I had order mignight Fussion surprise birthday cake, teddy & flowers which was supposed to reach 12.00 at night but due to irresponsiblility of these people it didnt reach at that time & after cancelling that order also i didnt receive my money back.

please hence forth for god sake any customer dont order anythig from this site

Infibeam — Discrepancy in Delivery

Hi,
I have orderd a phone through Infibeam on Tuesday(27th Mar 2012) after checking the delivery time to be in 24 hrs. Till 30th March 2012 i haven't recieved the product and when i called them they say that it is not yet shipped and the order is still in progress.

    I ordered on 05th october a watch for my brother in law's b'day who was in Pune
    Before making the order i was promised that it will reach him before 13th october
    as there was no sign of delivery i called them and they told me that the particular model was not on stock,so why didn't they tell me before making the order
    and now my brother in law is starting to chennai for diwali and wont be there in pune for next 10 days
    so im highly annoyed by their attitude,i wont recommend it to anyone
    It must be an individual case. Usually Infibeam do have responsibility & correct delivery. I am a user of the same service. And I got very good result.
    I've bought many books & gifts from them. They deliver the books like clockwork. Gifts are also good quality.
    I have ordered for an Epson Printer TX400, as seen in their website on 02/09/2011. Till date (22/09/2011) it has not been received. In my account in their website, it is shown as 'shipped'. On enquiry over phone, they said that a 'team' was on the way for delivery. Yesterday they asked me to order another printer, as it was out of stock! I am going to complaint in Consumer Redressel Forum.

      I made payment by cash on 29.06.09 in the bank.They received it on 01.07.09
      The delivery promise was 2-4 business days.Today is 08.07.09 and 6 business days have passed.
      When I contacted them they said i should inquire the Courier Company as they have already shipped it.
      The delivery status has been changed to 'Completed' even when the I have not received the parcel.
      They do not reply to the complaints mailed to them.
      For every local book they have given the shipping time of 1-2 days.
      worst deal never fullfilled

        I have made an order with Infibeam on the 26th of May, 2009. The payment was made via card and subsequently, cleared from the bank. The delivery promise as per the site is 5 to 7 business days.

        I have corresponded with them from the 5th working day as the status and delivery traking detail was never updated. I was once told that it will be shipped in 2 days and after 2 days, the following day.

        Today, 05/06/2009, I am still wondering what happened to the shipment as there is still no update.

        It is rather strange that India being the hub of IT, does not have the capabilities to handle on-line business. There are better on-line sites who keep up the promise of delivery upto even as low as 48 hours.

        I will hence continue to chat on-line to them. I hope I might be able to get my product and they are not fraudsters.

        I finally got my order on the 20th of June, 2009.

        In hind-sight, I would advice that if you make an order, do not expect it to be delivered before a month and any enquiries will not be answered with any concrete information.

        Live even now, though the goods are delivered to me, the CC executive has promised to revert as soon as the dealer reverts.

        So don't expect it soon and don't expect any answeres and hopefully you don^t get tense as me about the money and service delivery.

        Even in my case they have received the payment on 01.07.09 and as of 08.07.09 I haven't received my delivery.No one responds to the complaints.The delivery promise was 2-4 days
        I was promosed delivery with in 2-4 days by infibeam. But till today after 9 days i got a mail from one Mr. Sanjay Sehgal book was arranged from Hyderabad and shipped directly to your address and they do not have tracking details with them how shame. The mode in which their customer care no i.e. Call Us at +[protected]. handled appears that they are a big fraudsters. They do not answer the phone at all or disconnects the phone. If we try for online chat we get the message 8 persons are in que.
        !! i just ordered a book today. . Im dying for it.. damn.. this sucks...hope ill get it soon

        I ordered a mobile phone and I didn't receive the phone in my package and the customer service tell that they are not responsible for it. I lost my money and several nights sleep!!!

        I ordered 2 books which were supposed to be shipped within 17-18 days latest as mentioned on the site but 21 days have passed and still haven't received them...

        I tried thier live chat feature on their website...and guess what, i was made to wait in a queue(i thought being online means u dont hav to wait in queues and your fricki'n thing is done in seconds...but this is india baby!!)..so, i was made to wait in a queue for 1 hr ...and the message i kept on receiving was "You are next the the queue, we will be on chat in a moment"...

        I tried calling them...but the phone used to be engaged...or it kept on ringing like there were deaf people working in this company...

        i hope i get my books...coz i've put a month's pocket money on it...
        The service is worst and cheating the customer

        I ordered 2 gifts.
        They could not delivered it by specified time.
        When I ask them to cancel they accepted the cancellation through phone.

        They did deliver the gift. Also they have taken money from my account.

        Thank God, i always surf the net with google searches about a company's complaints history before buying anything online.Rt now i was about to place an order from infibeam for a e -63 mobile .I guess i did well having decided not to do so but to spend a few more bucks to get it from a authorised dealer in my city only.THat wud save my several night's sleep and precious money.I wonder how do they run online business when there are so many problems in delivery only.Just imagine, what a customer may feel like, after the courier handed over to him is empty, damaged, short of order or say delivered much after the ocassion (say B.day, diwali, new year etc etc) Shame on u guys who regulate these fraudulent sites to earn money.All o[censored]r sins are being recorded up there .If courts on earth dont scare u, , , u will get a lesson later on leaving this planet...
        Thanks you guys for posting all your complaints which keep the eyes of the new comers to the site www.infibeam.com quite awake before placing an order. The service seems to be quite pleasing with over thousands of their followers on facebook and twiiter, but in contrast it is found to be quite contrary to what i thought it would mean to our day-today life.

        I was just make an order of a copy of the book "The New Oxford Guide To Writing", but I was not sure of its availability with them. As a result I googled to check out if there were some problems buying products from this shopping portal. Your complaints here make me hold on what I initially doubted about the service of such portals in India. They seem to have quite poor expertise to operate such a service.

        Well I will think again whether I should place the order or not even though I love to have this book very much. If anyone of you have any idea about any other service or book shop where I can get this book from, please help me with the information to get it.

        I too had ordered 3 books from Infibeam. They delivered two book promtly, but the 3rd one has not been delivered even after a month after the order had been placed. Even the staus in the site is not changing.
        Also, of the two delivered books, one is a wrong product. I had order for some other book, but they deliverd something else.
        I have written to them many times, but there has not been any reply from them. I had not thought it would turn out to be such a fraudulent site. This is the first time I tried online shopping, and I have been duped. How do I get my money back???
        I have placed an order (Order : 7841602) for Samsung Galaxy S on Jan 30th.
        I've called up and confirmed if they have the phone is stock then I placed the order.
        Now they are saying the don't have stock and I'll have to wait, that too after a week (5 working days)
        No answer to calls/emails after that.

        I'm not sure how i"ll get my 27.5k back.

        Never buy anything from here.

        Infibeam.com / Kenstar Mixer Grinder — item not received

        purchased kenstar mixer grinder three jars online from infibeam.com on june 28, 2011. Payment was on the same day thru debit card whih was cofirmed by ccavenue.com with order no. 8020492. A reminder was send regarding the conformation of shipment with a reply that your order has been processed satisfactorily and will be sent with due date i.e., june 16,2011. Again reminder was sent on june 13 and a mail was received from the customerservice on june 18 that unfortunately your payment is not received please send bank statement showi ng payment has been deposited in infibibeam.com account. On the same very day a copy of the bank statement was mailed to resolve the issue. After that nothing is heard from the firm inspite of my emails to customerservice.

        I pre-ordered a book from infibeam.com at Rs. 192/- on Jul 20, “The Secret Of The Nagas” later the website updated their offer somewhere in the first week of August.

        Later they update the offer to Rs. 148/- with an author signed mug somewhere in Aug first week. When I clicked on my offer, I was taken to this updated offer page.

        They shipped me the product long after the offer was updated. I was hoping that my order was also updated as I was taken to this updated offer page when I clicked on my order in my account. I didn’t expect them to refund my money but I was expecting to get the mug which they didn’t send me.

        I would not suggest anyone to purchase from Infibeam.com. I have made many purchases from indiaplaza and ebay but have not face similar issues, Their customer care people denied to help me straight forwardly.

        This is a sheer cheating and you feel foolish. I would suggest people not to order or at least pre-order books from infibeam.com

        But the site is not confirming the receipt of this online payment although the payment has been transfer in their account. Nobody is listening.... Please help me

        My order no IN[protected] and I have procured a hardware from this site and still it is not delivered and I have called to their customercare but didnot get any reply from them.

        I have ordered gift certificates on this website (order 8889129) so that they would reach my friend for his marriage. The company delievered only partial. After numerous calls they say they will get back to you in 48 hours but never do. I am complaining to my credit card and revoke the payment for the undelievered gifts.

        Not satisfied with service.

        Infibeam — Selling rubber belts as leather belts

        I purchased a nappa leather belt from infibeam and when I received ,I found that it was made of rubber and plastic my order number is 9459489
        I ordered a tab order 9371414 from this pathetic site. It was delivered in an unsealed, scratch ridden condition. After many days of talks with many of their representatives they finally agreed to take it back. Then I had to contact them again many times to receive the delivery from the Aramex service which they had initiated in the first place. After finally receiving the delivery on nov 25, I am yet to get even a good reply from them till today (dec 24). The service sucks! please spend some extra bucks and take from flipkart or your usual electronics store rather than getting stuck like me!

        Infibeam — low quality product delivered

        Hi, order ID : 12585266 As per the image of the car body cover in infibeam website, it has mirror packets, it covers complete car and single piece stitched.         Please help I have ordered a SKI Jumpin Insulated Water Bottle, pink today on 16/03/2014. The shipment promise was by 22nd March 2014 but no shipment by today. I definitely know that if the shipment gets late the delivery will also be late. And I need my product early.Should I cancel my order.
