infibeam on their website for online shopping on date[protected] Order No.10807283 for Pen Drive & Order No. 10807467 for Set of Jeans & Shirt which they promised to ship within few days, but when I didn't received them I contacted them for the same but their response was very poor. 1st they told me that you will receive the shipment within few days but when I enquired again they told me their courier service can't deliver it in my place. When I had made the order they had promised that they will send the same by Indian Postal Service which is the most authentic service. Now after calling them so many times they told me that the will cancel the order and will also deduct the cancellation charges from my paid amount. They not only deceived me by keeping me in waiting for the product so many days but also make me to beg for refund of my own hard earned money. I am also losing lot of amount by calling them many times daily as they are reluctant to respond for refunding process of my amount. Please help me to get my money back from this cheater Online Shopping Portal.
I had order One Sony Xperia Z Tablet on 2nd June, 2014 pay by credit card Rs. 27, 074/-
by there order No. 13143460 but still now i am waiting for delivery, After so many calls to
customer support i got a email on 5th june .

i have booked leather wallet from infibeam and i recieved my order on 30th june 2014 by fedex courier. my order number is[protected]. when i checked my item i found that infibeam cheated me and send me pure regzine wallet to me which cost hardly Rs 20 in the market. on the same day 30th june i put a complaint on infibeam they told me to send photogarphs of the wallet. on the same day 30th june. i send photograph to infibeam.

After many phone calls to infibeam, finally they told me on 16th july to send back item, and also mentioned that pick up service is not availbale in your area, so pls you send it to

and they recived item on 21st of july in there ware house. regularly i contact customer care, they always say same line that, we have no update from our ware house.

I want to asked if you are not able to in that condition to refund my money or change the item which cost only Rs150, then how will you refund big money. It is really a big mistake by me that i purchased or did such foolish thing to buy item from your shopping site.

i warned all of the customer, pls do not buy any thing from infibeam shopping site. if you purchased, it is really a big disaster to all of you. infibeam is very worse shopping site

so iam asking infibeam when will you refund my money??? or change my wallet???. give me answer.

I had ordered a smart phone name XOLO 8X 1100 from site infibeam.com on 7th oct. They had confirmed that they will able to ship the product upto 16th oct. When i call them on 16th oct. they again told me to wait for 20th oct. and again when i call them they assured me that they will ship it max. on 24th oct.As aspected they didn't ship it on 24 and i had call to customer care and they give promis that thay will surely ship it on 27th oct. and its 30th oct. and still they are not shipping it. Now i m actually helpless because i already have make my full payment of 13, 349/- rs. to them and they are not giving me my smart PHONE.

    I ordered a "asus google nexus tablet" from infibeam.com on 10/5/13 n got it delivered on 14/5/13. But when i opened the packet,i found the seal broken with its accessories missing and also the tablet was used. I lodged a complain(snapshots mailed to them) n they took back the product within a week and promised for a replacement. Till now no info has been provided to me about the tablet. I have been calling them daily and i get to hear the same statement "we are trying hard to reship the product as soon as possible, it will take another 24-48 hrs". I am fed up of them. Either refund my money or get me a new product as soon as possible. That's all i want.

      I had ordered a Samsung Battery EB494358VUCINU(Order id[protected] from Infibeam.com on 16 May. They claimed that they would dispatch the product in 2-3 days. After waiting for 4 days, I called them. They told that they would dispatch it the next day. I called them 5 times and they had the same reply that they would dispatch it the next day. I was to go on a vacation, so needed the battery urgently. I had to buy another phone since they could not send the battery on time.

      Today I called them again and they told that they dont have a warehouse so they don't keep any product with them and they procure it once they get an order and then dispatch it. On the basis of this premise, they should not claim that the product is on stock and thus fooling the consumers.

      Today, I asked the supervisor from Infibeam for his seniors email id so that I could register my complain with him/her but the supervisor denied giving the email id.

      I am attaching the image of the page where they claim that the product to be in stock.

        My two cents for what it's worth.....

        Trust me when I say this "Infibeam is the worst online shopping portal ever!". And this review is coming from someone who is an online shopping addict and has shopped with almost every online retailer and India and plenty of international online shopping websites as well.

        This happened to be my second order with Infibeam which they failed to deliver. I had ordered for a perfume a few months ago which they couldn't deliver citing lame reasons like the product was out of stock and they weren't sure if/when they'd get it again.

        Since this perfume is extremely difficult to find in India (the production of the same has been discontinued) and I happened to see that Infibeam delivers this only in U.S., I decided to take a chance with these guys again thinking that maybe, just maybe the service in U.S. will be better It is pertinent to mention it here that they don’t deliver this in India but so in the U.S. I had a friend visiting from U.S. so that I placed the order for 2 bottle of this fragrance and specifically requested Infibeam to update me on the shipping details and also gave them clear deadline for the delivery.

        My worst fear came true when I saw my order status was stagnant in my order history for over a week. It was long past the promised shipment date (please note that this product is shipped from India to the U.S. but can't be delivered within India due to some reason which was unknown even to the Infibeam contact who I happened to speak on the phone with!)


        I would have sent them over a dozen e-mails and called them close to fifty times but they have been unresponsive as ever. They do not even acknowledge the e-mails, let alone action the request. They sent me a couple of generic replies such as the one pasted below:

        "Dear customer,

        Thank you for writing to us. I really apologize for the inconvenience this had caused you.

        We are in process of sorting the complain that you registered with us. Please give us a little more time for an update.

        Hope for your cooperation.

        My friend left for India on May 1 and despite multiple requests to Infibeam to cancel my order and process the refund, I'm yet to hear from them.

        Please don't shop with them. Online shopping is supposed to make our lives easier, click click clikc and you're done with the shopping and paying for it. But with website like Infibeam where the support is zilch, it's impossible to have your peace of mind once you've spent your hard earned money. I'm exaserated with all the chasing around and wish that I hadn't shopped with them. Please pay heed to all these reviews before choosing to shop with them. I paid a huge price (yes, it comes with a price tag!) and am regretting it......

          I was initially impressed with the Call Center agent's politeness, order taking efficiency, and delivery time. Excellent. The problem starts if you have to deal with Infibeam beyond this.

          To start with, the product, a XOLO 700 phone had a fault with the back cover which would not close completely..

          Now, the defect being apparent on opening the package, I called up Infibeam, who were very polite asked me to send them photographs by e-mail, also to contact XOLO. Xolo, many calls and e-mails later practically disowned the product, and shunted me back to Infibeam.

          So when you buy on-line you could be in a position where you call up the Vendor, and the Manufacturer, and never know who is going to own up responsibility if you have a problem. In this case, Infibeam did after many e-mails and calls. Now this costs Time, and since Infi does not have a Toll-Free number, lots of money too.

          Infibeam, now, many more e-mails and calls later took a few days to arrange shipment back to them through Aramex. I was instructed to print out an address label mailed to me and keep the package ready. Aramex picked it up 3 days later than the scheduled pick up date.

          By the time of pick up around 12+ days have passed with a product that I could not use, and had paid for.

          Subsequent calls to Infi, and I am told Firmly, to have patience,etc. Amongst many other stories, on subsequent calls, I am told, further, that they have received the product, it has been attended too, and will come back to me.

          BLATANT LIES. Because 15 days after sending the item to Infi, it did come back, package UN-opened and UN-delivered by Aramex since the Address mailed to me by INFI (which is on record.) is a location not operated any longer by Infibeam. This is what an agent at Infibeam later told me. So how come the same guys at the call center gave me the story of it being attended to, and in their warehouse? Etc. Because upto this point in time, 2 weeks after return dispatch to Infibeam, they had NO TRACK of the product location and were faking responses. It had actually never reached their office because of the wrong address above.

          A few calls later and INFI now realizes their bungle and I have to ship the product back to them to another address freshly mailed to me. As usual Aramex is 3 days late and by then Blue Dart has picked it up. So both these courier firms had orders for a return pick-up and I did not know for sure which of these couriers to give it to and which amongst them was responsible.

          Status now, is that as usual the ppl at Infi do not know the exact position since I get varying versions / stories, the phone still has to be attended to, has been in their warehouse for the last 4 days, will be attended to (hopefully), may have to go back to XOLO, attended to by XOLO, dispatched back to Infibeam and will possibly then come back to me 15 days from now. Which more than 45 days (at least) after paying for it. 2 dispatches to them, numerous phone calls plus e-mails and never being sure of what happens next. So if you want to deal with INFI, be-warned since this is a sequence which is repeatable.

          You may have to call them like 50 times, each call being at your own cost, get varying stories, blatant lies, have an item you have paid for being in courier-limbo, and God forbid, if you really want to use something you have paid for, end up getting very frustrated.

          I am not, because i have everything on record, and friends who are Lawyers just itching to get their hands on situations (&/+) companies like this.

          Can you afford this?

            Hello,

            This is regarding order id: 10085495 from Infibeam.com. I have purchased I-Ball Andi2 mobile from infibeam but unfortunately its not working well and I have raised complaint for same. then as per update from infibeam they will give me replaced product if I send them DOA letter from I-Ball service center. I did same and they told me that they will arrange pick up of faulty product and will provide me replacement, but for next 2-3 days they have not picked up product then I called them again and they told me that I have to send product to their delhi center and they will replace product. I have done same and sent product to address provided by them on 11 May 2013 and provided consignment number and scan copy of courier receipt. Now as per update from courier the product is delivered to Infibeam delhi center on 14 May 2013 at 4 PM and receiver has povided CO SEAL + SIGN also to courier delivery person. But when I called infibeam for replacement of product they are saying that they have not received any courier yet they I have reconfirmed from courier people and they said that courier is successfully delivered. Now pls help me regarding that who is not telling truth. I need my replaced product as soon as possible and this is really very hassing to make follow up with infibeam many time. I have called many times but still they are saying that they have not received courier yet. I am giving details below which clearly shows that courier is delivered, I cant understand why infibeam is making much more delay in giving me replacement.

            i didnt recived 4GB memory cad free with the mobile in the box,

            even on the box is printed as free 4GB memory card

            Hi, My Order ID 19090340 for Pantel Tablet. The device was became defective after few day and I asked for the replacement as per the replacement policy of www.inifibeam.com . But they did not. Please do the needful for this. And the other customers who want to buy from www.infibeam.com please keep away from them.

              Under Order 10618052 for books (21st April 2013), Infibeam sent 2 consignments through M/s Aramex vide Sub Orders 19598158 and 19598159. Aramex failed to deliver the same till today (15th May 2013), although their tracking records show that the same were delivered to me on 29 and 30th May 2013. Tracking records of Infibeam show that the same were delivered on 8th May 2013!! They are not sure themselves about which date to show for a delivery which has never happened.

              On rigorous follow-up, a call was received from M/s Aramex, Kolkata ([protected]), in which the gentleman on the phone admitted that he had been misguided by the delivery agent.

              Infibeam keeps on asking for more time to investigate and sort out the issue.

              Among all this drama, I am still to get the books I paid for in advance. The amount is too small for me to approach a Consumer Forum. Please Help

              Infibeam — No delivery of books

              I ordered a pack of books and my order number is 7741453 they were suppose to deliver it by 12th November,2010 friday as i Placed the order on 10th November its not yet delivered and no intimation for the delay in delivery is being send. I wanted to read those books on weekend but the weekend is over and so is my interest in ordering stuffs from infabeam. Although they are not fraudster but they are not responsible.

              I want an explanation for their activities and harassment over the weekend i have faced.

              Infibeam — No Delivery

              I have ordered a Bluetooth in Infibeam on 24 jun 2012 through online and i have paid already, but i didn't get that till now. Their response is very poor. I think they cheating the customers... some of the friends also booked their complaints in this page also ... dont trust Infi beam.
              I hv purchased microwave through infibeam online shoping site on 2nd june with order no 10870290 but till now I hv not recd the product.

                I got the product(Lifeline Magnetic cycle)[Order Id[protected]] on last Friday and I opened this product on Sunday. And I found that product is broken from 2-3 places. I had sent the pics of the cycle from where its broken and no one has called me up from Infibeam. After calling myself 4-5 times to them they have just reverted back on my e-mail and I was told like they need 24 hrs more to resolve this and then the replacement process will get start. That means they are asking for 1 more week to give the replacement which is too much.

                I just like to give one example where I have faced the same situation when I ordered 1 Potty-pot for my son 6 months back through Firstcry.com. The item which was delivered at my place was broken like in the case of Infibeam and they(Firstcry.com) have given the replacement in just one day after the delivery of the faulty one. And if you must be knowing Firstcry.com deals into baby products only whereas Infibeam is into almost all kind of products and has good reputation as well.

                I am not at all satisfied with the kind of services being delivered to customers by Infibeam. I think they(Infibeam) should understand owning the responsibility if something happens wrong at their end.

                  Dear Team , I purchased a mobile through Infibeam last month.
                  Immediately within next 1 hour after receiving the handset, I realized a fault in that handset.I immediatesly lodged a complaint to Infibeam.
                  Their team never contacted me back, rather I contacted them & reminded them about this complaint 3-4 times.
                  Finnaly after 25 days- they suggested me visit the service center & collect the recommendation letter from their about the problem in the handset.
                  I did that.
                  Now, Infibeam team is saying that - they will only repair my handset, because manufacturer is saying that it has passed 7 days.
                  As per infibeam Policy - They have written in theri web site iin BOLD letters about the promise of - "30 days replacement Warranty".
                  Now they are doing this with me.
                  I am going to file a complaint in consumer c ourt against them.
                  If your team can help me in this matter- It would be helpful.

                    I have made a purchase of Bajaj Mixture (model no GX 7 ) on[protected] from http://www.infibeam.com/ at 2149/- (Cash On Delivery) bearing purchase ID 10484742. I received the product on[protected] and made payment on delivery. I checked the product but it was not working.
                    This was my comment on order while making purchase

                    “Please send good quality product .....please make sure product does not get damaged while transit......this is first time i am ordering product on infibeam.... ”

                    So I called the Infibeam Service center for 5 days continuously and register complaint.The complaint number is 70113. Infibeam arranged pick up on[protected] . According to Infibeam customer care executive Infibeam has received product on[protected] and it was sent to service department. Your verified over a phone that the product was faulty. I have been given same update till[protected] that product is sent to service department. Today that is on[protected] i am being informed that product is repaired and it is in shipping. But i have already sent mail for refund on[protected]. How can you expect that customer will wait for product for more than one month. I have purchased mixture from local shop as i was in need of it. You cannot force fully ship the product to me. You failed to resolve the issue for more than one month.
                    I have approached National Consumer Helpline for this issue. I have registered complaint against Infibeam and here is reference no: 459642 . Please Initiate Refund as i have not received re-shipped product. You will be getting same via post.

                    I purches a book from Infibeam on 14 June and in 30 June my order is cancelled...and then I contact customer care they say when product reaches in Infibeam back...then he provide me refund...but this process is not done...and i call back they say we got this product...but I am still not get my refund till now...my purches I'd is 16060765...I done many call NAD many mail...even my phone bill to call him is just half of my product price...very frustrating

                      My Name is satish Singh , I Purchased 2 Micromax A65 Handset from Infibeam online shopping center on 7th April 2013 which i Received, but when I check both the handset was Not working,( 1 Handset was faulty & second was some time giving the same error as 1st handset)

                      I connect with customer care so many time in last 20 days still i didn't got any resolution , & even they don't know how to behave with the customer ( They are rude, unpolite , Unprofessional, TL & Agents are on same category)hence i decided I don't want your product kindly Refund my full amount or replesh both the handset asap.

                        I ordered a book on Infibeam.com thinking that it was a good website for online shopping and I suppose that it was my biggest mistake. After placing the order firstly the book was delivered after a long hiatus. Their menace started with the delay in delivery of the book and not keeping the promised time schedule. Then somehow when they managed to send me the book, upon opening the package I found that the book was in absolutely poor condition with the pages all yellow and vintage in feel. The book cover were torn in the edges and looked as if the book had been passed on after changing many hands. After repeated complaints and follow ups they finally got it picked with promise of changing the book but to no avail. Again the grueling task of following them up started upon which they said that they don't have a fresh book and they can change it only when they have it available. To cut the long story short the order that was placed in Feb is still going on and my refund is still pending which they somehow finally agreed upon. And now they have the excuse that the person who looks after the refund is unavailable so they cant let know the status as to when they will do the refund. Again the round of follow ups follow. GOD save us from these filthy, rouge companies who do not know basics of customer service leave alone giving an experience where you could come back to shop with them again.

                          i had place order online to infibeam , on 16th of april order no[protected] , and they ensured me to delivered product by 24th april.
                          they send product to fedex to deliver , when i contact to fedex they said , we return shipment to infibeam, and on 2oth i called to infibeam , and just information to then , after that they said u will get your shipment on given date, now 24th is over and now they are saying we don”t have any information about shipment .
                          please do needful help to me , please take some action against infibeam

                            I ordered a pen drive via Infibeam one month ago, and I was informed periodically that the product has been shipped,and will be delivered by April !.
                            But I did't receive it yet.Today is April 24th. I had e-mailed a complaint to the Customer Support Officer(Ms.Dipti Chawla), and they asked for some time . Three weeks is sufficient for them to settle any courier issues, I think. But they informed me after three weeks that the product had been returned to the origin. THANK GOD ,I HADN'T PAID ANY MONEY.I HAD PLACED THE ORDER FOR CASH ON DELIVERY.
                            SO PLEASE FRIENDS, DON'T TRUST THE SITE COMPLETELY. IT IS ALWAYS SAFE TO ORDER ANY PRODUCT FOR CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION.

                            Thank you infibeam for being so IRRESPONSIBLE.
                            I've seen so many negative feed backs about this site. It is time to ban the site.

                              I bought bsnl penta is703 from infibeam.com on 4th of march, the product was delivered on 11th of march, but it was faulty. they told me to go to service centre which I did, service centre guy told me to return the tablet to dealer, then I called up infibeam.com and infibeam told me to return the product. it was 15th march when I shipped the product via infibeam reshipment, but till today I have not received the replacement tablet, its more than a month now. the customer care executives are making false promises and they are not giving refund also. friends don't purchase from this fake website. my order number is 19256013.

                                Hi All,

                                I purchased Motorola EX119 mobile phone from infibeam.com and made payment through my credit card. Multiple issues with product.

                                1) Product was committed to be delivered within 24 Hrs within India from the time of order. But, Product was delivers after 3 days and that too after multiple follow ups with infibeam customer care.

                                2) Once I received a product and when I unpacked it. It was dead. When I put it on charging mode it is charging but when I unplug it gives and error message " Emergency charger " and goes off with 3-5 mins from the time I unplug it.

                                3) I called there customer care within 48 hrs from the time I received the product and they told that they will get back to me within 2 days. But, It is more than 3 days I have not received any call. I called there customer care and they told me to wait.

                                  I ordered for a movie DVD through Infibeam.com and prepaid the price of the product. The company shipped an obscene movie to me instead of the ordered product. I informed the company about the wrong product and I sent back the wrong item to Infibeam and requested to pay my money back. I have been waiting for almost one month but the company never respond back. Here is a request to all online purchasers not to buy anything from Infibeam, they are doing fraud.

                                    this is my product booking id :10463070 i recieved this product on 29/03/2013 from online website infibeam.com and it had got these problems
                                    1.internal storage memory is less (on adv. marked as 4gb ) but actuall it is 1gb
                                    2.No external modem or dongle support
                                    3.No expandable external storage hub
                                    4.HDMI port is not working properly
                                    5.USB port unable to detect external storage devices or hardware (some time it works some times not )
                                    6.charger starts smelling in 15 to 20 min charging and get heated too much
                                    7.in software bluetooth not detecting active other devices
                                    8.wifi is also not detecting networks
                                    9.on the first use only i found slow working of apps and once it got hanged also
                                    10.No connectivity menu ,only limited settings menu
                                    11.no option of os upgradation

                                    after so money complains to website customer service i didn't get proper solution other than wastage of time and money ,karbonn service center response was also not good
                                    till today i don't have a complete working tablet i don't know when it will be ???
                                    i want my money to be refunded with penalty for this much trouble and time wastage

                                      I have ordered a mobile on March 13th, 2013. They didn't shipped my order, even after the promised shipping date. The paid amount was refunded as they couldn't capture the amount from their merchant panel, within 12 days. I was told to place fresh order with prevailing high price. I took up the issue, and argued.
                                      After 2 days, they agreed to re-do my order at same previously paid price (As it was their fault.).
                                      I was also told that Infibeam will ship the order within 2-3 days, of the payment. But again, the shipping date has crossed and they are not responding with any sensible answer. Again the amount capture time limit of 12 days if finishing on April 8th, 2013 and they are not concerned at all. It has been 25 days now, for a mobile This is extremely ridiculous.
