Dear All,
Few months ago, I bought a "Zinglife 10.1" ZI101 Tablet from Infibeam.com. The product had following issues:
- Terrible battery-life.
- Broken network-port.

For the resolution of this issues, I've been trying to contact Infibeam.com as well as Zinglife Customer Care Center. It's been more than couple of months, but none of them is ready to even answer my emails or calls properly!

- I only received a single email from Infibeam.com, asking me to contact Zinglife directly (Even after asking couple of times, they didn't even provide me the contact info of Zinglife Customer care center). I've been a regular customer of Zinglife, still they've been totally uncooperative with this issue. I'm quite disappointed & surprised by their disinterest.

- I haven't yet received any reply from Zinglife. I tried to give them a call, but the provided phone line seems not to be working.

In short, the product is below par, and the customer service is even worst!

I'm extremely disappointed with the level of customer care provided by both these companies. Please avoid buying from them, as after-purchase service is totally non-existence and you may end up with an unsatisfactory (or damaged) product.

      Sir/Madam,
      After been harassed a lot I send you my request, with full faith that I would not be disappointed from your side. I require and expect full sympathy & support from you.
      My problem is related to online shopping. I wanted to purchase a digital camera for me through Infibeam.com, and I booked an order for ‘Kodak M 580’ model. According to an attractive offer, a Nokia flip mobile set was also to be provided to me. The cost of the whole offer was Rs.9710. They booked my order.
      On 23/12/2011 the product was delivered to us through courier. We paid full amount & happily received it. But when we opened the pack, we came to know that the product we received was different from the product we ordered. We were sent ‘Kodak M 550’ in the cover of ‘Kodak M 580’ model which was a lot different from the latter. Moreover, there was neither the dealer card nor the user manual along with it. We were taken aback for moments; immediately I called on the same number of Infibeam.com. A lady received the call and I explained the whole thing to her. She said that I need not worry & they will sort out my problem soon. We felt relaxed for they also said that they can replace the product within 30 days & they will do it so. We did not receive any call from them for long, which worried us. So we called again on the same number on 03/01/2012 & again explained the whole thing. They said that we have to take some photos of the product we received & send those to them through email. After then they will do something for it. Our 10 days were wasted on their calls and next 6-7 days were wasted for the unsuccessful trials of sending them the photos. Then we were tensed that how will we solve this problem in the next 10-12 days. When we expressed these anxieties to them, they demanded a period of at least 48 hours and asked not to call them again. They said that we will receive a call from their seniors themselves. We waited for their call for 3 days but did not receive any call of such sort. When we asked to them about this, they repeated their demand of 48 hours. It went on like this for 8-10 days. Then I prayed to them to show some concern to send the correct product or return the money at least. They said that a person will come from their side & collect the wrong product and after that the correct product will be sent to us. On 21/01/2012 a person from ‘quantum courier’ arrived. He checked the things (camera, its accessories & mobile, etc.) & took them with him, giving his slip to us. After that, we were not given any information about the delivery of the product we had sent back. So I called the call center. After a long interval of time I was made to contact with Mr.Ravi (supervisor) who listened to the whole problem again from me. He promised to give a solution for it soon. However since then, whenever I enquired about the matter, I was ignored by saying that I will be called back. After innumerable trials and bearing long bills of phone calls, I totally lost my hope. Moreover, it was so disheartening to hear that Mr. Ravi was blaming that I had returned the damaged camera and the broken mobile set, and he will return the same products to me. Even though the camera and the mobile were sent back in the same condition as they were received (even the packing of the mobile set was not opened by us). The courier person had thoroughly checked all the items in front o[censored]s.
      It is a matter of regret that such hypocrites wish to take over our earnings which is a result of sheer hard work. We rely on you to take action and protect us from such fraud. Please grant us your valuable help & support on this matter and ascertain our true faith in you.

        I ordered micromax usb modem model no mmx352 from online shopping site www.infibeam.com but in the first place they shipped an wrong product (locked version of the modem). after complaining they arrange a reverse pick up . Now they reshipped the same item (the particular item which was picked up from me) but this time the modem is dead.. it is not even detecting in windows.
        Please refer to the below mail which i sent to them for detail.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I am very very disappointed and frustrated with your service. Today I have received the product (USB modem) which was reshipped to me after several phone call and email. But to my surprise, I found that you have resent the same USB modem (“Powered by Aircel Pocket Internet Super Pro 3G”) which was picked up from me originally after I complained about it as wrong product. And more over this time even the automatic installation, after plug it in to the USB port, did not start. From "My Computer" the modem memory is also not been detected, so the set up cannot be started manually by clicking the setup file. So it is now not useful for any SIM card even for Aircel also. In a word, You have shipped me a BRICKED USB MODEM !!
        I don't understand a simple thing, is there any quality checking at your side before shipping any product. How come you just ship anything to me?
        I am now regretting for shopping with you. In the first place you had shipped wrong product and now you have shipped the same thing again after making it a dead piece of junk!! If there is any issue or lack o[censored]nderstanding the problem, you could call me for the same.
        This is not accepted at all.
        I do not want to make any shopping with you further. You have given me a hard time. But it is enough. I want my money back for this product. Please do whatever is required to return my money back.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        This is regarding order id # 17389436 which I ordered on 20/02/2012. I have received the product via overnight express.
        I ordered for Micromax MMX 352 G USB Modem. But the product I received is the same MMX 352 G data card but it is locked (Branded with Aircel) version and can only be used with Aircel SIM card.
        I am not able to use any other SIM card to connect to the internet as it shows invalid SIM.
        I contacted the customer care of Micromax and they informed me that there are two types of MMX 352G card one is coming branded with specific SIM like in my case Aircel, which can be used only with the specific SIM, and other is generic one which can be used for any other SIM.
        I am supposed to get the generic one so that I can connect to internet with any SIM. The image/description of the Data card shown in the Site also is the generic one and there is no hints that it is branded with Aircel. But the data card I received is “Powered by Aircel Pocket Internet Super Pro 3G”.

        I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful to replace the product.

          Hi, I was exploring "www.91mobiles.com" website for the phone of my requirement. I found a page where wrong information has been provided by the website. Its about the phone model "Nokia C6". There are 3 websites are listed with the price of that model. Out of the three websites only "infibeam.com" mentioned a very low price for that model but when I clicked the "Buy Now" button it took me to the below link where the mobile was not Nokia C6. It was some other mobile named "Fujezone C6 Android Mobile". I don't know whether this has been done knowingly to cheat people or happened by mistake but whatever this is please do the needful. thanks

            My order number with infibeam.com is 8663701. I ordered it yesterday 26 February 2012 and then changed my mind. Today after i.e. within 24 hours, I contacted Infibeam and asked them to cancel this order as I did not require the product anymore. However; these thieves belonging to infibeam told me that they can cancel the order for me, but will charge me 10% fees as a cancellation fees. This is illegal and I do not know how to prevent them doing this. No other online shopping website charges cancellation fees to the customers, but infibeam is a fraud and cheat company and they should be banned from the internet.
            I completely agree with you. The same is happening to me. But I did not cancel the order. They were not shipping the product and then told me that right ow it is out of stock. So I told them I can not wait as I need my product soon. So they are not refunding my money as they want cancellation fee whereas it is they who should give compensation for my loss of energy and money and time. But I won't sit back and will pursue the matter like anything. These theves will have to pay. And other customers should be aware of their fraudulent practices. I shall not only take legal action but shall also take media help and online campaigning.

              I wish to lodge a complaint against Infibeam.com for not shipping a product I had ordered via their website on Feb 14, 2012. As per my order details in their website, it was supposed to be shipped by Feb 16, 2012 to reach me by Feb 18, 2012. Till now, the status being shown against my order is "ShippingInProgress". I had sent them two reminder mails about the non-shipment of my order, but my plea seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Hence I have been forced to approach you for a proper redressal of my grievance. Please take the necessary action and oblige.

              Sir,

              With reference to the above details, within a day or two of posting the complaint, I received an e-mail and a call from a Infibeam.com representative with the information that the order mentioned in the quoted complaint stands cancelled from their end because the ordered item, viz. Golden Hits-Volume 1 CD could not be procured as it is out of stock and so the prepaid credit which I had used to order the item would be credited back to my account, but till now neither has the order been cancelled from their end, nor have I got back my prepaid credit, in spite of sending mails to the customer care department. Please help me in resolving the matter at your earliest.

                I Booked order no.8475339 dt.12.12.11. Infibeam supplied wrong product, which lateron got collected from me and pre-paid credit was given (although, it was assured that after getting collected wrong product, my money shall be refunded). With the PPC + fresh payment, I booked order no.8582960 dt.24.01.12 and made full payment. Infibeam themselves cancelled order on 02.02.12 due to non-availability of product and informed me that my money shall be refunded within 3-5 working days. Till date, neither money has been refunded nor they are answering any of my mail.

                  I had ordered on Infibeam Purchase Id : 8504604, a LG Top Loading Washing Machine T8503TEET3 9Kg, Listed price 24990 offered at 20337 .ie saving of Rs 4653
                  Then I was asked to pay Rs 2000 extra citing that price has increased, thus reducing the saving to Rs 2653
                  I agreed and paid that also, but still the machine was not delivered to me, and there was no correspondence from infibeam.

                  Then when I talked of going to consumer forum for refund, I was given an alternative of WF-T1021PFRV Fully Automatic Washing Machine which would be having all features of initial ordered washing machine. So I agreed for an alternative model.

                  But now when I checked on their website listing, this model was listed at Rs 24000, for which I had paid Rs 22337, Thus having effective saving of only Rs 1663.

                  Hence I want a refund of minimum Rs 1000 as that is difference between the listing price of the two models, moreover the model shipped does not have a heater, while I was promised all features of previous model

                    On 19th Januray 2012, I ordered a Panasonic VIERA TH-P42U30D on the www.infibeam.com and paid Rs. 44,460 in advance, order reference 8571915. I got no update from the company about the status of my order for a long time. I called the customer service department on 27th January, which is a gap of 9 days and was told that the product was not available. So... they accepted my order and advance payment without having the product is stock, and kept silent for 9 days.

                    I told them to cancel the order immediately on 27th January itself. Since them, I have been following-up regularly for cancellation but it hasn't been cancelled yet when I write this email on 30 January, 7pm, and obviously I haven't got my money back.

                    I request you to take serious action against www.infibeam.com. There is a clear intention of not returning my money. Now, I would not only want my money back but also damages and money that I have wasted making STD calls to their call center.
                    I am upinder singh, my purchase id is 8729500 and order id is 17481841. I have purchase a play station controller dual shock 3 in 1 USB, PS2/PS3. When I connect to my pc and put the driver cd in cd rom then your cd in not working. I am complaint on the delhi phone[protected]. First they say me he send a another cd. and last time he mail us go to nehru place and replace the cd their. I have no time to visit on their. Then i decide to complaint on customer care but they have told me about the replacement but no body exchange my controller. I am lot of time to say him but no body give the good response from their side.


                    I think this is the cheated online shopping site and I suggested nobody bring any thing from this site.

                        Dear Sir,

                        On 12th Jan I have ordered on cell Phone i.e. sony xperia active. online from the said site. on that they have mentioned that the said instrument is Dual sim that's why I ordered the same. But when I received the phone I found that the said instrument is single SIM phone (for Which I was not looking).

                        Immediately on 14th Jan I confirmed them, while tele caller said that due to weekly off Managers are not their they will get back to me on monday...
                        but till date I have not received a single call from them & not a solution from them.

                        In spite of much many calls from me I am not getting proper answer from them & I am held up with the said handset. When ever I am calling them they are giving discount to me due to mistake by their end but not taking back the said instrument.

                        Please guide what can I do.... as I have paid 19000/- to them & not able to use the phone too

                          The above consigment is not despatched as per the plan 13.1.2012 and there is no proper response.

                          I made a complaint thru phone almost 10times and no reaction.

                            Regarding Order Number 8456138 :

                            1. I ordered on book on 5th Dec and expected shipment date is on 28th Dec 2011, by that time I have not received the item and when I made a call to customer care they said that we will send the order by 2nd Jan 2012.
                            2. On 5th I made a call again they said that not able to track the address and I had given the full details with landmark and asked them to give a call.
                            Same address they delivered 4 couriers and what is the problem with 5th one , is that my problem or your courier problem. One more thing don't use the local courier and make tieup with proper people. is they don't have sense to make a call if they are not able to find the address.
                            3.I planned to give this gift to my brother and I promised him. Who will be responsible for this delay.
                            4. I want to know the proper reason why it got delayed and when I made a call today morning that time they said that courier return back to your office. When I am making call I am getting info this is showing the irresponsible of the company use common sense to send the details of courier.
                            Infibeam will put more charges please don't use this website

                              I have placed order of blackberry playbook on 29th july from infibeam.com. When I inquired about my product they are saying that the playbook is out of stock..so you can order another one and they gave me another option that if you would spent more money around 2000 Rs then they will arrange it from blacking(Black Market).. If they didn't have the stock then why they were taking order..and now they are arranging in more price..Same things happened in US while they had arranged it in the same price.they fulfilled the order...It is very disgusting...We were in hope that I had taken my 1st tab...while I get nothing...

                                I ordered Playbook 32gb from infibeam on 29-dec-2011 . The offer was good due to festival season . But today I recieved the call that they could not fulfill the order , due to sudden rush they are out of stock . They are offering me alternative deals which are not as good as my orignal order .
                                I cant understand if playbook is available all over world then why can not they fulfill the order .
                                If blackberry is not responding then why they are not taking playbook 64gb off their site .

                                Is there someone else with same problem .
                                I've faced this too. Why put the offer in the first place when you can't fulfill it. It's atypical bait and switch technique. They think the interested person will go for another offer once the mind is set purchasing the product. I'm not going to Infibeam anymore!
                                very true...They(infibeam ( www.infibeam.com )) are offering other product which is having less featured in more price.When we denied then they asked to spend more money so that they would arrange it by blacking it. I think they are having the stock but they want more money and after that they will sell it.
                                if this playbook is out of stock then why they were taking the order and why they were giving the discount..??Ask them..and if they can buy from black market then they should arrange it in the same price...

                                  i have purchased clothing product from infibeam.com on @19/12/2011 order number orderID 8493856
                                  they committed delivery be 27th DEC 2011 on confirmation. but still i have not received the product yet. when i followed up with them many time they gave me a postal tracking code EM[protected]IN . then when i tracked this code from India post website. there is no information on that number.

                                  please some body should help me getting my money back from these cheater.

                                    I Mr.Vinod.KK had purchased the mobile handset model LG Optimus me P350 for Rs.4788/- , as on[protected] the purchase order no.8490243 , from infibeam.com company. The product was purchased at cash on delivery basis , after the confirmation of the order the mail was been sent as Infibeam Purchase Confirmation. Since from the date of purchase till today the company is just giving unsatisfactory answers (regarding value of product,software upgradation,out of stock) but yet the product is not been dispatched till today. The companies details are as follow :

                                    Non delivery of Product

                                    I purchased a phone on 12th december. According to the company it was delivered on 15th. But they did not dispatched product yet. My order id is 12218987. I put a complaint and said them to cancel my order, but they did not do this at all.

                                      My order number with infibeam.com is 8472614. They have cheated like damn. The order was totally changed and they shipped me a cheap lunch box. In the listing it was mentioned for a branded company steel box of Rs 599 and after discount it was Rs 199. But I was given a box that is not worth Rs 50. They had teared the max price in the box they send. I send mails/calls no replies. The govt should banned this company. Never buy from this. I had purchased from ebay, homeshop18, flipkart etc and they are genuine sellers and respect buyers. But infibeam.com is a cheating online company.

                                        I ordered online from Infibeam.com ,a Morphy Richards hand mixer H041 HM02/[protected], which is not functioning at all.The mounting holes are closed due to some manufacturing defects.So, there is no provision to attach the beaters.Also, release button is jammed.
                                        The company cheated me by sending a defective item.I am sending photos of the defective item to support my complaint.They are denying their own term and condition in which Payment and Refund policy, they have to replace the defective item in 30 days,but they are keeping quit.
