I had made an order with Infibeam on the 23rd of Dec, 2010. The payment was made via card and subsequently, cleared from the bank. The delivery promise as per the site was 21 to 35 business days.
At the time of booking, system was showing stock of the ordered book.
Order : 7792047

I never got any status detail on order for 65 days despite of my continous phone calls and mails. After such a painful experience, I recieved a mail on 25th Feb saying that the book is out of stock.

This is very unprofessional. I would strongly recommand not to use infybeam for any online purchase.

    Hello,


    I've placed and order (Order : 7841602) for a Samsung Galaxy S phone on Jan 30th Sunday using my co-brothers credit card.
    Before placing the order I called up the infibeam helpline +[protected] and was told the item was in stock. I was asked to provide ID proof for verification via and email. I provided all the ID's copy via email within 30 minutes. I was following up with infibeam and I was told phone will be shipped by Feb4th (maximum). It was no shipped as promised.

    I was informed on saturday 5th Feb that the phone is not in stock.
    They will still try to get it and will deliver the product within the maximum time frame of 10days.
    I was also told if they are not able to get the phone the money I paid will be credited back to the bank within 7 days.

    I was also told I'll be updated on the availability of the same by monday.
    No they are not replying or answering my calls.

      I ordered some gift from Infibeam for my newphew's birthday. Payment was made smoothly & I am waiting for the product to reach my newphew. They had promised a delivery time of 5-7 days.

      After 8 days, I got an email from Infibeam saying that "Since this is your first purchase from Infibeam & the payment has been made with a credit card, provide some verification proof.

      What the [censored]?

      While selecting the product, adding it to the cart & making the payment, there was no mention of whatsoever of this kind.

      I called them & they kept on playing the same record. They told that CCAVenue (Payment Service Provider) has asked for the proofs. I checked with CCAvenue. They said they have not asked for any such proofs & they dont have such procedure at their end.

      This was not my first purchase from them. Earlier as well I have purchased the products & it has reached my place very well. Secondly the payment was not using credit card. It was using paymate. Paymate themselves have their KYC norms & I have fulfilled them. Without which u cannot make payment.

      This is un-necessary harrasment for the customers. If Infibeam has such procedure, why dont they inform the customer at the time of placing order or making the payment? They take money & then they come out with these harassing stuff.

      When I asked them to cancel the order & return the money back, they said there will be cancellation charge of 10%. What the hell is the? They are looting the customers.

      They are not transparent at all. On top of customer service is worst. The customer service person was talking as if I am asking for a loan from them. Her attitude was like she is the President of the country & we are all her servants.

      Worst website to even think of. Worst practices. Cheaters. Totally unethical. Not Transparent at all.

      I wud suggest everyone to be beware of infibeam. NEVER ORDER WITH INFIBEAM.

      my a c no is[protected] i have received easy maoney draft from you of rs 30000/- and i have paid amount of according to settlement letter after than i cant understand that i receive call from office that your settelement letter is not valid .we are sending new settlement letter then your ac willl be clear this is not way to customer to harrese., i have already send you a mail yesterday but i can't receive any reply from you i have given atleast 5 times tracer no, of letter & receipt no. of payments

        I ordered a book from Infibeam with order # 7719431 on oct 20, 2010. I haven't received it yet and there is no refund even. Every time they say it'll take 7-10 more days whereas it was promised to be delivered with 15-22 working days. Appalling service, It appears that it is a misleading statement as they say they have over lac books. It is several thousand light years away from becoming an Indian Amazon if they continue servicing people like this.

          Till today no body has come to pick up the dead mobile phone. Whem I am asking them to refund my money, Infibeam and his persons are silent about it till today, 11 Nov 2010.

          Nobody at Infibeam informing me as what actions they are going to take to correct the situation

            I had bought an Item from www.infibeam.com India on 29/10/2010 Order : 7728122 Amount NRI 17324 Amount was debited on my account.
            The CCAvenue and infibeam also send me an email confirming that my order is complete and paid.
            BUT my account page on infibeam.com shows that my payment is NOT complete, next I got a reply from infibeam informing me that my payment is not complete again.
            I informed this to customer care, then I can no longer visit there website maybe they block me.

            I have been shopping on ebay for more then 7 years and never ever had this kind of problem, and that too this is my FIRST order on INFIBEAM

              I ordered the book from Russia With Love(penguin viking fic edition) but these guys sent me the wrong edition. They sent me the UK edition which I do not require.

              I've complained to the company via emails but haven't got any response.I've also called thrice but have got nothing but false promises.

              Please help me and tell me what steps should I take.

                Hi,

                I had placed an order with infibeam. My order number, 7684739was placed on 16/09/2010. It had a delivery promise of reaching on 23rd Sept 2010. It has still not reached.

                I do not get replies for my message and their phone is not reachable. I have no clue what to do.

                Please help. Infibeam if you are listening please worry about your rapport.
                It is again the similar case for not delivering the order from Infibeam. My order no 9053980 placed on 15th jul 2012 and supposed to be delivered on 25th july but till date it is not delivered. Calling them is also waste of time they don't know what happened to order.

                I need some one higher in the management to look into this issue why this happens again and again where they also don't know anything.

                Also people to aware of this that ordering on this site could loose your money also trust in your family whom you are sending.

                There are better sites.

                  I placed an order with order number 7658665. I was promised delivery by the 1st september. However, neither has the good arrived nor has there customer service answering my calls. Infact, the phone numbers on their page doesn't work. I have used other companies for sending goods to india, but Infibeam seems like a fraud service.
                  Also, i have written two emails till now but there has been no response from this company.

                    I haveordered a rakhi gift for my sister on Aug-15-2010. The expected delivery date is 23-Aug-2010. I have either recieved any shippment

                    confirmation nor the order showing any details of shippment. I called the customer support twice, first time they told me that they will call me after checking with shipper, but i didnot received any call. So before support team (behaves like govt babus) left for the day I dare to call them again and I got the response that the product will be shipped today itself however the shippment details will be update on Saturday i.e. Aug-21-2010. In the night I also recevied an reply email from the support mentioning that the order will be shipped by tomorrow i.e. Aug-21-2010. Email is not in sync with response received over phone

                    I waited on Saturday i.e. Aug-21-2010 till the evening, but I didn’t get any details of shippment, still the order status is processing.

                    update: Thanks to Mounthshut!!!. finally infibeam team turn up and delivered the product. There is one more twist. think what!!!

                    One of the executive called me to update me about the delivery and told me that they are going to deliver this product free of cost because of the mistake from the infibeam team.
                    At the end of the call, he request me, if I can revert the review on mouthshut. Since I didn’t affirm him so the team has not refund the amount to me. I didn’t get the credit.
                    The Infibeam team should understand one think that if they want to be sucessfull in this business, they must be honest on the promises. They should try to improve the customer satisfaction.

                    Anyhow, Since my product has been delivered sucessfully, So I want to thanks to infibeam team and suggest them to improve the customer relatioship.

                      Sir/Madam,

                      I have placed a order of 2 books and amount of Rs 206/- has been deducted on dated 10/08/2010 but till the time i have not received the books.

                      As per status of the order no 7638900 same was shipped on dated 10/08/2010 vide POD no GE[protected]WW thru TNT courier.

                      After repeated call to infibeam team and TNT also no solution provided to me.

                      As per infibeam their maximum TAT for delivery of the said books is 3 working days and which got passed on 13/08/2010.

                      As requirement of the said books now completed and there is no use of the books please suggest what should i do now ?

                      Its not a matter of Rs206/- its a matter of faith which i lose on the online shopping because i am a regular purchaser of online shopping due to time constraints.

                      Please help me urgently.

                        Yesterday I received the Book from www.infibeam.com and while I was going thru the book, I am surprised to see that many of the pages was missing (after Page no. 6, there was page no. 23) in the book "I too had a love story".

                        This is really depressing. I had paid Rs. 100 and the site had cheated me. They are so irresponsible that they had not yet consider to check before sending the same to me.

                        I should either change my book or else refund me my money. It feels that www.infibeam.com is here to cheat people those who are buying from them thru online site.I suggest all not to buy any goods from them.

                          2. The delivery promise as indicated on the portal was 11-17 days but i have not received the books till date.

                          3. on 7 may 10 (after 17 days) i enquired about the books thru a phone call and also thru an email. i was told on phone that the books are coming from abroad and will take time and the promise of 11-17 days as indicated on the portal was just notionary and i should cooperate. there was no response to the email.

                          i had heard a lot about the infibeam group but sadly the association with you has been a bitter one.
                          this is the first response from your end. i had placed the order on 19 apr 10. the delivery promise was 11-17 days which was quite justified as the books come from abroad. but the worst part was that even after lapse of 17 days there was no effort from infibeam to drop in an email or contact on phone.
                          on 07 may 10 i had sent an email but there was no response. further i have made at least 5-6 phone calls since then but without any concrete result. it is to be noted that despite of me having paid the full amount upfront it appeared that infibeam is extending a favour to me.
                          it is requested that to spare further discomfort to me my order may please be cancelled in toto and my full money refunded.

                          further i assure that this unprofessional approach of your group will not go unnoticed and will be addressed appropriately.

                            I had ordered a dozen Premium Alphonso Mangoes from www.infibeam.com on 15th April 2010 to be delivered to New Delhi vide order no 7539858 under 7-10 days delivery terms. On 20th April 2010 i got a mail from Infibeam stating there would be a delay of 12-14 days due to bad weather conditions but infact there has been no bad weather conditions in India during this period. This was the first time they tried to mislead me. On 26th April 2010 i sent them an email asking for the details due to which the order is getting delayed. I never got a reply for this mail but on 27th April 2010 got a confirmation that the oder had been shipped.

                            On receipt of the order by the consignee in Delhi it was found that the company had delivered only 9 pcs of mangoes against promised 12 pcs. I have written to them but they are not responding with reason for short delivery. As per there last email they had taken up the matter with the courier company and wanted the image of carton in which order was shipped. I have not preserved the carton so cannot provide the image to them and this was mentioned in my email response to them on 6th May 2010 but not got any reply from them.

                              Vendor informed me that they are dispatch my Card in[protected] to my office address.

                              9 days passed not received,try to contact customer care,response & behaviour very bad.

                              Kindly request to all the customer not to buy from www.infibeam.com.

                              As they are cheating the customer.

                              Buy only from Ebay.in safe & secured.

                                    I purchased 'Chennai Super Kings' Bat 1 no. through online purchase from www.infibeam.com on 27th March, 2010. After making the payment through my Axis Bank Credit Card, I got the confirmation of order as well as confirmation mail from M/s Infibeam.com. The Order Number is 7525571 and Sub Order Number 16044105. The files are attached herewith for your view. In that order confirmation the delivery date is mentioned as 04th April 2010. Since then I'm trying to contact the company over the phone but no one is picking up the phone. Addition to that I have sent mail also to their customer care, but no reply has come. Actually I planned to gift that bat my son to his birthday which is falling on 9th April, i.e tomorrow. But because of the poor service and response.

                                    I request you to kindly help me out to get the item which I purchased at the earliest.

                                    My friend also has had problems with Infibeam. He ordered a camera, got an old used piece and since then he is unable to contact the company.

                                      I purchased 4 books on 11 Jan,2010 vide order no. 7475277 for Rs 497/- and till date I have not received the books.

                                      Customer service is not responding to my emails.

                                      As per their website the books were supposed to be delivery within 2 -4 business days . Now it is more than 10 days and on the website the status still shows as processing.

                                      Hopeless service.

                                      Will Avoid shopping on this website in future.

                                      My complaint was resolved and I received the books on 25/01/2010, i.e. 14 days after placing the order instead of 2 - 4 business days as promised on the website.

                                      The issue was resolved only after I complained on this website.

                                      Yes I agree with you. I also not received which I bought online from this website. No response for emails and telephone calls. Please avoid to buy from this website.

                                        I had order mignight Fussion surprise birthday cake, teddy & flowers which was supposed to reach 12.00 at night but due to irresponsiblility of these people it didnt reach at that time & after cancelling that order also i didnt receive my money back.

                                        please hence forth for god sake any customer dont order anythig from this site

                                        Infibeam — Discrepancy in Delivery

                                        Hi,
                                        I have orderd a phone through Infibeam on Tuesday(27th Mar 2012) after checking the delivery time to be in 24 hrs. Till 30th March 2012 i haven't recieved the product and when i called them they say that it is not yet shipped and the order is still in progress.
